Received calls on phone and even after saying no packs are being added to account Account no : [protected] Packs such as kids active learning costs Rs 6 per day English movies The above packs were added and charged without confirmation Also they did not allow to stop the pack for active learning kids for 3 months

    I Use tata sky sports package ...the services were interrupted since 23rd June 2015. I tried reaching the customer care but to no avail. I have chosen call back service which again was ignored by Tata sky. Finally on 25th June 2015 i was able to get in touch with one of the call centre exec.. who spoke for a minute, asked for the issue, which i explained. He the n asked me to switch to channel 104, to which i said i'm unable to as there is no signal whatsoever. Instead of further trouble shooting, he banged the phone mumbling that he was unable to hear and stuff, deliberately making it sound like a formality to make a statement and logged off the call, paying no heed to me saying that i was able to hear him crystal clear. i did not get any call from then. I was left shocked at the callousness of the Tata sky customer care personnel. Desirable Resolution: Resolve the issue ASAP. Refund for the duration of not providing service.       sir, It has always been difficult to recharge or reactivation. we are unable to understand the reason for delay. Today I have made the payment online for reactivation and received message at our mobile phone No [protected] but even after i hour it is not reactivated and we do not know when it will be reactivated. Further, request for change of package is never taken upfront and we are compelled to pay for the channels which we do not wish to watch. Pl improve customer service.         This is to lodge a complaint of apparent irregularity in the fixing and running of Tata Sky dish services. A person claiming to be a Tata Sky Technician, by the name of Mr. Subhash Gupta cell No. [protected], disconnected my Tata Sky connection by pulling my wire out of the dish without my permission. My TATA Sky ID is [protected]. When confronted, as to under whose authority he disconnected my connection, he had no answer. This is highly irregular and a malpractice. We request your kind guidance and intervention in having the connection restored.

          The TV signal is not there for the last 5 days. Earlier also it happened and lasted for 20 days. Is there a complaint resolving mechanism exists in Tata Sky? Is it really a Tata brand product? What is the time limit for redress all? What for the monthly charges being asked?

              Tata Sky consumer no. [protected]. Due to heavy rain and ghastly wind on 31st May 2015 my Dish at the Apartment Terrace got broken and this was complained to Customer care on 1st June 2015 vide SR NO.[protected]. There was an immediate acknowledgement for this complaint which informed that, Tata Sky will get back to me in next 24 hrs. But, no one turned up even after 3 days which made me to call Customer care on 3rd June 2015. As usual in the Indian Style of functioning, the customer care representative said Sorry for the Inconvenience and said the complaint will be attended on 4th June. Mean time, the complaint which was raised on 1st June 2015 was closed by Tata Sky on 3rd June 2015, without even seeing / visiting by anyone ! But, a person who was suppose to visit on 4th June visited on 5th June and said “ A New Dish will have to be installed as the present Dish is completely broken”. Since he did not carry a new dish, he said he will bring it in the afternoon the same day. From 5th to 13th June no one turned up to install a New Dish and had made calls to Customer care everyday which was of no use. Finally on 13th June two fellows turned up to install a new Dish and they Struggled for more than one hour to install. But, after the Installation, there was interruption in the signal and these Guys said, the Dish place has to be changed as it is facing a Tree. As he was in a hurry to attend other complaint, he left immediately informing that, he will come and change the Dish place on 15th June. Between 15th June to 24th June I have contacted Customer care again for the No Signal issue and till now no one has attended the issue. 1. The attitude of Tata Sky is very clear with these incidents – Tata sky is not for service. 2. It is very evident that, Tata Sky is just not bothered about this kind of complaints as it is facing server man power issue. 3. One has to wait hours to speak to a customer care representative which is sheer non sense. 4. The Chatting Service and the Help service are totally hopeless and should not be called Customer care service. 5. Other than the Acknowledgement, no reply is being given by Help service for any complaints or emails queries. 6. When Tata Sky is charging for service on every day basis, complaints should have been attended within 24 hrs. 7. When a recharge is delayed by Subscriber, a penalty is being imposed. Tata Sky also should pay penalty for its inefficiency for not attending the complaints within 24 hrs. In total, it is a third class service from Tata Sky and is not capable of providing a World Class Service. Recently, Tata Sky upgraded their system .Instead of this, it should have refurbished their working system better service.

