Sir, i have Shifted from Virar to Borivli... i detached my Tata sky Dish and now it is in borivli... we called Customer care on this No.[protected] for our dish installation at borivli at least for four days continuously and they said "we will send our man next day" but there next day never came... they only says, you are premium Customer, and we will send you a man next day... never seen such Irresponsive people...worst customer care service ever... my Tata Sky Id Is: [protected] i am gonna tell people that plz dont Buy tata sky..plz..plz..plz...

    Please refer Customer ID: [protected] wherein you have charged Rs. 49/- for a definite locked period without my knowledge. How Tatasky can add any package without customer's consent? It must be withdrawn immediately and waive off the charge agaist it. It is not only undue but undoubtedly a matter of serious cheat by Tata sky. Please note if not resolved immediately, the customer will not have other option but to go for legal help. Hence please resolved immediately. My ID: [protected] Mobile: [protected]

      My tatasky's id no [protected] I called more than 5 times since 21may 2015 they told me your problem will be solve with in 7 days now its much more than 7 days and this is my worst experience with tata sky they are not solving my problem and when ever I'm calling they told me to please hold and after 20 min my call automatically ended please solve my issue my registered mobile number is [protected] and in case if I want a strict action against tata sky please suggest me what should I do? I'm tired now please help me and suggest me as soon as possible

        Hi team, This is to bring to your notice that tatasky has really bad complaint addresal mechanism. I am amit soni and unfortunately i have 2 tata sky connection. I have been facing some technical issue with one of my tatasky connections ([protected]) for which i am continously reaching your call center and tatasky's field executives but from last seven days they are just fooling around. Tata sky executives were giving excuses of no time or busy or coming in an hour or switch off their phones to rectify the problem, but actully they are not turning up. My order reference I97RYZT, IAIM1AA, ICXGR7H but i didnt get any respone from anyone. Its almost a week now that I am not able to see any channel. I spoke to sunny ( [protected]) who came once to see my tatasky connection and since then he is fooling around. I also spoke to abhishek (someone i think from technical department), but he also gave a false commitment of turning the things in a day. Instead of giving time to us, they ask us to remind them about complaint. If they re really sorry to serve, tatasky should refund my six month amount which i deposited.

          i called your customer care no, the call was transferred to special service, i waited for call transfer for first time 25 minutes but no one responding. only music is on telling your call is important, second time i waited for 20 minutes till no response. NOT EXPECTED SUCH KIND OF SERVICE FROM TATA COMPANY . REALLY THE SERVICE IS PATHETIC. FEEL LIKE SHIFTING TO OTHER OPERATOR.

                Dear Sir, 1. I am a TATA SKY subscriber with regn no - [protected]. My Registered mobile No is [protected]. I am now using another Mobile No [protected]. 2. I have purchased HD tatasky box in August 2014 and since than I am a continue subscriber. Now I am using monthly pack of Rs. 485 pm. 3. I am an Army person retired from service on 30 Apr 2015. After that I have shifted with my family to Bhopal i.e. Home town. 4. Here I have requested for re installation of my Tatasky connection with an additional tatasky HD Box. At the time of booking 04 days back I was told by tatasky executive on booking that no additional or installation charge is required to be paid by me to person coming for installation as I am purchasing additional add on HD Set top box. This was an offer for me. 5. Next day in evening approx 6 pm I got a call from your person that he will come within 30 minutes for installation, but he didn't came upto next one hour. In between I got a call and went out for some work. After that he came and made a call to me without giving any excuses for coming late he blamed me that I am not available there and said that he will come another day. 6. Next three days he didn't come and again I made a call to customer care for installation and additional HD set top box. The person came and refused for re installation by stating that he will not start installation until I pay the charge, which is not understood. 7. It is totally not understood when I offered free service by tatasky customer care centre for shifted within one year and another person not accepting the promise. Than I made a call to customer care executive at about 0300 pm today afternoon on 31 May 2015. On hearing my complaint he said that he is putting me on hold for approx 30 seconds, then he put me on hold for approx 15 - 20 minutes and than call was disconnected automatically. It is totally rubbish that I paid Rs. 40 (forty) for that call which has to be toll free. this is not acceptable. 8. It is totally wrong and you are requested to reconcile the case at the earliest at your end and made my tatasky serviceable. My tatasky connection is due for recharge on 03 Jun 2015 and I will not going to recharge it before reconciliation. 9. It is requested that, an early disposal of the case be made to avoid further inconvenience to the customer. Other wise I will have no other choice to shift to another DTH service provider who offering better and quick service to me. Regards, Sunil Kumar Mittal

                Dear Sir,

                It is almost 4 days passed when I have lodged a complaint against Tata Sky services. A person contacted me on 01 Jun and saying he will direct some technician. But no technician came to complete our work and our two LEDs are lying unused. Moreover, my tatasky HD set top box is lying unutilised and monthly pack has also been crossed due date.

