I have recharged my tata sky pack for 6 months.Which is valid till 17 dec. 2015. From[protected] set-top box of tata sky is not receiving any signal. Local office at konnagar, west bengal is not responding to call.

No Signal - not appearing tata sky screen

Tata Sky TV is still deactivated after recharge.

Sir/Madam I have 3 TATA Sky connection. I have recharged my TATA Sky ID No. [protected] with an amount of 645 and still TV is not activated. Tata sky fraudulent and mis selling of packages/Channels

audio issue in my tata sky & channel

i sunand sasmal.after 1 week no response for repair. my set up box has audio issue.there is no movie/daily serial/regional lanuage/snews /sport/english channel/oriya channel.i have 140 packed.tata sky is 1300 & 140 for 1 month pack .total 1440 paid.But no this channel & no audio....

Please Change the setbox to MPEG 4

Dear sir, I am very old customer for tatasky digital service. I raised the request for change the setbox to MPEG 4. at least 25 days back in month of June but so for no one attended my complain and. Due to change in your configuration of setbox. I am not able to watch all the channel since beginning of may 2015. and if possible pl change my set box. No signal and no proper response

since 4-5 days i am facing problem of no signal. The weather is also good still tatasky is not working. My id is [protected]. And when i called the helpline number the one who attended the call was trying to misguide me. And when your system is not working then why should customer regret for that why should i call again and again you should call back me....

forced activation and charges deducted for unwanted 3rd connection

wrong billing

Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of tata sky having two connection one in my office and one at home but i am very sorry to say the services are not good although you are charging heavy charges for that Rs.170 for one visit.Your HD set top box is not up to the mark poor quality I have shifted from normal to HD and after that i am facing problem.Tata Sky have changed the set top box because of some techincal problem in box of April 15...

signal not receiveng my set top box

sir, my tata sky a/c no. misbehave of tata sky technicians and customercare personnel

I booked a Service Complaint and was told that this service will be free of charge. However, a sum of Rs. 170/- was deducted from my account on 29th May 2015. I have escalated this complaint many times through emails and phone calls but nothing has been done. Every time I complain on email, I only get an "auto-reply" and when I call up the help-desk, I get assurance that they are escalating to "higher-up" for quick resolution but nothing...

not requested but added active channels

i have not even added any kind of active smart channels, but you people have added unnecessary to my list. i have tried to call your customer care center they have such a behavior that they had hanged my call without hearing my concern... i have wasted my money on call. this is the way you behave with customers ...i not at al happy with this kind of service you people provide....
