Hi, This is one of the worst provider i have ever seen. I have raised a request for re-installation & installation since I was shifting my home to a new address. I made around 25-30 calls to the technician & they don't even bother about customers. They have sent one technician on one day and told that another technician will be coming in to my new place and install it & told that he will be calling me by 8 PM on the same day. I have not received any call, I waited almost 4-5 hrs. but i didn't get any call and tried calling that technician again but he didn't picked up. So, the other day i have called in the morning and asked him to come. He told he will be coming post lunch & waited till 5 PM and called him & he said he can’t come today and call help desk and complain & he doesn't bother. I really don’t understand, what I am paying for if I am not getting a service. Also - They have told that I will be charge 250/- +extra material but the person who installed came and used my old wire & used very little wire and told the overall cost would be 400/-. I paid because, i wanted to see how your service & most frustrated and arrogant people under service industry. I would expect at least an apology from the people who provided excellent horrible service. I will ensure & convey this message in my organization also to my friends & Relatives to change the provider & also not to take the TATA Sky any more if this is not addressed properly. Thanks, Mouli

    I had gone on a vacation for 20 days and had availed the "once a year subscription holiday offer" of TATA Sky where I can disconnect my subscription for a holiday period of more than 5 days. My connection was to be restored on 29th June and I had even got a message from TATA Sky on the same morning saying that my connection would be restored on 29th June. But when I reached home at night, I realised that my TATA Sky connection had absolutely no signal and so I called up the Customer Care no. They assured me that the problem would be resolved by 10 am next morning. It is already 5.40 pm and I have made repeated calls to TATA Sky throughout the day but nobody had any update to give. All that the Customer Care Executives could give were false promises that I would get an update in the next 1-2 hrs. It is very shameful that a premium DTH provider like TATA Sky could not even bother to give a call back to its premium customer. They claim to be the fastest service provider and that everything happens within the same day of complaint. Their advertisements are misleading. They also charge a premium for their services and do not even bother to give a call back. Request the matter to be looked into.

        My TATASKY ID : [protected] I ordered secondary box for the above ID on 24.June.15 at 08.50 am and cancelled the same at 09.08 am. Inspite of making cancellation call, the installer reached at my home without confirming and installed the box. Moreover, the person at home that time was unaware about the same and paid him Rs. 2100. On the same evening, I again called TATASKY customer service executive at 09.20pm requesting them to deactivate the box and refund the balance. Everytime I call them, they register our complaint and assure us that the problem will be solved within 24 hrs but still no updates neither they have provided us any Complaint no. Inspite of writing an email at [protected]@tatasky.com my problem is not solved. Till now i.e 30.June.2015, I have made so many calls to TATASKY and NO SOLUTION AT ALL.

            I had shifted my residence from Gurgaon Haryana to Pitampura Delhi on dated 10-April-2015. As I am available only on Sunday in between 6 to 11 on rare occasion available in evening at 4 till next day. . so time provided for installation is 10:30hrs to 11:00 hrs. on April 16 2015 I called up Tata sky and booked my request to transfer my connection from Gurgaon to Delhi and booked appointment day and time of Sunday 5:30 PM but no one arrived I called up tat sky helpline but they were of no use they keep on saying that the person are on way to reach there unfortunately they did not arrived. on next day I receive a call from TATA sky person in afternoon saying that they are on way to my home for connection I informed them that I will not be available until Sunday at 10:30 am till 11:00 am so kindly do the necessary work on Sunday. they say ok. any next day I received a message from tat saying that my request had been cancelled as person was not available at home. they did not approach me again on 15 jun 2015 I called and asked about my complaint status then again and the same story get repeated this time i called them at 12:00 hrs & Tata helpline person informed me that I had booked time for connection at 18:00 hrs I informed them that same is not the case. I also asked them what is the problem due to which TATA s not able to fulfill its promise some madam told me that that is non committal for such service and they are not bound by any obligation to do the same I really got angry and told them why tat had take money from us and provide I had booked time of 10:30 am as in evening I am suppose to be outside Delhi. and asked them to call me within 20 min I received the call at 16:30 hrs saying that they can arrive on 17:30 hrs. I told them that I am out of my home not and they are suppose to come back again on next Sunday at 10:30 hrs. this week on Monday / Tuesday I received the call from Tata helpline service no. [protected] and had a chat with person and again confirmed time of 10:30 at Sunday no one arrived but I received call at 17:00 hrs from Tata landline no. [protected]. again today I received that call from Tata landline no. [protected] to inform me status regarding cancelation of transfer order after prolong discussion I told them to have visit installation on Sunday in between 10:30 to 11:00 hrs. after some time I receive call from Tata person to confirm time of installation to whom I confirm the time of 10:30 to 11:00 hrs on Sunday. there after I received the message from tata helpline stating that my installation time in between 11:00 Hrs to 12:40hrs should we stop living our normal life to have visit to doctors fro our health as we had to watch TV and these dishtv persons will come and go at their own convenience and will do what so ever they wan and to make sure that customer keep on surfing and loosing his / her hard earn money and mental peace.

