My Tata Sky subscription ID : [protected].
I had an issue with the signal in the month of May/June, where my Set Top Box was replaced in mid June.
Recently I had a similar problem of NO SIGNAL and picture rolling for which I lodged my first online complain on 25/09. The technician visited on 26/09 and told that the problem was with the Set Top Box and he will replace it next day. But after a good online follow ups and calls, the box was ultimately replaced on 07/10. For 11 days I could not view the services.
On 08/10, I was shocked to see that Rs 350 was deducted from my account for the set top box charges.
My query to Tata Sky is as follows :
1. Within three months ( Mid June onwards ) how come the set top box became faulty ? That means that time faulty box was provided.
2. Both boxes was not sealed when it was installed. What is the guarantee that genuine set top boxes was provided ?
3. If the new box does not work say after one week, will Tata Sky again charge Rs 350 ? As per the customer care, electronic goods do not have warranty and customer care has to bear the charges. The customer should get sealed products, not used ones, right ?
4. The technician took 11 days to replace the box. I could not view services for those 11 days. Will Tata Sky pay me back the money ?
5. If money is deducted then the product becomes mine, right. Then why any bill was not given to me on the same, or why the old box was taken away by the technician ?
Tata Sky, please answer my queries, or else I will be forced to shift to some other DTH services.

I am Sanjeev from Bahadurgarh, Haryana. I am using Tata sky HD box from last 4 month (tata sky ID; [protected], Card No.[protected], digi card no.[protected]. Last month my services are terminated without providing any intimation & information, when I have contacted customer helpline on 01/OCT/2015/. I have talked with Ms. Geeta she using very bad language & told me that, "You are Bangladeshi & using this system in Bangladesh that's why your services are terminated & your account is deactivated. then I confirmed my address then she told me sorry, now she told, you are involved in tata sky channel piracy. Then i told how it is possible. Then she told our technical engineer will be touch with you within 2 hour with proof that you involved. I have waited two day & no one called me. Then I have again called customer care, they told same story & told please wait one week at-least. I have waited one week & no one from tata sky called me again. so that I have again talked with helpline no. on 12 OCT 2015 with Mr. Mujjafar & some other guy and got same response & told me contact your nodal officer, if you not receive any call from us. Today i have called nodal office because i haven't received any call from Tata Sky again. The nodal officer gave me same response & told me please send a mail to help-desk for reactivation because she can not do any thing. Then i have emailed to help desk & received a auto confirmation mail only even after two day of email(KPD8TNA), i have still not received any call from them. I am very much harassed by TaTa sky & Its customer support Representatives every day.
I don't know, how can they survive after harassing & not providing any support to their valuable customer after so may followups in competitive market. I feeling very bad to tell you that, I have lost my faith in Tata sky & too much harassed. So that I am requesting you to please collect my Tata sky setup box & return my money immediately.
