Dear Sir,
I am sorry to say that the services being rendered by your company has so much deteriorated that feeling aggrieved, I have now planned to switch over to some other DTH service provider. You people are only interested in getting recharges every month from the existing customers without providing them the services for which you have collected their money.
It will not be out of place to mention here that I am your old customer having Tata Sky Subscriber Id No.[protected] in the name o[censored]ndersigned Sunil Verma. I have one Primary and two other secondary connections, One HD and two SD boxes. For the last one month or so, I am not receiving any signal in the third Secondary Box (SD) from Tata Sky probably due to your so called upgradation to MPEG4 technology though my account has been debited regularly and no channel could be seen on third box (SD). A number of calls/complaints have been made on your Helpline but of no avail, a few of them were given WO No. ITNI1XB, ITNKVBU. Your engineer attend to the calls and leave our place without bringing your signal on our TV. To our utmost surprise, one of your engineer also advised us to change the Television which we are using for the last one decade, if we wish to get Tata sky signal.
It will be evident from your data records in respect of Subscriber Id No. [protected], that for the last fifteen days or so I have been making regular complaints on your Helpline and your executives after listening my problem advise me to talk to some senior person and hold my phone for around 20 to 30 minutes so many times and thereafter very shamfully disconnect my telephone without doing the needful.
Respected Sir, I am very much fed up with your services. I have already spend a lot of amount (Rs. 100/-) on telephone besides paying recharge amount of around Rs. 200/- on this third secondary box without viewing any channel for the last one month or so. I am very much confident that your company have bad intentions and are cheating me like anything. However, I am also planning to drag this matter to the Consumer Forum very soon if my complaints are not attended to, to my satisfaction.
In view of the above, you are requested to immediately discontinue your services on third secondary box till the problem is solved and refund me a sum of Rs. 300/- only unnecessarily spent from my pocket on account of failure on your part.

Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Inspite of my repeated telephonic talks to Customer Care of Tata Sky Helpline, nothing has since been done in the matter.
Moreover, they have turned deaf ears when I asked for refund of Rs.300/- on account of amount charged by them without installing set up box to my third secondary box.
