    Firstly this does not seem to be a Tata company which we know for its trust worthiness and loyalty. A complaint of no signal was raised on 1 June and it was told that an engineer will call and cone by 5 pm same day. This never happened. A long wait to catch hold of a customer exec. Min 10 min. And you r spending all your money as its not a toll free number. With the long queue of customer complaints, the graduate customer exec. Just wants to end the call or chat... So they just prove u one answer always that you will receive a call. Even when u insist that u were told the same thing the other day, they surprisingly respond with the same answer. When asked to provide a time line they just say they don't know and say that they have raised to technical support team. When asked to get me connected to technical team, they just change the topic and revert to their usual answer. I think Tata sky is taking its customers for a ride and just ignoring them due to their huge customer and corporate base. My neighbors have Videocon D2H and their problems are answer in 12 hours. My previous cable connection, surprisingly had a better service and they took had my issues fixed within 7 hours. I think it's time to teach Tata sky a lesson and move to some other service provider.

    Today I was called and confirmed that an engineer will come within 2 hours.
    Then I receive an SMS after 4 hours of the call that he won't come today but tomorrow.
    So that is more than 48 hours after the complaint. And still not sure if it will resolved.

      My TATASky with customer ID [protected] has been not receiving signals half of the times and half of the times the setup box get restarted. I've been undergoing the same problem for past two months and after giving 100 of calls their technician turned up for only once. Moreover, they claim that they will not charge for the signal problem but their customer care executives deducted Rs 170 for the visits and the problem still remains unsolved. Highly unsatisfied with their service . If you cant handle the problems o[censored]pgrade please don't make fool of your customers. Customer care executive told us as this service is free however they charge Rs 170 without informing us. After several followups it still pending for refund. The worst service I ever seen.

        i have been following up with Tata sky for 4 days now starting from 26th May'15 for transferring of the Tata sky connection ([protected]) from my old house to the new location. But all in vain . So far i have not received any details pertaining to the transfer. With the waiting period of the calls is endless. Each time i call the waiting period is no less that 20min. Today in my first call i have to wait for more than 20 min. I meant how pathetic is that. And to add to that no calls yet received even after being placed for change of place for dish to new address.Its been 10 days now.I want this to be solved urgently.And the person who removes the dish should be booked separately and need to call again for placing to new location.

          Tata sky customer service team is pathetic in delivering out the services. I have been using Tata sky services since 2012, services were good in the starting but now it's not even a worth penny. I relocated my house last year and have been complaining since then that whenever there is a wind blown my set up box becomes dead and reason is that they service engineer coming to fix it is not doing his duty properly. The screws used to tighten them comes out and antenna gets dislocated. I ordered new HD box on 24th may along with this complain. The executive over phone call informed me that you can get inform the executive who will come to deliver the set up box and he will fix it for you. The guys delivered the bix and fixed it. Just after a week today again same problem persist, Antenna is hanging through the wall. The worst part is now your customer service team says there would be charges for extra visit and I haven't made any complain in the past. Why do your executives don't check call recordings before making such comments. If your cse doesn't submit or forgets to mention comment is it the fault of customer. Moreover your special team called so is not worth a penny. He simply denied my request to had a word with Manager. The executive told his name as Hardayal. I would be highlighting this case all over social media and networking websites and filing consumer complaint against customer harassment and not providing services as promised if the issue doesn't get resolved within next 24 hours.

            My subscription ID - [protected], today I got my TATA Sky Dish TV connection installed today with - Dhamal pack including regional language Malayalam. I was told that I would be able to view HD channels with this pack for one month. Recharge amount shown in my messge folder is Rs.1041/- . But till time I am unable to view any HD channels. As it shows the message "HD is not part of your current subscription". I tried to contact the given customer care number ([protected] / [protected]), but I did not receive any response.               We are not getting any English channels. for the last to three months some thing is wrong with your service and we have made complaint so many times every time you send some one and we are force to pay they visiting amount but with in a day or two service becomes faulty again.                   I have given the complaint through e- mails and sms as per tata sky s missed calls as tata sky regarding poor transmission of some telugu channels and some english news channels. But no rectification. Once they told that they will come and see to the problem on Sunday April 26th, I remember so. But no one came and see to the complaint. After that also I sent e-mails regarding not able to view the subscribed channels because of very poor transmission. Now I subscribed for english movies channels. But very poor transmission is coming and iam not able to watch the english movies also. Today also i sent the e-mail regarding it. Please justify it. And also iam asking the amount should be refunded of last two months because iam not able to watch the some of the subscribed channels . Now english movies channels amount and this months subscribers amount and the convenience caused by them. iam sending sms of mytatasky phone. Iam not able to upload e-mails because of some technical problem

