Have recharge my tata sky [protected] on 20th september 2015 for Rs 240 ( Dhamal Mix Pack) which was due on 19th October 2015, Today ( 09 oct 2015) i recd SMS for renew your tata sky, when i called coutomer care for the same I was told that they have deduct Rs 125 for HD channels which was not subscibe by me, Now they denied my request for refund So I`m Requesting herewith Kindly do the needfull ASAP, so that this will not Happen with other subscriber

    I have requested for 2 new connections to me and my sister .But with one dish connections for bothe the flats were given 8under one ID.The technician when asked replied indifferently saying that is the procedure.
    There was nooperating manual for the 2 STBs and also no connecting leads to STB and TV.I had to buy and connect.I am unable to get proper reply when your personnel were contacted over phoneand the technician was not taking any responsibility to satisfy customer.I request
    1.to supply the connecting leads
    2.to issue the operating manuals for 2 STBs
    3.To give seperate ID for me and my sister

      My tata sky is not working properly -on complaint on phone they said it will clear in4-5 days but 15 days spend so far - now when I make it on toll-free no - they don't attend saying we wiil call you but they do not call back- now if it is not rectified I will close my account from 15.10.2015 the date of next recharge & claim to consumer court

        Respective Dear team,

        I am experiencing a very serious & hectic problem from TATA sky services which availed 5 month back approximately. To Start with, I chose TATA Sky connection to use daily services since I am not a regular user of TV, however I was asked to go for 470 Rs monthly rental plan forcefully to use the service for a month though I didn’t use it much for two months. Then I got a call after months from TS executive then requested for a daily plan & a plan change to 349 Rs which She did, my monthly rent was changed to 349 Rs however I could`nt use the daily service even for 1 single day inspite of several recharges of 12, 11 10 Rs etc & few times I was asked to recharge for 100Rs, 50 Rs also which I did & still didn’t work ( There was some technical issue ERROR: YOU ARE NOT SUBCRIBED FOR THIS CHANNEL). Then I stopped recharging & didn’t even call CC for a help, then I started getting calls every day at least 5-6 times for recharging my account they didn’t stop calling me even after informing them that it is not working ever after recharging, different executives called me every different time to recharge, I disconnected call, I answered & informed, i was tortured every day @ my office hours also. I am seriously humiliated by tata sky team every day, inspite of no issue from my end. Finally thinking it might work this time I recharged for 349Rs on 5th oct 2015 again but I didn’t work, Same ERROR again and again, I called CC & informed they refresh the device it didn’t work, CC agents disconnect call, talk to me very rudely ( call recordings are available with me). Then after registering a complaint executive came to our house checked everything, changed Device, changed Card, asked me to wait for 2 hrs, 4hrs 24 hrs it didn’t work, & for all this hassles I have to pay them every day i:e TS is deducting money every day . Now it is 9th OCT, again I was finally told by field executive that he cannot do this do what ever you can with TATA sky. SO finally I am writing this with some hope. ( I have sent 2 mails to tata sky support – no help fro them too ). & I am seriously looking for some compensation from TATA SKY for a mental torture I went thru all these months.

            Below is stated a mail sent to Tata sky for our complaint which my father wrote after having high BP problem but still i am unable to understand the concern from your side that you people are so busy to revert back to a senior citizen of a country and to a very old subscriber of yours, seems like you people do not want CUSTOMERS to be HAPPY? So, let’s start with issues

            I am talking about a Subscriber who is my Father having registered number is [protected] who is in high BP and Hyper tension because of TATA as a BRAND and specially TATA SKY. and i will be marking this mail to everyone and at each consumer forum with a PRESS NOTE also. Please read the mail carefully which my father marked to TAT sky but did not got any revert.

            From Small town Kurukshetra, Haryana TATA SKY Hurts a Customer who is in Old Age and this is very shameful for your people you have done this blunder with your customer.

