Dear Concern, I am a very old customer of tata sky with subscription id [protected]. Today i have recharged this subscriber id for next 6 month. After that i got a message stating that they have activated daily active music channel on my subscriber id, without my request. When enquired on customer care toll free number they are unable to give any satisfactory answer and stated that this cant be deactivated before 90 days. The same thing happened to me last time also when i recharged it in month of November'14, although same was deactivated immediately when i complained to customer care executive. Now i want to know that how can these people activate any channel without customer request, please forward my concern and complaint to tata sky and ask for immediate solution. Why should i pay for anything extra for which i have even not made a request. This time i am very serious and if a proper solution is not provided then i will definitely lodge a case in consumer court for this matter.     my customer id [protected] since last month 5 april i am trying to reinstall my tata sky ...after shifting from banglore ...is there any one who can help solve the problem...what is this you are taking customer for granted..i think i find complaints daily of your poor services ...worst customer care...not attending calls, disconneting calls... or i have go to consumer court now to fight this case . i understood your service is not good. So your peoples are not giving correct answer and not resolve the problems immediately. Earlier your service is better than the others. Now is very poor and bad.

        I have made several complaint's to tata sky till date no response from them, they dont have courtesy to call and wasting our time after taking money and enjoying from our money with out attending, I dont know how their engineers taking salary and how the company is paying to them with out working. They said they will adjust the amount paid to them but till date they have not adjusted i have to get back money from 02.04.2015 to till they state the relay (God only knows when they will relay). I think the tata sky company is going to close like chit fund companies after taking money from customers. When ever we call to their customer service they simply put phone for waiting atleast 30 minutes and they will not speak and the call automatically cuts. How my compliant has been cancelled with out attending and without informing me. My W.O.No. NS[protected] dt. 02.04.15 @22.35 hrs cancelled by Tata sky without attending on 26.04.15 @22.07 hrs and asked to sent "Miss call" to this number [protected]. I think there is any shortage of engineers or they dont want to attend. Such a worst behaviour and no courtesy. I have made compliant through consumer complaint's, to their Nodal officer, through CC from phone, but no response. They mail automatic message your compliant will be attended in 24 hours. But the 24 hours when will come God only knows. Kindly give me the top most person of tata sky company i want to talk the him. How is maintaining the company, how is taking money and sending SMS to pay subscription, without relaying. If not possible to give numbers Please tell me to whom i have sent the legal notice. I will claim all phone call charges, SMS charges, Refund amount for non relaying from 02.04.15 to till the date of relaying of channels. They know to charges penalty if not paid within the 30 days, but dont know to relay. It is shamed and all are laughing in my neighbour and asking why you have purchased tata sky and telling me i have made mistake, I could have go for Airtel, Videocon etc. Please advise them to call me urgently otherwise tell me how I can close the tata sky subscription immediately.

          It has been near about 1 month that our problem is not resolved by tata sky. Actually, our tata sky setup box displayed us wrong SUBSCRIBER ID which called us for urgent payment and we recharged our account by 5500 Rupees on 10 April which went to wrong ID. We have called on tata sky helpine number many times but many times it was unable to contact them due to their server problem and if contacted they used to give us a hope that they will contact us even their head department would contact us but no calls from them . We have complaint number of times in hope that our problem would be solved but it has not yet been solved. We have a screen shot of our T V displaying us a wrong ID and still it is displaying a new wrong ID. We want our money to be refunded back soon. Hope our problem would be solved.

          Did they refund you the money yet ? I am facing a similar problem. I recharged with Rs 240 as the alert popped up informing urgent recharge which now the local takasky dealer around here has confirmed is not our subscriber Id... Currently all channels are disabled for us ... I tried calling their customer support and every time i explained the matter to an executive they would keep the call on hold and told me that they were transferring it to delhi centre.. or some other reason... some executives even abruptly hung up .. Total i spent 77 Rs. on listening to automated voice messages and trying to get to speak with their customer care executive.. Apart from that my dad even have received calls from Tatasky executives while i am at work and he wasn't aware that they were for activating some Tatasky services. The monthly recharge shows 550 Rs for us now. So probably they have activated some service for us which we don't even know what it is..Apart from that there are so many other issues we have been facing since last two years after putting takasky...I have been wanting to watch a movie today but guess what life is zingalala cos tatasky jo dala
          My subscriber id was displayed wrong. I have recharge on the id which was displayed to me but the recharge is gone to some one else. When I called to tata sky help line they have updated my set up box and the subscriber id is now change. But this is now my real suscriber id, but the recharge is not yet refund on my id.

            Dear Sir, After talking to your executive on 7.5.2015, my fee has been reduced not to my satisfaction. In this connection, I focuss your kind attention that my monthly fee is being increased perioidically without my consent. Further, I do not require the following channels and same may be deleted from the packages and re-set the package accordingly. 1. Special channels are not required. 2. Music and Audio channels are not required 3, In the Entertainment channels, Channels Nos. 162, 163, 164, 165, 166, 167, 167, 169, 185, 190 and 191 are not required.               I had recharge 240 rs for month but i got validity 22DaY from lasttwo month .i doNot HD chenNel regarding to this email three Time but No reply .and calling last four day but not conncting but i lOst my 100rs balance .pl consider my complain.it very bad serVice.

