I purchased a tata sky, connection no.[protected]. It is not working properly from day one. Signal problem occers every 15 days.people comes than solved. But it is reaped periodically. They are not giving proper solution.I complained today than they told me for charge. Why should I pay this charge bcz this is the service issue not resolved by the company from the day one. It is not tolerable. Plz logged my complained otherwise tell me action should I take for your company. Thanks Lalit Tyagi M-[protected]

I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue. Usually there is a 90 days warranty when you pay and buy a new box after warranty expires. Check and ask about warranty to get replacement at no extra cost.

    We changed our adress . Not install a tata Sky dish by our self but dish is not working properly . We we file a complaint in costumer care at toll free no the other guy says he will solve the problem in 2 hour max, he says he'll send a technician in 2 hour after 2 hour no one is come, we call many time at coustumer care and every one says just give us one hour but after 24 hour problem is not solved no technical guy come to my house

      My Tatasky ID.[protected]. on my sons name Darren Pereira. The Transmission of my T.V went off since Nov.6th. and till date had not been rectified even after making numerous calls. The technicians paid many visits but could not rectify it.finally one Mr Sandeep Parab inspected the site and found out that there was no dish on my building terrace.we were sharing the transmission from another dish located on another building in our society. He promised to install a dish on my terrace with a couple of days, iam waiting for the same. Being Senior citizens me and my wife have lost 22 days without enjoying the T.V program's for which we have paid till Jan 2016. I demand that we be compensated for the same or else the date of recharge extended for 22days which we have lost. If you are unable to do the same then we will be forced to discontinue with Tatasky and shift to Videocon. We will also advise the other members of our big society to do the same.           Wrong ID was displayed on my TV screen and i have recharged the ID with the amount of 1420 on 14th nov 2015.. Again i got a call from TATASKY for original ID recharge. From 10 days, i am following up with TATAsky and there is no resolution from their end. thay have closed my complaints 2 times without any notification. While this issue is going on, today another ID is showing on my TV screen. I am suffering from the worst services of TATAsky. Please help.

            I installed my tata sky in the month of july.date was 19 and every month for some reason the due date reduces.i talked abt this with my service provider but he just gives some dumb numbers that wont even work.i recharged my account on 4 of november and its asking me to recharge on 27 of the same month..help

              Myself mrinal sharma tata sky id:[protected]. Registered in name of Vijesh Sharma. Complaint no. Wo:L9R1RH3 complain registered on[protected].11am) i am a customer of tata sky. I had registered a complaint that i have been not receiving signal on my dish so i am not able to view television. I have called the customer care many times and even talked to their senior executive but they just its on hold. No action is been taken by them nor they send/arranged a technician visit to my place. So i am fed up with this people. Their service is pathetic. Monthly i am paying them rs.290 & from 9 past days i am not able to view any of the channels. As a proof i have their messages & even they know that. Its in their record. So please help me to get the problem solve. Please help me to get the refund too. Please into this matter. Waiting for your positive response.

                My tata sky id - [protected] and Registere Mobile No .[protected]. I have called Tata sky multiple times and they were not willing to take a request to unsubscribe me from Everywhere TV service. In your web site no option for deactivate this service and this is joke. so please deactivate my tata sky Everywhere TV service.and stop the deduction of admin fee 60 Rs per month.

                  Hi, I've recently taken the tata sky connection on 14 nov 2015.My subscriber id is [protected]. My mobile number is[protected]. I was told that 1 month is free. But, about a week later i received a mail mentioning that my account is deactivated and i have to recharge my account. When i called the customer care at [protected] on 26 nov around 11:30 pm. First the representative picked up the phone and asked me to stay on hold while he checks the problem. He transferred my call to oriya language(without informing me). the next representative said (after checking) that there is some cable pin charges of Rs 200 deducted; hence i'd need to recharge my account. When i asked that why was this charge deducted, he didn't give any satisfactory response. then i asked him to raise a complaint against the first representative and another complaint to reverse my charges, he disconnected the phone. I was shocked at this behavior. And i'm left wondering how would companies build brand by making such false promises and disrespecting & harassing their customers. Most importantly, tata sky is a blot in the tata group which stand for trust & service orientation for decades.

                    I am a customer of Tata sky using there setup box.My Subscriber ID is [protected].I am using there Current Base Pack Dhamaal Cricket.Since my son use to see only NICK channel so i decided to take only that.On 22 Nov 2015 1:29 PM i called customer care and ask if any add-on are there in my name, they said no add-on is there in your account.I asked them 2-3 times, same thing thay said, only base pack is there in your account.i recharged 30RS for NICK through online.After recharge i got message that your recharge will be valid till only 26Nov so i again called customer care at 1:50 PM on 26 Nov and i asked why i have to pay on 26 Nov since i have given the monthly charge for NICK channel. Then they said that its ok you can pay next on 21 Dec. On 26 Nov they deactivated NICK channel so again i called on 26 Nov customer care at 8:47 PM and asked why they deactivated, they replied that in your account two add-on channel is there Tensport, Kids pack. So My complain is why on 22 Nov they told lie that there are no add-on in my account and suddenly on 26 two add-ons came, and they deducted the money.Same kind of incidence happened with me several time previously at last i am giving complain here.Tata sky is looting the money from common people like this way. I request to Tata sky give me proper answer why every 2-3 days i have to pay 30rs for NICK.

