my customer id for tatasky is[protected]. My 3 rd set top box which was not being used by me was activated without my permission on 17th june. Sine then I have made 7 requests to them to deactivate it and was always assured on each occasion that I would get a call back and it would be deactivated in 24 hours. but it is still active and charges are deducted from my account. Now for the last 6 days they dont answer my calls or my emails In this way these people are completely uncooperative and cause customers harassment and mental torchery

    Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of tata sky having two connection one in my office and one at home but i am very sorry to say the services are not good although you are charging heavy charges for that Rs.170 for one visit.Your HD set top box is not up to the mark poor quality I have shifted from normal to HD and after that i am facing problem.Tata Sky have changed the set top box because of some techincal problem in box of April 15 now again the same problem in new box occur but Tata Sky charged Rs 350 + Rs.170 as service charge which is very unfair.Being a big group i never expect the poor quality product by tata group and unfair charges to the customer. Please reverse the charges as soon as possible i am unable to watch the connection. If again you this new set top box shows the same problem i will not pay any money and will file a case in consume court.It is really harassment of the customer. tata sky cutomer id [protected]

      Dear sir, I am very old customer for tatasky digital service. I raised the request for change the setbox to MPEG 4 .at least 25 days back in month of June but so for no one attended my complain and. Due to change in your configuration of setbox I am not able to watch all the channel since beginning of may 2015. I hereby request to you kindly refund my amount Which I paid for not watching the channel . And if possible pl change my set box in this week otherwise I will have no option than choosing the other operator. My contact no. [protected] satish singh

        sir, my tata sky a/c no. [protected], 355 Rs. ka recharge karwane ke baad bhi mere yahan koi bhi chaneal nahi aa raha hai or jo channel ataa hai wo bhi signal kat ke aa raha hai main 4-5 din se tata sky help line pe call kar raha hu lekin phone lagta hi nahi, jab paise dene ke baad bhi chanal na dekh sake to tata sky lagwane ka kya fayda humne tata sky ke service ke bare me bahut suna tha lekin sab bekar tha aapse request hai mere yahan koi excutive bhej kar meri problem jald se sald solwe kare. thank you

          Dear Sir, Today on 1st July 2015 I purchased New Sony Bravia from croma center With that I opted out for TATA SKY connection. The Croma provided me with Tata sky starter kit of Rs.599 to activate new TATA sky connection. I got serial number[protected] and activation PIN:- [protected]. I called 3 times on TATA sky's Number [protected] but your representative Suraj took down my Mobile Number [protected] and address then call got dropped. Again I called another Represntative Rupali was on call instead of activating my account and sending technician on my address she guided me to www.tatasky.com When I entered my Subscriber ID:- [protected] it is telling me that your account is not activated.I heard alot about Tatasky service But on the Very first day to activate and Installation of connection I am having Problem.Please look into it.             Hello, My registereted Mobille no with Tata Sky is [protected] and Subscriber ID is [protected]. I am a tatasky user from the past 6 years ans they claim tat i am their premium customr. I had raised a coplaint 7 days before about my wire being cut from Dish coming to my home and till date no one has turned up. tata Sky claim to be the number1 DTH provider but i think they have enough customers now and dont need business. I am in the process to register a case in consumer forum as well. Rergards

              24 june i was call the customer to come and check my tatasky connection .but the tatasky customer was not come .they said they will came 28 june but the dont came. the tatasky is connection is always giving no signal 24 june tatasky is giving no signal so please came and check the tatasky

                I have recharged My TakaSky Dhamaal Cricket Monthly Pay Pack 01 May 2015 for Rs.400/- but due to old setup box I was unable to get the full services. In fact I have locked a request to change my setup box MPEG4 box on date 14/05/2015 and I regularly tracked by calling on Customer Care number. But the associate and senior executive only promised to get service soon. After one month they have canceled my request for box upgrade and also lot of channels are not broadcasting on my current box. I want to know is there any accountability of request serving and if they are not broadcasting all channels while my account has the advance payment then they are liable to pay back? Also what about my regular calling on customer care and wasting 0.5 to 1.0 hours time? What Tatasky will do now is they are going to upgrade my setup box or I need to look for other service provider like airtel, dish tv etc.

                  My tata sky id is [protected] and i have been badly treated by tata sky technician whose names are dilip and vinod patel who have promised to come on time and have not come yet of which vinod patel has come and gone without rectifying the problem and has left rudely and is not receiving the call. Take strict action agains these people.

                    I booked a Service Complaint and was told that this service will be free of charge. However, a sum of Rs. 170/- was deducted from my account on 29th May 2015. I have escalated this complaint many times through emails and phone calls but nothing has been done. Every time I complain on email, I only get an "auto-reply" and when I call up the help-desk, I get assurance that they are escalating to "higher-up" for quick resolution but nothing comes out of it. It appears that Tata Sky does not care. It is not about Rs. 170/- but the attitude of Tata Sky that hurts more.

                      i have not even added any kind of active smart channels, but you people have added unnecessary to my list. i have tried to call your customer care center they have such a behavior that they had hanged my call without hearing my concern... i have wasted my money on call. this is the way you behave with customers ...i not at al happy with this kind of service you people provide.

                        I am using tata sky services from 2008 and i don't know how many id's are registered from my number. I got so many calls from customer care regarding Mr. Gajender, Mr. Sant, Mr, Murli kumar. I told so many times to the customer care that i am using only one tata sky set up box, please delete my contact no. from the list but they again calling me so 5-6 times with in in every week. I am fed up with their calls and if i am talking about my customer id, i don't know from where they add Value added services on that and charge 422/- monthly and when i called customer care [protected], firstly every route was busy, i again did 20-21 called no one was there to answer my call and then i Tried from otther unregistered number then they said you have to pay for 4 month otherwise your connection will be disconnected.they said.

