My id no.[protected] in name of Lester Jonas Fernandes. On 19th May 2015 I requested for relocation of dish antennae within same premises as repairs to my roof were to take place on 21.5.15. the work order no.15PS9EQ. Only after 21st evening your representative came and was not successful in installing the dish ant. as there was no signal. On 26th I again requested for relocation vide order no.IACSCSV and your representative came only on 2.6.15 even though scheduled appointment was on 31.5.15 at time between 7.00 to 8.30 pm. Now at last today the dish ant. has been installed. I am very much dissapointed with your services especially the delay. I have also been informed by your rep. that the receiver was damaged and hence could not get signal. I do not know how that was possible. Anyway I am glad that everything is back to normal. But I would very much like a refund of my subscription charges for the days I could not get reception ie. from 21.5.15 to 2.6.15. Kindly acknowledge and do the needful. Thanks

    Every month twice or thrice I have to request for the technician visit to set the antenna direction. Same can be verified from your system about my complaints. subscriber ID is: [protected] This is really pathetic and charging for the same thing and that too because of your pathetic services is not good.

      My I'd no is [protected] with my name D.P.Gupta.l want to change my base pack but no any cce listen to me.Really Tata sky is a very worst company which is very unfavorable to customers. They are just charging more and more from customers without intimation.presently I am not using multi tv but they charging for that even after my extra tv showing " your Tata sky account is not active" They are just making fool that they remove the extra tv charges.I talk several times to there CCE but they not solve my problem.Last yesterday I talk with there CCE but they change my base pack which have heigher rate. I am just noticed that they are adding any services only after miss call but removing any service & talking with there CCE ( which is payable) is just a impossible task . Please make effective communication system & more flexibility to choose any pack unless yours Goodwill sufferers & u lost consumers at least me.But loosing me they not suffers. Currently I only want supreme sports kids pack without multi tv.i[censored] not resolve this this is my final recharge as well as I go to consumer forum. So, please jaago Grahak jaago.

        i have opted for Dhamal mix pack (one free regional pack - punjabi), i have also taken KIDS pack from add on packs. Pl note that in dhamal mix pack HINDI channels are not shown i.e. ETV Rajasthan, Zee Rajasthan news etc. In KIDS Pack-Hngama, nick, discovery etc are not shown. since 1.6.2015 I contacted over telephone various time and spen money to get start these channels but failed. Your rep. could respond to resolve problem of mine. is there any way to talk in person and make the problem understand. Please do the needful.

            Despite repeated complaints/ requests i am facing trouble in d reception quality of HD CHANNELS. the reception has been extremely poor. Infact now I m facing complete blackout of HD channels. Kindly do the needful to rectify d problem n make my confidence in TATASKY d no. uno satellite channel provider in India or else I vl have think of other option.               Hi Customer id:[protected], since 5days I am not able to view the tata sky. Even the customer services is not able to pick the call. What a bad services you are providing. You had brand name in the market but seeing the problems and not responding to the customer in the right time is very bad. Please resolve the issue as early as possible

                I have purchased a second tatasky pvr box and need it installed in my hometown in Calcutta. I currently stay in bangalore and my first tatasky box is installed here. I have raised requests four times for the same and at all times the requests were closed without my consent and without the issue getting resolved.I have been trying to do this for past one month. After every request I got a customer care executive calling me to say they don't know how to resolve the issue and I will get a callback from some concerned department.The callback never came and the requests were closed. I need some responsible and knowledgeable person to respond and help me out here.I am tired of dealing with irresponsible and having no clue customer care execs.

                      I had a tata sky connection. Mostly english entertainment channels are not working. I had raised near arround 20-30 requests for technical assistance. But the technician does not visit or sometimes visits but not able to resolve the problem & the support team closes the ticket without acknowledge. This is happening from last 2 months. Now I am really fed up & want to discontinue the service. But that too they are not doing. I have some balance in my account, they want to get that over & then they will discontinue it. Also they have a horrible customer service centre. It takes around 30-40 mins to contact their service centre. Please i am tired of them. Please help me out. & i want my money back.Horrible Service

                        I have to re-install my tata sky dth to another location in the same city (bangalore). For that i am trying to call their customer care for last 3 days, and also spent almost more than Rs 400 to call them, but till now i am able to reach them only once. they told that it will be re-installed in a day, and gave me work order reference number IE81OG6. But till now it did not get re-installed. I am more than 1000% unsatisfied with the sort of service they render. Now, i am thinking o[censored]n-installing the service, if this continues in the same way. I will also ensure that no acquaintances of mine buy their service.

                        Now in reply tata sky ppl started disconnecting my call. this is called z level service. hope, no one buys tata sky. They will make your life pathetic. bdw where is negative rating for. they dont deserve even 1 rating
                        Customer service is sucks. I lost lot of money in the process of connecting customer care. Please don't ever think of tatasky. i gave this 1 star to write my comment. i think these people doesn't have the customer care.

