My grievances: # Increase in subscription fee frequently without prior information # Adding other packs without consent with charges # After recharging on 9th Oct'15, a request made for deactivate multi TV connection (2 digicomp) and continue with single primary connection. After this request both the connection stopped since last 30hrs. but the daily charges are being deducted. This is hopeless and not expected with a concern having TATA logo

    I am an old subscriber to Tata sky services since about 3 yrs now. My subscriber no. Is [protected] and my mobile no. Is [protected]. Please refer to my complaints made through Tata sky portals on 28 sep, 03 oct, 05 oct and finally now on 12 oct 2015 (attached screen shot) about a channel 472 being not received since the day when you recently altered the no. of channels when earlier this channel was on 471 (news nation). A technician visited the premise and ascertained that everything is fine and signal strength, receiver box and LNB all are functioning well. He tried all possible ways like changing LNB, and receiver box also but it did not help. Thus he could not find any fault on his visit and left back saying that he will apprise his seniors to look in to this matter. But i was surprised to see that no one came and also that the complaint was closed. Then again i raised the complaint and this time after long talk requested the customer care girl to get me connected to her senior staff and reluctantly she did connect me to Mr Narender who assured everything but as usual, he too was ineffective and only gave false assurances and again the complaint was closed without resolving. Frustrated with this attitude i again have raised the complaint to Tata sky and copied it to TRAI, India to put them in loop of the fraud happening to me. Hope some fruitful outcome though writing to you with quite dejection, sorry to say.

      due to careless srevice provided by your service providing person,
      i was unable see the tv(i.e.loose nut bolts while fixing dish at relocation place for i have all ready paid)
      the matter is brought to notice however Rs.170/- are deducted without my consent.

      it is requested to deposit the same amount immediatly withfail.
      if my connection is found deactivated then i am not going recharge and will close relationship with you under protest.

      it is severally requested not deactivate the A/c as i am regular customer of tatasky.but no body is accounted my request.

      however though you after receiving my complaint not attended my request so far then GOOD BYE TO TATASKY
      THE SAME WILL BE REPORTED MY FRIEND TO ACCOUNT FOR.

        Complaint not being attended even after sending mail . Service Request No- KFV5Z5A.I took 4 days to solve the problem and for these 4 days amount was debited from my account. On 1st Oct the services were stopped for not charging my account. Their money is money and Our Money is ????????????

Discovery, cnbc awwaz, b4u movies, many more), I cant get any satisfactory reply from cll cntr As i subscribe full package its my right to get service without interruption, plz lookafter this issue and solve it.           Dear Sir,

          I am Sanjeev from Bahadurgarh, Haryana. I am using Tata sky HD box from last 4 month (tata sky ID; [protected], Card No.[protected], digi card no.[protected]. Last month my services are terminated without providing any intimation & information, when I have contacted customer helpline on 01/OCT/2015/. I have talked with Ms. Geeta she using very bad language & told me that, "You are Bangladeshi & using this system in Bangladesh that's why your services are terminated & your account is deactivated. then I confirmed my address then she told me sorry, now she told, you are involved in tata sky channel piracy. Then i told how it is possible. Then she told our technical engineer will be touch with you within 2 hour with proof that you involved. I have waited two day & no one called me. Then I have again called customer care, they told same story & told please wait one week at-least. I have waited one week & no one from tata sky called me again. so that I have again talked with helpline no. on 12 OCT 2015 with Mr. Mujjafar & some other guy and got same response & told me contact your nodal officer, if you not receive any call from us. Today i have called nodal office because i haven't received any call from Tata Sky again. The nodal officer gave me same response & told me please send a mail to help-desk for reactivation because she can not do any thing. Then i have emailed to help desk & received a auto confirmation mail only even after two day of email(KPD8TNA), i have still not received any call from them. I am very much harassed by TaTa sky & Its customer support Representatives every day.
          I don't know, how can they survive after harassing & not providing any support to their valuable customer after so may followups in competitive market. I feeling very bad to tell you that, I have lost my faith in Tata sky & too much harassed. So that I am requesting you to please collect my Tata sky setup box & return my money immediately.

              Hi Support Team,

              I had opened a ticket# KDIB9QF regarding TATA SKY Channel on 29 Sep, 2015 that was not working and ET Now channel was not showing on my connection.

              TATA SKY Service Engineer came to investigate the issue and told that there is problem in centralized TATA SKY disk mounted in VSNL Apartment to serve the whole apartment. And that disk need to be changed.
              But no further step was taken to resolve my issue.
              And today I have checked my ticket and it was closed without any proper solution.

              Today in the morning at 10AM I tried to contact thought chat to your support team and discussed related to this issue but they did not replied in proper way and She has generated new ticket# kjexnjy, KJWSDLC on 7 oct. I also contacted Service Engineer Head (Mr AMIT, mobile# [protected] ).
              It was very frustrating and being stock trader it was very urgent to watch the news channels during market. But the behavior of customer support/service engineer tempered me and I destroyed my SETTOP BOX for that your customer support/service engineer are responsible.

              I am a regular customer of TAT SKY since last 4 years, it was very disgusting and frustrating, can you assure me what action will be taken against the person who closed my ticket # KDIB9QF without providing any solution? Can you wear the damage of my SETTOP BOX?

              Today again come service engineer and do nothing against "Tickent # KLC07I1 on 10 Oct" and service engineer hear Md. irfan Mobile no- [protected] is also not ready to resolve the issue.
              Then final called Customer care[protected] two times and everithing customer care disconnected my after know the complete issue.

              Why you guy open ticket and closed without solution ?

