Worst service and staff. Without contacting/visiting/repairing they clear the complain and report like mis-match of address, while living at my place since last 23 years. When we try to speak with call center they simply reply that your complain will be resolved within two working hours. They are supposed to replace the PVR SET TOP BOX as still it is under the warranty period, they do not replace the same with a fresh one. They replace with damaged/repaired old piece. No senior executive comes on line resolve your problem. We request consumer forum to intervene and get us our matter settled. My details are Cons.     My customer ID is [protected] Here with I Want to inform you that I am customer of Tata Sky since long time (more than 7 years), Even we have upgrade our system provided by tata sky from Regular Set-top Box to HD+ Set Top Box and its services during this period. But from last one year, I am getting so many problems from set top box. Sequence of Problems are as below. I have replaced my HD+ recording Set top box 2nd time in end of May-2015 during last one year. Now from in month of August my set top box got some problem, Service Center operator advice to replace set top box without doing any technical person visit. For that Tatasky will deduct 170 Rs. Technical Visit Charge and 520 Rs. Set-top Box Charge from my account. a. Why Should I pay for Replacing Set-top Box (provided by Tatasky) 3rd Time in current year? b. Why Should I Pay for Technical Person Visit (3-4 times in a Year)? c. Service Center Operator is more interested for Visit Charges and Other charges then Customer Satisfaction. I don’t want to pay any single Rs. to solve my set top box (Provided by Tata sky) problem. As a valuable customer I have already paid annually fees of my current packages. If Tata sky authority will solve my set-top box problem, without claiming any charges then I am ready to continue hire Tata sky services. I am not able to view my tata sky packages for which i have paid already, , , Even when i ask to cancel my connection & refund they are informing me that there is no any policy for refund. After discussion they told me that Set top box and Dish antena and Wires and digicard are their property... (For these garbage i have already paid thousands of money and that people are claiming these are their property.)

      Purchase tata sky connection on 09-11-15 which has been installed on 10-11-15 with subscriber ID [protected]. At that time signal was good but two or three day after return from vacation there was no signal found. I complaint about this to given number i.e[protected] at shimla on 14-11-15 but no body attend the complaint and gave fake promises.         I have been charged about rs 180 for around 7 minutes call for calling[protected] tata sky helpline which was supposed to be a tollfree. and the trick is whn u call this no from ur home circle this no comes not available and in roamin it gets connected and they charge me morew then calling usa. stop them and the mobile operators for doing so

            We were not able to view the channels for which we paid monthly charges so i called helpline in put complain. they took my complain and said that there will be No Charges for this visit of the tata sky personal. Now i see that i have been charged for the same. so request you to please put reversal of the same. Thanking you.

              I registered a complaint yesterday afternoon about zero signal in my two TV sets. Till now nobody has turned up inspite of repeated calls...at least 10 times we have called their helpline numbers. Everytime we hear an apology and an assurance that their technicians will resolve the issue within two hours.

              Zero respect for Customer satisfaction. Atrocious Service quality. Hope someone from Tatasky is reading this. I am in two minds to cancel the subscription and get something else.

                    I have complained about set-top bax and your service representatives agree to change set-top box in last week. Now your representative called up on my registered no. And said that i have received your complaint today only while i have made the complaint on 10th of november 2015. And she said that now you don't have have stock of set-top box.

                    I request you to give this statement in writing on my registered address and refund our deposit as well as our subscription which was taken by you in advance. Because now i am not interested to use tata sky network.

                      I got a phone call from Tata Sky someday between 21 to 24 October 2015. They asked me to subscribe to "Actve Smart Manager" which costs Rs 10 per day. I denied the subscription. Still they subscribed to it without my knowing. I came to know about it today (16 November 2015) when I checked my monthly statement which had soared to about Rs 500. This is quite irritating because this is second time they are doing such thing. However, I have dropped the pack but they did not repay the money.

