Sir, my tata sky id no: [protected]. Since a long timemy tv stopped receiving signals from tatasky dish probe.No singal message is being displayed on the screen.
Please make arrangements to rectify the defect and make my tv functioning, receiving channels at an early date.

              Dear Sir/Madam,
              I have recharge my Tatasky account dated 26th August 2020 amounting Rs. 2640 & Rs. 1400 (Statement Attached). But due to my financial problem I have request to Tatasky Associate for refund my amount. He initiate the same, tatasky account debited the amount. But till now I have not received any amount from your side. I have checked my bank account and payzapp account. Attached please find my bank statement & Payzapp wallet statement from 26.08.20 to 26.09.20. I have contact several time to tatasky associates but till now no solution for the same. I have also contact to Payzapp customer care. They told me tatasky not initiate the payment for refund. Please do as urgent basis. Why it is not initiate the same. Who is responsible for this amount. Who is responsible for interest the above amount.

              Kindly acknowledge the receipt.

                  Hi Team,
                  I have recharged 500 Rs. for tatasky twice from my phonepe mobile app on 17th October 2020 and i got successful recharge receipt from phonePe for both transactions but both the time the transaction got failed at tatasky account and got failed transaction message also failed transaction id for tatasky are mentioned below, the amount has been deducted from my bank account but the tata sky account did not get recharged.when i spoke to phonePe customer service they say the recharge was successful from there end and they processed amount to operator which is tata sky in this case so asked me to check with tatasky customer support. But when i contact tatsky customer support and raise complaint they simply close ticket without any resolution or not even intimating me same and i rasied 3-4 time complaints and all are closed it's been 14 + days now and i did not get a refund also please take necessary action and escalate this issue.

                    I recharged my Tata sky account on 2nd November 2020 for rs 268.The recharge got failed but the amount was debited from my FBI account.When will I get the refund?

                      I recharged my Tata Sky account for ₹3324 on Nov 1, 2020 via BHIM UPI. I made 2 transactions, first one was unsuccessful as I entered my PIN wrong (1:18 PM), and the second one was successful (1:35 PM) and the amount got debited. When I returned to Tata Sky app, the payments page was processing and after it was done loading, it was a blank white page with only a ‘Done’ option on the top left corner.
                      And then a file named "paymentReceiver" was downloaded, which was 0 bytes. Then, I gave the 'Done' option, the popup closed and I was in the home page. When I checked the balance, it was not reflected. There was no entry in Tata Sky app's Transaction History either.
                      I spoke with two support people, and both mentioned only the unsuccessful transaction which was done at 1:18 PM. One of them said there was no such entry for a transaction at 1:35 PM.
                      I am requesting the technical team to look into this, whether there was any issue in the second successful transaction that I made, because the blank page that I got was unusual and I have not seen that in my previous recharges.

                      I need a full refund or a successful recharge in my Tata Sky account, so I am seeking your help.

                          Sir,

                          We are extremely hopeless about Tata Sky services and are now forced to complaint because of poor services of Customer care at your end. Since 3-4 days back we made a complaint and it is not been attended till date and continuously we are in follow up with Tata Sky customer care and service engineer. They are just lingering the matter and are wasting our time on daily basis from last three days as they fix the time and are not coming after repeatedly follow up and not even picking the call. This is ridiculous as we come from office leaving some part of important job to resolve the Tata Sky issues but to our surprise he do not come and says to come after an hour.Again the service engineer do not come after passing the sufficient time and we are not getting any proper response from Customer Care.

                          The customer care is totally making us fool and commit to resolve the issue within TAT of 24 hours. Our complaint no is 1-2GWOS463 dt.[protected]:32 PM which was registered by Sh. Rahul Kumar and is not attended till the time.

                          Spoke to many persons at frequent intervals and specially Mr. Anil singh service Engineer behavior was so rude to us that he even used abusive language and misbehaved like anything he kill our official time from last 3 days due to this our official work affected and your team mentally harassment not giving proper responce.

                          Since morning 09:49 am we are in followup with sh. Sabal kumar and sh. Pushp Raj time : 12:30 PM dt[protected] told that the above mentioned complaint is closed without informing us and even without solving it.

                          Kindly look in to the matter and resoled the issue on priority without any further escalations and take action against concerned who spoiled our valuable time and mentally harassed us.

                                    My name is Premji Dedhia. My tatasky id is [protected]. I have complian in tatasky on 23 oct 2020 regarding cable service not coming in house no. A511, A512, A514 & B517. this houses have connection coming from one box & our society have common tatasky dish. When i complain that time asked to kajal madam id no. 239671 that your company will charge any charges for resolving complain but that time she said to me that as your society have common dish so you dont have to pay any charges for the same. On same day technician name was akhilesh came to my house is just doing their on work he didnt listen to problem as we facing. He done something but still not reslove after that he heard my problem then he came with me from where actual problem was there. Fault was not in our house that was in common connection box. After that he done correction in connection box And that technician told me that if all the houses who have problem all have to complain differently as he get commission more. He message something to madam that i dont know & he gone from house. On 29 oct 2020 morning message showing in tv that you have to pay rs.150 as visiting charges & rs.116 is some other charges as i have some balance in tatasky so that they deducted that balance & other amount shown as negative balance. On the 29 oct 2020 i complain in consumer care officer hemangi regarding this issue but they said that you have to wait for 3 to 4 days for resolving. And same day my tatasky connection discontinue. Without my fault i am sufferring. And tatasky company sending message to me recharge to avail service. But last date my recharge is 31 oct 2020. I have complain twice a day one as i seen the message that time & when cable got disconnected that time. My complain no.1 is 2gsma4iq @ complain no.2 is 2guducp2. They try to recover that negative balance from me for this they are trying convincing me to recharge so that remaining amount also they can deduct from me. I want solution fast because of their mistake why i suffer. Because of their mistake we cant avail this service what was my mistake?
