Hello Team, My tata sky subscriber ID : [protected] Name : Ravindra Lokhande City : Pune I am very old customer of Tata sky. From 2 days I am not able to see any channel. Its showing signal problem. Last time a month ago there was upgradation from Tata sky and was unable to view channels for almost 10 days. It was understandable for time being. But now when I called customer care yesterday, One guy told that as the weather will get cleared, You will be able to view channels. Today morning almost 2 hrs it was sunny weather but still no channels were visible. Today night when I again called customer care, Another guy told me if you want to view channels, You have to pay 130 rs visiting charges. Is it my problem? I am monthly paying my charges. Apart from that if I am not getting service, Its duty of tata sky service providers to correct the signal problem we are facing and make service available for what I am paying monthly. If its not getting corrected soon, I will discontinue that Tata Sky services. Please note : I am paying for watching channels and if signal problem is there, You are again charging ???     This email is regarding incorrect charges deduced knowingly by Tata Sky. My Tata Sky Subscription ID is : [protected]. I have registered a complaint (Ticket number# IGOVMRA) to Tata Sky customer care on 5th June 2015 regarding no signal due to Dish Antenna was loose. The engineer came to fix next day and provided temporary solution, I asked to provide permanent solution but he said to come tomorrow(Sunday) to fix the problem as he was not having proper instruments to tight the Dish Antenna. On Monday i.e. 8th June 2015, I got the SMS from Tata sky stated that Issue resolved & ticket closed and changes of 170/- was deduced for the same from my Tata sky account. In this reference, I called to Tata Sky customer care and requested to reopen the ticket as I did not get the permanent solution. They reopened my ticket with different ticket number# IIB9GIY and scheduled an engineer visit on 9th June 2015 to provide the permanent solution. I got the call from the engineer that he will be reaching at 11:00 AM in the morning, I accepted and waited till 4:30 PM in the evening but no one came, he reached at 5 PM, during this time I was continuously following up with that engineer and every time engineer used to say “I am very near to you, reaching in 15-20 minutes” . Due to this, I went to office in the late evening and faced trouble due to this incident. They deduced the changes of 200/- again from my Tata sky account for this revisit of engineer and I did not get informed regarding this deduction. If ticket was re-opened due to task was not done properly, then why Tata sky changed extra amount for providing the permanent solution? I called to Tata Sky customer care number to register my complaint to return cheated amount that company had deduced from my account i.e. 200/- rupees . I am continuously following up to Tata Sky and on 22nd June I got a SMS from Tata sky stated that the charges debited from my account are correct and will not be reversed. To tight the Tata Sky Antenna, company charged 170 + 200 = 370. During 5th June to 22nd June, I called to Tata sky customer care many times and total call minutes was 146 minutes I calculated i.e. 2 hours and 26 minutes. Who will pay bill of this duration? First Complaint was registered on 5th June and 23rd June is the day I am totally helpless, and writing this email to consumer court for justice. I have all the call details and SMS as a proof and will be provided on demand. I want my 200/- rupees + all the call charges that I had used to calling them for the resolution and company should return my lost TIME else they should pay of 2 LAC rupees as penalty and cheating with customer. It is important because they are doing this type of cheating with every second innocent users. It should be a learning for the company. waiting for early response and justice. Thanks !       My customer ID -[protected].set top box was not working properly so I complained on the customer care on 15-5-15.A Tata Sky technician came and saw that the set top box was not working properly so he did master setting and said now set top box will work properly.as the set top box was not working properly I again lodged complain on customer care.the same technician came and changed the set top box on 17-5-15, the problem persisted.In the mean time I renewed my yearly subscription with Rs.7500/- on 1-6-15.As the set top box was not working and we were not able to view any programme, I complained on the customer care on 6-6-15, I got the message the technician will be visiting in the evening.I have the proof of the message send to me.But nobody turned up.On repeated complaining another technician from Tata Sky came on 17-6-15 and when he could not resolve the problem he changed the set top box and said I will be charged Rs.350/- for the set top box.I called up the customer care and told why I should be charged for no fault of mine, then the customer care representative said now you are not being charged, when it will be charged the I should complain then the charges will be withdrawn.when I received the message that I have to pay 350/- for the set top box, then I complained in the customer care then the said their representative will be calling me to resolve the problem.Today Your representative called me and told me that since the set top box was out of guaranty period as it was changed on 17-5-15 and now it is again changed on 17-6-15 more than one month so I have to pay for the set top box.I said I had called up on 6-6-15 and I got the appointed time also but your representative did not turn up so it was not my fault.on complaining again technician came on 17-6-15 and changed the set top box .I had complained with in one month.then she told that I should complain and show the proof then I won't be charged and I need not pay Rs.350/-.so I am lodging this complain.