                Sir, Your company activated active javed and active cooking on my connection id no.[protected] with out my consent on[protected].Inspite of my repeated request they did not deactivate it for one month and finally on deactivation on[protected] charged me rs.97, which is totally unfair.Seems like your claim to be a very fair and genuine service is merely an eyewash.Your company forces it`s way through to take and pay for your own channeles which we do not want.I would simply like my helplessly forced charged amount b back.                   My Tatasky connection no is [protected].I requested to disconnect services on the digicom[protected] on 14/6/2015.I was told by customer care that lt will be disconnected within 24 hour .I waited till 19/62015 no action was taken . I again contacted customer care on 19, 20, 21, 22 of June 2015, same reply was given. Till today no action is taken .Initially the complaint number was not provided as it should have been and, after much of insistence I got Complain no 1-[protected].Tatasky is still going on recharging. I request you to kindly take my case as I am supposed to their premium customer (already using 3 connections under same id) and as it is becoming really irritating was a simple process of disconnection to be done.

                    My TATA SKY Id is [protected] I have requested for Remote on 17th June (order No.IOGH7M0), not delivered till date, but amount deducted without ant information . Also account deactivated & no telecast is happening since 25th morning. After calling to the help line, they are saying to wait for 3 days for re-activated. Without giving the remote, how can they cut the money

                        My subscriber ID is [protected]. I subscribed to the annual mega HD south pack last sunday, i.e. 21st June, 2015. The subscription was done at Goa. Since Tuesday, i.e., 23rd June, 2015 it has not been working. I have paid the entire amount to the dealer. I have since then complained twice to Tata Sky but no one has attended to the complaint. After paying more than Rs. 10000 to Tata Sky, I have viewed the services for only one day. I have been a subscriber of Tata Sky for the last several years but have not faced the problem in Delhi ever. The irresponsibility and incompetence of Tata Sky is disgusting to say the least. The dealer who had installed the system is least bothered and does not pick up the phone. If Tata Sky cannot provide reliable services to new customers because of their capacity issues, perhaps they should clearly indicate that, instead of trying to con customers. I shall wait till sunday and then launch an extensive fb campaign against Tata sky and also complaint to the consumer forum about the company. Please brand yourselves 'thieves' before providing any services to any customer. All the crores spent on endorsement deals with Aamir Khan are useless if the company has no intentions of providing the services promised for.

                          I have filled a complaint for not able to view my Tata sky cable connection on 9th June. For entire one week i used to get sms that the Tata sky installer will visit me but no one turned up for the entire week. So used to get sms and phone call assuring that someone will come, me and husband used to adjust our work schedules but no one turned up. Also called the customer care and was assured that we would have someone visit. Finally the installer came on 16th June after 10 odd calls to the customer service. The installer who came could not resolve the problem and was to come back with the senior. Till date i.e. 25th June, we have not heard from anyone. I called the customer care and they said our complain has been closed and it says it has been auto resolved. I can’t believe after 10 odd calls no one bother to check with us before closing the complaint. And who authorize the closure. Is this the way you treat your customers. Wasn’t the earlier frustration of waiting for over week enough for you to CLOSE the COMPLAINT. It been over 2 weeks and we are not able to use the service for which we pay Rs.800 per month. I demand refund for the period!!! While typing this mail, I have been on the customer care nearly 1hour and kept on hold for them to convenient ly disconnect the line. I am completely shocked with the service and the mental agony it has caused cannot be explained

                          Since 20 September, signal is being stopped from 10-11 pm at night. This continued to 30 SEP. We complained 5-6 times. They suggested some useless options in the organiser menu which has only worsened the problem. Since the last week, signal is not being received for 15 out of 24 hours from 10 pm at night to 1 pm in afternoon. Today even the channel is not changing and the time and date is seen as 1 Jan 12 am.Such horrendous ###. Rude talkers and they are clueless about the solution. Pls help.

                          every recharge i was problem for channel connecting every time after recharge i was call the customer care and get the connection very very worst service and we are not easily connect the customer care also totaly they are basted

                            I am using TATA Sky for more than 5 years. Currently I am using their HD services. I am not getting TV services from TATA Sky HD which I renewed on 22nd May. I have given customer complaint on 21st June, request no being 1-[protected]. Post this I have been sent following WO everyday with commitment of technician visit everyday. However, it didn't happen. WO - IQ5JDWO, IRFTBJV, Since it was not resolved in 48 hours, I further escalated it to their Nodal Officer on the mail on 24th June. The request id is 1-[protected]. There is still no response from the TATA Sky. I have demanded for a refund now. to follow up, I called up the customer care, the executive kept me on hold in order to transfer it to his seniors. But nobody came on call and I had to cut the call after waiting for 15 minutes. Please raise it to concerned Senior Authority of TATA Sky, hope they have sense of responsibility towards customers.

