De-attached of my multiconnection

My tatasky multiconnection is connected previous one year on dated 13/05/2015 I have already request submit to tata sky customer care No. The said multiconnection is disconnect with ID no [protected] . Hi, I'd complaint about the STB not working last nite, I was told that I will receive a call at 10 AM and the engineer will then confirm the time of arrival to sort out the problem. I didn't get a call at 10 AM, that wasn't a problem I can still understand that in a crisis situation you guys will take time to respond. unable to view channels owing to signal failure

Subscriber ID -[protected] . This is the second time I am putting this complaint in less than a month. I have been facing problems since the last four months. I tried contacting the helpline but everytime a tape-recorded message you get saying 'Our customer service representatives are busy'. Luckily if you get through may be after 10-15 minutes of hanging on the phone, the CSR will take the complaint and keep you on on hold to check details...

Not received HD box till date

S ID:[protected] I have received a call from you that pls change your setup box in HD set up box by paying 590 rs. on the same day i hace credited the same ammount, but after a week no one has come to change the Setup box.I have call many times to your customer care for the same they are saying just in 2 hrs you will get it but still i have got it....

worst service by customer care assistant and technician

showing "new software bieng donloaded for last two days"

Issues with Channels and Digital Box

Service and Money Deduction

Unwanted charges being deducted from my account

deduction of charges while relocation not done

dectivation of service by charging wrognly

My customer Id is [protected] . i have paid Rs 2040 on 3rd of March -15 for Metro pakage plus the HD access charges of rs 100 /month . by the time metro pacakge charges got revised to 2140 rupees for 6 month plus HD access charge to rs 125/ month .
