My Tata Sky connection ID is [protected]. I have a yearly HD packed which was expired on dated 25.10.2015. I call on 26th Oct 15 for deactivation of HD pack but Tata Sky customer executive tell me recharge Rs. 20 amount then i will accept your request as your balance shows Rs. 3 . In this account I have Rs. 20 till 25th oct. They deducting money without my consent . I also call on 27th and today (28th) also for refunding the money and deactivate Tata sky HD Pack. Today executive tell me to Recharge Rs. 8 then call for deactivation and refund. Today i recharge Rs. 30 as they tell and call the customer care but no satisfactory response provide by Tata sky and after some time they deduct again Rs. 5. Tata Sky believe only deducting the money from customer and harass the customer as any kind of way. My request to refund my Rs. 22 asap and stop the HD pack.. Ram Nath Prasad [protected]

    I have a TATA sky connection under subscriber id [protected] .on 25 oct i recharged the account online with Rs 475/-.The system was showing a wrong subscriber id [protected] which later switched to [protected] .therefore i made a request to confirm my subscriber id and the customer care confirmed to me that due to tech error the wrong id was displayed and the amount will be tranffered to my id i.e [protected]. my complaint was registered for the same against complaint no KVRXI 9D on 26 oct. I received a call from customer care on 27 oct however the call dropped in between and the matter was not resolved.in the evening of 27 oct when i called the customer care on[protected] the customer care rep told me that the complaint has been resolved .At that time i told him that my complaint has not been resolved and to connect me to floor supervisor. he connected me to Mr sooraj (floor senior) who was not ready to listen to my problem and was trying to tell me that the matter was resolved however he will launch a new complaint .when i requested to him to continue with the old complaint no ie KVRXI 9D dt 26 oct he just put my call on hold and didnot respont to my request.Perforce i had to disconnect the call.this is no way to treat and humiliate a customer.

      Hi,

      Reference to my earlier issues, I got many times verbal assurance from Tata Sky team that I will be not charged for Service Visit due to their service fault at back end but levied to the my account.

      Now I am stuggling again to credit back from tata sky account and activate my set top box.

      Actually Tata Sky providing very cheap service to their customers.

        My Tatasky ID. [protected] and Regd.mobile number [protected]. Number of times I tried on customer caere, but it is always servicing only for new adding packs and on net there are only adding and dropping packages, but there is no option for deactivation of Everywhere TV. We also tried not to recharge the package and waited for the last minuite, but on recharging automotically they included the everywhere TV subscription also and we felt very sorry. Today the subscription of everywhere TV is begining. So please deactive the same and extend the routine TV subscription .

          I had been facing a problem with few HD channels on my Tata Sky from last few months and I thought it might be because of monsoon and should be ok after monsoon however, even after monsoon many HD channels wereare not working properly especially Star sports HD2 and HD4. Last week, I called the customer care and informed the issue and a customer care executive informed me about the related charges which I denied as the problem with signal was not my fault and the last time which was few months back Tata Sky made some technical changes and had requested their clients to contact the technician if they face any difficulty and that's when a technician had visited and since then there was this problem. I was informed the charges will be INR 170 to which I clearly mentioned that if there are any charges I don't want any service so, your executive told me to register the request and once they visit and resolve I need to call back the customer support and the amount will be refunded. Taking her word I agreed to register the request. Later, technician visited and resolved the issue within five minutes which was only signal related and later I called the customer support but they denied to refund any amount even after committing reason given was my set top was out of warranty, it really doesn't matter because when I called you knew it was out of warranty so, you all should not have agreed to waive off the charges at first place . Please check your call recording, it was clearly agreed and only then I registered the request. Next day an executive called me and offered me a refund of INR 100 which I was not happy with because I am not asking for charity but something which I was promised. I am using an HD+ set-top box from a long time now and my monthly consumption is more than 600 so, for me it's not the matter of money it's the wrong commitment or cheating. I raised a complaint but did not get any response and when I called on 24/10/15 because my validity was expiring on 24/10/15, I spoke to Suraj (Supervisor) and he assured me that the team is looking onto my request and my account will not be deactivated and I'll get a call shortly.As expected, nobody called me and my account was deactivated next day on 25/10/15 again wrong commitment. I called up again and spoke to another supervisor called Kaushik Paria and he kept me on hold for 45 minutes basically, I was forced to disconnect the line. Later, Baljeet was kind to help and reactivate my account. The only good experience with tata Sky in last one week was Baljeet. This was a clear case of poor product knowledge and wrong commitment from the customer support team and if they had to be transparent these whole situation would have never arrived. It's been a week now still no resolution on this complaint and tomorrow is the last day of my account validity. I will never recommend Tata Sky to any consumer go for anything but not Tatasky after sale service is pathetic.
          Follow-up on your case, address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

