Subscriber ID : [protected] Cell No.: +[protected] Hi Team, It has been more than one month but you people are not serious about customer grievance. Its 3rd time I am sending you mail and 4 time I have given miss call with my RMN. From last one month my family suffering because only 2-3 channels are working, I want to change set top box ASAP and one month free subscription as will not bear charges as we didn’t use the service. Please provide me your superior mail id or number as well or let me know whether I need to post this issue on social sites?? Hi Team, Could you please look into below mail, I have already given miss call(three time) from my RMN but not yet got any response from your side. because of this issue my TV Channels are not working, could please take it seriously and do it on priorities basis.

    Refer subscription id [protected]. This is been for so many years an annual subscription. Now I am told it's monthly. Annually my renewal is on October. Why do I need to pay now in June. I am a fan and patron customer of Tatasky. This is not acceptable. Regards, Carlos D'Souza Cell:[protected].

        Hi. There is something wrong with the tata sky customer service team..thier is a no of your company service executive ie.[protected].he was giving missed call on my no.4-5 times in a day i didnt pick the call bcoz i hv true caller whch shows it is a spam, i forgot about that.today i saw my balance which is for tommorow only.and my monthly charges is showing more then 500.how it is possible... You peoples are started doing fraud.. May be you are completing your targets for the month.. I am feeling that i am cheated by you peoples This is not a way you are dealing with customers.there is always problem with u guys.where is my money.how many times it supposed that i recharge my account..this is my hardwork earnings i am not going to waste on your faulty and useless services..there are many complaints regarding that no already placed on complaint portals Even it is showing picture of your employee on true caller..may be you are not training your employees with good business practices.. This shows that you people are trying to complete your targets by pressurizing team to made it done by hook or crook.. In previous month u said in ads that there is upgradation so services may be rendered we under stood that now what..i want that this complaint should be in notice of your hiegher authorities..and i want my subscription as it was

            I have a tata sky connection - ID [protected] which is down for quite some time, without any rhyme or reason and inspite repeated calls, there has been no response. The call center guys were clear and categoric that response to calls cannot be guaranteed and can take any no of days and chargeable @ 170/-. This is sheer dishonesty as the services has been CLEARLY DISRUPTED by the company and they are now compensating their low paid and hapless staff by this sort of means. Again, there is no semblance of the rates published in the net and the rates billed . This is a SHOCKINGLY DISHONEST ORGANISATION - surprisingly from the house of Tatas. I am really at wits end and do not really know what to do

                I was subscriber of above [protected] and my mobile [protected] was also registered as RMN. But unfortunately my set top box or services suddenly stopped since 18/05/2015. I called nos of times but could not get solution and all the times representatives transfers call one to another. It is very unfortunate part, that i am using tatasky since last so many years and, now facing problems. I further wants to describe the problem, actually the connection was provided in balrampur chini mills ltd. and there was total four connections. The primary connection was on name of Mr. P.M.Jogi but above said mobile no and email ID was with me. Now two out of four connection were in operation and the digi card no[protected] was with me and i recharged with Rs 1500 the same in month Feb 2015 for having validity of Six month. on 15th may 2015 on ward the connection was stopped and simultaneously registered email ID and RMN also changed with out taking me in confidence or information. It was suggested to me to talk with Mr. P.M.Jogi and a mob no was given but this no is responding as switch off and when it was told then your representatives are saying that it is not possible to re start this connection unless the permission of Mr. P.M.Jogi. Earlier the communication were held between us and i could not understand that how it can be changed with out taking conses from my end. Please take necessary action and get re start my set top box. If you want to create new subscriber ID please advice accordingly.

                  Dear Sirs, I have spoken to your consumer complaint line several times, but have been unable to reach a manager or supervisor or other responsible official. When your technicians place dishes on the terrace of a building, they let the cables hang down all over he place. In my case, I have long been bothered by several lengths of cable that hang down in my garden, making it difficult to open doors, operate the clothes-drying system etc. Kindly send your technician to correct the situation immediately. Every time I complain about these cables, your call center personnel tell me that I will have to pay visit charges. Why? This is your problem caused by the sloppy work done by your technicians. I am facing problem in Setup box due to which i unable to see few channel after paying full amount of channel. when i informed & discussed with customer care they said we are in process o[censored]pgrading setup box. our technical team will be in touch with you in next 24 hours. but every time they raise wo for sorting out the issue o[censored]p gradation of setup box & every time cancel the work order with out sorting out the matter.                         My TataSky ID is [protected]. From today morning i.e. 24/06/2015, I have been getting the problem of 'no signal' from TataSky. When I called the customer care service, I heard a pre-programmed message regarding problems on cloudy weather, and that they are doing the best they can to resolve this issue quickly. However, other people in the building are getting the reception from TataSky. I am not able to reach any agent from TataSky on their caller helplines.