                        I have called Tata sky multiple times and they were not willing to take a request to unsubscribe me from Everywhere TV service. In your web site no option for deactivate this service and this is joke. so please deactivate my tata sky Everywhere TV service.and stop the deduction of admin fee 60 Rs per month.                           Hello, my cutomer ID [protected]. I had called the day before diwali to let them know the power was not turning on the box. I had mention to him that I had a series of shows on recording so that I would appreciate it if he could look into the matter. He promises and tells me he has another box at the office and that he will replace it for me the first thing in the morning, just to clarify i asked him one more time if he would come or shall I call again and complain. He begs not to complaint again and reassures me that he will be here in the morning. That was the last of what I heard of him. A week later an individual says he is going to come and replace the device without no apology for all the inconvenient that they had caused, I had told him that i want to speak to your supervisor before anything. The supervisor calls and acts ignorantly as if we are they are the customers. by the way I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY BOX..

                          It just ridiculous a big company like this would not know how to train their employees properly and not even have a place where we can make a complaint and be heard.

                            Hi The monopoly of tatasky is increasing day by day first of all they increased the bill without any notice though they have time to call for providing their promotions and all they didnot even bother to provide anything like the same when it comes for the billing and after registering a complain also they are not reacting to the same, this is really pathetic service and poor customer support. Horrible. The office despite I request not to talk unnecessary things went on telling stupid things and never tried understanding the facts whats going on, and was rude too.

                              Sir, my tata sky subsciber id is [protected]. The connection was not working (showing no signal) for which we complained to tata sky and asked for refund. At the time of complaint (during diwali festival)tata sky personnel committed that once the connection problem is resolved the amount will be refunded for which the services were not provided(including all pack charges+ hd fees). But today i received a call from their customer care who misbehaved badly and told that we will not refund your amount and said some words like "aapse jo ho karlo, we will not refund the amount". Tata sky personnel think that customer is fool and very free that on festivals customers will leave behind all the work, pooja and will firstly go and complaint for tata sky. It is surprised to know the a big company like tata sky has such nuisance employees, who are not reliable. They don't have value of their own words. And on the top of that instead of being sorry, their nuisance behavior was there. Is this the way to deal with the customers? they don't have value for money of their customers. If they don;t know to deal with the customers they have no right ot proceed their company further. Immediately refund the amount for days 8th nov 2015 to 13th nov 2015.Refund with immediate effect.                                 I am a normal person watching television since I was a child. Since 2 years after this compulsion of set top box was announced, I subscribed to tata sky, the biggest mistake I did in my life!
                                1. Poor service
                                2. Money hacks
                                3. Poor quality
                                4. Scam
                                To the company: Do you really think you are doing a good job?
                                By making your users feeling cheated. Even if its not about money, then why such scams?
                                Introducing new products won't make you on the top until you make satisfaction with the basics.
                                I feel talking about this because I (thought) that not all companies are alike.
                                We complain about telecom companies, mobile phone companies.. Some misunderstanding lies within us too but until you talk to us properly and explain us we won't understand.
                                Because you aren't doing a favour by giving services you are charging for it!
                                So people think apple is expensive but the guarantee and services it gives makes us feel secure to invest.
                                Until things get resolved in our country we can't even compare ourselves to the outsiders.

                                I want to talk to them taking as a house visit because phone calls aren't doing the work!
                                And even for the house visit, they are charging me.. And these things make me laugh. You poor doctors of tech wana be rich. Lost of senses and poor mindset of all aspects people ask for more by doing less! It should be DO MORE, ask for less.
                                Huh! These basic things even has to be explained.
                                P.s: I have registered complaints on phone calls but they were not heard.

