Please read my complaint has two parts

Dear sir / mam,
With reference to subscriber id [protected] i would like to express my dissatisfaction with the tata sky dth (India).
Being an old customer of tata sky i was happy with old set top box provided to us, but later on that set top box was replaced by new set top box as an upgradation process, which was acceptable by me.
Since i started using new set top box i am not satisfied with it as its processing speed is slow than the earlier one also i am facing problem in my set top box. I have requested technician help from tata sky and they told me that they will provide me assistance which is also fine.
Problem comes here when they told me that i need to pay money if technician ask me to change set top box with new set top box.
Firstly i would like to tell that there is no physical damage from my side in set top box if there is something wrong with the internal component than i am not responsible for it because it is the technical department of tata sky who takes decision which component to use.
Secondly i am not happy with 1 month warranty over new set top box if its a new device and as its replacement is initiated by tata sky i need one year warranty because the type of service i am facing i dont think that box will run for long time.
Thirdly customer care told me that if we buy new set top box also than also there will be warranty for 1 month only so it makes no point for me to purchase again set top box.
So basically i can see two options
If required you should change set top box for free with warranty

If you are going to continue with your policy with no replacement than i am going to stop using your service and i will need a statement in written from tata sky (India) declaring that tata sky (India) is not able to satisfy their 5+ year old customer due to company policy.
With the hope of reply and further processing i am putting my complaint to you.

Dear sir / mam,
With reference to last mail, i am surprised with this kind of rude behaviour from tata sky (India). My complaint is not yet resolved, may be this is my last mail towards tata sky support team therefore i will wait till monday 05 - oct - 2015.
If my issue didn't get resolved within three days, i am going to have words directly with mr. Harit nagpal regarding my issue and tata sky support team, after which what ever decision is going to take against you i will not be responsible for it. [protected] is my number to contact me.

2nd part
Tata sky customer care lied me that on purchase of above rs900 set top box only they give 1 year warranty on set top box but fact is that on purchase of rs450 also they give one year warranty

This is my humble request to both consumer complaint and mr. Harit nagpal to please sort out my problem.
If it remain unsolved to me than i will consider it as a scam.
and SMS service is ZERO Simply cell companies deducting money and reply from Tata sky is contact help line Once again money for the cell company as the recorded machine will not having solutions for our problem There is no excutive to attend the complaints