                          Hi, I have purchased a tata sky hd connection in may 2015 and at the time of installation we had advised to the service engineer that you should install the antenna on the roof but he said that signal will be better on the balcony so he installed it on balcony. After 5 days of the installation we faced the signals problem on some channels and we called on the customer care and they sent a service engineer on my door step and that time he said we need to shift your antenna and that time again we said that please shift it to the roof but he again said that signal will be good on the other side of balcony and he shifted it to the other side of balcony but not on the roof. After two months we again faced the signal problem on some channel and again we called on customer care and they sent us a service engineer and that service engineer told us that he need to shift the antenna on the roof that is the only solution for signal problem and then he said you need to pay Rs. 200 for the relocation. Why should I pay the Rs. 200 for their mistake and still my tata sky is in under warranty. I am facing problem due to their mistake.

                            TATA SKY A/C - [protected] I had requested to relocate my tatasky and the customer care asked me to recharge for 6 months so that I am not charged for the same. They kept calling me for almost a month asking me to recharge. When I finally did and called the customer care to relocate, they have been making some or the other excuse and ignoring me. It has been a month now and still there is no solution to my problem. I have spoken to the supervisors at the customer care and they promised to call back with a solution and still there is none. Can someone please help?

                              My subscriber id is [protected] of Tata Sky.Company has auto renewed my annual base pack without my notice and they are not refunding my money back.I talked to the customer service agent but they told it is not possible to refund the money as it is deducted for annual charges.This is purely the case of fraud and worst services from tata sky to the customers.

                                Request completed for 3 Months Actve Vedic Maths, Rs 186. Current a/c bal Rs587.4 Due date 12-Dec-15. New Monthly Charges Rs 991. Today I have received call from 91-[protected] one of person brief about above active channel! During the conversation my is disconnected after some time received a massage that’s above mentioned which I haven’t need to update. Kindly resolve my problems! Same type happening in past many time.

                                  Actual message i got in mobile number was (Everywhere TV is now activated. Enjoy Live TV, Catch Up TV & VoD on your device. To order VoD, go to mytatasky.com & select VoD tab in the Everywhere TV section) on 22nd of november 2015... From this is the problem, i deactivated before 8 months and now its been activated without confirmation, when they call me for complaint, they are irresponsible on hearing my words, his word was jus " WE CANNOT REFUND YOU THE MONEY, THATS IS SIR, THANK YOU" this is what that guy were saying and suddenly cut the phone call.

                                    DEAR SIR I (KANDULA SESHAGIRI) CONSUMER OF TATA SKY since year'2007 and my tata sky ID.NO.[protected] reported /complaint that I have been up graded with my existing tata sky set box to HD set box with paid of RS 1500/- on the first week of NOV'15 after installation of set box by tata sky team it was found with in a week time that their provided set box was faulty and they were taken out my NEW HD SET BOX and after REPEATED CONTACTS TO CALL CENTRE AND LOCAL SERVICE CENTRE at last after four days ON DT 24-11-15 they will get back with old HD set box and its seems to be ancient item and mean time they were deducted un justified money of amount of RS 295/- from my account it is very highly objectionable to me and they should retun my RS 295/- and provided new HD set box which I have been paid of RS 1500/- for that. Further I have to think and say that illigal company maintained by TATA SKY and their faith and brand of TATA will be gone .

                                      My Tat Sky Customer ID Is [protected] for DTH Television Service.
                                      Following problems are faced By me.
                                      1) Tata Sky New HD Set top boxes are faulty.
                                      They get out of order & they replace same by charging Rs. 700/- as service charges.
                                      This is wrong. They should charge as Faulty Parts replacement. Also Faulty Set top box is taken by them. They repair the same & supply to other Customers.
                                      Tat Sky don't show Customers that they are supplying New Set top Box or repaired one. There is no guarantee of parts.
                                      2) During Tata Sky System changes HD service was not available for viewing as well as recording for a months time. No compensation was given by Tata Sky for the loss.
                                      3) So when Tata Sky is at fault they don't compensate, but due to their parts going faulty they charge as service charges. So that no body knows Tat Sky parts are faulty.
                                      Consumers be aware of wrong practices followed by Tata Sky. & should be reported to Government Agencies & Consumer Court.
                                      Following is my reply to Tata Sky 's E mail to me on Internet:

                                      " Dear Mr. Bharat K,
                                      Kindly refer to my telcon with Tata Sky Associates.
                                      There are major problems with my Tata Sky Set top box including new set top box installed.
                                      You have not looked into points raised during Telcon on 22.11.15 & 14.11.15.
                                      I am listing below same for your reference.
                                      1) Set top box was faulty since the Installation. You have repaired it 3 times due to problems arising due to Set top box.
                                      2) You have mentioned service charges of Rs. 700/- For Tata Sky Premium Customers, service is free.
                                      3) If you want to charge for New Set top box, you have to return faulty one. Also you have to raise Invoice for Set top box & not as service Charge.
                                      4) My set top box was not faulty due to any problems at my end. Same was operating for 20 minutes & then it was hanging. Hence a small part was defective, which is a manufacturing mistake.
                                      5) I was not informed charges will be levied for your set top box.
                                      6) If you want to charge for new set top box return old box to me & change your Billing for supply of Parts.
                                      7) both Ladies of Tata Sky Associates have told somebody will speak to me on phone by 25.11.15. Kindly do so.

                                      No reply from Tate Sky neither anybody phoned up.
                                      Can any company charge replacement parts as Service Charges?
                                      It is legally wrong.
                                      They have to send Proper Invoice for the Part along with Test report & Guarantee Period.
                                      If Tate Sky is not doing this they are wrong.

                                      I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue. If you are in-warranty there shouldn't be any charges applicable. Check with them for warranty of boxes out of warranty.

                                        1) During the change of box your sobordinate given upgrade box which is not applicable . Your sobordinate take all component of old box but he do not returns all components after changing the box .

                                        2) I recharged tata sky at date of[protected] I have not found your service upto[protected] due to box exchange which is your sabordinate problem so plz return my price during vacant period .
