I am a Tata Sky costumer since 2007, my TATA SKY ID is [protected]. I have requested for relocation on 4th of October, 2015. The Dish was removed from the old location, but its not yet reinstalled on the new location till date (17/10/15). Ive called the TATA SKY costumer care several times, also everyday I receive about 15-20 calls from TATA SKY engineers, for the confirmation of my address and time to reinstall the dish. But, instead not a single person has visited my place till date. Also, whenever I call them, the call is every time transferred to different departments, sometimes the duration exceeds 30 minutes and so on, and every person the call is transferred, asks the same irritating questions yet the result of all this is zero. I don't know the procedure how to upload the call records which I have in my phone, there are a number of calls. Every time they verify my address yet no one visits my place for reinstallation, after this I've decided not to use TATA SKY any more nor suggest others to use it. They also don't have any complaint & suggestions page on their official website.

I have made umpteen requests for cancellation of my tatasky services. but, every time the request is cancelled. Apparently, there is a joker in tatasky who has been cancelling my request deliberately. I have spoken to at least 15 of tatasky's senior officers but to no avail . My request for the service cancellation keeps on being cancelled. Some of the officers I have spoken and complained to are : Raman deep singh, Sivani, Vinay kumar, Kaushik, Gita, Varun, Ashok Rao, Santosh, Chetan Thakur, Naresh and many others whose names I did not ask. Tatasky's employees disregard for customers is appauling to say the least. I have never dealt with such a large number of irresponsible people in a company.

    We have got a Tata Sky HD set top box. We bought a new tv so we bought a HD set top box as well. But from that day the signal problem has got insane. Every afternoon we've extreme signal problem. Half of the channels don't work. But it work perfectly at the night. From morning to evening we've problems. Please come and fix it. And the helpline number doesn't work. Instead of picking up the call by a person it always gives advertisements and never ask if we want any help or problem. Please come and fix the set top box.

      Respected sir/mam my customer id is [protected] I am using Tata sky since last 6 Years...In the month of July i received a call from tatasky about offer of Rs. 1350/-...as per that offer I recharged my account with Rs 1350 for one year, on dated 20 Jul 2015 02:35:55. But from last few days it indicating to recharge again.. Please do the needful.. Waiting for your forward reply

        The service provider is activating the packeges without the costemr permission... first tim i am facing this prblm... if its not solve... i can change to vodafone d2h or othrs... i hope u ill solve as soon as possibel... n i hav recharged on 15 oct 2015 and nw my validity nw its showing is 25 oct 2015.. hw can it show lik dis.. the validity should b for 1 month right...?

          I have relocated to area where tatasky signal is not there.raised cancellation request 5 days ago...engineer has visited to recheck...I got about 15 calls till then, query is still open and when I call their customer care, they are either answerless or transferring calls from one department to other...onebof the executive named Pooja ghosh was too rude to reply...why are these customer care provided if they cannot sort out your issues...I highly regret my decision of taking tatasky connection...

            TATASKY has installed a double connection dish for my single connection and every month a screw in that dish gets losen for which they charge 170rs from me as technician charge who just comes and tigtens than screw. this has been reported multiple times to the company and have asked for replacement of dish as well but they are not entertainig this and continue to charge unnecessary charge. COuld you please take necessary action and ask for refund of those charges and replace the dish.

                Today, 15th Oct, 2015... I ordered showcase movie - Mad Max - Fury Road- HD. The print was not proper and print scenes were shaking and breaking. I called customer care immediately ... They did some couple of activities at their end but of no use. I asked them to either cancel or allot any other movie. They said sorry... It's not possible ... WHY????????????? Can someone help me?

                  My ID is [protected] and mobile No is [protected]. I wanted to recharge by changing my Dhamaal mix pack to My99+CNBC Awaz+ one sports channel showing cricket matches with Indian team. I was asked by the lady on phone to recharge by paying Rs 159. I explained to her that I am not getting link to change the pack substituting as above and asked her to do the needful.She assured me to take action but still I am informed about my old pack and next due date. Please note that I don't want to continue with the current pack. If my pack is not changed even after paying the cost as told by the lady, I will stop your poor service. You have to change it yourself and inform me as your link to modify the pack is too complicated. Rahul Deshmukh

                      Sub# I[protected], its been more than 4 days now that there has been technical error on my Tata Sky SD connection from there side. Getting an error that the A/c is deactive I have been calling again and again at customer care and getting false promises to wait for 1hr 2hrs 4hrs 24hrs. But the problem still persists. I have wasted my lot of time on them but they are not concerned and not ready to help. They say that we have forwarded this concern to our IT department and wait for (false) time. Please help as no body seems to be helpful.

                        I am a regular user of Tata sky services for last 10 years. On 11th Oct i called tatasky cust. care from my registered No [protected] for signal problem as some of the channels were coming and there was a regular message being displayed to restart your setup box, which i did bur to no avail. I complained of this at the cust care to get it rectified and also insisted that no payment should be deducted from my account as this is not a setup box problem. and this service of providing signals rest on the service provider for which they are charging money every month. On 12th Oct 2015 an executive from the service provider visited and adjusted my dish and also confirmed that there was a signal problem and it has been ratified. I would also like to add here is that he did not touch my set up box. On 13th i found out that charges have been deducted from my account to which i again called the cust. care but they said it will not be refunded. Some Shalini also called from Hyderabad to confirm the same. I have a simple question that i am already paying for the services provided then why should i be charged again. Providing signals is the service providers job for which they are already charging. Kindly sir get my charges reversed as Tatasky is cheating their customers by unlawfully deducting money from their account. They do it every time as half of the customers hardly notice.

