Inspite of many complaint of 'No service' nobody cares for attending. VENKAT NARSAIAH on Jun 26, 2015 Inspite repeated complaints nobody cares for attending. There are frequent disruption in service. Nobody comes. During 3rd week of May 20156 complained about no service nobody came. During second week they were inquired about upgrading to TATASKYHD. Since nobody comes I agreed for the same. When the person came I told the problem. He replaced some part on the terrace & upgraded the TATASKY & collected 1500/- and gone. on 23/5/2015 on wards again there was no service. Inspite of continuous persuation daily on 24 hr Help line, 24hr chatting & online nobody responds. It is looting. Please do the needful...

During second week they were inquired about upgrading to TATASKYHD. Since nobody comes I agreed for the same. When the person came I told the problem. He replaced some part on the terrace & upgraded the TATASKY & collected 1500/- and gone. on 23/5/2015 on wards again there was no service. Inspite of continuous persuation daily on 24 hr Help line, 24hr chatting & online nobody responds. It is looting. Please do the needful. I have paid annual subscription which is valid upto Nov 15

      Hi NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE WITH TATASKY AND TATASKY CUSTOMER CARE. Totally totally disappointing!! First of all the way the migration to 4K was handled by TataSky was pathetic. There was no notice to customer except for scrolling message on tatasky default channel (Hardly any subscriber would watch this channel). After strong complaint the problem was fixed. I had made-up my mind to get rid of TataSky but changed my mind and thought of continue with tataSky when I was given 3 days of extended subscription as a consolation for the goof-up. I recharged my account with 4100/- on 12th May online. It read that semi-annual package recharge was 4100/-. After recharging I was shocked to see a message reading that my subscription was extended by 3 months till august. As I was completely busy could not take this up CustomerCare. I called up the customer care today to get clarity on my account and I was shocked to know that around 800/- is deduced from my account. I was told that after recharging I was suppose to select a pack (or something on this lines to opt for semi annual pack)!!! Wow!! What a process. This is such ridiculous process!! Even after selecting recharge as Semi Annual pack and paying 4100/- you are expected to select a pack (or whatever). This is a good way of fooling subscribers!! This is not all. My Experience with your customerCare (CC): 1. When I called your CC to enquire about technical error during your 4K upgrade and questioned CC about this and told your agent that TataSky was fooling people the callcenter agent accused me o[censored]sing unprofessional language. When I asked the agent to mention what was unprofessional in what I had said, the agent stopped responding and ignored my statements. This was very unprofessional on the part of TataSky agent. I had to disconnect the call. I let it pass. 2. When I called today (at 18:42) to enquire about recharge after few mins of conversation agent just stopped responding and the call was disconnected. I called CC again (@18:57) and asked her about my previous call and I was shocked to know that there was no record of my 18:42 call. According to TataSky system my last call was on 28th May 2015!!! I have placed a cancellation request and the reference number id 1-[protected]. I am told that I will get a refund of the money that is left in my account (as of now around 3247/-). I am also told that the request will be processed in 24 hours. So, I should have my subscription till midnight 23:00 4th June 2015 (Refund request ID: 1-[protected]). I am sure TataSky DOES NOT CARE about customers and this is demonstrated in their unprofessional approach towards of 4K upgrade. I would never again to subscribe to TataSky or any Tata product. YOUR CALLCENTER IS ONE OF THE BEST IN WORLD WHERE PEOPLE ARE TRAINED TO FOOL AND DECEIVE PEOPLE!! I HAVE CALLED YOUR CALLCENTER ATLEAST 8-10 TIMES AND EVERYTIME THEY JUST TAKE A CANCELLATION REQUEST JUST TO CLOSE IT AFTER I DISCONNECT THE CALL. MY LAST CALL WAS AT BETWEEN 9:45 AND 10:20 PM ON 26TH OF JUNE. CALL REFERENCE NUMBERS: 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] -- AGENT RAJESWARI 1-[protected] -- AGENT SATISH 1-[protected] -- AGENT RAHUL I DONT KNOW WHAT THE AGENTS HAVE CAPTURED ON EACH OF THESE COMPLAINTS AND I HAVE ABSOLUTELY ZERO VISIBILITY ON IT. I DONT TRUST AND BELIEVE ANY OF THE AGENTS AND THEIR PROMISES. I WANT TO GET OUT THE HASSLE I AM FACING WITH TATASKY AND GETREFUND OF THE EXTRA AMOUNT THAT I HAVE PAID TATASKY. AS ONE THEIR AGENTS MENTION DURING MY FIRST CANCELLATION REQUEST CALL, I SHOULD BE GETTING BACK ~3200/- RUPEES. CANCELLATION SHOULD HAVE TAKEN EFFECT FROM 4TH OF JUNE i.e. 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF CANCELLATION REQUEST. With extreme disappointment. Vijay