              Done a recharge of Rs 313 on 29th June2015. Recharge message is received but no channels being received. Account details showing only 1.75 balance left as of 30th June2015. Also after calling on a toll free number being on the call for almost 10 mins (God know why it is called toll free which has costed me around 18 Rs balance deduction from my mobile not being an MTNL sim) the feedback received is that the site has got hanged please call after sometime.                 On 25th June, Tata Sky advised me of Work Order # IT06S33 being released and that someone would get in touch re installation. On 27 June, an sms advised me installer would visit that evening. Yesterday a new sms to say they will contact me to take tech visit appointment . Nothing further yet. Where is the Service ?

                  I Rajan Kumar having sub. I.D [protected] facing the problem of " Not receiving Signal" three times since last four months . Every time your execitive/ Technician came and receive Rs. 170 / to repair the problem . I will pay third time since last four month . My rental is Rs. 240 per month and repair charge Rs. 170 per month, is this justified. I will complain for the same in the consumer court if you will not resolve the problem permanently. One important thing is your technician fixed the cable during shifting of tata sky at new location in two pieces, there is joint in the cable . I have also complained for the same to the customer care, but there is no resolutions . I am really very much frustated with your poor service.i ensure you if you will not resolve the problem permanently i shall complain to the consumer court and will go for another service provider.                     I have registered for a complaint of tata sky connection not working on 27th June and till date there is no technician who has visited us for the problem. Every day i get a call from a lady to inform that the technician will visit but that has not yet happened. The customer care is good for nothing as they only read the information mentioned in their system and no brain applied. Horrible service. Please take action

                              my tatasky service is not start due to old setup box ...i contacted many times to tatasky customer cares and they always said your service will start within 2, 3 days bt approx one month is to passed away...i am very upset and unsatisfied from your service...my tatasky subscriber id is [protected]... iam loosing my faith on tatasky services ...my tatasky balance is also wasting...

                                I purchased Tata sky HD setup box approx 1 month back. They offered me 1 month free HD access. After 1 month they continued the package and deducted charges for 1 day. As my balance was already zero so it was showing Rs. -4.16. So I thought it didn't get deactivated. Then I call tata sky customer care on 28 june 2015 to enquire about Showcase movie and I told him to deactivate my HD access. Then I recharged my Tata sky with rs. 125 to watch showcase movie. Firstly it deducted previous charges and today also HD charges were deducted. Moreover I tried to deactivate my HD access from tata sky website but it shows a message that you can not deactivate this service before 28 july 2015. On 29 july when I tried to contact Tata sky customer care they were not interested to resolve this issue. Even one of the Tata sky associate named Mr. Vijay told me to cut the call. After that next associate cut the call herself. Then I again tried calling them and talked to their Supervisor, she also cut the call.

                                  Inspite of my repeated requests to Tata Sky DTH to get one of my Digicomp(Digicomp no. :[protected] to be deactivated, it has not been done till date. 4 days have elapsed since my first contact, but the simple matter of disconnecting the service has not been done, by Tata Sky. Everytime i contact the customer care, i'm being told that the matter has been taken up on a priority basis and it would be done the same day, but it has turned out to be just a talk and nothing else. This is not the first time that i have faced problems with Tata Sky Services and this despite the fact that I'm probably one of the oldest customer of Tata Sky. I would like to point out here that my Digicard no. is[protected]. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action in this matter With regards Chaitali Sen [protected]

                                    Hi, I have logged a request on 21 may 2015 for set box change (due to the upgradation of tata sky to MPEG4 technology) but it has been more than a month now but no one ha visited till now. I have called customer care several times and they have told me that they have arranged a call and i will get the call next day but nobody has called me. I am really fed up with the service tata sky is providing to its customer. In fact i am thinking of disconnecting tata sky if nobody comes to change the set top box within a week.

                                      I am writing to you as an aggrieved customer of Tatasky. My subscriber id is [protected]. Ever since I had the Tatasky set top box installed at my home, I have been having recurrent complaints as the screen displays ' No signal' indication every few months. I have been lodging complaints periodically and each time a service engineer is deputed to address the problem. For each such visit, I am required to pay Rs.170. My earlier complaints were handled twice in April this year. I have lodged a complaint today too and the work order no. is IVHOJZ3. I take strong exception to the deficiency in service extended by Tatasky and the charges being levied upon me due to techniical deficiency on the part of Tatasky. I am paying the monthly package charges for uninterrupted viewing and it is for Tatasky to ensure this without charging me for the technical deficiencies in the set top box and the connection given to me. I would like to request the Senior management of Tatasky to address this complaint and arrange to find a permanent solution to my problem, failing which I shall be compelled to seek alternative recourse at the costs and consequences of Tatasky.I would expect a refund of all such visit charges paid by me, so far, and an immediate resolution of the problem of 'No Signal' which continues even today.                                         Guys never take the connection of tata sky. I had taken 3 connections on one user id and I had to deactivate 1 connection out of it. I have been calling multiple times from a month to deactivate it and their representative says that they will give you a call and it will be deactivated with in 24 hours.It has been a month that I have been calling and they are replying the same but still it is not deactivated.Daily deduction of 10 Rs is done on that setupbox. These tatasky representative just to save their loss do not want to disconnect their services. But If I am not using it any more they should deactivate it. I will never suggest any one to take tatasky services.They are worst then ever.