                I am still looking for reconciliation at your end.

                If my complaint will not be reconciled and sorted out. I will definitely switch over to some other dth service provider for better and satisfied services.

                  My name is Pradeep and I have an issue with some channels. First of all I want to say that my account balance shows me that my balance on 13-May-2015 was Rs.695 and my payment due date is 17-June-2015. My subsvriber ID is [protected]. I was watching StarPremier HD at night on 31st May 2015. But when it was exactly 12am, the channel went off and a message was displayed saying that I was not subscribed to the channel. I also looked out for other channels and a few other channels like Ten Sports, Ten HD, Ten Cricket, Ten Action and HBO Defined HD all had the same problem. I tried calling the call center number and then later on, after following those procedures, I was connected to a customer care attendant. I asked him about the issue but then he said that he wasn't able to help me because it was too late at night. So I need to know what the problem is and also request Tata Sky to deal with this as early as possible.

                      without permission they have added other packages and this problem is coming again and again.and customer care and toll free number also doesn't exist . so how we can consult from them . if our problem will not suoght out then we will disconnect tata sky. their service is very poor. everytime they create some or the other problem . mr. akhilesh bilgaiyan tata sky id no. - [protected]

                      Oh god we are just fed up of their services.They just call up and tell us about some package and in spite of we telling them not interested they still add it.Then we have to call them back and blast them to remove it. What the hell are they doing.Trying to loot people by fooling them. If this goes on they will be completely shut as their pathetic behaviour is talk of the town already.

                        i dont recollect many channels as like etv gujarati channel, sanskar channal, epic, etv gujarati news, etc.i submitted my this problem to your company and also communicate with your customer care since last month.While they are not able to answer us.

                            Hi, I'd complaint about the STB not working last nite, I was told that I will receive a call at 10 AM and the engineer will then confirm the time of arrival to sort out the problem. I didn't get a call at 10 AM, that wasn't a problem I can still understand that in a crisis situation you guys will take time to respond. I called the customer service team and th response time was absolutely fantastic, it took approx 30 minutes i.e. 1800 seconds to get connected to someone, this guy from South India (CS rep) told me that the engineer will come today, to reconfirm the same I asked for a manager. The manager came on the line and disconnected the call, again a WOW experience. I again called the number again the same 30 minutes wait time, again I spoke to some guy he again reconfirmed that the engineer will viist today, I asked for a manager he asked me to wait for 30 seconds. I got the manager after 30 minutes. Sunita, her name was, she was VERY POLITE, CALM and COMPOSED, she didnt want me to give any time scale. I asked her when can she send the engineer, I specifically told her that if today then I will wait at home and if not I will go out. She didnt want to give me any commitment and tell me when will the engineer come, which is again fair, I understand she want to give me any false promises. I asked her if she can arrange a call back from her manager she said yes. I asked her when will get the call, again she refused to commit, how can a manager not know the ESCALATION process. Why couldnt she tell if it wil take 72 hours, a week, month or 6 months. I just asked how long should I wait for a call so that I can follow up, she said she doesnt know how long wil the manager take to contact me and then she hung up on me...WOW

                              Subscriber ID -[protected] . This is the second time I am putting this complaint in less than a month. I have been facing problems since the last four months. I tried contacting the helpline but everytime a tape-recorded message you get saying 'Our customer service representatives are busy'. Luckily if you get through may be after 10-15 minutes of hanging on the phone, the CSR will take the complaint and keep you on on hold to check details and will not respond forcing you to take a second call. On 7th May a technician visited my home and said he would come back on 10th May. Now to my understanding without him paying the visit on 10th, the complaint is closed without resolving the matter. . For the last one month I have been receiving messages on mobile saying that work order has been issued but nobody reports. . How long are you going to give stupid standard replies of signal failure owing to upgradation. Finally, when is the upgradation going to come? . I have paid a huge subscription but I am not getting any service from Tata sky. Please refund me my amount so that I can move to other service providers. Prescilla