        My subscriber id is [protected], I have been calling the helpdesk for the last one month for the following To reolacte one connection in my hoiuse To upgrade one connection Since one month I have been calling and have been told that someone will visit us in 24 hours, I was also asked to deposit Rs.230/- in my A/C to activate the same, I did deposit the amount but nothing has happenned, I have spoken to Mr.Dharmdenra, , Sulthana Akhthar and Moorty to name a few Today after one month I was told that my call is still unscheduled and I have to just keep waiting as they cannot tell me a definete time when someone would visit us. I must say that even pathetic cannot describe your service as that too would be a very light term, for an organisation which is backed by Tata group this was never expected. I have tried all my best to continue with Tatasky but of no avail I have finally decided to switch over to Hathway services, please let me know how do I get my refund of my deposit Amount Disgruntled Customer Dr.Haresh Sahijwala

          Please refer to recharge transaction for Subscriber ID [protected](RMN [protected]), Santosh Handa.& Tata sky Transaction ID TC[protected], dated 15 June at 02:42:37 Per Discussion with your associate a recharge amount of Re. 9090 were paid through the above reffered bank transaction.The payment included: Basic Package Dhamal Mix for Re. 2640, HD Package for 1500 Re 550 for English news and Rs 4400 for two Multi TV package. On a further confirmation with associate Rahul, on 26 June, the amount is increased to Rs.10, 149. Please reconcile..

              This is referring to the work order number IT3YALO. The issue has not yet been resolved not it has been addressed. It has been more than 24hrs. Very poor, pathetic & unprofessional service from Tata Sky. They take money from customers only to put them in soup. Even their nodal officer is not bothered about the complains. Somebody should take this matter very seriously with Tata Sky. They are cheating customers!

                          I got call from phone no.[protected] about details of fun learn channel on TATASKY.I just heard details and concluded deciding later. Immediately after cal i got successful activation SMS.I was surprised at this clever and unfair business practice of Tata sky. Help me to get de-activated without charge of activation.I has not activated it on my TV.

                            My id is [protected] I booked a complaint with the WO # as IR659PX.I got dozens of calls but nobody turned up.Finally a guy came and he said my check up box is gone which is not even a year old.He said he will get a new one and replace the old one.But till date he has not come back and does not even care to answer my calls.On top it today morning i get a sms saying my work order has been completed. What kind of service is this from a corporate company.I am totally disappointed in the way you guys operate.whenever we give complaints on phone its a long drawn process done deliberately.If i dont get my box rectified or somone responsible coming and attending the problem the i have no other go but to change the service and also claim refund on my payments as well as my one year subcription..

                                  Tatasky account no. [protected]. 1. As discussed with customer care executive I bought a supreme sports package for Rs 1650 which was suppose to be valid 12 months. But on online system it is showing till Jan 2016 i.e. only 7 months whereas it shall be June 2015 to June 2016. 2. Also 2 months back 535 rs was deducted from our Tatasky account unnecessarily. The issue remain unsolved even after approaching Customer care.

                                    Tata sky on its own replaced old set up box last month with mpeg 4 on 20 th may. no receipt was handed to us. there is a continuous noise coming out of it. As the same was replaced a month before, for any fault it need to be repaired free of cost. Why i need to pay charge for the same. a.k sinha

                                      Customer ID. NO.[protected]. I had recharged my Tata sky DTH service through M/s Prakash Radios, Rookee around 6.30 PM by paying Rs.500/-. I did not get sms confirmation on my registered mobile no. (+91 [protected]) My tata Sky DTH service has now been deactivated inspite of payment of recharge amount.                                         My self Aditya Jagtap Id no is [protected]. I did not getting service of tata sky last 5 days. I complaint this on your helpline no. 6-7 times.Once the technician was visit for related problem & he said that problem is in my television, but when I checked my TV in nebours room with cable attaching its working properly. After that I again trying to contact ur helpline no but that was too busy. I spent my 30-35 rupees for registering my complaint. But its still unsolved.So please taken my complaint seriously & sent any experienced technician.