                              My consumer id is [protected]. I have tata sky installed since last 3 years. Every time its windy or cloudy the set top box stops recieving signals for atleast a day. They people (tata sky) have connected our set top box with a common big dish installed in the building, which i guess, was a big mistake. our set top box is not receiving signal since last 1 day. Its a frequent problem, and they people charge us every time for a problem, for which we are not responsible. If the problem is going to continue i would prefer that you people please install a seperate dish for us, and get the problem resolved asap.

                                I have change my house.. So I need reinstall dish .I need service from your coustmer service.. But last 15days no one take response for install.. Everybody ask for new connection only..then what we do for old DTH..plz..arrange ..reconnect door no..11th. 4thcross..vashantanagara..near mount Carmel collage..Bangalore 560052...plz confirm.. Other wise..we change DTH for another company.. If Your Tatasky not take care..

                                  I have talked ur 3operators about discontinue the schemes which are active music, English movies, ten sports.. 1st operator Ms Priyanka said that for this u have to talk to higher authority, so she transfer my call to Ritu..she said that for this u hv to talk to higher authority plus u hv one free scheme with HD i.e STAR World premier, I asked her agian that u will not deduct any amount for this scheme she said no mam it is free for HD, but she charged me Rs 20pm. Thn she transfer my call to higher authority Ms Prjikta she deactivate my 2schemes eng movies and ten sports & for active music she request me to again call her after this month for deactivate, But when I said her about this STAR World Premier activation she said tht our operator ever gv wrong information and I asked her to deactivate this scheme right nw..but she didn't do the same for me. I also complaint all her operators about my dish TV stand.. I shifted from Andheri West to Borivali East..Tata Sky employee came to uninstall and thn to install the dish but he didn't put the stand on dish in Borivali.. I complaint all 3 operators about this also but they didn't take any action for this also. Dear Tata Sky, I req u to plz resolve my prob n also req u to not give any wrong information about schemes. I want my dish stand and also deactivate my above schemes. I tried to call customer care many times..but ur that service is very poor.                                     We have raised a complaint 5 days back for signal problem we had got assurance that next day person will come to visit our place but he turn up after 2 days I had to again raise a complaint then person did come but he said he will not be able to work as it is late he assured that he will come next day, he didn't turn up.again I have raised a complaint let's see when engineer will come. It's seriously bad customer support. This was not Expected From tatasky. I seriously am disappointed & will not recommend anyone.

                                      BEFORE ONE WEEK I COMPLAINED THAT NO SIGNAL IN MY TV SCREEN. THEN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TWO COMPLAIN REGISTERED AND TWO BOYS COME TO MY HOUSE AND TOOK SET OF BOX TO THEIR DISTRIBUTOR AND NEXT DAY THE SET TOP BOX RETURNED TO ME AND I ENJOYED TV PROGRAMME DISTINCTLY.. I RECHARGE RS 480 MY TATA SKYON 22-06-15. ON ID NO [protected].BUT NOT RECHARGE. NO SMS TO MY REGISTERED MY MOBILE NO AND TV SCEEN. THEN I SUSPECT THAT THE ABOVE ID NO IS NOT MINE. AS SOON AS I CALL CUSTOMER CARE TO RECHARGE MY TATA SKY( RS 480) THEN CALL ME MY RS 480 REVERSE THE RETAILER . TILL NOW NO RECHARGE TO MY TV SCEEN. AND MOBILE.AFTER ALL I THINK THAT MY TATA SKY WILL CLOSED SHORTLY.

Its 3rd time I am sending you mail and 4 time I have given miss call with my RMN. From last one month my family suffering because only 2-3 channels are working, I want to change set top box ASAP and one month free subscription as will not bear charges as we didn’t use the service. Please provide me your superior mail id or number as well or let me know whether I need to post this issue on social sites?? Hi Team, Could you please look into below mail, I have already given miss call(three time) from my RMN but not yet got any response from your side. because of this issue my TV Channels are not working, could please take it seriously and do it on priorities basis.
