I purchased a DTH connection of Tata Sky on 24 August 2015 from a dealer named Manoj ( Mob No.[protected]). My subscriber ID is [protected].After installation when I first recharged my Tata Sky id, I came to know that the connection was in someone else's name and in Tata Sky's record it has been purchased in 2008.

I tried explaining my problem to Tata Sky's representatives but they did nothing to solve my problem. I contacted that dealer for the same, he said that he will take up the matter with Tata Sky. When I called him agains, he stopped answering my calls.

Its been 3 months and I have written several mails to Tata Sky, but they have not been able to resolve my problem till date.

    I have a Tata sky DTH connection bearing customer id [protected].On 19/11, as guided by their customer support department through there helpline, I have paid an amount of Rs1350/-on line through my credit card to be credited as recharge amount against my above mentioned customer ID(DTH Connection).This I very specifically mentioned to the person who was interacting with me on customer help line. But subsequently I received a message that said amount has been credited to my alternate Tata Sky DTH connection of ID no.-[protected]. When I highlighted this mistake to Tata sky through their help line, they expressed their inability to correct their this mistake.My subsequent effort to request them to rectify their this blunder met with most rude, absolutely unhelpful response. I seek necessary intervention at appropriate level to correct this mistake /lapse on their part.

      Sir, I requested for installation of tatasky hd device at my home the service technician visited my place and saying internal wiring we will not do but as per my knowledge those people have to do it free of service and one more thing if I do internal wiring through other private technician he will charge me Rs 170 for visiting and connecting to set to box. Even when I spoken with customer care people what they said is its free of charge and even local dealer not bothers to fix the installation is this the service world class company and even I emailed an complaint LABAFMU-service request number but still no reply

        After sales service. despite repeated complains for more than 10 times during last 2 months for non receiving of signal, no permanent solution has been provided. every time, new technician will provide some temporary remedy resulting in relapsing of problem. apart different charges are being debited to my a/c for visit, replacement and repairing

            Sir, This is to state the fact that i am not able to view all the channels for which i have subscribed for. Channels such as 9xm, e24, &tv are only showing a black screen and nothing more. For enquiring about this matter, i had also called on the customer care, but i was made to wait for 10 minutes and my call was not connected to an official, due to this i had also incurred a balance loss of 12 rupees without any reason. I request you to kindly look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.

              I bought a Tata Sky Connection by paying through their website, but the next day the technician (Sachin Chavan: [protected]) called me and said that they cannot come for installation in my socity as the local cable operators won't allow them to do the installation. If they know that the service is not available in our area (Wakad), then why do they allow me to buy the connection in the first place. Note that you have to provide your address while buying the connection. Why are they so afraid of the local cable operators? If they are being threatened they why don't they lodge an FIR? As a citizen of a free country, it is my right to choose what kind of service I need and will not be dictated by some local goons.                 I had issue with channels, So i raised compliant for resolving issue. They told that servicemen will come to resolve issue, so for service charges they will deducted 170/- RS. I asked why i need to pay service fee, because 70% channels are coming perfectly and remaining not coming they issue from there side that is not my problem So they connected call to his superior. He told that i will help you on this. Again service man called next day to my mobile on 14Nov2015, i told we are not there at home at present. Then also tata sky persons deducted 170/- from my account. I am not sure why they reducted money even service men not came to fix issue also. then i raise compliant in tata sky service customer center and my rer no is L9N4987. This also they not fixed at...again i raised one more request in online SR[protected].

                  Note following complaints:
                  1) Complained Tatasky at 11.15 AM.
                  Operator said technician will contact you within 2 hours.
                  Complaint no. will be sent by SMS.
                  2) Tata Sky associates are bluffing.
                  When contacted at 14.20 Hrs. about complaint no. they said no. is sms to you.
                  No complaint no is recd. Neither any technician has contacted. They have registered complaint only at 13.30 Hrs.
                  3) Every now & then HD set top box malfunctions.
                  When technicians visit, they inform these new set top boxes have manufacturing defect, which means Consumers have to remain on Tatasky mercy only.
                  Can any Customer care Manager ( If any exists) can phone me on Mobile [protected] to get proper feedback?
                  4) If service is not given properly & Set top box is not repaired properly, I wll go on all social media & Grahak Suraksha Forums also.
                  We come to Tatasky because of TATA's name.
                  Now TATA name is being spoiled by Themsleves only.

                    Respected authority, My subscription code [protected]. I talk to tata sky executive and tell that change my set top box mpeg 2 to mpeg 4. He says that this facility is absolutely free After 05 days I get a message that the you have charged with charges of Rs.170.00 for technician visit. It is unauthorized charges without consent. See tata sky recording[protected] to[protected] of conversation and discontinue the unauthorised charges.do not. i had many time complaint but not good revert kindly solve my problem and refund my balance.                       Hi my self mahendra singh and i would like to ask few questions from tata sky on behalf of all middle class citizens. I want Mr Harit Nagpal to come forward and answer my questions 1- why you keep increasing our monthly fees after every 2 or 3 months? 2- why u dont allow us to take our own packs? 3-why u cant remove a pack or individuals channel from our running packs?However you allow us to take any channels or pack if we want and you charge for them, right? this is hippocracy and contradiction by you 4- why you and your staff dont bother to reply and resolve my issue? its been over a month now 5- what are you doing to retain middle or lower middle class people because not everyone cannot pay such charges 6- you are looting cheating and making fool o[censored]s but we well not allow you to do this

