      I recharged my tata sky account with INR 115 and this amount has not reflected in my set up box. The subscription Id is [protected]. The payment is successful and the balance amount is still zero.

          I have recharged Rs. 314, amount got deducted but Tata sky didn't get activated. This is second time I'm facing such kind of issue. It's really so frustrating in loosing money like this. Can someone take this issue in serious note. Worst experience I have ever faced with DTH.

              I have applied for a tata sky broadband connection on[protected]. That day 3 times the guy who came for documentation took my details and uploaded in a wrong process due to which it got failed. Still the tata sky broadband sales team asked me to make payment on[protected] saying if I make payment everything will get cleared. I made a payment on 16th march and still they say documentation failure. I waited for 5hours in the flat as they were saying every half an hour issue would be resolved. I wasted my time and then later Rakesh assured in a written mail that it would be activated on 18th march before 12pm. Now he is again saying some system issue is there and it will take time for wait for next 24hours
              Very pathetic service . They wasted my 3days time and still connection not activated. It impacted my office work a lot and I need a full refund of Rs.3186/- as a compensation to the inconvenice caused to me

                  Dear sir
                  Tata sky ID [protected]
                  I made a payment of ₹500/- via UPI QR code (avilable on tv screen ) though phone pe on 10 March2021 @ 2.12 pm to
                  vpa TATA SKY COM ( billdesknbr.[protected]@hdfcbank )
                  UPI ref[protected] against but that amount is not credited to my tata sky account neither refunded to me . I raised this issue several times with you customer care but no resolution is given till date .
                  Transaction details are attached . Kindly tranfer the money to tata sky or refund to my account .

                        I have a Tata Sky SD Set Top Box and it has stopped working. I complained about it on the helpline (the person was very helpful).

                        The Next day technician came and without giving a proper look at the box directly started selling me an HD box and told me that your box cannot be repaired you'll have to use this HD box only, in spite of me telling him that I have not subscribed to HD services. But he was adamant on that HD box only. I naturally cancelled the complaint but he was very rude to me when I cancelled the complaint

                        I submitted the review of this service and gave 1 star and I got a call from an executive and told him the whole thing and also told him to get my box repaired, he told me the technician will look into it and if the box is not repaired then it will be replaced with a refurbished box of Rs. 350, I also requested him not to send the same guy again, he registered another complaint

                        After the complaint was registered, a lady called up and told me rudely that why have you booked another call after cancelling the first call already and also told me that box will not be repaired and will only be replaced as per the companies policy (The details of which have not been clarified to me by any of the executives)

                        The next day the same technician called me up and told me that box will not be repaired and that I have to buy an HD box only and will not get a refurbished box (He told me that these call centre guys don't know anything).

                        I told him not to come at home. Another technician called me up and told me that he has a refurbished box. I told him that I have requested for repair first to which he also gave the same answer of company policy (very rudely)

                        I again had to turn him back as well as I was not satisfied with the way they were behaving with me.

                        Not only that, I got 3 back to back calls from the call centre and they hounded me with why I did not replace the box and that we already told you the box will not be repaired (same story).

                        I told them to cancel the order. Interesting thing is on cancellation, an OTP is sent to the subscriber which is given to the technician. I got the OTP, but the call centre cancelled the order on its own without calling me!

                        All of this happened between 3rd and 4th March 2021

                        After so many days, I have registered another complaint as I have paid till November 2021 (and the box will be replaced as per the policy)

                        My question is why are these technicians and call centre guys so rude when I ask them to repair the box and not replace it and in which policy is it mentioned that box will not be repaired but replaced.

                        Whatever your answer be, I will be shifting to another provider. I just wanted to highlight how the old and regular tata sky subscribers are mistreated

                        Got calls from your representative, but he was not able to provide any clarification of why the box cannot be repaired, nor an answer to in which policy is it mentioned that box cannot be repaired. I had to, unfortunately, cut the phone call as your guy was not able to provide any clarification to the questions that I raised and was singing the same tune of company policies

                        In the meantime, the complaint that I lodged, the so called technician cum engineer cum salesman came and replaced the box but he also insisted on me buying the HD box, what kind of service is this? All they want to do is keep selling more instead of solving the problem.

                        I don't think it is in your league to specify under which policy it is written that technician cannot repair the box and they can only replace the box. Show me the policy and I'll be satisfied with your answer. And please mention your answer in reply to the complaint here, so it is helpful for other consumers also.

                          I tried to purchase holi offer in call of duty mobile which is ₹29 I completed the payment and when I returned to game to showed purchase cancelled and money got deducted from my account but in game i didn't not receive it Refund the money give in game purchase

I have sent subscriber ID And the screen shot of payment. But they have asked to send TM number. What is TM number? And what are all details I have to mail for Refund?

                                    I subscriber No [protected] named R Sasi Kumar, Mob No [protected] have been facing blank screen after changing channels.This has been informed to the nearest dealer from where it is purchased. Yet there is no solid response and also asking us to disconnect the set top box and carry it to the service centre by ourselves.I am a serving soldier, presently serving at Pune, this problem is being faced by my parents at my native place Marthanda, Thiruvattar, Kanyakumari district Tamil Nadu. It's not possible for them to follow with the given solution. so, I want a concerete solution from four side at the earliest.                                         I was using tata sky before and then due to some reason I stopped recharging and hence I deactivated it... probably on January 2020, the service man came to my home and installed a Amazon fire stick for free trial but since I was not satisfied with it I informed them to take it back, next day they came and taken it back but after that continuously they are calling from customer service that I have not returned it, I have informed them so many times, but of no use...Today is 3.3.2021, they send me a sms that if i am unable to return it then there will be legal consequences... Really shameful for them that they are keeping such fraud staffs in their company for which we are getting humiliated.. Please look into it...Your system must be showing that my Tata sky and firestick is deactivated ...So stop humiliating your past customers...

                                        Please before making the complaint" as resolved"do a proper check on the problem, you all have marked resolved in Aug 6 2021, then why I am still getting msgs about returning the fire stick, which I already returned 2 years back ...
                                        Seriously you all marked my complain as resolved, this is hell, really hell, after three years, today again I have received msg that I haven't returned the device, so they will come to pick up...what is this?After I had complaint so many times, still they are sending me msgs why?And if you all need my subscriber id or phn number please email me, why should I mention this in comments section..?
