Unisyn Enterprises No Response and Not Refunding the TATA SKY amount

Dear sir,

I purchased a TATA SKY connection to upgrade my current setup box through unisyn enterprises (Authorized Channel Partner of TataSky) by paying 1472/- on 28 th January 2021 from sales executive/agent Mr.CHANDRA SEKHAR (contact no: [protected]) (he claimed as so) from Hyderabad. I have paid the amount through the Phonepe app. Transaction ID :T2101281753335425485874

they gave me the wrong information about...

Purchased latest HD setup box but in replacement downgraded old cheap model got

I purchased Latest advanced HD setup box for 1599 rupees but after 3 months it exhibited issues concerning changing channels . Then I raised a complaint, the technician visited 2 times . I. The final visit he confirmed the box is faulty and the fault is not beacuse of me . Then he replaced my new latest HD STB with old cheap model . Holiday hungama voucher

Wrong recharge

I have done a rs. 300 recharge on tata sky id by mistake. [protected]. But this set top box isn't working . So i want to refund this amount to my account....

About tata sky recharge done but not get it

Channels are hanging(stopping)

Amount deducted but no recharge made

I recharged my tata sky id with ₹307 and ₹310 on 6-01-21 and 7-01-21 respectively but till date neither the recharge is made not the amount is amount is refunded. Tata sky customer care asked me to email them regarding this with all the details but till now there is no response. Today again i.e. 11-02-21, I recharged my tata sky account with ₹307 and the same thing happened. Again my amount is deducted and no recharge is made. Money...

I have been calling customer care since November 2020 for the installation of tatasky binge. Everytime the executives tell me it will be done within 8 hours... but unfortunately no call back is arranged from the technician.. I'm sick of calling customer care people and Everytime they tell me it will be done in priority... but up till date no development has been made... very disappointed from tata sky......

Amount Deducted for Visit

I got a complaint for issue with Tata Sky DTh where there was no signal. I raised a complaint and they called me over phone and told to swithc off and on and still the problem persist. After that they send a Engineer and he changed something in the receiving antenna and the signal came and working. But they deducted 150 for visit charge. How come???? Device is under Warranty and for visit of engineer i Have to PAY? Funny and irritating. If...

Thieves - Poor service and takes unnecessary charges

I have been a customer for 4 years and had a horrible experience with Tata sky. The worst DTH provider. They loot all your money and provide pathetic service.

Reverse payment for wrong recharge

We have purchased new connection of Tata sky. For first time activation executive asked us to recharge of rs 1650/- through Google pay on 2nd Feb 7.41 pm. We have wrongly made payment of rs 1650/- to subscriber ID [protected] instead of our ID [protected]. We called tatasky call center they agreed to revrse the payment by 4th Feb before 7 pm
Now they are denying to revrse back the money.

We have call recording for these...
