regarding cancellation

Each and every time a different person picks up the call and says that we will give you a call back and then cancel the service but since two weeks neither did we get a call back nor is the service...

no signal for regional channels - 45 days

since 4th april 2015 i have raised a complaint to tatasky that im not receiving signal for regional channels. 7 work orders raised and they said installer will visit..but no one came. i requested them that i will pay for the service, they did not do it. they are saying upgrading the system. its nonsense It seems they have a major problem with the channel providers, , so they are bargaining for cheap cost..and charge high for us.. I have raised a complaint with Tata Sky with no signal on my television 5 days back. I have not heard back from them. Have reached out to the call center and the twitter handle. The CC is very difficult to reach. The wait time announced is 2 min while I was not connected even after 15 minutes. CC tells me that a technician will come but cannot commit when. Not getting signal for more than 50% channel

None of the channels are working after anual payment to Tatasky

Hi Tatasky team, We are able to view very few channels with our annual package of Rs, 10, 000/- So please return the amount on pro-rate wise. Complaints are not addressed properly. No signal and cheating technician

CALL FOR OFFER BUT BENIFIT NOT GIVEN BY THE COMPANY AFTER RECHARGE

Pethatic Service

From last 1 month trying to reach customer with very hard luck. Need to try atleast 5-6 times each time 30-40 min on call wait and finally call get disconnects saying "we will call you back" which never happened till date. 4 weeks we are unable to view channels due to 4K upgrade at back-end and Tatasky is kind enough to send engineer to adjust the signaling at antenna after 4 weeks and extended my subscription by just 3 days. Tata Sky Relocation - No Service, Fake commitments

Relocation and installation of new connection

I am using Tata Sky at my home for last 8 years but now I am compelled to say that service of Tata Sky has deteriorated so much that I am planning to change my service provider. I was given one complaint that showing No signal in all channels. I called customer care and they told that they will visit soon FREE OF COST and recharge amount will refund, but no one come I called them at least 40 times always called tomorrow but not visited, 4th may called one installer and told i[censored] pay money then he will visit I told ok, and solved the no signal problem. When I called for refund again same thing tomorrow will refund....
