Tata sky is charging engineer visit to resolve no signal issue. no signal is a tata sky's technical issue It should not resolve customer. It occur due to rainy season, env change. signal disconnectivity. Tata sky should not charge customer such charges. It is Tata sky's responsibility to resolve such issues. How would customer see TV due to such issues? It is loot and Trick from Tata Sky to earn money from such things.
Tata Sky charging for customer's site visit for No signal has no meaning. Other customers have already expressed about this I am one other to get duped by TATA a sum of Rs. 170/= It is disgusting, TATA is a greedy company . I recommend all my friends not to get duped by subscribing TATA SKY.

    As i have given the request for disconnection ...the executive has come and disconnected the dish with out my presence and took away the dish with him itself ...this is to inform that if i don't get that dish back ill will go to the higher authority to complain ...this is the final warning which i am giving ...i should get response in other 48 hours ...my id is [protected]...

      I have alredy filed my complaint on 18th September regarding poor quality of set top box newely issued by tata sky. I have filed complaint for refund of rs 520 which is deducted from my account. Some one from Gaziabad( Tata sky customer care) call me and assure me to resolve my problem and will refund me 520 rs. but still he couldn't refund it. The same complaint is forwarded again as under... My self Sandeep Patil and my subscriber ID is [protected], My tatasky set top box having some problem on 11Aug. 2015, I make a complaint and my complaint is resolved on 12 the August. My set top box is replaced by another and charged 520 Rs from my account on 13th August 2015.The technician tell me that one month warranty is applicable for replaced set top box. Now on 16th september 2015, that is after 33 days of new set top box, the power supply of my set top box is not working. I filed another complaint and complaint is resolved in next day but I have to pay 520 Rs. more on 16th Spetember 2015. Since for two continues month i.e August and september I have to pay 520 Rs. It is not possible for me to pay 520 Rs per month if such condition arise. Miss Puja from Hyderabad call me and without considering my problem, she said that she couldn't do any thing for you. I am a regular customer of Tata sky from last 6 years, If such non satisfactory answer is given by your service provider then it is very difficult for me to continue Tata Sky service. Therefore, It is my humble request you to kindly consider my set top box in warranty period ( since 3 days more) and refund me the charged amount.         Dear Sir, I have been a regular consumer of tata ky d2h service since long.My consumer ID is [protected].. yesterday I received a call from your service center regarding of additional channel . As I am comfortable with my pack I need no more channel hence I did not allow him to add any channel more. . But after a few minute I got message on my mobile about rupees 50/ (Fifty) subtracted from my account for English movie(341) and English entertainment channel (201).

            Hi my tatasky id is [protected], i am not able to see tatasky for last 7 days, i have given 2 complains to customer care and even every day on last 7 days i asked them when they will come they say it still in unscheduled state. This is the worst service i have seen in my life in india. So anybody reading this its my request to not to take tatasky connection. u can give that money to a beggar so that he can be benifitaed

I am getting frustrated if no action is taken immediately, I will go to some other service provider. Time is running out for you people.

              My tatasky customer id is [protected]. Its been more than 36 hours now that signals are not coming in the tatasky dth service. After making several calls to the customer care numbers, a message was given by the call center that an executive will call you back in 24 hours as all lines are busy for another 10 minutes. But nobody has bothered to give us a call back so far and my complaint still remains unregistered.

                I took 2 TataSky connections in my old house. I took the 3rd one in my new home. In the old house later I wanted to discontinue the connection. They refused on flimsy reason.                     MY ID NO:[protected]. For re fixing they have charged Rs.1500/- . Very very unhappy with the service. Never expected this kind of service from TATA SKY. At least I made 100 calls to the franchise. Regret to inform Irresponsible Response. Do the needful.

                          Hello I am Sanjay Sharma and my cell No is [protected]. I have lodged a compliant with Tata Sky compliant bearing No. KDAJH86 dated 28.09.15 for not receiving signal. Based on complaint, a technician was sent by Tata Sky and he serviced the compliant. I have not authorize him to change spare and/or consent to change spare but he knowingly and intentionally with the intention to extort money claiming to change (nut bold) spares. After attending complaint, he demanded Rs. 200/- over and above service charges which will be deducted from my account. However he claimed that amount of Rs. 200/ along with service charge will be deducted from my account. Language/behavior of the technician was beyond tolerance. Please note that I am not liable to pay Rs. 200/- toward change of claimed spares, in the event amount of rs. 200/- deducted from my account I shall be force to file criminal compliant u.s. 384, 387 of IPC against the management of Tata Sky.                             I have online recharged my Tata Sky Semi Annual Mega HD packaged on 4th of July 2015 ( Tata sky transaction ID TY[protected] ) for two TV sets and next due date is 17th January 2016. I was told to recharge my account by paying Rs. 5400 for both the TV connections ( Rs. 4090 for primary and Rs. 1300 for second TV connection ). But from yesterday night my second TV is not working with the message “ Pls recharge your account “. When I called customer care, they gave the same answer, that I need to recharge my account for second TV. I am fail to understand this, why I need to recharge, when I have already paid for both the sets. They have given me one complaint number and saying our customer care cell will call you back on 2nd of October. Why should I suffer for their mistake.

                              I called tata sky customer service center 6 times which is a paid number and they were not able to provide me any proper feedback and they told to visit mytatasky.com but that also was not working then somehow i managed to recharge for resuming my service but later i called the call center they told me they cannot do anything now since there server is down which went on for almost 5 hours, i asked the customer service representative weather i can subcribe my grand sports pack from outside he mentioned "keep your dish on" and go out which i did now when i called again they told me you have to be at home in order to subcribe to it and i asked him why he told simply you have to I would honestly like to throw out my dth provider its the worst i ever i had

                              Address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

                                I wanted to lodge a complaint on tata sky for which i call toll free no from my cell phone and i was suprise to see that my cell balance was dedected how it is possible . kindly infrom me on my email id [protected]@gmail.com and my tata sky Id is [protected].

Here after we people won't come in Air India express.

                                  I have registered a request with TATA Sky customer service on 24th September 2015 for relocation.My subscriber ID is - [protected].The service request number is - KA01ID1.I received a call from the back end team regarding address confirmation.Once confirmed they said that since there is some issue with local cable operators in that particular area they cannot come for the relocation service.Now where do customers go if there is some issues between two parties.I called up a number of times to the customer care but everytime they promised of getting the job done within 2 hours but till date nothing has happened.Later i also called the back end team but they have blocked my number.I got number of Mr.Perveez who is working at some manager level in TATA Sky.He asked me my subscriber ID & promised to get the job done within a few hours but now even he is making excuses.I would like to request the concerned authorities through this forum that please ban/bar companies like TATA Sky who cannot solve the issues of their customer.My TATA Sky account balance is also getting debited for the last 6 days even without availing their facility.I request the concerned people to do the needful or i may have to approach the consumer court.                                     I registered a complaint as my setup box was not working. they registered the complaint and gave assurity for a call within 4hours but i got a call next day and as i was a bit busy. i missed the call. later when i called back to complaint they said as you missed the call you'll get another call after 4days. please fix the problem.

No. [protected] but I have surprising to see my package to add HD suport without my consent . Please cancel the same immediately and re-fixed date and time within 240/- package.
