TATA SKY Worst Customer care Subsriber ID - [protected] I have raised relocation request (HZO3A4N) during April raised and received a call after a week. After fixing up appointment and long waits the technician did not turn up to complete the request. Problems faced - Delayed to office. SLA Not met. Un necessary chaos and finally request not completed. Raised new request (1ES332) during May to relocate my tata sky connection from same location (Vignan Nagar to Kaggadaspura - Banaglaore) and the request was done after 1 week followup. only 2 days we were able to view the channels, But instead of re-locating our tata sky dish, tata sky support staff mistakenly taken my neighbhour tata sky dish. then again i have raised a request to correct it, mean while when i checked for my tata sky dish, it was lying broken in my previous house ( not sure why), so raised a request for new dish (1ES332) but still that was not closed, raised on May 11 2015 and continously following it up with customer care. No result. Technician didnt call back at all. Not sure whether Tata Sky is running out of technicians or is that running such a loss that they dont have one single dish antenna to fix?? Im surprised. Whenever I make a call to customer care they apologise and put me on hold, but no technician called so far. Fine, I decided not to have dish any more a deactivation request raised on 22 May 2015, without the customer knowledge the request is simply closed. Not sure why tata sky is providing such bad customer service, responsible persons help out :( Now last 3 months (April, May, June 2015) there is no dish and nothing we can see...but i am getting monthly bill from tata sky..not sure why these kind of poor service from TATA products My contact number [protected], email id - [protected]@yahoo.com

    Hi, I have paid money for full year subscription and installation. Tatasky executive came and found that the installation could not be done because of non availability of signals. i requested to refund my full money as early as possible. Its around one month now, i have not got my refund. Their phone lines are always busy.       some time aback TATA SKY staff changed our set top box by saying that the this is 8 years old st top so you need to replace with new one. Since we have got the new set top box it got abhor twice and when we contacted the consumer they told us their technician will come and see but no one came till now and whenever we try to connect with the consumer there is no toll free number and it leads to long waiting list and charges are 3 Rs per minute, which is not nominal. kindly register our complain and take action against it.

        Hi, I am tata sky user from 2008 and one of their regular customer but the experience I have faced below changed my complete view about Tata Sky (ID: [protected]). I have charged the my tata sky connection on 20th June 2015 which was inactive for few months as we were not staying @ my home for long time. On 20th we reached our home for two days for which I have recharged my account for the complete month so that for next time we will reach we will not have any issues. But for my after recharging the service online I got the account recharge details on my phone and my set top box and tv was too in on mode but it did not started after which I have tried to call multiple times on tata sky helpline numbers from my roaming phone but they use to inform me about my account balance only. I mailed them on that night about my issue and on 21st morning I checked and the connection was still inactive, I again tried to call them but no response after which I again written them the mail and in the night I left from my place till then my connection was not active, really worst experience with them. Today i.e. on 22nd June 2015 6PM I have received call from tata sky from one of their executive I was really annoyed by their service and he told me he will close the connection without any refund, I have argument with him on this and he cut the phone. This is the way a big corporate executives deal a gud experience. After that I received again a call from Tata Sky and he was asking me are you Ankit Patel. I just enquired him about the number he confirmed it as mine, very nice now the records too are changed in Tata Sky database. I have just written this much to aware you all about these Jhinga Lalas because once they sell the product they consider you as kahan se ala, prior to that they are always Jhinga Lala.             Hi,

            This email is regarding incorrect charges deduced knowingly by tata sky.
            My tata sky subscription id: [protected]

            I have registered a complaint (Ticket number# igovmra) to tata sky customer care on 5th june regarding no signal due to dish antenna was loose. The engineer came to fix next day and provided temporary solution, i asked to provide permanent solution but he said to come tomorrow (Sunday) to fix the problem as he was not having proper instruments to tight the dish antenna.

            On monday i. E. 8th june, i got the sms from tata sky stated that issue resolved & ticket closed and changes of 170 / - is deduced for the same from my tata sky account. In this reference, i called to tata sky customer care and requested to reopen the ticket as i did not get the permanent solution.

            They reopened my ticket with different ticket number# iib9giy and scheduled an engineer visit on 9th june to provide the permanent solution. I got the call from the engineer that he will be reaching at 11:00 am in the morning, i accepted and waited till 4:30 pm in the evening but no one came, during this time i was continuously following up with that engineer and every time i used to say “i am very near to you, reaching in 15 - 20 minutes”.
            Due to this, i was unable to go to my office on time and faced trouble due to this. They deduced the changes of 200 / - again from my tata sky account for this revisit of engineer and i did not get informed regarding this deduction. If ticket was re - opened due to task was not done properly, then why tata sky changed extra amount for providing the permanent solution?

            I called to tata sky customer care number to register my complaint to return cheated amount that company had deduced from my account i. E. 200 / - rupees. I am continuously following to tata sky and today (I. E. 22nd june) i got a sms from tata sky stated that the charges debited from my account are correct and will not be reversed.

