We are facing some issues in tata sky, our ID [protected], i from yesterday we were trying to contact, but no proper response at all. I dont know for what you are providing the customer care number. This what you call it as customer care??take some immediate action to recover it

    Dear Sir, I am a new customer of Tata sky with customer ID- [protected]. I have purchased a HD set top box on 24.Oct.2015 with the payment of rs. 1799/- inclusive of 1 month free pack. And according to pack i have to receive the validity of a month on above stated pack which was received to me till the dated 16 Nov.2015. And according to tata sky customer representatives as my account balance is low due to that the validity has been coming of only 23 days and it will be resumed for a month from the very next month. The conversation has been made near about on 26 Oct 2015 or 28.Oct.2015. After that on 14 th November 2015 I have recharged my account again with the same Dhamal Mix Pack with the validity of 1 month where it is mentioned that in the pack 126 SD Channels & 21 HD channels are included in the pack but after making the recharge validity has come again for only 22 days till the 6th December 2015. I again made a call on 14 November 2015 to the customer care to know about the difference coming in my recharge due date to 6 Dec.2015 instead of 16 Dec. 2015. Customer representative made me a reply for the query that HD SERVICE charges has been deducted from your account and the validity showing in your account is after adjusting the payment of HD SERVICES which I have registered at the time of connection. My query to them was if any additional charges is there in the running base pack it must be appear with due validity date on there site before making up the payment from the side of client, so that a client can choose up the services according to their convenience. But the customer representative told that there is no such option is mentioned on there Web site it is "QUIET OBVIOUS" and "UNDERSTANDABLE" according to the person who is representing from tata sky. I as a customer unable to understand how a person come to know about the charges which is not mentioned on tata sky account or profile. On the running conversation the so called customer representative has deactivated my HD services and he himself change my plan for SD Channels WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND AUTHENTICATION. Which is extremely ridiculous.He than cut the phone. "Although I requested the customer representative several times that PLEASE TRANSFER MY CALL TO ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE, he denied to do that by saying that the my senior will advice you the same that I am giving you this is you who are not rady to understand" I humbly requested him by considering this too please transfer the call may be some other person will understand my query or VICE VERSA. BUT HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS complete discussion was not appreciated et all". I again made a call to tata sky help line number on 4:12 PM and again conveyed the entire problem to a new customer representative and now they are claiming that it was done with my permission and if i want to revert back the changes than a call will be come to me on 17 NOV 2015 and after that call pack will be reverted with the less time due date. Which I again not able to understand when something has been done without my permission only for revert back the changes they need the time of 3 more days. I asked the representative what validity I receive IF I will go with the pack of 475 rs monthly pack. And its too ashameful for tata sky that their representatives are unable to answer even that query too. I'm feeling ditched on dealing with TATA SKY. It seems that I have made a huge mistake. I request to you kindly consider my request and resolve the problems as soon as possible for following points. 1. While recharging on MONTHLY PACK due date is coming of 22-23 days instead of 30 days. 2. Kindly charge for what you are showing on your screen, if there is any additional charges then please mentioned as a * marked below the list. I'm also attaching the screen shot of the Pack I activated for your reference.

        We took a dhamal mix package of tata sky of Rs 250, but they added services worth Rs 300 by themselves, making it a total of Rs 550 per month approx. Now when I call them to end these extra services, they ask me to call now and then. Tata sky has worst (pathetic) services which I have seen so far.

          We have taken new connection of Tata Sky DTH connection in Kalpataru Serenity Appartments, Hadapsar Pune. The quality of DTH service is highly below standards. From last one week the pictures are too distorted, especially in the evening and night. Pictures are coming only in big pixel formats which is making the experience frustrating. Kindly do something to enhance the quality.

            Kindly reference my complaint yesterday regarding above subject I want to submit as under-- I recd.a telephone call from mr Anurag Arora from Tata sky in morning at 8-15 A.M from mob.[protected] telling me to transfer Rs. 500 through bank on line where as I Re- charged with cash through Tata sky dealer.Mr Anurag demanded from me my account no.and customer ID of Bank, then he demanded my balance in my bank account.finally he asked me to provide him my ATM/Debit card no.and also the PIN No.I was harassed with several telephones by him in several ways.I asked him to transfer my Re-charged money in my TataSky ID [protected].Now I doubt how a genuine person can behave like this.Kindly get it investigated so that proper justice can be done thanks S.P.Dabas mob.[protected]

