I am an existing tat sky customer . I have three connections in my home . Long back I had another tata sky connection in my home but I do not need it any longer . There is a yellow envelope constantly on my TV screen . It signifies account information . I am unable to open the account information or remove that envelope . I called the helpline no when I got fed up with trying to remove it . The rep told me that shows on my TV because I have to recharge for the connection I am not using and then only it will go and I will be able to view the account info . I have already recharged upto January for my other three connections . I found this very disturbing . I do not want to recharge the fourth connection. I don't need it yet .     This is for your information that I am subscriber of your service for last one year. I have some bitter experience of your service that I want to share with you. 1. My connection was out of order for more than a month as my set top box was out of order and you had no technical staff available at guwahati to attend the same. It was replaced after a long wait .However you deducted my monthly rental without fail .As per information from your call centre that I did not have to pay the rental for that period as the fault was from your end. But you did not adjust the amount for the next month. 2. Few days back I received a call from your centre that a new channel is activated with my connection for which I don’t have to pay any amount for trial period after that period I have to pay. After that I received a massage from you that my request for new active smart manager is completed with details of the charges I have to pay. But believe me that I have never made any request for any new channel nor I have enjoyed your new channel till date . At the time of payment of my monthly rental I realized that you started deducting Rs 10.00 /day from my rental. As my present rental is Rs 345/- I would not be able to Rs 300.00 extra for a channel I have not asked for .So I request you deactivate your active smart manager from my connection with immediate effect. Again I request you to not to call your consumer like a FAKE ATM Caller as I don’t want to be fooled by the caller/you and loss of our valuable time. Your sincerely Amar jyoti deka.       Dear Sir;

      I wish to bring to your kind attention that I had made a Payment of Rs 2550/- on 4th November 2014 which was for a period of 1year ie: valid up to 4th November 2015. Also we were told that we would be getting 1month subscription free of cost.

      We are constantly getting reminders from your end that the balance is low and that we should make the payment. We would appreciate if you could let us know the usage details from the day we have paid Rs 2550/- so that we could rectify the error if any.

      As on today as per the last statement recd by us ie:1-9-15 to 30-9-15 the balance shown is Rs 5.41. Kindly provide the usage details.from 4th November 2014 till date 21st October 2015.

        I had applied for tatasky today online. I had told him that I'll will get ten hd and Tensports in that anually package he told yes but i didn't get it now it a heavy loss for me i want my total money back or i want the ten hd and Tensports or else I'll remove my other 3 connections from my house.           Hi,

          Recently I moved to a new house and I raised request to get the tata sky box transferred. It was done but I've been facing signal issues after that. I complained about the same but it didn't helped. The repair guy came and said that some part needs to be changed then only it will work. Even after changing the part there has been no improvement in signal quality. Now, after calling the customer care again and again and reporting multiple times there has been no action taken on this. I'm getting charged again and again for part replacement and transfer of tata sky that too without any satisfaction.

          I request you too kindly look into my complaint and get the issue resolved without any delay.

            Aim S K Das residing in D/12 Takshashila Flats L .J. Commerce Road Vastrapur Ahmedabad. I have a consumer ID [protected]. of Tata sky and iam viewing Tata Sky since last 10 years. In our flat a total of 10 people is having tata sky connections. The Problem is that the Set up box of all these 10 people is not receiving signals in the morning but around 12 in the noon set up box starts receiving signals. Many senior citizen in the flats could not watch morning bhajans and other religious sermons. This problem persists since i month. Many complaints have lodged with the tata sky consumer and toll free no but the complaints have fallen on deaf years. If the complains are not solved within 2 days then we as a total of 10 connections will have to disconnected on personal request and opt for other DTH connections. It is utter disbelief and embarrassment from a reputed DTH connection not providing morning signals. This should be personally interfered by the upper authorities to solve the problem.               We have got a Tata Sky set top box. the signal problem has got insane. Every afternoon we've extreme signal problem. Half of the channels don't work.come and fix it. And the helpline number doesn't work. Instead of picking up the call by a person it always gives advertisements and never ask if we want any help or problem. Please come and fix the set top box...

                  I am Subodh Bhatt, Living at Gaur City 1 Greater Noida West, i ahve bought Tata Sky DTH on 19th October online from Garg Shop. as per the package one month subscription was free. but on 21st Oct'15 It is showing the balance of Rs. 25 and recharge on by 24th Oct'15. How is that possible. i am surprise, I suiggest to all not buy Tata Sku DTH and go someone other DTH service.

                    I am having a Cable DTH TV connection of Tata Sky My Subscriber ID for Tata Ksy is [protected]. I had transfered Rs. 7440.00 on 03/09/2015 to tata sky fro annual channel package including dhamal mix plan for Rs. 2640.00, Multi tv annual pckage for Rs. 2420.00, HD access annual package for Rs. 1500.00 & English movie channel annual package for Rs. 720.00 after confirming tata sky person of customer care helpline. at that time tatasky person had told me that now your annual package has been booked & you have no need to give further amount or any price increase during the year. But from 7 to 8 days tata sky persons are calling me and asking for further amount to book my annual packege plan due to price increase in all package. I had opposed it and i told that please stop my subscription and give my money deposited in your account . but they are not ready to stop my subscription and refund my money which is already given to tata sky. please help us.

                        After confirming to tatasky executive not to deactivate my account, my account hasbeen deactivated. Not my mistake but still Customer care executive and seniors are asking to recharge my account with 150rs.
                        Being a customer of Tata sky from 4 years this is wat i get.
                        Becoming more money minded and selfish. Every 15 days No signal is displayed on screen and i pay 150 rs to tata sky.