                                  Worst Customer Care Service. Bloody I am calling them from last 15 days about NO SIGNAL Complaint and their executives just ignoring it and no one came till date. Have called them around 20 times.. They are just good for selling their products after hiring trainers and train them to beg and buy their product. Complete website is just for Selling producut, HOW to purchase etc. Not a single column of Feebback / Complaint.. DISGUSTING.. Ritesh [protected]

On date 14.11.05 my tata sky service was not available . i have called customer service around 4. o clock 1st they hold my phone 5 minutes and response me. later on when i phoned they hold me 15 minutes and when i ask the reason me so much holding . they disconnect me without any reply. So without resolving my problem i had to wait days to get my cable service. it is very embarrassing that i paid for the service but not getting my service. And this is a mental

                                    at the time of my contract i also chose number for their contract to me and they have also not call me.
                                    It is very sorry to say that the tatasky service is very third class. They think that once the customer purchase and subscribe the tata sky set top box they are bound to stay with tata sky. i want to know what is the legal remedy and penalty for my harassment and as bonafide customer what ever action i can take. Last three days there is no signal in my set top box . i first try to call and solve my problem. After several try i was sussed to lodge a complain . then next since morning several call received and assured me my problem will be set right no result come out. in the next day since morning technicians call was coming and assured me my problem will be solved but unfortunately that say was also wastage. in this context i want compensation for my harassment and inconvenience which i have suffered.

They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out.                                         Dear Sir, I am a new customer of Tata sky with customer ID- [protected]. I have purchased a HD set top box on 24.Oct.2015 with the payment of rs. 1799/- inclusive of 1 month free pack. And according to pack i have to receive the validity of a month on above stated pack which was received to me till the dated 16 Nov.2015. And according to tata sky customer representatives as my account balance is low due to that the validity has been coming of only 23 days and it will be resumed for a month from the very next month. The conversation has been made near about on 26 Oct 2015 or 28.Oct.2015. After that on 14 th November 2015 I have recharged my account again with the same Dhamal Mix Pack with the validity of 1 month where it is mentioned that in the pack 126 SD Channels & 21 HD channels are included in the pack but after making the recharge validity has come again for only 22 days till the 6th December 2015. I again made a call on 14 November 2015 to the customer care to know about the difference coming in my recharge due date to 6 Dec.2015 instead of 16 Dec. 2015. Customer representative made me a reply for the query that HD SERVICE charges has been deducted from your account and the validity showing in your account is after adjusting the payment of HD SERVICES which I have registered at the time of connection. My query to them was if any additional charges is there in the running base pack it must be appear with due validity date on there site before making up the payment from the side of client, so that a client can choose up the services according to their convenience. But the customer representative told that there is no such option is mentioned on there Web site it is "QUIET OBVIOUS" and "UNDERSTANDABLE" according to the person who is representing from tata sky. I as a customer unable to understand how a person come to know about the charges which is not mentioned on tata sky account or profile. On the running conversation the so called customer representative has deactivated my HD services and he himself change my plan for SD Channels WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND AUTHENTICATION. Which is extremely ridiculous.He than cut the phone. "Although I requested the customer representative several times that PLEASE TRANSFER MY CALL TO ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE, he denied to do that by saying that the my senior will advice you the same that I am giving you this is you who are not rady to understand" I humbly requested him by considering this too please transfer the call may be some other person will understand my query or VICE VERSA. BUT HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS complete discussion was not appreciated et all". I again made a call to tata sky help line number on 4:12 PM and again conveyed the entire problem to a new customer representative and now they are claiming that it was done with my permission and if i want to revert back the changes than a call will be come to me on 17 NOV 2015 and after that call pack will be reverted with the less time due date. Which I again not able to understand when something has been done without my permission only for revert back the changes they need the time of 3 more days. I asked the representative what validity I receive IF I will go with the pack of 475 rs monthly pack. And its too ashameful for tata sky that their representatives are unable to answer even that query too. I'm feeling ditched on dealing with TATA SKY. It seems that I have made a huge mistake. I request to you kindly consider my request and resolve the problems as soon as possible for following points. 1. While recharging on MONTHLY PACK due date is coming of 22-23 days instead of 30 days. 2. Kindly charge for what you are showing on your screen, if there is any additional charges then please mentioned as a * marked below the list. I'm also attaching the screen shot of the Pack I activated for your reference.

                                        I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.
