I was getting pairing error, so i had a chat with tata sky customer care . Customer care person was doing some check/refresh/restart on her side and was asking me to check if error is gone. But this does not solved issue, so Customer care said she will send an technician to check. Other day when technician came, he just called his colleague on phone, gave my subscriber id and name and within second pairing error was gone and channel started.
When issue was on tata sky side (on server side) and not on my setup box side, then why should i pay this charges.
i would have tried alot from my side still i would had been in no position to remove error because it was on server side issue. Some tata sky person have to be there to resolve issue. because chat customer care was not able to solve issue online so its her fault and overall all Server side fault.