                          My Tatasky id [protected]. From friday 19-6-15.i am not getting Tatasky service due to no signal. I tried to call them from friday but call didnt connected saying lines are busy. On monday they answered to call and assured that my service will start tomorrow as men will come to solve that signal problem. But nobody came till wednesday. I called them on tuesday but they answer me very badly. They are not even ready to talk and disconnected calls. Its a c grade service of Tatasky in dth. Its my very bad experience to have Tatasky. They are even cutting my balance without giving service.

                          i received sms from tatasky informing me that men now there engineer will come on 25-6-15 on wednesday . again they are asking for 1 more day and shocking is that they are charging me even if there is no service since last 6 days. very bad of this Gaint company.

                            मेरा टाटा स्काय नंबर [protected] है जिसका रजिस्टर मोबाइल नंबर [protected] है । जयंत सिंह के नाम पर कनेक्स्न है। दिनांक 22.06.2015 से बंद है कस्टम्बर केयर पर फोन करने पर कोई भी ढंग मे बात नहीं करता और नहीं कस्टमर की बात सुनने को तैयार है। जब कोई प्रोग्राम एक्टिवेट करना होता है तो कस्टमर को नहीं पूछा जाता लेकिन जब उसे deactivate करना होता है तो service प्रोवाइडर पचासों सवाल पूछता है । और कस्टमर को परेशान किया जाता है ।

                              I took new connection on 9/4/15.After 15 days, channel discontinued even after paying 2 months recharge, then after lodging complaint everyday, no one attended and closed complaint. I talked to different persons at Tata Sky and no result. Whole vacation without TV /channels. I want to lodge sue of Fraud, cheating and Worst customer care service in consumer forum.

                                    1. I have filled a online complaint on 13/06/2015 at about 1810 hours and no contact with customer care Executive, then call back option. But about 12 hours not call back from Tata Sky. On 14/06/2015 second complaint filled at 0925 hours, details of complaint informed to customer care executive and call dropped, but no call back from your side. Then, Third complaint filled at about 1130 hours, no signal to my tata sky informed to customer care executive and i asked for my complaint no from customer care executive, she saw me the same will be forwarded to you through SMS, but the SMS has not been received by me. My tata sky subscription from 2-3 days has been deducted unforeseen. 2. Thereafter, on 16/06/2015, I met with Tata Sky dealer (Siddhivinayak Enterprises), they told me the connection will be check within 2-3 days and their engineers were came to my home on 18/06/2015, but no light at that time about 1830 hours and they return back. 3. Thereafter on 19/06/2015 to 24/06/2015, I have called them but as on today 24/06/2015, they are unable to check my connection and i lossed my subscription with effect from 13/06/2015 to 24/06/2015 i.e. Rs 12 x 8 = Rs 96. 4. So you are requested to send a representative to check and solve my problem and refund me Rs 96 as my lossed subscription. Thanking you.

                                      Dear concern This is to bring in your kind notice that today I had longed a complaint regarding my Tata sky dish, it was bend from one side due to bad whether last week. One field boy by the name of vipin mobile no:[protected] (ID[protected] came around 11:45am. He went to our terrace and after 10min he came down and said - I had changed ur dish. He had given me below attach bill also that mentioned- 200 visit charges and 625 win change = Rs.835/-. But after coming back from office at11:30pm, again I'm facing the same problem. Now I went to terrace to check the dish - it was same dish which was already bend. Your delhi team is full of cheaters, look into the matter on serious note otherwise you will be in big trouble one day. If my complaint will not be rectify within 12hrs, i will go to consumer court.                                         most occassionally it is seen that only channels 100 &105 will be active.other channels will display as "No Signal".We are working people who sits infront of TV at night.Rarely signal would be available.yesterday was one such day.Today morning it is receiving signals, but no use as we are off to work.Also your contact nos.like [protected] cant be connected through landline.over mobile it is not Toll free also.Do you have toll free numbers?