                  Today means 2nd of June at 2:50 p.m. I called to tata sky helpline and asked for the poor transmission. They told some technical assistance, I did it but no use. They wanted to transfer the call to some other person regarding the problem. But they cut the call. For me the call charges costed rupees. 30/- for 14 minutes talk. But the problem is not solved.
                  now i am not receiving telugu channels also. Very very poor service. My children came for vacation and we are not able to watch the t v because of poor transmission

                    My Tata sky IDN [protected] & RMN [protected], Due to up gradation in Tata sky system from last 15 days many TV channels are going out of my TV due to existing set top box. As u are promising for free replacement with MP4 set top box, so i also given missed call on your service no [protected], last 10 days but no action, any kind of confirmation regarding replacement of box has come to me. Even i called to help line they direct me so many rout but could not talk to your representative. even today tried through chat services after a long Que when my no comes they displayed Off line. More than 15 channels have reduced from my package for which still i am paying. so i request u to pls replace my set top box as quick as possible.

But as informed that our local person will contact you within TWO hrs, still after three days no response. what i have to do now? I want my solution/results.

                      I brought TATA SKY on 19 may 2015 with one month free subscription. But on 1 June 2015 it got expired automatically. I called to the dealer for this problem but he didn't respond on this. Then I called to TATA SKY customer care [protected] but once again result was same. They didn't respond on that time. After 4 hours I got a call from customer care and respective person told me that recharge was done and now u can watch your channels. But it was not happened. I was not able to watch. Once again I called to customer care but as usual there service was worst. They didn't respond. 1. My first question is If i was getting one month free subscription how the channels got unauthorized? 2. My second question is after recharge also why TATA sky not started my pack?

                        My connection is name of Mr. JAGDISH . I was not able to watch many channels since 15 days and I have also requested the same with tata sky costomer care staff before 7 days almost; they adviced me that we have change your Sat top box and for the same a technicial will contacted you after some time but after a lapse of 7 days no body contacted me or visited at my home. I have been missed call the given no. on screen 3-4 times but all in vain. Nobody concerns about my problem so I think that I have to change rhe tata sky connection if they are so regid.

                            i have been following up with Tata sky for 4 days now starting from 29th May'15 for transferring of the Tata sky connection ([protected]) from my old house to the new location. Everytime i call they say i would get a call back on the time when they could come. But all in vain . So far i have not received any details pertaining to the transfer. The one call that i got was a wrong request call. On top of that the customer care service that Tata sky provide is simply pathetic. With the waiting period of the calls is endless. Each time i call the waiting period is no less that 20min. Today in my first call i have to wait for more than 30 min. I meant how pathetic is that. And to add to that is when you speak to the supervisor abt the issue he cuts the call saying its my responsibility to carry the dish even after the irresponsible behaviour from their end for the past 4 days. I need someone to call me back and let me know what is the next step that would be taken. I want the field executive to collect the dish after disconnecting it. Am not gonna waste my time forever for your irresponsibilities.

                              Bought tata sky hd on 19 may, the package was to give one month free hd and all channels, they r supposed to do so as per their promises during product purchase, only 11 days passed and hd stopped, and my service will expire within 24 days from purchase, i need answer for this fake thing, willing to trash tata sky.

                                I requested Tata Sky for reinstallation of the dish at my new address. In spite of raising the request multiple times no one came to the house to reinstall the dish. Finally I got my private electrician to fix the dish for me. Then my account deducted by Rs. 850/- on May 15, 2015 (WORK ID #HYFOZ9J) towards installation services which never happened. I called Tata Sky many times and they said they will refund the amount which has not happened. The Tata Sky officials did connect me to the guy who had raised the Rs. 850/- (WORK ID #HYFOZ9J) request but he had no clue about it and he didn’t even know that he came to my house. Still the request was closed by Tata Sky without refund or resolution. I have spent more than Rs. 400/- on calling the Tata Sky helpline and no one has refunded the money. Last time the manager (Prakash Singh, Hyderabad, ID – 39651) committed to resolve by May 30, 2015 but it didn’t happen.