            To tight the tata sky antenna, company charged 170 + 200 = 370.
            In this reference, below are the call details that i make to tata sky customer care.
            During 5th june to 22nd june, i called to tata sky customer care many times and total call minutes was 146 minutes i calculated i. E. 2 hours and 26 minutes. Who will pay bill of this duration? Call logs are attached herewith.

            First complaint was registered on 5th june and 22nd june is the day i am totally helpless, and writing this email to consumer court for justice. I have all the call details and sms as a proof.

            I want company should return my lost time else they should pay of 2 lac rupees as penalty and cheating with customer. It is important because they are doing this type of cheating with every third innocent users. It will be a learning for the company.

              I got my tata sky installed just 2 months back with an HD set top box. The person whom i talked with on the phone didn't informed that their is an extra charge for the HD channels. Thus i thought that the HD channels which are shown in the pack their cost is also included in the Pack cost.. I have METRO pack installed and i got it recharged with rs.380 on 2nd june 2015 and now it is showing to recharge again on just 25th june. It doesn't last for one month. I am not at all satisfied with the information provided to me by tata sky thus now i am really dissatissfied with tata sky in just 2 months. and also i didn't see written anywhere in the recharge page that an extra cost has to be paid for HD channels. If there is an extra cost then why you show it in your basic packs. Just exclude it from your pack and let the customer chose him/herself whether which channel they want . I would also like to say that dont get so eager to increse your customer list atleast provide the customer with the full information. My registered number:-[protected]

                  My id no is [protected].i received your msg for replace MPEG 2 to MPEG 4 set top box.i did not say to you for replace my SET TOP box.i took dhmal mix pack and many channel is not coming in tv and many channel is cut day by day and i paid completely channel so its my right to see all channels which are in this pack.after replacing SET TOP box i want to my refund money during this period 1 and half month for my dhmal mix pack. i spending a lot of money to call your customer care for replace my set top box .and no one come to change and i have go to replace your center so far.due to cut channels i did not see tv. please focus on my complain and refund my money immediately.

                    For Last one week I am not getting the TATA sky DTH services properly. I contacted the helpline number [protected], and one Mr. Tanveer does not how to speak to the customers & he is telling me that this is the mistake of the weather & he cannot me help me out from this. I am having this connection since 2008 and I have not faced such problem before. It is ridiculous. And the people like Mr. Tanveer are making things more problematic.

                      My tata sky id is [protected] with registered name Aradhana Thakur. I received a call from tata sky on 29th May evening for the offer of one year subscription with the recharge at Rs. 1200. I recharged on the same date but there was not offer on this recharge. I called several time to Tata Sky helpline but they said we did'nt call you for this offer. Now I want to disconnect my Tata Sky connection also want Rs. 1200 & the amount of Dish and receiver box i.e. 2200. Also all the amount I spend for calling Tata sky customer care. Please register my complaint against Tata Sky and give me justice. Thanking you.

                      dear tata sky, I received call from tata sky customer care on 29th may 2015. this was a female voice from tata sky end. she offered me to recharge 1200 rupees for full year subscription. on the same date i recharged my tata sky but there was no offer. i called customer care again but they said we did'nt call you for any offer. please check and find some solution. i am not rich to pay 1200 at the same time. if there is no solution for this then please send me rupees 1200 back also rs 2200 for dish & set top box. also the amount i spend to call for tata sky more than 40 calls since 29th may. thank you.

Because of non receiving signals for most of the channels, I got a call from TATA sky representative that your set top box will be replaced fro free for MPEG 4 set top box.                                 Dear Sir, My tata sky customer id is [protected]. I was recharging for Rs 2640 for 12 months on 21st june 2015. But the transaction was done twice via SBI Inteenet banking as in the first transaction session got timedout. But later through tatasky customer care I came to know that my both transactions were successful and now my balance got Rs 5290. After successful recharge of Rs 2640 for 1 year, I request you to please REFUND the remaining amount (Rs 2640) into my SBI Savings bank Account number [protected] through which the payment was made. The behavior of tata sky technician was very rude and he also did assist the customer properly even he does not have the such time to attend the issue. Please look into this

                                    I am using TataSky HD set top box since 2013. Since yesterday morning, it has starting giving trouble of "NO SIGNAL". So far I have called the so called customer care service (it should have been customer PAIN service) atleast 25 times. The pathetic executives committed to send a technician to my home within 1-2 hours. Till now there hasn't been any technician visit. Our weekend is spoiled because of these Jerks which operate under the umbrella named "TataSky". Still there are no signs of the technician visiting our home in the near future.                                       I have been facing "no signal" issues since monday 15 june 2015...and have been calling tata sky customer care since than..I have registered my complain four times..in response they say that a technician will visit me..But after those four times there is no result.No technician has visited me after all my reminders as well..
