Respected Sir / Madam,
My id no. is [protected] and my name is Mr. Sujit Guha. I am facing problems with receiving signals to my tata sky hd box since a week or more. The channels are either showing no signal or just gives a blank screen. The cables are connected well as it is a new connection. I have read about this on google and it has information about the "satellite change" and that the dish needs re-alignment. I have been calling the Help-line no. several times but no one is responding to the call.

From today all the channels have been out of receiving signal range and we are unable to view any of the channels.

I request you to kindly send a technician to align the dish.

    My tatasky consumer id [protected]. I got activated tatasky star sports pack 2 @50 per month by simply giving a missed call on specific no. But now we want to deactivate the same that is more than cumbersome as they have no contact nos for deactivation of packs as they have for activation.In short no easy procedure is provided for deactivation of channel pack by tatasky more over at the time of installation of dth i was told that the maintenence will be looked after by tata sky but now they have charged even for a faulty remote & have taken the old remote with them despite the fact that we have paid for the remote @ 200/-. Cannot we per sue a system to change our dth operator as in the case of mobile phones

      Hi sir On 21 october 2015 i found some problem in tata sky network so we called tata sky technician and techician does not visit to check the problem atlast we called the local technician to solve our problem. The main problem is that tata sky have deducted 170 rs and daily we called them by different numbers to get my 170 rs back i have spend more than 1000 rs to call them but the tata sky hv not given a favourable response and they hold the call for 5 to 10 min after that they cut the phone so it my kindly resquest to you take some action against them

        That the Tata Sky representative made a call at my registered mobile no. [protected] under my Tata Sky account no. [protected] and offered HBO channels 358 and 360 @ rate of Rs. 1 per day for the first 30 days and Rs 99-100 per month after the expiry of first 30 days. That today i.e. 2nd November 2015 at about 07:55 p.m. I called Tat Sky helpline no. [protected] and Mr. Kuldeep was on the line . I made a request for discontinuation of service for these two channels immediately or at the appropriate time of 30 days whichever is legitimate. Instead a giving a passionate hearing, the representative Mr. Kuldeep laughed, misbehaved and disconnected the line. This action of Mr. Kuldeep is very disappointing and intolerable. An immediate action against such person is required.
        That these offers are offered to attract the customers and with an offer to discontinue if not liked but when a consumer contacts the customer cell, their misbehaviour is quite often seen and in this case has been found.
        That the Tat sky is successful because of the customer base. It has started ditching the customers by luring rosy packages and then putting the services in to the hands of person like Kuldeep who indirectly refuse to discontinue such services.
        I here call upon you to discontinue the services of those channels with immediate effect or at the end of the period of 30 days at your own responsibility otherwise my all accounts will be seen as black because of your irresponsible behaviour towards your customers.

          My client id [protected] . i am not getting proper services from tata sky for last 3 days i am trying to get their customer cell but they put me on hold again n again . their system says wait for ten minutes inspite of waiting more ten minutes, i am not getting any response . these people acutally cheating peoples like me . i am fed with this . pls. clear my problem

            Respected all,

            I have a Tata Sky connection since 2007 and for the last three years I have been subscribing to South Sport Annual Package + English Movies. I have been getting messages on my registered mobile number to renew my package by paying INR 285. I did a payment of 2415 as per the last year rate and called up to renew my annual subscription when I was informed by the representative that I need to do a payment of INR 730 more to renew my annual package of South Sport for 11 month as one month is free ie INR 210 x 11= 2310 for South Sport and INR 75 X 11 = 825 for English movies. After payment the amount ie 2415 + 730=3145 I called up the representative and this time I was informed that I could not renew my South Sport package as this package can be subscribed by people only from South of India. I was shocked as for the last 3 years I have had this package and I have not been informed earlier or at any point that I am from Mumbai and that I cannot renew this package. I tried to speak to some seniors from Tata Sky and they told me we will look at it and do the best thing for me. Then I get a message on my registered mobile [protected] that your request completed for English News, Rs 55, Dhoom, Rs 179. This request has been done without my consent. I have been calling Tata Sky and now they say that your package has been change and that they cannot do anything with regards to changing to South Sport and they can just refund the balance of Rs 1700/. I have paid Rs. 3145 why should I forgo the balance amount for no fault of mine. Even if you go to the Tata Sky web page there you can select South Sport but no where even in the Disclaimer does it say that this can be subscribed from people from South India only. Please advise me how to go about it. My number is [protected].

