Few days back i had difficulty in view Tata Sky services, I had called to the customer care, they have appointed a Technician visit, The technician after looking into the issue said that, due to some construction happening on the direction of the dish, the dish is not receiving signals, and the dish has to be relocated within the same building for which i have to raise a movemnet request at a cost of rs200, I had raised the request, the technician again came and just moved the dish hardly 1m from the place where it was initially fixed.After 2 days agian i had signal prblem, and i called the customer care, the technician again visited and said, the dish has to be moved again, for which i have to talk to customer care for placing one more movement request, and i was told it wont charged as the movement was done 2days before, then the technician came and just adjusted the dish, by changing direction and raised the level of dish.Now that when i had to recharge the dish, which i did, they have deducted rs 400 from my account, and i have been following up to them from past 4 days, but they are not reachable.
In this process of calling the customer care from past 8 to 9 days i have almost lost more than 300 bugs from my mobile balance. This is really ridiculous, please dont go with Tata Sky ...the worst service provider, Now that i want to move out of the service, but the nonsense customer care are not at all responding.Please do the needful