            I received a call from no[protected] for giving me the pack information and asked me weather to start the Active Music .
            I REFUSED to start the Active Music, but still the tata sky started it and deducted Rs 49 from my account without my consent
            I received the sms and when i called back to the same no[protected], the no was out of order. . I still have the call details.
            I constantly requested to de activate the Active Music through but found no response yet . complaint feedback sms is not given
            I feel to complaint to police / consumer foram with details

              As per the Tata Sky company policy, for the mega pack customers there isn't any service charge to be collected for relocating. Dated 21.10.2015 they have collected Rs. 800/- as service charge for relocation. When i discussed this with Tata Sky customer care they are negligently handling the case. So i decided to surrender the subscription and asked for a refund which they are denying by simply delaying the case. Upon making numerous calls they still don't feel to close this case.

              The Subscriber ID's which I request to surrender are:

              C) [protected]

              Desired Resolution: Either to completely refund the collected charges for relocation or to close all the connection are do the refund as per registered complaint date i.e., 21.10.2015.

              Thanks for sharing your valuable experience.
              The point here is that i do get calls from Tatasky every day but nothing they are able to conclude on. My request is to do the actual refund or to close the connections. Everyday i will call them to know the status, but again they will give a request no. and ask me to wait for 24 hrs. This is what is going on from past one week.

                My Tata Sky subscriber ID is [protected]. On Feb 21st 2015, someone changed the basepack to 'Sports pack' and I have been charged an amount of INR 325 instead of INR 250 till now. I came to know about it on Oct 21st when it was changed back to the regular base pack. This is completely unethical. I had not requested anyone or pressed any buttons on the phone. I did not get any email or text message to inform me about the change. I feel hurt and am upset.

                Till now I have already spoken to about 10 people both executives and supervisors across centres. I have received loads and loads of apologies over the phone. However, I need to be compensated for the excess amount I have paid for 8 months i.e. INR 600.

                What's more insulting is my calls have been deliberately disconnected, transferred to south Indian answering machines. Finally no one is ready to send even an apology email on Tata Sky letter head. I have been told that Tata Sky cannot refund. Its being treated like . Tata Sky does not care. We have two connections of Tata Sky at our home for over 5 years.

                Can anyone help?

                    Date: 25th Oct-2015 Client ID [protected] I am been facing acute problem from Tata Sky, from past 4 hours, I am been on a call with Tata sky help desk people but they are neither friendly in talking and always trying to make money out of this call.. Example: Why don't you replace our set top box: Charges only Rs 500, Let the engineer visit, charges only 170 /- THey dont help on the phone and except us to call their engineer every time and they make money in someway or other. Past 6 months, 4 engineers have visited my place and TATA SKY wants us to pay premium for all services and faults even its its from their side..

                      My TATA Sky A/c No. [protected]. I got a secondary connection last month. Earlier, I was paying Rs.220/- per month. After getting the secondary connection, I should pay either Rs.440/- per month for two connection or even less. But, you have changed the package and now charging Rs.545/- per month from me.                         My Tatasky costumer a/c no-[protected]. Despite payment of monthly subscription on due date the urgent payment reminder message along with deactivation message has been continously appearing on my TV screen, which has completely disturbed my viewing pleasure for more than a fortnight now. The customer care number is useless and of no use, it works only for payments and packages. Such substandard service is hard expected from a company like yours. An urgent reply and apology will be highly appreciated or else I will be forced to close the connection and file an consumer complaint case.

                          My Tata sky connection was shifted from Sangli to Pune last month. required installation charges at new place were deducted by Tata sky from my account as I had paid yearly advance payment.However installation at new place was not done properly.I called the Tata sky for to check and fix the signal problem however they ask me to pay charges again.This is not fair as they deducted my account balance without completing the installation work properly.They should not collect charges again for improper installation of dish.There should be assurance from the company for a desired level of signal strength

                              I am a distributor for tatasky, my code is: dis6149, in my location activation potentiality is very low but tatsky sales executive and asm has given lot off pressure for purchasing 500 kits, name ravi raja, seshandra, my willing is only 200 kits but due to employees pressure i bought 500kits, after 5 months they have terminated my distribution, still i am having 320 kits, where should i sale that kits . Due to tatasky employess company get bad name and get the harassment cases also. Please take back my kits and revers my amount. Other wise i will take action civil and criminal harrasment case and prm has been blocked, i could not able to check my kits status and i could not able to create new tatasky dth connection.

