I am a customer of tata sky since 2010, with tata sky id- [protected] and registered mobile number-[protected] at Bilaspur distt of himachal pradesh.As u aware that u have recently migrant at new technology .The tata sky offer for change the new set off box free of cost. It is very regretfully to inform that, i have made more than 20 telephone call on your customer care number-, subsequently chat with customer executive -1 time & email on portal-3 times from may 20, 2015 to July 1, 2015.but till date my set of box not changed.It is very strange to inform you i have not getting any call from tata sky local customer care at himachal pradesh.mean while i have paying the amount to tata sky without viewing any channel since last 1 month. you are requested to please help for immediate change the tata sky set of box so that i can view the channel, as well as refund the amount in that period i have not taking services of tata sky.     Dear sir/madam, I'm costumer of tata sky from few day our new setup-box is automatically off, no any signal received from your end after 10-20 minutes switch restarted then it will start and received signal it are happened 4-5 times in a day. so please check this problem immediately our tata sky viewer suffering from trouble.

      Subscriber nos: [protected] 6 days since request made just for relocating the tata sky connection !!! A zillion calls to the call centre and then escalated calls to ur so called "nodal officers" from past 3 days ! No Avail!!! 6 days without TV living in a metro like Mumbai ! I have even lost count of the people I've spoken to on ur various call centres and nodal officers ... All giving the same load of crap " we understand your problem and have taken it on high priority" !!! What exactly in ur dictionary is "high priority" ????????? I thought ur TAT is 24 - 48hrs to resolve these kinds of issues ! I NEED A RESOLUTION TO THIS YOU GUYS HAVE PUT ME THROUGH, AND I DEMAND A COMPENSATION! I am not paying a penny for this relocation !!! Zainab.Balsara.

        Dear Sir,
        I am sorry to say that the services being rendered by your company has so much deteriorated that feeling aggrieved, I have now planned to switch over to some other DTH service provider. You people are only interested in getting recharges every month from the existing customers without providing them the services for which you have collected their money.
        It will not be out of place to mention here that I am your old customer having Tata Sky Subscriber Id No.[protected] in the name o[censored]ndersigned Sunil Verma. I have one Primary and two other secondary connections, One HD and two SD boxes. For the last one month or so, I am not receiving any signal in the third Secondary Box (SD) from Tata Sky probably due to your so called upgradation to MPEG4 technology though my account has been debited regularly and no channel could be seen on third box (SD). A number of calls/complaints have been made on your Helpline but of no avail, a few of them were given WO No. ITNI1XB, ITNKVBU. Your engineer attend to the calls and leave our place without bringing your signal on our TV. To our utmost surprise, one of your engineer also advised us to change the Television which we are using for the last one decade, if we wish to get Tata sky signal.
        It will be evident from your data records in respect of Subscriber Id No. [protected], that for the last fifteen days or so I have been making regular complaints on your Helpline and your executives after listening my problem advise me to talk to some senior person and hold my phone for around 20 to 30 minutes so many times and thereafter very shamfully disconnect my telephone without doing the needful.
        Respected Sir, I am very much fed up with your services. I have already spend a lot of amount (Rs. 100/-) on telephone besides paying recharge amount of around Rs. 200/- on this third secondary box without viewing any channel for the last one month or so. I am very much confident that your company have bad intentions and are cheating me like anything. However, I am also planning to drag this matter to the Consumer Forum very soon if my complaints are not attended to, to my satisfaction.
        In view of the above, you are requested to immediately discontinue your services on third secondary box till the problem is solved and refund me a sum of Rs. 300/- only unnecessarily spent from my pocket on account of failure on your part.

        Inspite of my repeated telephonic talks to Customer Care of Tata Sky Helpline, nothing has since been done in the matter.

        Moreover, they have turned deaf ears when I asked for refund of Rs.300/- on account of amount charged by them without installing set up box to my third secondary box.

