    I have purchased tata sky connection online via transaction id DS[protected] on 17th June 2015 and paid 6000 Rs. But there was no confirmation call or any message regarding installation in last 5 days. I have called their call centres10 times in last 5 days. But they have only one answer that it will be done but nothing done so far.
    Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      My set top box isn't reciving signal since the 18th of June 2015. I called the tata sky helpline. They gave a work order number. It is the 21st of june 2015 but no one has come to check it nor any calls. When I called up the nodal office they r like we cannot gve u the specific time for which our technician can visit. Horrible service by tata sky

      MY TATASKY set top of box stopped receiving signals on 18.June 2015. Immediately a call was made to Chandigarh Help line who told me that work order No.IPA2 W7P has been issued at 8.49 PM on 18.06.2015 and local area mechanic would contact me at 10 AM on 19.06.2015.but nobody came/contacted .Two calls were made on 19th but again without any consequence. A call was made to the NODAL OFFICER at Shimla on 20th who in her turn assured me that the problem would be resolved "very shortly". On 21st June number of attempts were made to contact the same Nodal Officer but he/she did not deliberately attend the call. A call was subsequently made to the Nodal Officer Chandigarh who told me that my call was being forwarded to Nodal Officer Shimla for immediate action and that I would receive a call from him/her but it did not happen.Where do I go now?
      Is this the way TATA SKY deal with their customers.What for these so called associates and NODAL OFFICERS have been appointed? My family is deprived of TV services for the last 4 days and on the other hand I am being charged even without providing TV Signal. WILL TATASKY ANSWER[protected]
      1.Who is responsible for this callous deficiency in your service? Do u feel ashamed for harassing ur clients?
      2 Why are you charging for the service which is not being provided to a customer
      3 How many more DAYS/MONTHS/YEARS WILL YOUR MECHANIC TAKE TO FIX THE PROBLM?

        My set top box is not receiving the signal so I am not be able to see the any channels .So many of times try to call Tatasky associate but not able to connect as after 15 minute hold call still tell 7 minute waiting time it shows Tatasky customer service not having any associates to serve customer Pls help me

            My Id no [protected] was splited in two id and new id no [protected] alotted for thane mumbai connection.but inspite of several repeated request this new id [protected] has not been activated. No satisfactory reply is given by the executive. Executive forwards the call to his senior which is not attended by any one and is not answered.                 Sir, I am Coil(Retd) Thomas Kochappan from Yapral, Secunderabad.My Subscriber Id is [protected]. I have a twin connection of which one connection is not functioning for the past two days. I have been spending money calling the Help line Hyderabad but not been able to speak to him/her since they are busy with "other customer" . Please rectify

                The Help line at Hyderabad could be more speedy in response when they are called on phone., 5 minutes wait each time to contact a customer care official costs a bit heavy There could be a contact number for Secunderabad region whom can be contacted on Mobile /land line easily rather than going through the lengthy telephonic procedures of Toll free number . Let us make procedure easy for a customer; particularly for not so educated mass not so fluent or goods in English language.
                For me the present response methodology doesn't warrant for a good grading to be given to Tatasky .

                Dear Sir,
                I expected Tata Sky Customer Care centre to be bit more ethically upright. When you address a customer use of word "hellow" is very much unpolished a way to deal with a Customer on whom your Company ‘survival & business progress depends. Use a word like "Dear Customer, " if not "Dear Sir/Madam" . You must improve your business communication skill or else you will lose Customer like me for ever.

                Secondly, a response like" you will receive a reply from company representative with in SEVERAL DAYS !!" is most unreliable & irresponsible reply a customer can get from a Company like Tata Sky. All that you got to do is give a ring to your Hyderabad/Secunderabad Customer Care & direct them to contact me immediately followed by a call to me from your Secunderabad outfit confirming a firm date & time for rectifying the default in Connection & ensure that they rectify the default with few hrs; had I been a Tata Sky Customer care official I would have done that instead giving such flimsy reply tarnishing the image of Tata Sky countrywide..

                I had lot of appreciation for Tata Sky Service till other day. May I request you to adopt a bit more quality service to your customers like me ?. A reply from a respobnsible official of Tata Sky is you is solicited please.

                  sir dt 16 jun ko mera set up box chance hua hai mpg4 lakin aapki help line per dt.16 jun se dt.20 jun tak 6 time taking (complant) karne ke baad bhi set up box start nahi hua hai aapka kasganj ka deelar ne service charce ke rs.250 mage tha mena helpline per poucha to bolo koi charge nahi dena lakin abhi tak start nahi hua hai mai mondey ko mai cort case kar raha ho iska baad sari responsebilty aapki hogi kasganj deelar ne mare sath galat baat ki hai plz aap deelar chance kara jis se apaki company ki image karabh na ho regards amit jain etah

                      I have been calling for a week and have called about 6-7 times. Many of the channels are not working on my set top box. I asked your employees to send me some technical support. The employees assured me every time that I'll get a confirmation call but I got none.

                        Dear Sir I had received a call from Tata Sky to change the normal set top box into HD set top box. after that they came and changed it but i got an offer from your side that I will get two months recharge with HD channels. but from last 3 days I am getting the messages from your side that recharge your DTH asap and your validity is 21/6/2015. according to your offer after changing the box my validity will be till august. Also I am trying to call to the customer care since last 3 days and dint get any revered.                           I have received one message stating that, 'your request is completed and your monthly charges Rs. 49/ for active smart game .No body consent me for activation for this packand i do not know that when Panjabi reginal pack activated, both pack is started without my permision.In fact, no any request has been made by me. Therefore, you are directed not to add any channel in my set top box and I am not responsible for excess payment. So you di-activate these pack from my account immediate a my deposit dedected ammount in my account . Otherwise legal action will be taken against you. Please note. It's been 3 weeks I have been trying to calling out the customer care and registered the complain as well but no one is able to change the setup box. We are not able to watch any channel but we are paying the amount. Could you please try to look into this issue as we are facing the issue and it's spoiling the TATA SKY name. Could you please send some one and try to fix the setup box or replace it. Looking for positive response from the tata sky support team and hopefully it's get resolved asap.                                   Today 19-6-15, I received a call from Tatasky person telling that active game free for one month I said ok. then I received SMS that add-on was activated and my subscription increased to 519 (49 for the add-on) I immediately called customer care and through that automation i could not contact an executive through that. I tried through my registered tatasky to drop the add-on. I could not drop the add-on because it is in the lock-in period for a month. Because of that I am not able to recharge my base pack recharge that is expiring after two days. The main problem is I can not talk to an executive. My tatasky ID is [protected]

                                    On 17.06-2015 a call from your call centre received on my mobile [protected] to select some options. I did so and surprisingly Vedic Math etc was activfated and an amount was deducted such message came on my son's mobile [protected]. Our ID is [protected] Milan Mahajan. I complained but still nothing heard. It is painful that your help line is not available from BSNL network this is a big insult . We shall take up this case with TRAI also. pl reply else it will be presumed that yopu have nothing to say except to cheat the people.

                                        Subscriber ID : [protected]. I had recharged my account to Rs. 387. The account balance is being reflected in the Account Status of Home Page. Though I have enough account balance, no channel is getting displayed. The message says " The account is deactivated". The service provider in my locality is not able to solve the problem. He says the problem is with the settop box. Till yesterday everything was working fine, all of a sudden, how come there is a problem in the box. Kindly check and give us immediate solution.
