Hi, Just to bring to your notice that I was not able to view tata sky channel even after making the payment and I called up Cutomer care no and my complaint was registered.Next day Tata Sky person name Manoj (mob:[protected]) visited and he said that the IP has damaged and need to change the box for which I have pay Rs.500 and extra installation chargescharges.After couple of hrs we went into setting and the box was fine and I was able to view channels.He had said that he will cone next day and till now he has not turned up.I had made the complete paymnt and still get reminder for paymnt on my screen.     Tatasky fails to record consumer requests and harasses them with unnecessary formalities. They have a multi tv fcility which they have not deleted inspire of my requests and keep deactivating my channels inspire of repeated requests and phone calls making clarifications. After paying them an amount to the tune of Rs.8000/- this definitely is not my way of enjoying customer services

      dear sir, this is to inform that i am user of tata sky since 2007 and my set top box was replaced few months back which is not working properly. I have lodged a compliant dated 26/06/2015 and your help desk assured to resolve it next morning. but still it is pending you can check my call details after lodging the complaint almost 10 calls I made. i am sending you this mail because of your poor service at help desk I m extreamly annoyed to inform that senior officer at service desk are holding calls of valuable customer for 10 minutes and they not even bother call back they keep aside phones and does not pickup. its a humble request to upgrade this disastrous helpline they are not committed to their work some private vendors are degrading a well known company.three days are maximum to resolve a simple problem.helpless customers are going to through your tatasky in garbage because of poor service. make haste to solve the problem.         Hi, my tata sky ID is 11284234. In my building, tata sky works fine for everyone but it's not working for me as it is not receiving signals. I lodged complaints many times and they say our technician will visit your home and your problem will be solved in 24 hours, but nobody visited. Very poor services. I am planning to switch to other service provider.

          I have called Tata Sky customer care 10times also complaint in cusumercomplaints.in (ID:1092106)regarding dish stand. I relocate my home from Andheri to Borivali.. My dish stand is in Andheri only...Tata sky member didn't move dish stand to Borivali. They attach dish with a wire only due to this siganls are poor and Tata Sky is not working now! They deduct my 400rs n now they are not ready to attach the dish stand. Operators are use less. They are not taking any action regarding this.They cut my call without any reply. One operator assured me that my complaint will be resolved today (27 June) with WO:IU2049A and scheduled time 15:09 to 16:39. But no one came to resolve this. Just now I talked to Mr. Chotan Kumar, he assured me that my complaint will be resolve with 24hrs with same WO reference number. I req consumer complaints to plz take an action regarding this.               Tata sky charges are highest in this sector. My Tata Sky is not working since last 12 hour. I have been trying on the Customer Care to give my complaint, BUT no one is picking the call or its coming busy since morning. Each and every time they say that expected time to connect is 1minutes but it did not get connected for hours. I am fed up of their customer care service.                     I am not able to watch all the channels, when i am paid Rs. 6500/- to Tatasky Dealer/Retailer at Memari, Burdwan, WestBengal, 713146 on[protected], but till now i am unable to watch the channels. Please solve it as soon as possible. Tatasky provide Tollfree no. for us, but all no. is chargeable. All time they charge from our Mobile A/C Rs.1/- per Minute. Its Tollpay No. Why are u misguide or fraud us????? Don't fraud us. We are your customer, i[censored] not provide us the sufficient service, then please leave us.                       I have raised the complaint for signal loss. However after 4 days, still no one has visited for repair. I have called them several time on customer care no. as per their promise, your problem will be resolved within 24 hours. Just imagine in financial capital, if I am facing such problem, what will happen when the same problem persist with small city/ village customers. It is such a worst service provider.                         I have 2 connection, One in bangalore & 2nd is in Bihar, The problem right now is with Bihar connection. A person from TATA sky visited the house to change the set up box, after completing the work, he asked some money which we din't pay, so he again did something with anger & went off.After his visit TV never worked, we again raised a complaint, a person dint visit & claims TV is not working without visiting the place.TV is still not working & its been 3 days now, the call center guys puts the call on hold for longtime & then the call gets disconnected.we had a good opinion on TATA sky so we have 2 connections.Please solve the issue at the earliest. I have registered for disconnection of both connections. Reference no.for disconnection are IUG8ITY & IUGO9L7

                            On 9th June 2015 tatcustomer care person called and said, "being a regular customer we will provide CH. No.601 for you freely to watch active games.you can see freely for15 days, if you like then you can subscribe the channel.but after sometime I got a massage that request for active game under process.how it was possible??today I complained but customer care forbidden. So plz solve the problem otherwise I 'll disconnect the service from tatssky.

                                I am Mohd. Tabrez Ansari contact no-[protected], an user of TATA sky DTH services, subscription ID -[protected] . I am using the most expensive package from TATA Sky 5600/- per year. Now TATA sky is changing their single & changing all set top box free of cost. Now from last one month, I am not able to see most of the channel just because of BOX upgrade. I have registered my complaint three times since 29th May-2015 to TATA sky toll-free no.[protected], but not getting the replacement. Tow complainant no is 1-[protected] & 1-[protected]. I need earlier replacement with refund of one-month subscription amount.

Pakage is M.P. My customer id. [protected] of s.s.s.n. sastry, plot no. 245. OPP Padmavathi Plaza, sree colony, neredmet cross road, secunderabad -0 500 056. i have received your payment due rs.380/- on or before 1-7-2015. At the offer time booked dth. this may be clarified and you see for smooth running with your dth long time. i think this may be rectified and give me a chance to pay as per at the offer time deal. i request you to take necessary action immediately and i hope you rectified this subscription matter. waiting for your favourable reply. thank you,

                                    I simply want to upgrade my Tata Sky package and have been talking to their rep. on phone for the last 4 days. No action is being taken. The rep. are putting me here and there on the phone saying it is a Corporate connection. A corporate contact rep. phone no is given which does not work ([protected]). A simple upgrade is what i want and they are doing nothing. Fed up with their service. A month before, the issue of change of old set to box to MPEG4 took almost a month after contacting every person in Tata Sky. Worst service i have seen in my life. Taking a new connection, recharging is a breeze, but when it comes to dealing with complaints, they make you virtually cry. Thinking of surrendering the connection if nothing is done in a day or two.                                       This is in reference to the complain i made on june 15th ref no[protected] and consequently on june 23rd ref no[protected] to tata sky customer care, it is that my request has still not serviced and your your customer support is fooling me on phone. I had updated my address on[protected] and requested to change my set top box on on the same date its[protected] and still my request has not been serviced. Also i have a complain against the person to whome i had talked with to update my address on[protected] it is that he did'nt updated my full address and the pin code of the city remained same as earlier and because of that i was not able to watch TV all the time and my balance was reducing day by day. I also have a complain against the employees to whome i talked today on 27/06/2015 that when i was asking about there employee ID they were not disclosing the same and they made me to be on hold for about 23 minutes out of my 30 min conversation to them. Still my query stands that my set top box has not been changed yet and my amount that i had lost because of your carelessness has not been refunded in full.

                                        Inspite repeated complaints nobody cares for attending. There are frequent disruption in service. Nobody comes. During 3rd week of May 2015 complained about no service nobody came. During second week they were inquired about upgrading to TATASKYHD. Since nobody comes I agreed for the same. When the person came on 12/6/2015 I told the problem. He replaced some part on the terrace & upgraded the TATASKY & collected 1500/- and gone. on 23/6/2015 on wards again there was no service. Inspite of continuous persuation daily on 24 hr Help line, 24hr chatting & online nobody responds. It is looting. Please do the needful...
