Bad customer services

I would like to report about three complaints from Tata sky. My Subscriber ID is [protected] I am utterly disaapointed with the bad customer service - 1) Firstly, you harass customers every 15 days, informing that there are new packages, you have launched and would we be interested. Higher rate of monthly bill

Digicards keep getting spoilt

#TataSky : digicards spoil every 6 months or so and they bank on our naïveté. The cost of a new digicard is silently debited from your account.

Caught them red-handed with all records / complaint ids / callbacks. of 4 changes in under 2 years. As they claimed there was no record of a digicard change! Tata Sky's tele-reps (senior managers such as Dhani & Gopal Tala) are suppressing facts and indulging in...

Steep charges and improper services

Recently Tata Sky increased their charges to a steep values
For example thier "English Movies Pack" is now available at value of 75 Rs instead of prior 60 Rs.

Also after subscribing to their Eng Movies pack they didn't turn on Eng Movies pack in my set-top box for about a week.

Who the is responsible for this ?

DTH picture quality

Tata sky everywhere tv

Set top box signal problem

Showcase movie

Today, 15th Oct, 2015... I ordered showcase movie - Mad Max - Fury Road- HD. The print was not proper and print scenes were shaking and breaking. I called customer care immediately ... Unauthorized Payment Deduction from my account

Monthly Subscription Flaw

Hi All, This is to bring to your knowledge that I am a deemed customer of Tata Sky. and i have been using it for my home connection. I recharged my Tata Sky connection for RS 440 on 13.Oct as per my payment due date. As per monthly subscription plan of 30 days. The next payment due date has been set to 11.Nov. However, if you calculate 30 days starting 14.Oct . the next due date comes as 12.Nov. But still, my due date has been calculated...
