    I was using tata sky before and then due to some reason I stopped recharging and hence I deactivated it... probably on January 2020, the service man came to my home and installed a Amazon fire stick for free trial but since I was not satisfied with it I informed them to take it back, next day they came and taken it back but after that continuously they are calling from customer service that I have not returned it, I have informed them so many times, but of no use...Today is 3.3.2021, they send me a sms that if i am unable to return it then there will be legal consequences... Really shameful for them that they are keeping such fraud staffs in their company for which we are getting humiliated.. Please look into it...Your system must be showing that my Tata sky and firestick is deactivated ...So stop humiliating your past customers...

    Please before making the complaint" as resolved"do a proper check on the problem, you all have marked resolved in Aug 6 2021, then why I am still getting msgs about returning the fire stick, which I already returned 2 years back ...
    Seriously you all marked my complain as resolved, this is hell, really hell, after three years, today again I have received msg that I haven't returned the device, so they will come to pick up...what is this?After I had complaint so many times, still they are sending me msgs why?And if you all need my subscriber id or phn number please email me, why should I mention this in comments section..?

        I want to complain on Tata Sky recharge service. I tried to recharge my Tata Sky DTH today for 297 INR twice. But both the times, it got failed.             My subscriber ID is - [protected]

            On 15th February at about I recharged my tata sky account with 350 from tatasky app. payment was made using the wallet option of freecharge. freecharge used rs. 20 in the wallet and the remaining 330 was paid using UPI. the payment was successful and the amount debited successfully but i checked in the app but the benefit of recharge wasn't given. I then saw freecharge, it showed transaction successful, along with UPI id. I talked with tata sky customer care and they said as recharge was failed they cannot help and register a complaint and maybe the amount will be refunded within 7-10 days. they were not telling with a guarantee.
            330 is a big amount and for a simple refund why to wait for such long, I know recharge has been failed and u have not given a benefit but payment is received by you, you should refund immediately.
            thus, I won't either benefit of 330 or a refund of 330.

            Now point here it almost 10-15 days passed now they asked for bank statements and payment gateway reference number.

            Somehow I visited the bank they provide me with a bank statement and they charged for 118rs now who will provide me with this 118rs.

            For my refund, I am wasting more money and there is no guarantee it will be refunded or not.

            Almost 30 days are about to complete when issue occurred, a week ago tata sky executive told me that it will get resolve within 24hrs of time. But no resolution received.
            Kindly close this ASAP so that I can continue without hesitation.

              A month ago, and agent come from Indore with a scheme of TataSky which says that we will get three months free subscription. After almost 5 days, I sent him the details of my connection (such as Subscriber ID) and he said he will proceed the process for it. And after a month now, its still in progress. And the agent is not even picking up the call not replying for any messages. He is totally ignoring his customer services. His name is Rahi. He has given his services in my area at various places and all are having same issues.

                I am facing black screen issue on Tata sky HD set top box since yesterday. Technician visited but issue not resolved as he was not trained properly on how to troubleshoot the issue.

                      I recharged my Tata sky account today (26/02/21) at 8:30 PM but it still shows that your account is deactivated ...what the hell is this...what kind of services they are providing??..now this is how they are doing fraud with their customers... where my money is gone ??? Activate my account or do refund... please look into this matter otherwise I surely advise people to not use tata sky...

                            I purchased a TATA SKY connection to upgrade my current setup box through unisyn enterprises (Authorized Channel Partner of TataSky) by paying 1472/- on 28 th January 2021 from sales executive/agent Mr.CHANDRA SEKHAR (contact no: [protected]) (he claimed as so) from Hyderabad. I have paid the amount through the Phonepe app. Transaction ID :T2101281753335425485874

                            they gave me the wrong information about the free subscription period and a description about the HD set-top box that the connection will be running continuously in bed and rainy weather etc...

                            But after paying the amount he has not responded. So I contacted him on 28th January 2021 but he gave a vague reply saying "I will do that sir" but he hasn't replied till now .because of his negligent behavior I canceled my order on the 3rd February but the amount has not been received till now.

                            Looks like there are many victims of this company, filed lot of complaints as well, please take severe action on this fraud company and sales executives and help me to get rid of this issue.

                            And one more important thing is that Unisyn people are not even answering my call after I am asking for a refund of my amount.

                                I purchased Latest advanced HD setup box for 1599 rupees but after 3 months it exhibited issues concerning changing channels . Then I raised a complaint, the technician visited 2 times . I. The final visit he confirmed the box is faulty and the fault is not beacuse of me . Then he replaced my new latest HD STB with old cheap model . Now the box shows low video quality, the STB's sensor is also downgraded and slow . Now my request to you is to provide me with the STB model that I have paid for and take this cheap box back .

                                      Dear team,
                                      I bought tata sky connection few days back, i got holiday humgama voucher, the agent is rude, no customer service. Their office is closed due to covid. The agent misguided us. Please look into third party conducting fraud in name of tata sky.

                                        I have done a rs. 300 recharge on tata sky id by mistake. [protected]. But this set top box isn't working . So i want to refund this amount to my account.