            • Happy to see that you never entertain the concern for the customers that's what you did with my father that he called customer care but did not got any satisfactory revert from them and only work order was generated nobody is tracking weather complaint has been resolved or not?
            • Only work order generated but visit happens at our residence why?
            • How can work order can be cancelled without consent of customer?
            • Do u people understand the time lines? If my Father directed that i am only available between 10 AM to 5 PM then why your Executive called at 7:30 PM?
            • Are you people fools? Who do not understand a Customer?
            • Your Executive number [protected] was RUDE to my Father WHY? Do you Treat your Parents like wise? Am asking to Mr. Harit Nagpal. you are 52 years Man do you speak to your Father like this? were you used to Abusive him?
            • Customer having 2 Connections from last many Years is doing a Fault?
            • Today my father got 18 Calls from customer care numbers: [protected], [protected], [protected], 20661520,[protected],[protected] stating that my father is at fault and TAT SKY is right in the issue but i am very surprise to know that they people very also RUDE and used rough language with my Father and complaints against these numbers will also be filled in case i did not got solution in 2 days. and i want that local guy at my home with a apology letter with senior person with him to talk to me directly.
            • Services will discontinued anyways

            Now please read the Mail and answer all the questions I have mentioned if you people cannot then also please let me know.

            On[protected] at 6-46 P.M. and I was given work order No.IFBMXB7, that your technician will contact me, but none contacted me. Again complaint was lodged and work order No.IGGDST7issued; again work order No.IHOH657 issued and this work order has been cancelled today without attending to my complaint.

            In between I received call from [protected] on 5-6-2015 at 5-54 p.m. again on[protected] at 7-30 p.m. (whereas I have given clear instructions to contact or visit me between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
            On 7-6-2015 your technician promised me to come at my residence to attend complaint on 8-6-2015 at 11 a.m.
            To my surprise my work order has been cancelled and this is not first time that your technician at Kurukshetra not attending my complaint promptly, his behaviour is rude.
            This has given harassment and pain and I left with no other option but to get my Add-on connection disconnected from 3-6-2015

            I will be with Tata sky till my all ready paid amount is consumed

              Hi Set box I'd-[protected] Kindly help the installer boy-naveen didn't inform us, we have installed 15m wire in your set box installation and it will be charged rs 50 from your account balance.please do the needful and refund my rs 50 balance in my account, otherwise uninstalled my set box and refund my total money-Rs 1550.                 Hello,


                From past few month I have so many complaints regarding Tata sky. And there customer care repetitive.

                1. Customer care repetitive are giving so many wrong information.
                2. Delay in services always.
                3. Deducting money without any information.
                4. Now I am fed up with Tata sky pathetic service are you all providing.
                5. I want to recharge my Tata sky connection for one year and I need information from customer care and call customer care reprentatives are gave me information that u just recharge with amount and then call customer care they will put request on annual basis but when i recharge after that no one response my call for two days after that they received my call but then they reply now your amount is not sufficient to modify this pack in annual pack.
                6. I have 3 connection on same account one is primary and two are secondary I need to disconnect one connection and I called customer care number for same they suggest me to wait 24 hours and told me they will call me and verify this then they will deactivate this as my last date of recharge was 5 October I raise this request on 1st of October and till 5th of October I have not received any call then I called again to customer care to verify they told me to wait next 24 hour now and I have received call they are telling me now first you need to recharge your account then only we will deactivate this connection. I am seriously not getting point to disturbing so much what is this.
                7.pathetik services are given by Tata sky and there is no response from customer care also this very bad I have done recharge of amount 9 thousand and gave request to deactivate one connection and you people deactivated another connection that I have already recharge of one year can anyone response on same as customer care people are not responding they just hold my call for 11 minutes and then they disconnect my call what the hell is this
                Please do something this is very serious I don’t think so if you have this type of service people will like to use Tata sky

                  My subscription account no is [protected] .From 26 September 15, I am not able to see few channels NDTV and IBN 7 .When I contact Help Line they are at best evasive and not in position to say anything .I am fed up with there service and want to port to another DTH service, provision for which is available according to TRAI guidelines .They keep channels off on one pretext or another .This is worst type of service .Pure CHEATS .Consumers have no right in India .

                    I Jatin Sehdev Tata Sky ID No [protected] with an annual subscription. I am facing problems in regards to my connection i have several times complaint on the Help line they send a tecnician at my place but the very next day again the same problem i am not able to view my tata sky network from the time i have installed it i am facing this problem it has been since 1 month of Installation of my tata sky. when u talk to the senior personnel they tell you that we are looking for the fault from my installation date it has been 1 month till now they have not found any fault i really dnt understand ...

