I have done a recharge of Rs 308 for Tata sky on 24.04.2021 at 09.25 am. Amount got debited but recharge not done.

Money debited but recharge unsuccessful

I've recharged Rs300 through tatasky app ..it asked me to select a medium .I've selected phonepe. I got messages that 300Rs debited. But recharge was unsuccessful.

Tata sky recharge issue

I had made Tata sky recharge but it is not showing in my account and the amount is deducted from my bank account and afterwards I received a message that the recharge was unsuccessful and refund will be provided till now I have not received my refund.
Plz check the status and solve the problem asap.

Addition of TATA Sky Binge+

TATA Sky has recently added TATA Sky Binge+ service to my TATA Sky ID: [protected]
I don't want this service to be continued as this is added without asking me and when i am trying to contact TATA Sky customer care the phone is not reachable and getting disconnected.

I request to discontinue TATA Sky Binge+ service from today itself.

Money deducted from account but tata sky didn't received it

I have taken a new tata sky home connection on 5thApr 2021 . Money has been deducted from my account but tata sky accout didnt received it, It has been 3 days now.Please check below photo where transaction id is mentioned and that about the tranaction status at your end.

Refund rejected by tata sky for amount deducted because of their mistake

Tata sky activated binge subscription without my knowledge and deducted money from.my account without my prior knowledge .
After complaint, they have reverted the subscription from account, but refuse for refund.
This whole mistake is from their side, and now they are saying we can not refund amount....

DTH recharge is failed but amount has been deducted from account

Actually i have submitted set of box no. Instead of customer I'd no. So i think recharge was failed but amount had deducted from the account rupees 180 so i want my rupees refund back kindly respond ASAP....

Refund not initiated

This is regarding the recharge i have on 19th March 2021 for tata sky . i did two recharge of 2412 and 201 . Money was deducted from my account and recharge was unsuccessful and now its been more than 7-10 working days and i have filled the complaint more than 7 times and they are not showing any helping hand .

Some channels like Star Plus HD1(116), Sony SUB HD (132) and Few More showing Blank Screen

Some channels like Star Plus HD1(116), Sony SUB HD (132), Zee TV HD1 (142), Colors HD1 (148) and many many more channels are showing blank screen since yesterday. Few channels are working fine as well.

Called Tata sky customer care today and they said we have to pay home visit charges to get this problem checked. Where there's no any changes or problem from our side. There's no error message being displayed on screen either....

Some device recovery call I am getting continuously from tata sky, which I don't even know or get from tata sky.
Now they have activated Binge Subscription without my permission and getting deducted money 299 for the same.
How can tata sky do this kind of cheep things with customer....

Not honoring warranty obligations

Our tata sky setup box remote is not working and it is well under warrantee but tatasky is forcing to pay Engineer visit charges of Rs 175. we are having 2 other old remotes and it is already tested with old remote and same is communicated to Tatasky. but despite of providing solution to replace remote they are insisting to charges Engineer Visiting charges....