          I many time contact to our tata sky dealer Harda M.P. requesting change of set box.Before this i miss called on [protected] twice.But no representative called me.After that I mail to dealer for that but no responce from dealer.Since Last maonth unable to see MP4 Channels.Paying total amount 240 Rs every month.Why its so delay in such reputed Concern.If it will not solve otherwise i have to change my service to another DTH supplier.Plz take it seriously.My Susbcribe no is [protected]

            Dear Sir, I am not receiving signal from 7 PM on 1st July. As advised, I gave a missed call to a missed call to[protected]. Yesterday morning I sent a sms to 56333. I got a sms back advised to call the help line for speedy resolution. Since yesterday morning I tired the help line six-seven times to reach the My calls to the help line did not solve the problem . After being subjected to a long litany of advertisements and directions I was connected to an executive who did not lift the phone and the call was disconnected. When I succeeded in reaching the executive in my second attempt I was told that the server is down and should try later. Yesterday I sent email to [protected]@tatasky.com at 6 52 AM. I got an automated reply 'Your Service Request number is IX065QG, “Our representative will get in touch with you shortly”. No one contacted me so far . Yesterday again I gave a missed call to[protected]. I also sent email to the nodal officer Hyderabad [protected]@tatasky.com; again I got an automated reply ' the Service Request number is IX4B7N9'. No one contacted me. I tried 5-6 times to contact the help line. Again after being subjected to a long litany of advertisements and directions I was informed that I would be connected to an executive and subjected to an unending automated message that 'the expected wait time is 2 minutes, your call is valuable to use. please hold the line'. This morning at 530 AM, for example I waited 15 minutes and no one came on line

              I am S.Prabhakar, 2 years old customer bearing I.D.no. [protected] & my registered phone no. [protected]. To introduce a new customer, discussed with help line execute, on some insentive, & I was informed that I will get some insentive/offer for introduction. Based on his promise, I have given land line phone no. [protected] & mobile no.[protected] of new customer Mr. K.N.Subramanya at 1 PM on 26.6.15. New customer recd. phone call at 1.30 PM, & installation done at 4 PM against cash on same day. 3 HD boxes were installed (One main connection & 2 multi TV connections). As there was no communication from Tata Sky rep. from Help line ( Name & phone no. normally not informed in Help line) I again talked to Help line & informed that I was cheated by some rep. The person in help line informed me that I will get call on this issue shortly ! It is one week over & I doubt that Tata Sky is cheating in this regard. I expect immediate replay for my complaint.                 Frustratingly unfriendly website PLUS distressing call center PLUS unhelpful "Customer Care options". 1. There is some other Tata Sky ID linked with my telephone number which is neither being used by me nor in my name. I have tried many times to correct it but the way the Tata Sky website options are, it is frustratingly not possible. 2. When I try and link my actual subscriber ID, i am unable to do so since message returns saying that this phone number is already registered. 3. To add to my problems, I have two Tata Sky connections for two TVs - under the old norms. I am not able to use one of them now since the phone number that was registered under that ID is surrendered by me long back. 4. I am getting no breakthrough. The Tata Sky helpline IVR is very very long and leads to no appropriate option to resolve these kind of issues. And it drops in between even when we dial it from landline. 5.                   ID NO.is[protected], my registered phone no. is [protected] from gorakhpur.for the change of set up box i was kept on hold for almost 30 minutes on the said phone on customer care no. on 05 jun 15 at around 1500 hrs.The message on the phone on hold was repeatedly said ''pls. wait while our person is coming on line''. i kept waiting for almost 30 min.and my phone was debited with Rs.35/-.my email.id- [protected]@gmail.com

                    Hi, i am a mumbai tata sky customer.i hav such bad xperience wth dem plz dont evr make a mistake ofbuying tata sky.frm past 2 weeks i hav been chasing them fr nt able to c ne channels.evry time i call their helpline i get a hold of 20-25 mints aftr u get connected dwy jst say d needful vl b done n d nxt day thr is no call.no service nothing.the most pathetic company. 1 serviceman came aftr 6 days repaired d connection tuk a charge of 170rs n d nxt day again d same prblm n its been 8 days nw n no 1 has turned up.v complain evryday bt in vain.plz dont buy tata sky.isko laga dala toh life mein bhuchal aala..

