I was told the first month would be access to ALL channels at Rs. 300. I have paid almost Rs. 470, and I don't have access to Ten Sports, and was told the 'offer ended on 31st May' while my connection was started on 24th May. This is an absolute misselling of their product. I tried their customer case number one evening - and the wait time only increased. Next time I tried their customer care -- I spoke for half hour (Wasim was the Senior Assistant), and was told his supervisor would call me within 2 hours - that still hasn't happened and it has been 4 hours since I was told about the call within 2 hours. I am very shocked by the lack of customer service.

    We are facing every alternative day no single problem. Nobody attending our call and we are not receiving any call back now we are facing problem up to one week. Our recharge money is also wasting. Customers service is very poor nd worst. Nobody is solving our problem if you do like this we don't want your connection please refund our money nd take your dth.back. We go for another dth service

      My subscriber Id is [protected] with a subscription for one year for South Indian Megapack. MyTata Sky HD+ connection has not been functioning from[protected]. After trying my best to contact local Tata Sky numbers and failing due to changes in telephone numbers I wrote to [protected]@tatasky.com on[protected]. In spite of repeated remainders their mechanics come and do nothing except saying that HD+ box is nonfunctional. On[protected] they finally gave me new HD+ box (DIGICOMP No[protected] but they could not pair it with my DIGICARD NO.[protected] so far. Their customer service provider at Rajahmundry are also not helpful. Please see that Tata Sky will not only activate and pair my connection but also refund me the subscription money from[protected] up to the date of resolution of the problem or extend my subscription by the days I lost.

        I did register a complaint yesterday and the work ID is IEUM5R5 (no signal – connection lost from 2 days). Let me inform you that the issue has still not been resolved. I understand the SLA to resolve the issue is 24 hours and I haven’t even received any call from the technician (apart from one guy called and asked for the pincode only to say that it does not come under his area). What do you expect me to do? I have been using Tatasky for the last 8 years and off late your service has gone down the drain.. the customer service number is always busy (i was kept on hold for 20 mins today and finally I quit). If it rains or even a small breeze the connection will be lost. I now regret the fact that I have renewed the package in May for the next 6 months. Can you please answer; - Option 1 - Will I get a refund if I cancel the connection - Option 2 – if no refund, will I get a waiver on the rental for the days I did not have the service The least I can ask is a ‘REPLY’.

          I have activated supreme sports plan R.s.340, recharged last month suddenly All HD channel is locked I have called so many times tatasky customer care in chennai but, nobody is not response and didn't attend the call...very..very..worst service... Kindly treat this matter..

            I have personally visited your Tata Service Centre, at Khiru Chowk, Purnea (Bihar)- 854301 more than 15 days back and requested to change my MPEG4 set box . The attending person recorded my address in one register and told that within 3-4 days change of set-up box will take place. But very sorry to say no repsonse is made. Again one miss call given by me as provided for the change of set-up box and therefater a call received 4 days earlier that technician will contact soon. One day later the technician contacted me and asked my address. Even on contact os tata service, the person attended roughly responded that you may make compliant to any body. Finally he said that he is comming within 1- 2 hour but still I am awaiting from 2 days. In other hand most of chnnel are not accessable in want of new set-up box. I am finally decided to surrender your service which has been given very bad experience.

              Sir, In April, 2015, I was informed by the TaTa Sky service provider at Rohtak (Haryana) advised me to change my existing connection ID No.[protected] to new one and informed that you will get some benefits. I have paid them the full amount for Annual Dhamaal Mix (for one year) plus other charges asked by him. I was allotted new ID - [protected] by the Tata Sky. On receipt of Statement, I have seen that the company has charged Rs 1201/- as activation fee. I wish to know that when I have purchased a new connection, whey all new items were not delivered to me. The following items were replaced with new one :- 1. My old HD Set Top Box. 2. My old remote. I wish to know why the Dish Anteena and Cable (Anteena to Set Box) were not changed and why old items were taken back by the Technician came for activation. Kindly inform me accordingly.

                Iam aTATA Sky subscriber having ID [protected], On[protected] I received acall from a lady stating that she telling from TATA Sky and saying something about some cooking channel, after afew second the call is disconnected, after sometime i got a SMS "Request completed for monthly Actve cooking Rs 49, current a/c bal Rs315.49. Due cdate[protected]. New monthly charges Rs469". This is a cheating process, I am requesting to disconnect the cooking channel and continue with the exicting plan. Other wise Ishall discontinue with TATA Sky and go to court of law.

