Respective Dear team,
I am experiencing a very serious & hectic problem from TATA sky services which availed 5 month back approximately. To Start with, I chose TATA Sky connection to use daily services since I am not a regular user of TV, however I was asked to go for 470 Rs monthly rental plan forcefully to use the service for a month though I didn’t use it much for two months. Then I got a call after months from TS executive then requested for a daily plan & a plan change to 349 Rs which She did, my monthly rent was changed to 349 Rs however I could`nt use the daily service even for 1 single day inspite of several recharges of 12, 11 10 Rs etc & few times I was asked to recharge for 100Rs, 50 Rs also which I did & still didn’t work ( There was some technical issue ERROR: YOU ARE NOT SUBCRIBED FOR THIS CHANNEL). Then I stopped recharging & didn’t even call CC for a help, then I started getting calls every day at least 5-6 times for recharging my account they didn’t stop calling me even after informing them that it is not working ever after recharging, different executives called me every different time to recharge, I disconnected call, I answered & informed, i was tortured every day @ my office hours also. I am seriously humiliated by tata sky team every day, inspite of no issue from my end. Finally thinking it might work this time I recharged for 349Rs on 5th oct 2015 again but I didn’t work, Same ERROR again and again, I called CC & informed they refresh the device it didn’t work, CC agents disconnect call, talk to me very rudely ( call recordings are available with me). Then after registering a complaint executive came to our house checked everything, changed Device, changed Card, asked me to wait for 2 hrs, 4hrs 24 hrs it didn’t work, & for all this hassles I have to pay them every day i:e TS is deducting money every day . Now it is 9th OCT, again I was finally told by field executive that he cannot do this do what ever you can with TATA sky. SO finally I am writing this with some hope. ( I have sent 2 mails to tata sky support – no help fro them too ). & I am seriously looking for some compensation from TATA SKY for a mental torture I went thru all these months.