                      Hey I experienced worst service from tatasky end. My requested I'd is 1-[protected]

                      Tata sky service person told me that for billing issue take 24-48 hour for resolving. I was wait 7-8 days but did not get any call and resolution. When I called tata sky nodal department they just give diplomatic answer we working on it your request in pending status. Search poor and [censored] of experience I was get from Tata sky service person.

                      Tata sky provide poor service ever.

                        I have 4 screens at my place and have 2 tata sky ids .But i want to manage my 3 screens with one id and one screen with other id .As i have comolained to tata sky dealer in gandhi nagar (kullu).But after 3 days no further implimentations took place. So please its my humble request please take some necessary action ASAP. If possible call me on this no [protected].

                            Hi, this is murali from Banagalore My Tatasky ID [protected], My TV not showing at least channel no100, TV Screen showing Check connected device's power, cable connection, and Source selection. yesterday night tv shows some message your setup box something ...during the read time totally disconnected. today morning time at 8am to 11am between i called 6times to [protected] but no one picking the call and first time pick the call and informed please call me after 1 hr i called uma pik the call and i informed my tv showing nosignal, then they informed PAYService Charge Rs.170/- we will send person to check. i called with phone charge Rs.46/- all Commerical advertisements, after picking the call hold the phone after ten minutes replied. we didn't do any self repair while watching the tv only disconnected after the tv screen showing No Signal Very POOR RESPONSE local cable is very much better they will come do the service but we r in rented house for keep changing area we taken tatasky iam very disspointed is this tata service - i workied in tata group (taj group hotels) but in this case too much worst.                               Sir/Madam I have 3 TATA Sky connection. I have recharged my TATA Sky ID No. [protected] with an amount of 645 and still TV is not activated. I have lodged a complaint on 30.06.2015 they said will send a technician in the eve of 30.06.2015 but no one came. On next day again made a complaint but no one came. Till now my tv is not activated and they are debting the amount from the balance. My Complain No. WO:IW0JZ5E. I made a calls to TATA Sky customer care a number of times but they put me on hold every time for 15 to 20 minutes and then cut the line.                                 Sir, on 23/6/2015, I received the following message in my mobile phone- “Request completed for Active English, Rs 49. Current a/c bal Rs 308.35 Due date 30-Jul-15. New Monthly Charges Rs 249.” The above message is a big fraud with me as I never requested Tata Sky from my registered mobile no. [protected] for activating any such service/channel. Such type of behavior was not expected from a reputed organization like Tata Sky. Now I request you to restore my earlier package of Rs. 200/- P.M. and change the next recharge date to 9/8/2015 as advised to me earlier by Tata Sky. I also request you to take strict action against such guilty/ unscrupulous staff for mis-selling and refrain from such malpractices in future. My earlier complaints eference number is SR[protected] and SR[protected]. My registered mobile phone numer is [protected].

                                It seems that the frauds in Tata Sky are committed by the employees in connivance and with the consent of the top management. It is very shameful that the a company like Tata Sky is now adopting such malpractices.Has the financial position of the company become so poor that the company is now forced to follow malpractices to earn revenue? Is the company on the verge of insolvency? there is no message from my registered mobile number for activating any service and my consent to pay for the same. It seems that the grievances redressal machinery is also totally defunct and ineffective.

                                    i sunand sasmal.after 1 week no response for repair. my set up box has audio issue.there is no movie/daily serial/regional lanuage/snews /sport/english channel/oriya channel.i have 140 packed.tata sky is 1300 & 140 for 1 month pack .total 1440 paid.But no this channel & no audio.

I raised the request for change the setbox to MPEG 4. at least 25 days back in month of June but so for no one attended my complain and. Due to change in your configuration of setbox. I am not able to watch all the channel since beginning of may 2015. and if possible pl change my set box. I will have no option than choosing the other operator. My contact no.                                         since 4-5 days i am facing problem of no signal. The weather is also good still tatasky is not working. My id is [protected]. And when i called the helpline number the one who attended the call was trying to misguide me. And when your system is not working then why should customer regret for that why should i call again and again you should call back me.