                        This is regarding my TATA SKY connection which i subscribed on 2nd of Sept.We are not able to view HD channels. For the same i registered a complaint and engineer visited my premises and confirmed that the installation is not done on right location so signals are not proper. And he advised for the shifting of the device. For which he asked us money for wire and connector. Now my point is if the location was not proper why at all your engineer on first occasion installed the device there.rather he should have told us an appropriate place for the same. In this case i would have paid him only extra wire cost and would have enjoyed the HD channels hassle free without taking pain of calling customer care and writing this long email. But since this has not happened kindly look into the matter and provide me whatever waiver is possible from your end in this regard. I hope to hear from you soon.                           Tata Sky Service is very Poor, Customer care is very hopeless things. I Tata sky is not receiving signal since two week. I have registered my complain in customer care but nobody came to at my Residence for solving the Problem. I had been trying to talk with the Tata Sky Executive but line is very busy ant System telling that our executive would ring up you but result is Zero.                             My signal to Tata sky is frequently closed even though it is renewed in time and is valid on the date. The ID appearing on My TV is not mine. Frequently I have to approach to helpdesk to restart. Thus I am unnecessarily put to inconvenience.

                              For the last two weeks, I cant watch even a single channel. nobody responds to my calls. one person came to my house and blamed a coconut leaf and told me that the coconut leaf is blocking the signals. if that is the case then, tata sky will not work in Kerala. I was in touch with a person named Mr Renjith ([protected]), and he is also not picking my calls. in the meantime I got a message from tata sky that my complaint is cancelled. complaint id is KEDLHSV. all this time tata sky will be charging 20 rs per day for my usage. I pay 610 rs per month. all going for waste. my customer id is [protected].

                                I am facing problem related to no signal issue in some channels (Music channels / discovery channel / ndtv india). From tata sky i got confirm that issue due to solar radiation and it may resolve till 14th oct.

                                Please refund amout for which channels are not working.

                                        Dear sir / mam,
                                        With reference to subscriber id [protected] i would like to express my dissatisfaction with the tata sky dth (India).
                                        Being an old customer of tata sky i was happy with old set top box provided to us, but later on that set top box was replaced by new set top box as an upgradation process, which was acceptable by me.
                                        Since i started using new set top box i am not satisfied with it as its processing speed is slow than the earlier one also i am facing problem in my set top box. I have requested technician help from tata sky and they told me that they will provide me assistance which is also fine.

                                        Problem comes here when they told me that i need to pay money if technician ask me to change set top box with new set top box.
                                        Firstly i would like to tell that there is no physical damage from my side in set top box if there is something wrong with the internal component than i am not responsible for it because it is the technical department of tata sky who takes decision which component to use.
                                        Secondly i am not happy with 1 month warranty over new set top box if its a new device and as its replacement is initiated by tata sky i need one year warranty because the type of service i am facing i dont think that box will run for long time.
                                        Thirdly customer care told me that if we buy new set top box also than also there will be warranty for 1 month only so it makes no point for me to purchase again set top box.

                                        So basically i can see two options
                                        If required you should change set top box for free with warranty
                                        / or /
                                        If you are going to continue with your policy with no replacement than i am going to stop using your service and i will need a statement in written from tata sky (India) declaring that tata sky (India) is not able to satisfy their 5+ year old customer due to company policy.
                                        With the hope of reply and further processing i am putting my complaint to you.

                                        Dear sir / mam,

                                        With reference to last mail, i am surprised with this kind of rude behaviour from tata sky (India). My complaint is not yet resolved, may be this is my last mail towards tata sky support team therefore i will wait till monday 05 - oct - 2015.
                                        If my issue didn't get resolved within three days, i am going to have words directly with mr. Harit nagpal regarding my issue and tata sky support team, after which what ever decision is going to take against you i will not be responsible for it. [protected] is my number to contact me.

                                        Tata sky customer care lied me that on purchase of above rs900 set top box only they give 1 year warranty on set top box but fact is that on purchase of rs450 also they give one year warranty
                                        _

                                        This is my humble request to both consumer complaint and mr. Harit nagpal to please sort out my problem.
                                        If it remain unsolved to me than i will consider it as a scam.