Since last two months, I am regularly requesting TATA Sky customer care officials to provide me 01 - Add On connection with my existing pack. But regret to write, in spite of my repeated communications vide e-mail & telephonic, I have not yet provided Add on connection with my existing package. On my every call, I am getting assurance only since last two months. I am just fade up by such pathetic customer service by TATA Sky. It is just surprising that customer is asking for service but the company failing their commitment again & again.                                     Respected sir/madam I have been continuously calling tatasky helpline numbers since 4 days to reinstall my tatasky dth at simhachalam in vizag. Every time customer associate says with in 30 seconds we call you to take your newaddress, but it is not happening.How long we have to wait.When we dont recharge we get 101 calls from u.But our issue is unattended by you.Wether u respond or shall we go to other dth service?                                       Dear sir I purchased a Tata sky connections ID No.[protected] in name of my wife Nirupama Kapoor on 18/09/2014 from your rep. sh. kuntal banerjee, mb no.[protected] who had come to my office Ministry of Consumers Affairs, jam nagar house, delhi. He told me and my office colleague that if you purchased tata sky connections in name of your females family member you would get a three night hotel packages in India/International. Although i was completely satisfied my present vendor who has been providing service in much cheaper rate and as my requirement of channel i could resist myself for getting good two things at a time. I have been regular subscriber of tata sky and I also committed to my family for a marvel holiday package as i was told by your Representative and want to go as the list of hotel /destinations shown to me. But getting holiday package was not simple. firstly your authorized company appco gr. at chandigarh did not respondent to my application. after much persuasion which is also a long story they were agreed to gave a hotel in mussoorie but which was not in the list of the hotels as per the destination list given to me, instead a hotel named the park, mussorrie was thrown to me. I went to mussoorie from 11-04-15 to 14-04-15 along my family with two children. when i reached the hotel to my surprise there was no room booked in my wife name whereas i got the confirmation through email and by telephone. After much persuasion a little room which was in pathetic state was allotted to me no restaurateur, no room service, dim light and obsolete material was dumped in one corner of the room. i am my family felt very disappointed by getting the treatment in hotel hand and it is my duty to inform you that i was felt cheated by you. Why the hotel was changed and given me a third class hotel with no facility. I spent around Rs.10000/- in booking a car for reaching mussorrie and my family suffered a lot because rooms was very small and no proper arrangement of room service. Now you are requested to look into the matter and inform me accordingly and give me one more choice to visit the place as per the list of destinations. otherwise i have no other option but complain to consumer's court for my grievance and embarrassment and harassment faced my me and my family. with warm regards alkesh kumar [protected]

                                        कम्‍पनी द्वारा अपनी सेवाओ में ि‍वस्‍तार हेतु सभी ग्राहको के सेटअप बाक्‍स बदले जाने थे मैने ि‍दनांक 15 मई 2015 को सेटअप बाक्‍स चेंज करने हेतु काल ि‍कया कम्‍पनी ने मुझे ि‍दनंाक 21 मई 2015 तक सेटअप बाक्‍स बदलने का वादा ि‍दया लेकि‍न कम्‍पनी द्वारा आज ि‍दनां क 01 जून 2015 तक भी मेरा सेटअप बाक्‍स नही बदला है जि‍सके कारण मै अपने पैक के बहुत सारे राष्‍टीय व स्‍थानीय समाचार चैनल नही देख पा रहा हॅू ा इस के चलते मुझे भारी मानसि‍क परेशानी उठानी पड रही है तथा परि‍वार के सामने शामिर्‍दी झेलनी पड रही है जबकि‍ मैने पूरे वर्ष के लि‍ए ि‍रचार्ज करवा रखा है अब तक कम्‍पनी की हेल्‍प नं0 [protected] पर करीबन 40 बार फोन कर चुका हूॅू लेकि‍न मेरी समस्‍या का समाधान नही हुआ हैा कम्‍पनी पर मेरा पंजीक़त मोबाइल नं0 [protected] है