              We weren't getting any services in our cable. We thought the rain were causing it but this continued after the rain stopped too. When checked we got the message that we are getting ZERO signal. I have been calling the customer services past 2 days[protected]. They keep telling me that someone will contact me in 24 hours. SOME ONE IS YET TO CONTACT. Then I came to know the local service provider is R2 Chennai. Tried my luck there. The guy never picked up the call and when he did he was either rude when talking when I asked why is that no one has come. He gave me some vague reason and put me on hold. The number I contacted is [protected]. I am paying almost 500/- per month and this is what I get. Today I have been trying to call the customer service, it seems because of the traffic the are unable to contact us

                My tatasky (i.d.#[protected])in Mumbai stopped working more than 10 days ago.We have been calling the helpline no. everyday after talking to them we are promised that the issue will be resolved within a days time saying that the technician will be calling or coming.For the whole more than 10 days 1 o[censored]s have been staying at home thinking that somebody will come but still no one. Santosh the guy who installed the tatasky for us Borivali upon calling always says that he is out of station. After calling the tatasky helpline i even requested to talk to the supervisor because i was fed up with all the empty service promises. And so far I have talked to atleast 8 persons out of which 2 are supervisors whose names are Wahad and Nitisha. First to get to talk to somebody on this helpline no. it takes atleast 7-8 minutes and then it is a different person everytime. All i want is some technician to come and take a look at the set top box. If someone is following up on this my no. is [protected] and[protected]. It is very frustating.my next step will be...

                  This is to inform you that Tatasky fails to provide a good service to the customers. The susbcriber Id [protected] paid the monthly subscription of rs250/- to the company on 12/11/2015 for which the acknowledgement was received well in time showing the a/c bal of rs248/- against the subscriber which eventually reduced to rs 238.13 in one day (by 13/11/2015). The point to highlight here is that the subscriber has not received any services except a sign of 'no signals' since the money has been paid. How can a company be so irresponsibe and ignorant of the matter that no services has been provided to the customer when they are smart enough to send the ack(SMS) for receiving money and also deducting the amount well in time. Their customer care nos are shown as invalid([protected], [protected], [protected]) when tried calling them from the RMN(Registered mobile no) . Who should I contact? Mytatasky login is meant only for payment. Helpline doesn't work. kindly help either to provide me to get the services or to get my money back. Thank You. I hope this helps me.

                    I complained tatasky office that the signal problem is there and they did not bother to check it even if it has been 5 days since i complained. But they deduct the money daily from my account even though i am not using the set top box due to signal problem

                        Reg. No Signal Issue Escalation to Nodal Office and pathetic handling of issue by Redressal Authority - Subscriber ID : [protected]

                        I have raised a "No Signal" complaint with Tata Sky Bangalore nodal desk on 29th Oct 2015. I don''t see any progress on the complaint. Moreover, everytime I follow up, I realize that the complaint has been cancelled.

                        Even after more than 2 weeks of reporting the issue, I don''t see any action taken by the Redressal Authority. Every time they indicate to wait for 2hrs or 24hrs for getting the issue resolution. Every executive in the help desk repeats the same, as if read out from a note. I am not seeing any serious action taken by the Redressal Authority.

                        See zero progress on the resolution of the issue even after contacting Nodal Desk.

                          I have been using a Tata Sky since two months and i recharge my connection with Rs. 485 every month which promises to give me 204 channels with 168 SD channels and services and 35HD channels. That is what they promised us through informations in their websites. Whereas, there is no HD channels and nw they claim for extra 175rs for HD channels.

                              From last 2 days our tata sky connection is not working and even after logging complaint with their customer care, no action has been taken. Every time we call they give commitment of 2 hours with in which their technician is supposed to cal and come home. Which is not happening from last 48 hours, but pathetic thing is here is inspite of non service they will deduct the money of 2 days subscription .

                                    We have started using tatasky since 3 months and in the course of time we have started using everywhere tv service provided by the company and later when i wanted to drop the pack there is no option included in the website for dropping the pack .it shows the option for adding more and more packs.they wont respond to complaints and they wont even respond for helpline numbers .this is truly a dissappointment as the recharge date is nearby and they have even included the option o everywhere tv.help me.

                                      TATAsky Subscription ID:[protected].We are getting very poor signal especially during morning hours every day.Some times picture is getting on & off frequently.Technician has attended last month and rectified the problem.It has worked out for a day and the same problem is begum again. Please do the needful & see that problem is resolved immediately.

                                        I have been requesting for techniccian visit as my settop box stopped working within 8 days of installation. Every time I call the customer service, I am promised about a technician visit which never happens. Rs. 10000 gone down the drain.
                                        Pretty much all data services are similar e.g. tata photon