                              After repeated phone calls, a technician named Sagar (mobile no. [protected]) visited my house on 1st June. After checking, he said that it is the electrician's fault and there is no fault on the part of Tata Sky. To which I suggested that I will call the electrician and you two, sought the issue. He agreed. After that, I have been practically calling him everyday, but to no avail.
                              I don't know what's wrong with Tata Sky officials. Why so much casual approach. When I asked for refund of the money, there is no answer.
                              .
                              My plea is that these people just pass the buck. If it is electrician's fault, then tell me why some channels are working and others not.
                              .
                              Have I any answer to this? Are you there?

                                S ID:[protected] I have received a call from you that pls change your setup box in HD set up box by paying 590 rs. on the same day i hace credited the same ammount, but after a week no one has come to change the Setup box.I have call many times to your customer care for the same they are saying just in 2 hrs you will get it but still i have got it.

                                  My connection was in the name of rahul tiwari and registered number [protected]. From past two months i had spoken to number of tata sky cuatomer care assisstants for signal issue. Once the techniciam had visited but within 2 days again i had faced the same problem. Whenever i am calling them they are applogising and saying that complaint has been taken but no technician had ever visited me. i am not able to view channels since then. Then after a month i had received a call from tata sky customer care for subscription. I told them that i am.nt able to view channels so the assitant assured me to send some 1 and do recharge. Again i had done recharge but no 1 had visited. Then i called them up for rellocation To chembur. The person then turned up and told that my set top box had been corrupted thaty i am nt able to view channels. I had changed my set top box nt even before 4 to 5 months. Then for again installing i had called ur customer care and technician nagesh had called me On weekday. I asked him to come on the coming saturday and he agrred for the same. after 10 mins i received message that ur work has been processed and give feedback. Since then nagesh has never turned up to.my chembur residential. I kept on callimg customer assistants all said complaints registered thats all. Some how i got call.from nagesh yesterday i.e 30.05.2015 and he said he will come at 4 pm. But he had never come and kept me waiting. He dint even respond to my calls. finally today i. E 31.05.2015 i called customer care and asked to surrender the line. the only reason for this complaint is to make the management aware that the servuce is worst. From top to botto people are fake and not at all bothered about customer problem. my entire time subscription for two months gone waste. Today when i called customer care they informed there was no.complaimt after 19.04.2015 and the case was closed. Non sense service i got from tata sky. I will suggest every friend and relative to disconnect .

                                    When we start the set top box it starts showing message "new software bieng downloaded". Downloading progress remains 0% always. It doesnot increase. This is the issue since last four days. Can you please check the issue and revert. Customer ID - [protected] We have standard setup box. We have enough balance in the account. We tried calling tata sky several times but we are unable to get the executive who can help us solving the issue. I have experienced same behavior from tatasky customer service so many times. You can never reach to their customer service executive. your call(payed) will get on hold for more than 15 mins . even then no rsponse from them.

                                      Dear Sir, I got the SMS on 19th May 2015 from Tata Sky about the free replacement of MPEG4 technology within a week time post giving the miss call on this number [protected] and I had given miss call on 25th May 2015 and got the SMS i.e. your request is being processed. In case you need help please contact our help line numbers on [protected] or [protected]. Also since morning I called on both toll free numbers, however not getting any response from the Tata Sky help line as well. This is not the first time happening, such kind of instances also happened previously with me. Since 19th May 2015 onward my family is not able to view some channels like; Aastha, Sanskar, Sahara One, Sony SAB TV, ETV MP, Movies OK, DD News IBN7, NDTV India, FILMY, Star Utsav etc. Request your support in terms of resolving my issues on priority.                                         I'm asking customer care for relocation of my tata sky connection from 25 May till today i.e. 30 May 15. Everyday they reassure me that they will arrange Technician to solve the issue. 0n 28 May, they Send me message that WO has been Completed. But I didn't get any service. So, On my request customer care registered my request and assured me that he will arrange technician on 29 morning @ 11:00 a.m. but without any service they deducted 200 Rs. amount from my tata sky account as a result it went in negative balance.