                          Why Showing Negative Balance of Rs.8.68

                          I had taken Dhamal Mix Pack with annual subscription which validity was upto 31.05.2015. Our Company Tata Steel Ltd, Bamnipal taken care to recharge our Tata Sky Pack w.e.f 01.06.2015. It is a matter of great regret that as balance is showing negative of Rs.8.68, you have advised to recharge the negative balance first amounting Rs.50.00 instead of Rs.8.68.                           i ravi gupta having id [protected] paid 6190 before 31st may 2015 as required by tatasky for renewal of my existing package for one main and one multi tv as they sent mail for adding offer for payment of 3990+2200 before 31st may.later they sent to pay 5170+2200 before 7th june. but now they are saying to pay 2530 for multi channel instead of 2200 though they gave me date of 7th june for renewal of the package please resolve it immediately i have paid the full amount of 6190 as required by tata sky for continuing existing package within 31st may ravi gupta

                            Few days back i had difficulty in view Tata Sky services, I had called to the customer care, they have appointed a Technician visit, The technician after looking into the issue said that, due to some construction happening on the direction of the dish, the dish is not receiving signals, and the dish has to be relocated within the same building for which i have to raise a movemnet request at a cost of rs200, I had raised the request, the technician again came and just moved the dish hardly 1m from the place where it was initially fixed.After 2 days agian i had signal prblem, and i called the customer care, the technician again visited and said, the dish has to be moved again, for which i have to talk to customer care for placing one more movement request, and i was told it wont charged as the movement was done 2days before, then the technician came and just adjusted the dish, by changing direction and raised the level of dish.Now that when i had to recharge the dish, which i did, they have deducted rs 400 from my account, and i have been following up to them from past 4 days, but they are not reachable. In this process of calling the customer care from past 8 to 9 days i have almost lost more than 300 bugs from my mobile balance. This is really ridiculous, please dont go with Tata Sky ...the worst service provider, Now that i want to move out of the service, but the nonsense customer care are not at all responding.Please do the needful

                              This is to express my utmost dissatisfaction towards TATA sky on the poor performance of the customer care division. Nobody is bothered to answer our quarries properly. And since ever our beloved Ratan Tata Sir withdrew many divisions are not performing well or upto that satisfactory level. And another irritating thing is this that showing the 'warning Label' three days before the expiry of the validity in hundred thousand times. i would suggest TATA sky that everybody knows the time of recharge. If the amount is finished please disconnect immediately. It is not an OXYGEN for human survival. Mind this and please avoid showing henceforth. If the customer wants to recharge they will. Otherwise no. And please exhibit the warning only just two or three hour before that particular day. only for three times. anyhow you are sending warning SMS also. Simply exhibiting repeatedly is not going to give you any prize rather than cursing, And even after recharging why the label is appearing..? Why so...? Why have you taken off the account status as earlier..? We want you...so please improve the facilities and services hence forth. My ID No. is [protected]

                                for set top box change Sir/Madam, I am a regular customer Tata sky DTH customer from last 8-9 years & mine ID is [protected]. As the change by you for the technology shift in last month, I have registered a complaint on 17th of May'15 regarding the set top box change.MY complaint no.I4PL9BC 17 MAY 2015 As the set top box was not changed then again I call back to your customer care no and they replied to me that within seven working days from 17th May’15 that will be changed but the status is same. Again I call back to your customer care no on 24th for the same but they replied that today the field executive will visit but the staus is same. Again I call back to your customer care no on 27th and talk to your senior customer care executive named Mamta and she replied that today or by tomorrow the field executive will visit to my home but the status is same. As I had made n number of complaints to your customer care executives but my problem is not resolved. Please look into the issue within a day or two otherwise I’ll shift to some another operator.                                 I got changed my MPEG box within 4 hours after requesting Mr.Harit Nagpal e-mailing at harit.[protected]@tatasky.com and after that I got about 20-25 calls and all also confirmed that MPEG box has installed or not.

                                      Dear Tata sky, I have been using Tata Sky for past 2 years. On Thursday I launched a complaint that my signal of set top box was not available but it was unattended. The telecaller said that she had registered the complaint but no engineer contacted me the folowwing day or day after. When I called back again, I got to know that my complaint hadn't been registered at all. I had to relodge a complaint and then I received the mobile sms. When, the engineer visited my home it was found that the TV remote was out of batteries and that's why it was not working. The telecallers could not troubleshoot the problem and they diagnosed that the problem was in dish. I was not attended to in time and was unable to view services for atleast 4 days. The engineer also said that money will be deducted from the subscriber account as visit charges. My question is I have not been able to view services for 4 days (my balance is being used at that time) and additionally I have to pay for engineer's visit. Why is that? My customer ID number is [protected]. I would request you to kindly take a notice of the matter and reply me regarding the necessary actions taken.
