    Respected sir,
    My name is Smita Panchal. I am Tata sky customer. My subscriber id is [protected] .I had recharged my monthly pack Rs. 207/- on 30th January 2021 through google pay. Amount debited from my account. Tata sky denied they didn't receive amount. I sent google pay payment abd bank statement screen shot to tata sky nodal officer. I had called up so many times. But i didn't get any solution or refund from Tata sky. Please...

    I have complaint the set top box on 28.01.2021 for Non working and do slight will came of STB box device, your executive came between 3-5 pm slot and he replace my STB due to faulty reason, after that we are watching after that normally till the night, after next day i.e on 29.01.2021. again STB not working, i complaint for the same on same day, Mr Gaikawad techincian person came and change the ST again, and found that som card problem for the same he saying us the charges around 300-400 agains, sir first change set tox box charges already deducted 400 in my a/c and again Rs 300 -400 charges for card

    sir if card problem is there why the first technician was not found this problem also, sir in that if the same problem happened due to Card then in that case my previous STB is have no issue. sir i will be not extra paying any thing for the same

    This is complete faulat of your technician for the that purpose why we pay anything for the company

    Please refund my old set top box again and refund my 400 back with immediate effect of this email

    Also refund my full money of surrender your TATA sky services

    Very bogus company the tata sky, i will file the case in consumer court if i will not get proper reply on immediate basis

      From 8th February 2021 unwantedly, unknowingly my dth package is changing automatically which is very surprising I am the only person to watch tv I don't have any information about the change of package but it's changing every day after tomorrow. I have called the customer care many times and given the complain. Executive told me they have stopped the ongoing package and asked me to choose by adding channels through WhatsApp of tata sky and I have done that but again yesterday all the channels again activated automatically and sms comes that my recharge date is tomorrow and 482/- is the sum. I have tried to call customer care so many times yesterday but every time it says " check the number you have dailed". Today morning again I called the same customer care number and surprisingly it is active and I talked to a lady and gave complain again, and at 3:39 pm a person from your technical team called heared everything of my problem and told me he needs time to check and disconnect the call. 2hrs passed neither he called solved nor he solved the issue. Again I tried to call the customer care and again it's repeating " check the number you have dailed", is it a joke of the millennium? I have been using tata sky since 2006, is this a customer service.

        Good day bill desk,

        I had made an payment of 447rs to tatasky thru billdesk (Indiaideas) by upi payment on 15th February 2021. Money is been debited from my Bank account but the tatasky have not yet received the amount. Can you please let me know why is it not credited to tatasky.               I recharged my tata sky id with ₹307 and ₹310 on 6-01-21 and 7-01-21 respectively but till date neither the recharge is made not the amount is amount is refunded. Tata sky customer care asked me to email them regarding this with all the details but till now there is no response. Today again i.e. 11-02-21, I recharged my tata sky account with ₹307 and the same thing happened. Again my amount is deducted and no recharge is made. Money doesn’t grow on trees. Tata sky needs to refund my amount.

                I have been calling customer care since November 2020 for the installation of tatasky binge. Everytime the executives tell me it will be done within 8 hours... but unfortunately no call back is arranged from the technician.. I'm sick of calling customer care people and Everytime they tell me it will be done in priority... but up till date no development has been made... very disappointed from tata sky...

                    I got a complaint for issue with Tata Sky DTh where there was no signal. I raised a complaint and they called me over phone and told to swithc off and on and still the problem persist. After that they send a Engineer and he changed something in the receiving antenna and the signal came and working. But they deducted 150 for visit charge. How come???? Device is under Warranty and for visit of engineer i Have to PAY? Funny and irritating. If i am an engineer i will not call... but the signal problem why should i pay for the visit... Irritateddddddddddd service. I thrown the device and removed the dish and went to local cable...

                          We have purchased new connection of Tata sky. For first time activation executive asked us to recharge of rs 1650/- through Google pay on 2nd Feb 7.41 pm. We have wrongly made payment of rs 1650/- to subscriber ID [protected] instead of our ID [protected]. We called tatasky call center they agreed to revrse the payment by 4th Feb before 7 pm
                          Now they are denying to revrse back the money.

                          We have call recording for these conversations.
                          We are requesting to help us to get these back

                          We have faith on tatasky reasons we choose but at the first attempt we are not satisfied with customer support

                              My tatasky set top box is showing that this is the wrong card for the set top box (pairing error ). It has been this way for a day now and whatever I do it's not showing. I even removed the card and tried but it's of no use

                                Date of incident: 29th Dec 2020

                                Due to some medical emergency I left the place(Bangalore) after informing multiple times to the Tata sky personal. Also I waited for 2days to handover the set top box & dish but no one had come to collect those. I did multiple follow ups & customer care people confirmed that Sir please go ahead & it's not required to submit the set top box & dish. There is no fault from my end, it's communication gap from Tata Sky personals may be. Please refund my account balance amount soon. Already provided my medical prescriptions please believe me & refund my account balance.

                                  Hi,
                                  My tata sky account was deactivated for more than 3 months. I tried recharging my box in Tata sky app making a payment of ₹450 on 29-01-21 via Google pay. The transaction was successful and the payment was credited to billdeskpg.[protected]@icici. But my tata sky box is not recharged and my payment is not listed in the transaction history. Contacted tata sky support and Google pay support but I was told to wait for atleast 3 working days. It's already been 5 days since I made the payment.

                                  Please look into this issue and resolve/refund asap.

                                    On 29th January i have done a recharge of My tata sky [subscriber id:[protected] (suneel)] for which a payment of Rs.217 has been deducted from my ICICI Bank account but my recharge is not successful yet in the real time dimension.

                                      Hello,
                                      i got call from tata sky several times for upgrading recharge and packs. after denying several times they made it recharge automatically.
                                      due to which when my monthly recharge got end on 18 days only then i was shocked. this sort of misbehaviour with the pack is too much disturbing. it should be taken care and my amount for that period i did not activate should be refund.
                                      coz this is the defamation with the privacy and ownership policy of a customer.
                                      looking forward for the speed remedy.