                    Sir, It is brought your kind notice that I am a subscriber of Tatasky for the last about 3 years vide my ID No.[protected]. My set top box is out of order for the last 4 days. I have contacted local service centre of your company. A technician named Vikas had visited my house on dated 01.06.2015 who had informed that set top box is out of order. He, then advised that it would be replaced with a new one which would cost about 800/- rupees. I asked him to replace the same. On 02.06.2015 Mr. Vikas brought an old set top box and installed it accordingly. He then demanded a sum of Rs.720/- (Rs.520/- as cost of set top box plus Rs.200/- visiting charges). I was ready to pay him the amount as demanded but when I asked him to issue receipt of Rs.720/-, he had pointed out that they don’t issue receipt of such payment and denied the same. Then, I contacted to “Customer Care Centre” on [protected] from where I was informed that replacement of set top box costs to Rs.350/- and Rs.170/- are charged separately as visiting charges of the company’s technician. Now, the matter was clarified and I was satisfied with the same to pay total Rs.520/- only but one thing came to my notice that company’s technician (Mr.Vikas) was demanding Rs.200/- in excess of prescribed charges for replacement of set top box. It is further informed that for the above reasons my TV could not be opened since 31.05.2015 todate i.e. 03.06.2015. However, all this has happened due to undue demanding of excess money by the technician of your local service centre which has been got enquired into by me. Having irritated with confirmation as well as verification by me with regard to cost of set top box, the local service centre did not turn to attend my complainant and avoiding replacement of the same intentionally and deliberately. It may be noted that I have recharged with Rs.227/- as “monthly recharge” but have to bear a loss of Rs.8/- daily as my TV has been closed since 31.05.2015. Hence, this is clear cut harassment to a “Tatasky Customer” as your “service centre” does not provide proper services and contrary to this they openly say that I am free to file complaint to the company. In view of above it may be take notice that monthly recharge payment may be stopped till my set top box is replaced failing which I shall be constraint to take legal action against the company in a competent court of law only at your risk and costs.                       I am Praveen kumar bandlas. I am a regular custormer of your Tata Sky. I have registered a request for change of my old Set of Box on 29 May 2015 on Tata Sky Helpline. My old set of Box does nsot support MPEG 4 service due to this i am but able to view channels on my tata Sky. They assured me that they will replace my old Tata Sky Set of Box within 06 to seven working days. 2. Now six days left but nothing happen. Neither my old set of Box has changed nor any call received from Tata Sky associates. I tried to call your Manager to produce my complaint. But your associates did not connect me to you. 3. I request you to please change my old sex of Box as I am n ot ble to view any channels. Already six days left . Please do the needful. Otherwise i have to take some action against you.                         I am having tata sky conection id [protected]. They are advertising that there is a need to change the set top box from mpeg2 to mpeg4 and give miss call on their given number. I had done that, one message i received on 24 may 2015 that your set top box will be change on 28 may 2015. But it was not done than i complaint on customer care they said it will be change by today and this commetmet from their side till today(3 june 2015).

                            I have registered request for last 4 day about 3 request, but no responding, once the technician came but due to my inconvenience i could not install the set up box, afterwards i calling repeatedly no body is responding my call and i have never seen this kind of worst service ever. I will return my tata sky net work to dealer and buy another net work .

                              Our TATA SKY boxes are giving no signal since 10 days, we lodged a complint last week and have been following up daily. we have spoken to 3 supervisors including Arif which was yesterday. A technican finally came and said as he has done not the installation, some 5 years ago, he will need to send the person who has done the same. your services are pathetic and we have short out a letter to Consumer forum Court for cheating and not refunding our money for disrupted services. we have all calls recorded and we will be shortly writing to MIDDAY if the problem is not solved today, All that TATA SKY does is that they keep apologizing and have no clue how to handle customers, technicans etc. Pathetic service where you should shut down or should say "No Customer Service Available" My registered Mobile is [protected].                                 I am having Tata sky connection no.[protected] at Baroda. Today, i.e. 03.06.2015, around 11.05am, I got a call over my mobile no. [protected] from no.[protected]. The caller was lady, stating that she is calling from Tatasky and started telling about some cooking channel and without waiting for a definite reply, she disconnected the call. A few seconds later, I got following sms " Request completed for Monthly Actve Cooking, Rs.49.Current a/c bal. Rs.346.66. Due date 28-June-. New Monthly charges Rs.414." This is an act of cheating. I do not subscribe to any such offer. Please cancel the above and restore my existing package only, else I will escalate the issue to all concerned, including lodgment of criminal case against you, at your risk and responsibility.                                   I shifted Dish to my new home. Dish was reloacted by us and we called the Tatasky call center to just install the dish at the new location. The charged confimred by the dish installer was Rs200.00. But after he was charged for relocation and LNB for 450.00.. Called the Tatasky call center and raised a complain for refund of Rs450.00 on my account so far they hav not reverted back. Call center keep on hold on music for 10 to 15 minutes and then disconnted... VERY BAD SERVICE... WILL NEVER advice anyone to use TATASKY...                                     Dr sir i would like to say that my request have not been attrnded properly for instalaution of my disk at new place although i had made many calls by my no [protected], sir i am very old user o[censored]r company but i am surprised to know that nobody bothers of customer request, my subscriber id is [protected] in the name of anjali gupta, tellphone call remains on hold for very long timr about 15 to 20 min thoug yr toll free no is chargeable it costs much to call, kindly look into the matter and try to resolve my problem otherwise refund my pre paid money which i did for 1yr, thks hope ur eary concern

                                      My id no.[protected] in name of Lester Jonas Fernandes. On 19th May 2015 I requested for relocation of dish antennae within same premises as repairs to my roof were to take place on 21.5.15. the work order no.15PS9EQ. Only after 21st evening your representative came and was not successful in installing the dish ant. as there was no signal. On 26th I again requested for relocation vide order no.IACSCSV and your representative came only on 2.6.15 even though scheduled appointment was on 31.5.15 at time between 7.00 to 8.30 pm. Now at last today the dish ant. has been installed. I am very much dissapointed with your services especially the delay. I have also been informed by your rep. that the receiver was damaged and hence could not get signal. I do not know how that was possible. Anyway I am glad that everything is back to normal. But I would very much like a refund of my subscription charges for the days I could not get reception ie. from 21.5.15 to 2.6.15. Kindly acknowledge and do the needful. Thanks

                                        Every month twice or thrice I have to request for the technician visit to set the antenna direction. Same can be verified from your system about my complaints. subscriber ID is: [protected] This is really pathetic and charging for the same thing and that too because of your pathetic services is not good.