          Such poor service i have ever expirience, customer care is noy responding. Today i received a call from customer care that your problem is solved but i am still there. same pop up showing reapeatadly. I have Complained for no signal to customer care on 20/06/2015 & customer care executive said that I have Wright complain from your side & our technician visit shortly and they have give me tata sky work order no.IQL52OM.on 21/06/2015 massage come from tata sky "Tata sky installer visit for work order :IQL52OM is scheduled between 23/06/2015 time 16.00 P.M & 16.40 P.M but till date 23/03/2015 time 7.53 P.M no response from tata sky and after all i am calling to tata sky customer care they are not pickup my phone by mistake they have attend my call they have put on hold.

              My subscriber ID is: [protected]. When messages was flashing to recharge as becoming due on[protected] I went to Urgent Message board and find that subscriber ID was shown as [protected]. Relying on this I recharged for Rs.500/- through my Axis Bank on[protected] wrongly on ID shown on the screen. My incorrect payment shows Receipt No.[protected]D13843D if that helps you to track my payment and arrange for refund it to me asap. This mistake from your end landed me to pay once again on[protected] by paying Rs.410/- on my correct ID. Surprisingly TataSky Set top box has also shown Subscriber ID as [protected]. I have preserved photos of my TV when my own subscriber ID is shown and when incorrect ID [protected] is shown in support of bug in your software.

I had installed the Tata Sky only in the month of May 2015 and from June 2015 after rain i have not been getting any signal for more than a week. Even after repeated complaint nobody has attended. Its a complete shut down with a very response from a reputed brand like yours..Tata brand is know for trust which i have lost it Request you to please resolve at the earliest.                   I have never seen a better fraud than this to make money. We bought one year's subcription online to I stall Tata sky in our new home. In an hours time your technician Vishwanath reached our house and without even saying or looking at the TV placement declared that it is not possible to o install tata sky in your house pls take refund. As per him he knows things too well in the building hence it is totally not possible instead we should take airtel. Have u hired people to sell tata sky or airtel. Now we have been chasing for our refund. Neither are you installing your product nor are you refunding our money. This is plain fraud. Subcription ID [protected]

                    Your customer sevice has made my life miserable. My tv is showing a blank blue screen on switching on tata sky. I hav been making phone complaints since last 3months but I am still at the same place as I was on the 1st day of complaint. The cystomer associates are not even worthy of talking. If we tell them something more they just hang up the phone. We have made a yearly recharge of Rs.7200 on last November. Worst service by such a big company.

                      Hi My Subscriber ID is [protected], from last five days i am unable to view Tata Sky Services, even after recharge and top of that amount is deducting every day from account . I am really disappointed to say even after my call at your call center "Five Times" no one even to bother to call back, nether any technician visit happen till date and time .Every time i call at your call center, some one cut a sorry figure and rest of the story is same . This is the poorest response or service, i have ever experience in India across any product . Customer is calling no one is bother to response ..."pathetic" is the correct word to be used before Tata Sky . I am Tata Sky Customer from very very long and, it is really disappointing to say, one of the prestigus name of Tata in india, i guess the brand image is started dampening

                              Unauthorized adding the active channel TATA SKY - ID [protected] It is surprising to inform you that, I have received the sms that I 'm subscribed the Active Vedic Maths, but I have not requested the same, please remove the channel from my account and credit the amount deducted for this active Vedic channel. After so many calls and on line chat, it is very difficult to remove the unwanted channel and also get back the money which is debited in monthly account and extend the my recharges date which earlier in mid of August 2016. If it is so difficult you people to resolve this issue and telling the stories on call centers This is very bad and waste of our time to do unnecessary correspondence and talking to help line with our own money to get rid o[censored]nwanted channels and your people are asking to write you the mail pl. fine the screen shots Please take appropriate action in this regard,

                                Yesterday we recharged our tata sky annual HD pack, for Rs 7500.We opted for an annual pack and instead it has been recharged till Jan 2016.When contacted customer care representative he mentioned ots till June 2016. But the message that we jave received on phone and TV says its till January 2016.Please make the required changes and clarify through mail or message. Email id: [protected]@gmail.com Thanks