                Highly disappointed with ‪#‎Tatasky‬ service (Subscriber ID: [protected]) ... Since last 3 days (06th to 08th May), they are not able to complete my request (WO- HYV9CJD) of re-installation in Mumbai ... On first day (06th May), someone from their installation team is calling for installation in Himachal-Pradesh ... On second day (07th May), someone from their installation team is calling for installation in Madhya-Pradesh ... On third day (08th May), someone is calling from Delhi ... What is this #Tatasky ? Are you crazy ... You are performing worse than any Municipal office of some small town ... Even worse, your customer care division guy (Ashish) cancelled my call in middle ... #Tatasky SUCKS BIG TIME ... Now, thinking of shifting to some other operator ... BOO.

Kapur - Mobile: [protected] Since there was no smooth service during Feb and March 2015 and I was made to pay for two visits of engineer @ Rs.170 each with no action to resolve the fault. After consumer forum's intervention the service was resumed and fault removed in April 2015. Since then I have made 3 requests for refund of charges, but instead of any positive response, I am provided service request numbers and am told that a rep would contact me. No action from any quarter. Thus, this complaint expecting action through this channel. Thanks.

                      We requested for the relocation of Tata Sky to Vellore, Tamil Nadu through Tata Sky Helpline Service. Spoke at 10 a.m. to Mr. Varun to send a qualified technician to dismantle the dish and disconnection from the TV, who promised after 4 hours some one will give a confirmation regarding visiting to our premises. We further requested to be kind enough to expedite our request as the movers and packers were coming to pack all the household goods, durables, furniture, clothes, etc. Around 3 p.m. we called up again and again Mr. Varun was the one who attended us and again we requested to send somebody and he asked for another hour to get thing done. However, at 4.25 p.m. we received a call from somebody who asked us if he can send some technician after 1 hour. We requested if it can done within 10 minutes to which he declined. So we called up the customer help line and Mr. Karthik attended us and after hearing the whole episode put us on hold for 3 minutes and then disconnected. Then we called up again and spoke with Ms. Rachna who claimed to be in a senior level post. In stead of rectification or solution, she told us today or tomorrow the dish will be dismantled and we can carry it along with us. Thus we seriously doubt a behemoth company like TATA is misfit for the service industry as they are very slow, useless, unprofessional, not at all customer-friendly. This message should be passed on to higher hierarchy so that they can delve as to how this could be enhanced. As the saying goes "one rotten egg spoils the whole crate", one unsatisfied customer is a dent on the company's image.

                        Hi from last one and half month, I am not able to view most of the channels. If you can't provide the channels then why not you reduce the base package. I can remove the add on packages, but not minimum base pack channels. As a whole i am not getting the service that i am paying. My subscriber ID is [protected].

HD, Regional and 70% Other Channels are not coming since 3rd May' 2015.Several Complaints and Work Orders have been created, However No technician has visited my home till date. Horrible Service from Tata sky. I have a Annual HD Mega Pack and would like to have my money returned as not able to view TV for last one week. Please take necessary action against Tata Sky.

                                Sir, At our Sheetal Vihar Group Housing Co-op Society, we have 85 Flats and invited "Tata Sky" to provide connections to all these Flats through internal pipe-line laid exclusively for this purpose and it was agreed by TATA SKY Marketing Head in Delhi in 2004. We request you to direct your 'Delhi Office' to issue suitable instructions and complete the Task of providing Tata Sky Connection from the main DISH at the ROOF-TOP of the Society Building to all the flats via existing internal provision, since occupation has reached 100%.                                     helo sir, we have four tatasky digicomps in our home, out of which we want to cancel the connection of one digicomp, its no:[protected]. we have contacted tata sky executives in the tata sky helpline number by our registered mobile number. Each and every time a different person picks up the call and says that we will give you a call back and then cancel the service but since two weeks neither did we get a call back nor is the service canceled. we will simply be paying bills of the digicomp which we are not using.

                                      since 4th april 2015 i have raised a complaint to tatasky that im not receiving signal for regional channels. 7 work orders raised and they said installer will visit..but no one came. i requested them that i will pay for the service, they did not do it. they are saying upgrading the system. its nonsense It seems they have a major problem with the channel providers, , so they are bargaining for cheap cost..and charge high for us.. Please take action against tata sky immediately they are charging me the subscription and not giving any service. we are fed up with tatasky my tatasky id :[protected]

                                        I have raised a complaint with Tata Sky with no signal on my television 5 days back. I have not heard back from them. Have reached out to the call center and the twitter handle. The CC is very difficult to reach. The wait time announced is 2 min while I was not connected even after 15 minutes. CC tells me that a technician will come but cannot commit when. Might be a week, might be longer. The work order number is HYQ61CR