                          Hi, I am an user of Tata Sky since more than 5 years. I have recharged my account five days back but I noticed that signal is not coming. Same I have to customer care and gobe through all the checks as they suggested but my problem was as earlier. Then I asked them to send your trchnician to rectify the same. If there will be physical damge from my side then I will pay but customer care executive denied to take my request and they were forcing to accept their condition i.e. Rs. 170/- I have to pay in the name of technician visit. Tata Sky people frequently disabling customer connections from backend to generate revenue from customer by way of technician visits. This is non-ethical practices following by Tata Sky now a days.                           Now I am stuggling again to credit back from tata sky account and activate my set top box.

                            I would like to report about three complaints from Tata sky. My Subscriber ID is [protected] I am utterly disaapointed with the bad customer service - 1) Firstly, you harass customers every 15 days, informing that there are new packages, you have launched and would we be interested. There is a saying that first improve your current service and then launch new packages. But when you raise the prices of your channels, you do not bother to inform customers neither by phone, nor by email. One of your customer service operators told me that Tata sky did inform about price rise in Navbharat Times. Is this a joke, you expect a customer to take a package and then expect the customer to buy Navbahart times to read about your new updates. Then what is the use of Internet, which world is Tata sky, are they living in 1910s. You increased the prices without informing me and due to which my balance and due date got reduced for which the explanation given by your customer services was just a simple sorry and this was a business reason. Well in business there is something called business ethics, you do not launch a new product or raise the prices hideously. You tell customers beforehand. When your operators harass customers about new launches every 15 days then how you come you failed to inform customers about price rise. Again the answer I get from your customer services is Sorry. 2) Next I have been using the package since 2007, I did have a secondary package which I cancelled because of your bad customer service and took it with a different provider who provides better services. My channels - Star movies Action, Amrita Tv, CNBC TV18, Asianet Movies, Mazhavil Manorama was taken much was taken much earlier but the start date for all these channels is now shown as 14the October, which is bunch of lies. Due to which I cannot remove these channels. I think it is better if you did your homework properly and check the last time when I changed my package; it was in the month of September. I know it is one of the dirty tricks used by companies to ensure that customers do not remove the package. Well I am not one of those who will take it silently. I am told that I took these packages on 14th October. Well if I did then tell me how did I take these packages there are only two ways, one is over the phone, then your phone call is recorded please check your records and also I did not do it over the net. Your customer services operators say that they cannot do anything about it and they are correct. This means that you are not allowing a customer to remove a package by his choice. This means A CUSTOMER IS A LIAR. What a beautiful customer service. The explanation given by your supervisor is that when the prices are revised the start also changes, which means over the net I cannot remove, modify the package, it can only be done over the phone, by the customer service and supervisors who do not know how to speak to customers 3) Your net shows my monthly recharge is supposed to be 191, the TV shows the monthly recharge is 188 and the telephone operator tells me the monthly recharge is 165 and they are correct. Which means to check my balance I have to call up customer services wasting my time and imagery? Your customer services do also mention that there is an error in the net and on the TV and they are correct. Well if you have such inefficient systems in place then why do keep the net and the TV. This is most tardy, shabby customer service I have ever experinced, and your response is just a Sorry. Well you cannot commit and say sorry, you pay the penalty for it. You need to remember that Tata sky is functioning because of customers, if there are no customers, no customer services, no net service. I am also making complaint to the concerned authorities and also to consumer forum and tweet about this, because YOU DONOT TELL A CSUTOMER THAT HE IS A LIAR AFTER YOU GOOFED UP.

I have been paying 825 per month and now it has been informed to pay 875/- without any reason. Please eliminate my HD service and minimum charges may be levied in two connection.                                 #TataSky : digicards spoil every 6 months or so and they bank on our naïveté. The cost of a new digicard is silently debited from your account.

                                Caught them red-handed with all records / complaint ids / callbacks. of 4 changes in under 2 years. As they claimed there was no record of a digicard change! Tata Sky's tele-reps (senior managers such as Dhani & Gopal Tala) are suppressing facts and indulging in lies.

                                #HaritNagpal : wake up and smell the coffee!! Stop trying to raise ARPUs by cheating customers

                                18/10/2015 : An indignant Gopal Tala denies having ANY records of DIGICARD changes - said you haven't changed at all. This was an hour after i had to correct my Registered Mobile number & Email id, WHICH MEANS TATA SKY HAS FUDGED UP IT'S ENTIRE BACKEND RECORDS (YOURS COULD BE IN IT TOO)

                                Here's proof of the changes since customers are required to maintain the records for an irresponsible TATA SKY!
                                WORK ID: ID: 1-[protected] / MARCH 2015: Tata Sky personnel involved - JANI BASHA (Manager), Anuj Singh (Engineer), Ketan Thakur, Pooja, Arif and finally Sadika who agreed to waive off the 3rd DIGICARD change in less than 1.5 years.

                                  Recently Tata Sky increased their charges to a steep values
                                  For example thier "English Movies Pack" is now available at value of 75 Rs instead of prior 60 Rs.

                                  Also after subscribing to their Eng Movies pack they didn't turn on Eng Movies pack in my set-top box for about a week.

                                  Who the is responsible for this ?

                                  Take care of this immediately.

                                      I have activated tata sky everywhere tv service last month(sep 2015). but now i dont find it useful for me, so i am trying to deactivate it. but there is no such option to deactivate it. as a customer i am suffering great inconvenience. i have gone through tata sky helpline but still my problem is not getting fixed.