                                  MY REGISTERED MOBILE NO. IS[protected] AND THE Subscriber ID IS [protected]. DUE TO THE HEAVY WINDS AND RAIN THE DISH WAS DISLOCATED AND I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CALL CENTRE ON 22.06.2015 AT AROUND 6.40 AM. THEREAFTER, I GOT A CALL FROM YOUR TECHNICIAN AT AROUND 11.00 AM INFORMING THAT HE WOULD BE ATTENDING THE WORK. THEREFORE, MY WIFE HAS TO APPLY HALF-A-DAY LEAVE TO GET THE WORK DONE. HOWEVER, THE TECHNICIAN BY NAME MR., ROHIT, MOBILE NO. [protected] HAS NOT ATTENDED TILL 8 PM, EVEN AFTER MAKING REPEATED CALLS, CLAIMING THAT HE WAS BUSY WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS. HE INFORMED THAT HE WOULD BE COMING ON 23.06.15 BUT I INSISTED HIM TO COME AND FINISH THE WORK, OTHERWISE ONE MORE DAY LEAVE WOULD BE WASTED FOR A SIMPLE WORK. SINCE THERE WAS A HEAVY RAIN AFTER 8 PM ON 22.05.2015 IN INDORE, I DID NOT BOTHER HIM. HOWEVER, ON 23.06.15 HE DID NOT TURN UP TILL 11.30 AM.. THEREFORE, I CALLED HIM AND ASKED HIM WHEN HE WOULD ATTEND THE WORK FOR WHICH HE CLAIMED THAT HE IS ON LEAVE AND HENCE CANNOT ATTEND THE WORK. HE COULD HAVE TOLD THE SAME YESTERDAY, SO THAT AT LEAST THE LEAVE COULD BE SAVED. BECAUSE OF INACTION BY YOUR TECHNICIAN, PRECIOUS TIME IS WASTED. THE TECHNICIAN MR., ROHIT, WAS SO ARROGANT AND CHALLANGED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM. I HAVE BEEN USING TATASKY FOR YEARS AND NEVER FACED THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM. THEREFORE, I EXPECT A PROMPT ACTION FROM YOUR SIDE TO ENSURE THAT THE PROBLEM IS RECTIFIED TODAY ITSELF, WITHOUT WASTING ANOTHER DAY LEAVE. ALSO PLEASE INFORM ME ABOUT THE PROCEDURE OF GETTING REFUND OF THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID TO TATASKY IN CASE I OPT FOR CANCELLATION DUE TO THE ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR TECHNICIAN.                                       Hello My channels are not coming .the old setoff box was replaced with mpeg4 on 17th .Technician told that channels will be activated soon but till now nothing is coming. Despite of writing no action has been initiated from your side.our family is not happy with this type of your response. I am using the tata sky since 2009 but first time I am seeing this type of your response. I written e mail several times and also called via mobile phone but no action has been initiated. Daily money is being deducted from my account. From 9th jun onwards channels are not coming. If required I can produce all relevant mail and telephonic conference.

                                        TATA SKY Worst Customer care Subsriber ID - [protected] I have raised relocation request (HZO3A4N) during April raised and received a call after a week. After fixing up appointment and long waits the technician did not turn up to complete the request. Problems faced - Delayed to office. SLA Not met. Un necessary chaos and finally request not completed. Raised new request (1ES332) during May to relocate my tata sky connection from same location (Vignan Nagar to Kaggadaspura - Banaglaore) and the request was done after 1 week followup. only 2 days we were able to view the channels, But instead of re-locating our tata sky dish, tata sky support staff mistakenly taken my neighbhour tata sky dish. then again i have raised a request to correct it, mean while when i checked for my tata sky dish, it was lying broken in my previous house ( not sure why), so raised a request for new dish (1ES332) but still that was not closed, raised on May 11 2015 and continously following it up with customer care. No result. Technician didnt call back at all. Not sure whether Tata Sky is running out of technicians or is that running such a loss that they dont have one single dish antenna to fix?? Im surprised. Whenever I make a call to customer care they apologise and put me on hold, but no technician called so far. Fine, I decided not to have dish any more a deactivation request raised on 22 May 2015, without the customer knowledge the request is simply closed. Not sure why tata sky is providing such bad customer service, responsible persons help out :( Now last 3 months (April, May, June 2015) there is no dish and nothing we can see...but i am getting monthly bill from tata sky..not sure why these kind of poor service from TATA products My contact number [protected], email id - [protected]@yahoo.com
