I have recharged my tata sky pack for 6 months.Which is valid till 17 dec. 2015. From[protected] set-top box of tata sky is not receiving any signal. Local office at konnagar, west bengal is not responding to call.

Dear sir, I am very old customer for tatasky digital service. I raised the request for change the setbox to MPEG 4. at least 25 days back in month of June but so for no one attended my complain and. Due to change in your configuration of setbox. I am not able to watch all the channel since beginning of may 2015. and if possible pl change my set box. I have recharged My TakaSky Dhamaal Cricket Monthly Pay Pack 01 May 2015 for Rs.400/- but due to old setup box I was unable to get the full services. I booked a Service Complaint and was told that this service will be free of charge. However, a sum of Rs. 170/- was deducted from my account on 29th May 2015.