                        1. Your text msg from BP Tatasky of 14 Oct 2015 to renew my HD Access fee by 15 Oct 2015. Accordingly deposited Rs.2000/- on 15 Oct 2015 for recharge.
                        2. After the above payment, your msg from BT-TataSky of 17 Oct 2015 confirmed A/C Bal Rs.1980.68, also indicating Due Date 24 Feb 2016. (Monthly Charges - Rs.460/- (Dhamal Mix-Rs.250/-, Times Now-Rs.20/-, HD Access Fee- Rs.175/-, NDTV 24x7-Rs.15/-).
                        3. This was followed a Large number o[censored]nsolicited calls from Tata Sky Executives asking me to convert my credit of Rs.2000/- on 15 Oct 2015 in to Annual subscription and get one month subscription discount. Each time I refused to accept the offer and clearly told the Executive that whatever action I want to take, I will do at the time of Renewal of Pack on 24 Feb 2016.
                        4. Suddenly I was bombed by a messege from BT-Tatasky on 04 Nov 2015, stating that the A/C Bal at that time was only Rs.296.74 and the Due Date was 17 Dec 2015. This was, inspite of my CLEAR Instructions to your various Executives that I had no intention to accede to their Marketing pleas and I was firm on renewing my pack only on 24 Feb 2016.
                        5. I donot accept this kind of, what I call, Unfair Marketing Practices.
                        6. I request that IMMEDIATE Action be taken to restore my Pack Validity to 24 Feb 2016, as conveyed vide your messege of 17 Oct 2015 and confirm the same to me.

                          My tatasky cust ID is [protected]. I have never subscribed or requested for Miniplex product, inspite of this, the company has upgraed this product in my selected product list, deducted 60/= Rs. to my account and also shortened the period of viewing from 8th Dec. to 2nd Dec., 2015. Not only that, the company has increased my monthly charges from Rs. 470/= to Rs. 545/= unilaterally. On contacting over phone, the company personnels are not ready to listen and continue to say the same thing that Miniplex product can be dropped only after 30 days, I.e. on 11.12.2015 only.. I am seriously thinking of moving to consumer grievances forum. Please restore my earlier packages and increase period of viewing accordingly and also reduce the monthly charges.

                            I recharged my tata sky set top box subscriber ID [protected] of ₹7500 on sep month for mega annual package.. Aftr 2 mnths i got a call from tata sky that ur acc has been debited on monthly basis. I talked to helpline no. But i didnt get any proper response.now they have recharged my account only for 6 mnths and they are saying u have to recharge ur set top box after 6 mnths. I am very disappointed by there services.

                                Since last 10 days regularly camplaining to change the set top box but it has been cnaged but given used one which works for only 30 minutes and get spoils how to do ?even today the technician called and said we dont have new set top box wher to go ? really sad to have choosen tata sky .Now you tell me what to do?

                                  I am using tatasky DTH connection, subscription id: [protected] since 26 June 2015. From 9 th of November 2015 due to some technical glitches it stopped working showing message as " your set-top box is not receiving any signal" regarding which I complained in the customer-care on the same day. Once your a representative called me with very rude behavior he told me that he is not able to come to my place to resolve the problem. Now more than a week has passed and everyday I am complaining regarding the issue still no action has taken from your side. This is really very disappointing for the customers as your commitment for the addressing of complaints within 24 hour has proved to be misleading that too when my DTH accessories are still in the warranty period. It is my humble request to resolve my problem as soon as possible and refund my money to my DTH account

                                      We have had tata sky connection for more than 3 years now. From last one year since the time they have started with HD services they have started to fleece customers. Last year when we subscribed to their HD services they automatically gave us HBO premium channels & suddenly after some time our regular package channels started to get discontinued after checking we were told that money was being deducted for HBO premium channels. After fourth attempt with their associate they finally disconnected the HBO premium package. So after that experience I was very clear that we need to clarify everything with them, after confirming & reconfirming the amount with their 2 associates we renewed the package for one year in July 2015& we were assured that we won’t be asked to pay any extra amount for these services till July 2016.Everything was going smooth till November 2015 & now suddenly they have discontinued our additional packages. Initially when we called we were told that there was some technical issue & amount was paid for an entire year, their technical team visited they said problem was with payment which there call centre kept on refusing. After two endless days of conversation new twist in the tale was that they said that there was no money in our account. The money that was deposited was deducted as packages that were given to us were on monthly basis. From last ten days despite repeated requests for playing back the conversation that we had with their associates in the month of July 2015 while renewing the package they are not ready to playback the conversation.                                         I have booked tatasky on 12 the November 2015. From 13th to till date these company is not responding to do installation, every time just giving another time or telling that they will call for this. Once they they told they can tell time for installation. And there technician also very ridiculous mosst of the his phone not reachable or busy or switched off. Some time he is giving time I ' ll come by 10 min. And not at all coming. This is very very ridiculous service I ever experienced. Sub I'd [protected]

                                        I think you should follow-up with Tata Sky customer support. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected].They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into the matter and expedite installation.