                            have been requesting on[protected] on 24th, 25th, 29th and 30th to disconnect my 2nd tv. Till date this has not been done and I continue to be billed. Pls. disconnect my 2nd tv as this isnot being used by me. id[protected] Mrs. Julie Toscano. We do not have the time to keep following up daily for such small things. Height of inefficiency.

                              Hi, Its very pathetic from a repute of TATA to do such petty things to run your business. I have already made a yearly recharge in November and when i switched on the set up box after a gap of about 50 days having been back from a trip, it asks me do a recharge. I called up the customer care but it seems that he was the CEO of the company to talk with utter arrogance. Even the CEO of a company doesn't talk in that rude manner. Asked him to forward the call to his senior, don't know where he forwarded which never went through. What is the purpose of of having a yearly recharge when i have to get through such a pain and arrogance of illiterate, ill-mannered and arrogant customer care executives. At least I didn't have such an experience with Videocon d2h. Even the policy of the company is questionable and should be taken to the court of law.                                 Following are the account details - Soumya Bose Subscriber Id - [protected] Reg Mob No - [protected] Issue - I requested for a removal for tata sky antena on 25th Jun having work order reference number is - ITC3B4W. But no one came to my place even after 8 hours follow up. I removed by myself and informed to tata sky associate to cancel the request. Tata sky associate confirmed that this work order reference is cancelled and I will not be charged anything for that. But after 2-3 days they debited 200 rs for this work order. It seems like a fraudulent activity from these guys. Now only thing I want is, my money to get back to my tata sky account asap. Otherwise I will go to the higher concern to get the justice.                                   I faced some problem to view Tatasky and made a call at 22:55. t took more than 5 minutes to talk the executive. I suppose you have got such a big customer base thus it takes long to attend the customer simultaneously it reflects with the customer care executive. Sarcastically your executive Mr. Prasant was intolerant to accept the customer complain, as if he is doing some favor to me, instead of support. He concluded the call without my consent. It same kind of arrogance as Tatasky shows while increasing the package price without taking customer int conference rather without inquiring the paying acceptance. Bravo! I may have to rethink my association with Tatasky with this sort of treatment.

                                    my id;[protected] I activated after a gap of three months at the request of TATASKY STAFF CALLING FROM HEAD OFFICE.HE SENT A LOCAL FELLOW WHO TOOK RS.500 AND ACTIVATED .WE COULD SEE PROGRAMMES FOR THREE DAYS ONLY. NOW NO CHANNEL IS COMING.PLEASE SEND A SUITABLE PERSON TO ACTIVATE. OR ELSE I AM FORCED TO LODGE A CASE EITHER THROUGH CONSUMER COURT OR POLICE

                                      Cust ID: [protected] Registered Number: [protected] ( in my father's name) My contact details: +91-[protected] I have been a customer of tata sky since 6 years and as the technology grew their support service got worse day by day. pathetic service specially they dont know or have control over the kind of serv ice their franchise give when it comes to sending engineer at doorsteps. over past 4 months i have logged complaints 3 times and it went to the same service centre to send engineer. they bloody call at first instance to inform that they have received request and shall gfet back to us in short while with the time when the engineer will arrive. on all instances i never got a call from franchise informing the same and moreover had to call call centre and get update and try to escalate this, but even agfter escalating they tell they will inform service centre who inturns never send engineer in time and its more frutstrating as the service centre dont even call and inform onver the progress of the engineer visit as to if they were busy or what. ebvery time in last 3 months for 3 complaints i made i had to wait almost 4-5 days for an engineer. i would really like to log a complaint againts tatasky for being so neglegent towrds their customer. they take the intial complaint forward the request to serivce centres who are franchise and then forget or dont even bother to keep track of what happened on them. is there no QC done or any audit to verify if indeed the franchise's are doing their job correclty and sending engineers on time and moreover communicating with the customer if there was any issue. most strange thing is that whenever i call the call centre i come to know that a slot has been book with a prefered time whereas i never had got any calls from tata franshise or service centre asking if they would want me to provide any slot when they can send engineer. it seems the franchise is playing with the Policy and doing things as per their convenience. i stay in marol and would like to know the name and number of the franchise which handles Tata sky request in this area. i am tired of this kind of service and would like to file a law suit against such a franchise, as its kind of a mental harassment as i am frustrated completely with the service received. i have 2 connections at my place and recently was planning to add another but my worst nightmare experience in last 3 months made me change my decision and i would never suggest people to buy Tata sky here. i would go and log a complaint and involve even the CEO if required for this, i have been in the Customer service industry serving customer for Microsoft worldwide and i very well know how and what the term customer service means and should operate... i am very very annoyed and simply want to screw the franchise responsible to handle complaints in Marol (andheri East) Mumbai. simply pathetic service !!! utterly disappointed!!!

                                        Its more than 25 days that I have shifted to Mumbai from Gurgaon. I booked the shifting ticket at tatasky on 6th June. My stuff arrived on 14th and I called your contact center. After multiple follow ups someone arrived on 20th. He installed the service but on very next day it stopped working. Since than I have made almost 30 calls to contact center and pleaded them to fix the issue. Every time they assured me that some one will call and visit my place to fix the issue. Its almost 10days without any resolution after recurrance of disruption. ID no [protected]