                                Sir/Madam, My name is Prashant Borkar and I had subscribed for Tata Sky on @4 September, 2015 (Subscriber ID : [protected]). I had even paid the 1 year subscription charge i.e. ₹ 5240 (including installation charges), but a month later my subscription has been deactivated and it is saying that I have to recharge. I contacted the Tata Sky dealer as soon as possible and he said that there was no need to worry and that he will fix this problem soon, but now even after a week my problem has not been fixed.                                   TATA SKY DEATAILS:-
                                  subscriber id- [protected], Reg mob- [protected], Name- SHIV PANDEY.

                                  I reported a problem to tata sky costomer care on 13th oct 2015 via call on [protected] and tata sky employee registered my complaint for engineer visit and Rs 170/- had been deducted from my account .

                                  On 14th octoober 2015 engineer visited my home and said that the problem will be resolved within 10 days from the date of complaint and didnt do anything and left.

                                  Today 24th oct 2015 the problem is still their and when i'm trying to call tata sky costomer services they're not listning to my problems and putting me down to hold for a long time and then no response is coming.

                                  Today 24th oct 2015 i've called tata sky costomer care services for 3 time between 11AM to 12:15PM in which two times MALE picked up my call and one time a FEMALE and they all did the same thing and did'nt cared to help me.
                                  They told me that you have to reschedule a visit and have to pay Rs.170 again. when i asked them why then they said that you have to re-complaint within 7 days if the problem has not been solved but when i told them that i was given a time for 10 days so how could i call again within 7 days and after this the FEMALE employee dissconnected my call around 12PM 24 oct 2015.

                                  Please help me.And please teach your employees how to behave with your costomers or you will start loosing your costomers soon.we are paying you not to get these types of responses.

                                    Mr. Bharat shah appointed for Parel village by TATA Sky took my requested three months back for shifting the connection in a same area, however after three months i have not connected with tata sky on the conrtraray TATA insisting money for renewal. That also we did bu till date we have not got a connections. Today we got a call from TATA sky that the one year new pack purchase three days back is only 6 months validity. we are surprise, TATA such honest Oraganisation is not expected.
                                    Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    You should address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

                                      I am using TATA sky from last 2 years and observed that every month or 2 months my bill is increasing. It started with 300 rs and now it is 760 rs. Without me subscribing to any new package. Issues are

                                      Subscriber ID -[protected]

                                      1. Bill is increasing every months why?
                                      2. Why when cost is increased on any package I have subscribed, I am not being informed.
                                      3. every month 10-20 rs is increased
                                      4. My billing cycle keep on decreasing. why? last to last month, my last payment date was 31st Sept, than became 23rd Oct last month and now 22 Nov? why?

                                      I complained to customer service and response I got is... you have to pay this much and no other option and when I told them I will switch to Airtel, they told me that I can switch.

                                      Is this the way you handle your customers? I will discontinue my Tata sky services from next month. I will ensure to ask all my family and friends not to use Tata sky.

                                      I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.

                                        Myself Mrs Rina Singh W/o Sh Satish Kumar Singh Military Station Bikaner Rajasthan 334001 is having Tata Sky TV service with customer ID [protected].
                                        On 19 Oct 2015, my Tata Sky Set Top Box went off the road and therefore, I immediately contacted Tata Sky dealer at Bikaner. However, they did not pay attention to my complaint stating that they have more work load now. Then i told them that i will report this matter to the Higher Level. In return they replied that you can complain to any body. It does not matter to them. Subsequently I reported the matter to Tata Sky on [protected]@tatasky.com and then on 21 Oct 2015, a person came with Tata Sky Set Top Box . However, he did not give me Purchase Voucher and warranty card.
                                        In view of the above submission, i have the following grievances to make :
                                        (i) Lesser warranty period of a Tata Sky Set Top Box : On making enquiry on [protected]@tatasky.com, they informed that Tata Sky Set Top Box is having warranty period of only 29 days which is too less. It implies that Tata Sky Set Top Box is not durable and it is likely to go off the road at any time.
                                        (ii) Production of Purchase Voucher of Tata Sky Set Top Box : on demand, tata Sky has refused to give the Purchase Voucher which is a mandatory requirement.
                                        (iii) Compensation for the depriving of Tata Sky Services for three days
                                        Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me.