              Ultimately I found TATA SKY service very poor and nonsense.

                My Id is [protected] I tried booking Drishyam movie from showacse on 11/10/2015 by miss calling on given number but that did not work. Then I tried that online and by mistake I clicked on HD one.I tried reaching customer support but did not resolve my problem. I asked them to convert this to normal one as I dont have HD support in my set top box. Please convert this as soon possible. my mo-[protected] Thanks, Raghunath Siriya

                  Hi, This is the problem with tatasky as they update the price of channel and increase the package amount although I did'nt update any pack or no New cahnnel is added. Previously the package amount is 350 and now they update it to 375. Please update why this is happening.

                    Subscriber Id [protected] I called up tata sky customer care as the pictures are not coming clear but they say that they would send service engineer at chargeable basis @ Rs.175/- My question is I pay Rs.999 per month, their charges keep moving upwards every now and then. But when the matter of service comes they want further charge. This is clear case of cheating a cutomer.

                      Since 25/9/15 I am unable to watch some channels which I like to watch due to technical problem of tata sky, when I call to customer care about the problem they said that our setelite have some problems and it will be rectify by 06/10/15 and assure that they will refund money for the days of signal disturb but service is still disturb and nobody is ready to say when this problem will rectify and now they are also denying for refund.please do something

When i call customer care they r demanding money to resolve the issue; even they asked money to register a complaint. How can they are demanding money without knowing root cause for problem.                               Respected sir/madam i would like to register a complaint regarding my TATA SKY . i have taken semi- annual dhamaal pack for six month. In this pack we can seen DD-News, NDTV news channel but the subscriber is not provided the DD-NEWS, NDTV news channel.i have calling to customer care he told me that you have recharge by some amount than i will provided DD-news channel. i have already taken six month pack so why i should recharge . please solve the problem. and some other srvices are also automatically provided by the company . i don't want any other service like 4k services i call to customer care and say stops all the other services . he told me that this services are lock. .i am unable to remove to...how it is possible this service are lock. my account id is [protected]- shashikant soni

                                Hi All This is to bring in notice about the misleading ads by Tata Sky. They say that relocation is easy and its free. When I called up the tata sky help line number they say I have to pay 200 Rs for de-installation and again a 200 Rs for installation charges. When confronted with the free offer in TV ADS, they replied that it was only for Mega Pack Customers. Am I not a customer of Tata sky just because I use a monthly subsfcription. I have been using the services for the last 20 months and does that not make me a valuable customer. This incident happened today at 10/10/15 at 10.30 AM. This is all a gimmick by the DTH Lobby to get more money from Consumers. I want justice! Regards Gautam

                                  My Tata Sky id is [protected], not working on regular basis since last one month, technician comes and start the service then after 4-5 days service has stopped, then again call the technician they denied to come and start the service and using restricted wordings. I am calling to customer care they told us to pay 170 ruppees to start the service again. I am already pay 400 R's for that service

                                    We have registered complain on 02/10/15 (complain no KGMCRM3) saying my tata sky box is getting switch off again again on its own On 03/10/15 the technician comes and tell the complains has been registered in the wrong ID so he will have to close that ID first and then open a complains with the correct ID saying that he takes a leave promising to come the next day and address the problem next day he does not appear and then i register a new complaints and a new technician arrives and says there is a problem with the box so he will have to change the box which cost around 350/- and takes a leave promising to return with the box the next day again there comes no response then i call up the helpline stating the same issue and the inconvenience of their service the 3rd technician arrives and says there is no problem with the box there is a water blockage in the disk receiver and assures the problem wont arise again and if it happens we just have to give him a call and in a hour he shall change the box" and the problem repeat we call him and he says theres no stock of box we have registered on 02/10/15 its 09/10/15 no addressal to the problem yet and pass these many days they couldnt arrange a box saying no stock all these days i have been charged by tata sky each day i have list of numbers of technicians and the video of the problem of the tata sky box i request to take a serious note of the complaint and kindly address my grievances NAME : HITESH R SHUKLA MOB: [protected] (registered no) alternate no -[protected]

                                      I have been purchased tata sky DTH ID no [protected] with monthly recharge Rs 240, but the coy has regularly increase my dth monthly pack up to Rs 485 with out my knowledge. Hence pls rectify the same problem and keep the monthly pack which was initial monthly pack in my DTH tata sky pack.

                                        My Tata Sky subscription ID : [protected]. I had an issue with the signal in the month of May/June, where my Set Top Box was replaced in mid June. Recently I had a similar problem of NO SIGNAL and picture rolling for which I lodged my first online complain on 25/09. The technician visited on 26/09 and told that the problem was with the Set Top Box and he will replace it next day. But after a good online follow ups and calls, the box was ultimately replaced on 07/10. For 11 days I could not view the services. On 08/10, I was shocked to see that Rs 350 was deducted from my account for the set top box charges. My query to Tata Sky is as follows : 1. Within three months ( Mid June onwards ) how come the set top box became faulty ? That means that time faulty box was provided. 2. Both boxes was not sealed when it was installed. What is the guarantee that genuine set top boxes was provided ? 3. If the new box does not work say after one week, will Tata Sky again charge Rs 350 ? As per the customer care, electronic goods do not have warranty and customer care has to bear the charges. The customer should get sealed products, not used ones, right ? 4. The technician took 11 days to replace the box. I could not view services for those 11 days. Will Tata Sky pay me back the money ? 5. If money is deducted then the product becomes mine, right. Then why any bill was not given to me on the same, or why the old box was taken away by the technician ? Tata Sky, please answer my queries, or else I will be forced to shift to some other DTH services. Rakesh