                          Hi All, This is to bring to your knowledge that I am a deemed customer of Tata Sky. and i have been using it for my home connection. I recharged my Tata Sky connection for RS 440 on 13.Oct as per my payment due date. As per monthly subscription plan of 30 days. The next payment due date has been set to 11.Nov. However, if you calculate 30 days starting 14.Oct . the next due date comes as 12.Nov. But still, my due date has been calculated as 11.Nov. This is a major flaw in the calculation of duration for the monthly subscription. For the clarification of this issue, I called the customer care. so they told me that the subscription starts from 12:00 pm afternoon. Then in that case, my suscription for the Oct month should have been cancelled by 12pm afternoon. However, it was still working after 12pm and i made the payment around 1pm. For this case as well, if you count 30 days starting 13.Oct 12 pm. the next due date comes as 12. Nov 12 pm. For another case, the customer care rep told me that 13.Oct was being included in the monthly membership for Nov month. Then, In that case, 13 Oct is being included as the due date for the previous month and staring date for the next month. Hence, i am being charged twice the amount for the same day.                             The Tara sky signal is zero since 4-5 days. In spite of several calls made to the customer care .. No techiciab has turned up to even check the connection. The customer care executive and their senior have only made verbal assurance on the calls that the technician will visit in 2 hours or next day every time we called. We are without any connection even after paying the subscription till December 2015. Pls help

                              When I first made a call to customer care for new connection, they explained about the package of Rs.10300/- which will have both primary and secondary connection With HD channels.After 6 months they have completly deactivated secondary connection & deactivated HD channel for primary connection Now when spoke with customer care they are telling secondary connection is free for only one month. One more issue with tatasky is that they haven't send any mails regarding the package details when I took the connection. I am surprised with the process on new connection.

                                Dear Sir/Madam, This is a complaint regarding activation of active fun without my confirmation. Yesterday (09/10/2015) i received a call from tata sky customer care and explained me about active fun & call had been disconnected suddenly. I received a message to my RMN stating that your active fun activated & Rs 59 charges per month. This is not fair of doing in this way. Without my acceptance & confirmation how can you activate and put charges on me. Kindly deactivate active fun service immediately & credit my Rs 59 to my account. I never ecpected such thing from Tatasky. My Tat sky subscription ID: [protected] My RMN: [protected] Even I put a mail on 10.10.2015 to tata sky customer care but there is no reply.

                                  On 12 Oct i submitted Request no: SR[protected] regarding low signal issue and in that i clearly mention not to take any charges then send technician.
                                  after that i got call from your side and he told me that your problem will solve in free, we will send technician and he will not take any charges. (KMT0PKB)

                                  After that your technician gay name irfan came. i saw him dish he told me that you have to change dish location, for that you have to pay technician charges. i told him leave it as it is so my problem didn't solve. i am getting 30% signal which is ok.

                                  So my problem is today 13 Oct tatasky deduct 170rs technician charges from my account. i talked about this helpcenter he told me we cant solve your issue to refund 170rs. yes we can send again technician.
                                  i feel like i cheated from tatasky, first offering free then deduct balance after it and saying we will send again technician if problem didn't solved.
                                  i clearly told in all my request and tatasky representative solve my problem free otherwise don't.

                                  so refund 170rs Wrongly charged and deducted from my account.

                                    TATA sky service has gone pathetic, this type of service was never expected from a Company like TATA where service and product quality is always on the top. I have Comlained about the TATA Sky not working thrice on your call centre, but the same has not been attended till now . Your service engineers at Guwahati called me 8 times that they will be attending to the complaint since last days but their attendence is not yet made. At last I am forced to write here, and if it is not solved by the day end I have no option but to take action . My self is the Distributor for TATA products.. but this was never expected from TATA.                                       My grievances: # Increase in subscription fee frequently without prior information # Adding other packs without consent with charges # After recharging on 9th Oct'15, a request made for deactivate multi TV connection (2 digicomp) and continue with single primary connection. After this request both the connection stopped since last 30hrs. but the daily charges are being deducted. This is hopeless and not expected with a concern having TATA logo

                                        I am an old subscriber to Tata sky services since about 3 yrs now. My subscriber no. Is [protected] and my mobile no. Is [protected]. Please refer to my complaints made through Tata sky portals on 28 sep, 03 oct, 05 oct and finally now on 12 oct 2015 (attached screen shot) about a channel 472 being not received since the day when you recently altered the no. of channels when earlier this channel was on 471 (news nation). A technician visited the premise and ascertained that everything is fine and signal strength, receiver box and LNB all are functioning well. He tried all possible ways like changing LNB, and receiver box also but it did not help. Thus he could not find any fault on his visit and left back saying that he will apprise his seniors to look in to this matter. But i was surprised to see that no one came and also that the complaint was closed. Then again i raised the complaint and this time after long talk requested the customer care girl to get me connected to her senior staff and reluctantly she did connect me to Mr Narender who assured everything but as usual, he too was ineffective and only gave false assurances and again the complaint was closed without resolving. Frustrated with this attitude i again have raised the complaint to Tata sky and copied it to TRAI, India to put them in loop of the fraud happening to me. Hope some fruitful outcome though writing to you with quite dejection, sorry to say.
