Dear Sir,
After talking to your executive on 7.5.2015, my fee has been reduced not to my satisfaction. In this connection, I focuss your kind attention that my monthly fee is being increased perioidically without my consent. Further, I do not require the following channels and same may be deleted from the packages and re-set the package accordingly.
1. Special channels are not required.
2. Music and Audio channels are not required
3, In the Entertainment channels, Channels Nos. 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, 167, 167, 169, 185, 190 and 191 are not required.
In view of above, I once again request you to re-set the package fee affordingly.