              I put a tata sky and they informed that we can replace the unwanted channel with the desired channels as I do not know about this I agreed with the sales man at bajaj electronics and now when I call him he and his rude responces are making me go mad wat can u do to remove the conection and give my money back

                My Tata sky customer id is [protected]. Since April 2015, i have had to replace my set top box thrice. The tata sky rep, replace it with old boxes. They say, the company does not provide new boxes. I pay for it. Since April this year, i have had the representatives come to repair the box atleast 9 times. and over the past month three times. How bad can Tata sky get?

                  My Tata sky Subscriber ID : [protected]. I have this subscription last 5 years. Often called from Tata-sky side and asked new Channel to activation. but i always told no need any additional channel apart from my pack. But last 06/10/2015 morning in my office peak time they called and ask to add 'Vedic Maths' channel. But i told 'no need to any channel'. But they forced me, as it is free for 90 days after 90days if like you can continue with pay, otherwise you may remove that channel. So i accepted to this channel for free. But they charged from that day onward as Rs.6. This information i came to know after 1week, while i got phone msg as you monthly subcribtion amount is Rs. 355. so i shocked, because my subscription amount is Rs.139 only. then 13/10/2015 i called customer care and complaint their cheating. so they removed it 14/10/2015. but they told as they wont return to my money of Rs.54 to my account after i called many times. So please take proper action on Tata sky particular department as doing this kind cheating by lot of poor people. Money is not matter. but uneducated people are, now-a -days cheated by this indirect detection from their account

                  Ok, I'll contact other source and ask my rational things. But my question is, why they did like that. we believe and top-up money on their site. But why they detect indirectly without informing. This is kind of cheating? I am educated person and often i saw my status on net. So i could found their cheating within 9 days. But what about Uneducated or unknown net checking people?.Please take action or depth warning of the Tata sky concern department .

                    I have complained about poor signal . they had promised they will send visitor and solve the problem in 24hr but no body came yet after 7 days over and they also cuted visitor fee. I called may time but no one is responding . please help

                      I redeemed my zeetos and requested for some toys which i still haven't received its been more than 6 months, , , , , , and they have dropped 50% of my zeetos even though nothing has changed in my plan ..., plus everytime i redeem for a toy they cut 50 bucks from my tata sky account ..

                        I own a hotel (hotel Chetram) in jaipur.On first week of October Mr ankit jain & Vinay yadav approach me for installing digital box as representative of tata sky company. They make false commitments and took money for 15 set up boxes from me.After one month they only installed 5 set up boxes and they are not responding to our calls .Please help us out with this situation.

                          I refer to work order no KYN1BHJ regarding reinstallation of connection on relocation and i have experienced dismal and unprofessional attidtude from the tata sky guys. They had assured me of carrying out the job on sunday i.e 1.11.2015 between 6-7 pm and little has been done since then. I feel cheated, disgusted and annoyed with tataksy. I value TATA as a brand but unfortunately these guys are taking customers on a ride and diluting the brand value.

                              Sir I have subscribed to METRO base pack in Tata sky DTH service. As per this subscription I should get 30 free HD channels, but not a single HD channel is released to my service as a result of which I am unable to watch a single HD channel in my TV since last 2 weeks.                                 After our transfer we have installed tatasky at our new place of transfer but from the very first day we are not receiving Telugu channels I contacted customer care they said there's some problem in transmission it will get right...but even after a week the same thing ...when I again contacted customercare he said that their technical person will come pay him 170 rupees .y should we pay ..while installation only he should have done it...we paid 250 already while installing..

                                    Dear Sir, I've taken a new tatasky connection 2 months earlier.But continuously signal problem occuring due to wrong installation.I made a complaint to customer care 1st time they had come and 2nd time they didnt come. So, please solve it either by making proper installation or taking it back within one day...thank you

                                      Our secondary connection has been deactivated despite having paid yearly subscription in advance. Numerous complaints have been given but the problem has not been resolved.. Request no given was KXN8RZ6. My ID is [protected] I have only one primary and one secondary connection operational. I paid annual subscription of 10820/- In the year 2014 and annual recharge of 11695/- in 2015. If there are any other secondary connections existing against my name should be cancelled with immediate effect. In 2014 we had one primary and one secondary connection and same was to continue in 2015... Despite paying the full amount the secondary connection has been disconnected for which we have been continually complaining in the customer care bur no so.ution has been given to us. Kindly restore the the connection immediately or we will have to resolve this through consumer court now.                                         I have taken the Tatasky connetion on 31st August from Pai International 100 feet road Indira nagar Bangalore. Since Friday the 30th there was problem in my non HD Multi TV connection (2nd set up box)and I was not getting any kannada channels.I gave a complaint and a service man Vijai by name came and adjusted signal by turning the tatasky dish and made ready.For that he charged us Rs.170 and he says for each complaint Rs.170 will be deducted fro my account.But what is the guarantee period for your set up boxes.How can you charge for your free services.please make clear of it
