I'd complaint about the STB not working last nite, I was told that I will receive a call at 10 AM and the engineer will then confirm the time of arrival to sort out the problem. I didn't get a call at 10 AM, that wasn't a problem I can still understand that in a crisis situation you guys will take time to respond. I called the customer service team and th response time was absolutely fantastic, it took approx 30 minutes i.e. 1800 seconds to get connected to someone, this guy from South India (CS rep) told me that the engineer will come today, to reconfirm the same I asked for a manager. The manager came on the line and disconnected the call, again a WOW experience. I again called the number again the same 30 minutes wait time, again I spoke to some guy he again reconfirmed that the engineer will viist today, I asked for a manager he asked me to wait for 30 seconds. I got the manager after 30 minutes. Sunita, her name was, she was VERY POLITE, CALM and COMPOSED, she didnt want me to give any time scale. I asked her when can she send the engineer, I specifically told her that if today then I will wait at home and if not I will go out. She didnt want to give me any commitment and tell me when will the engineer come, which is again fair, I understand she want to give me any false promises. I asked her if she can arrange a call back from her manager she said yes. I asked her when will get the call, again she refused to commit, how can a manager not know the ESCALATION process. Why couldnt she tell if it wil take 72 hours, a week, month or 6 months. I just asked how long should I wait for a call so that I can follow up, she said she doesnt know how long wil the manager take to contact me and then she hung up on me...WOW
