Dear sir
subscriber ID [protected] accidentally recharge with 10000 in place of 100 on 26/12/2020 I complained about incident to Tata Sky Customer Care they reverse all amount on 28/12/2020 but I Have not received reversal amount.

Kindly sir/madam if reversal amount somewhere has stocked in your system kindly check and refund me.

      Tata sky executives gives me site http://Www.holidaywithqaspl.com for claiming my holdiday voucher which they give me at the time of installation of connection but its 20th day but still its showing error in login through my subscriber id. And getting no reply from executive too who intall connection

          I was getting pairing error, so i had a chat with tata sky customer care . Customer care person was doing some check/refresh/restart on her side and was asking me to check if error is gone. But this does not solved issue, so Customer care said she will send an technician to check. Other day when technician came, he just called his colleague on phone, gave my subscriber id and name and within second pairing error was gone and channel started.
          When issue was on tata sky side (on server side) and not on my setup box side, then why should i pay this charges.
          i would have tried alot from my side still i would had been in no position to remove error because it was on server side issue. Some tata sky person have to be there to resolve issue. because chat customer care was not able to solve issue online so its her fault and overall all Server side fault.

                I have ordered a new tata sky hd connection on 10 jan(online payed)from amazon but after so many complaints to tata sky their feild executive demand money for installing connection and not installed yet, i have complaining from last 4 days to tata sky that my connection is not installed yet but they are unble to take strict action on the dealer or feid executive and every time they say that your connection installed in 24 hrs, 8 hrs, 2 hrs, today, tommorow but still its not installed ...

                  I have made a transaction of Rs. 249 on 07.01.2020 to Tatasky via internet banking through their portal and received the message of a successful transaction from tata sky as well from the bank about the debited amount later I received the message from the tatsky that your transaction was failed. Since the money is already debited from my account and till now (after 6 days) did not get a refund. Meanwhile, I have contacted to my bank they said the transaction is successful from their side. Now I want to know where is my money because I have not used any intermediate site for this transaction so it should be transparent and till now I should get my refund.
                  So please look into the matter and do the needful.

                              Customer care executives of TATA Sky make several calls on the same topic in spite of my request to monitor and record the calls, so that next caller gets proper information before calling. During 26th to 29th Dec, 2020, they made around 10 calls on Amazon Fire Stick depite my telling "no" to each caller.It is of no use. very time the caller ask "did some one call you?"
                              Recently they have tampered with DTH pack and altered many channels without informing me. The customer care says one can add or delete channels as they like using mobile app or Tata Sky web site. So Tata Sky can alter the pack any time without customer information, and the customer has no work other then again setting the pack right. What type of service Tata Sky is giving?

                                  Tatasky automatically activate the pack if you have raise any complaint or if you have balance into your tatasky DTh account, it happens with last one year,
                                  I raised the complaint againt this into tatasky customer care tollfree number, After complaint they provided me the maximum resolution time of 8th jan 02:07Pm minute. They failed their time and promises. I want to raise my voice against this fraud or scam which is happen with me by Tatasky. Please help me how i get resolution..

                                  I have similar issue. Binge equipment given by repair tech stating 3 months free and will be renewed post that if we agree. But after 30 days I’m charged Rs.299 for binge which I never wanted then the next day Rs.129 charged for amazon prime which is inside the binge service. So total Rs.428 charged without my permission. Raised complain no proper response. Consultant saying can’t do anything charged is charged and refused to put me to manager . Informed call back but no one called . Wrote a email still no response stating pandemic delayed response but while taking money it was fast. My subscriber id is [protected].
                                  How can I raise complaint in consumer forum. Can someone help please

                                    I'm a new customer who has been referred to switch from another company to Tata sky dth by a relative.

                                    Even after successful activation and recharge done on my account, neither I nor my relative has got the ₹ 300 referral bonus. I was sent the referral link through WhatsApp.

                                    After my first call with tata sky customer care post new connection activation I was asked to wait till 24 hours. But still we haven't received any referral bonus in our Tata sky account.

                                    Please help by resolving this.
