I have 2 tata sky with different client ID. In one tata sky ther is more than 50% channel for which signal is not catching. and in second tata sky more than 30% channel signal is not catching, My friend is also saying that Tata sky service is very poor. They are also facing the same issue. In rainy season we can understand, but in normal season also there is continuous signal problem. Customer serivece department is also very poor of Tata Sky. Tata sky charge a call rate when we make call to customer care. Tata sky is also very costly compare to other service provider.

    Hi Tatasky team, We are able to view very few channels with our annual package of Rs, 10, 000/- So please return the amount on pro-rate wise. Complaints are not addressed properly. Website is jumping and clearing the send button of the complaint page. This has been observed in many TATA service web sites.       My subscriber id is [protected].i m trying to contact helpline numbers for two days for temporary suspension of services.while holding the line for more than 5-10 minutes i m unable to get any executive on line.i want to get my services temporarily suspended for 15 days from 08/05/15.it is surprising that its very easy to get any services activated but very very difficult to get it deleted or suspended through helpline.Tatasky has not given any facility of deactivating any package or others on its website whereas activation is available.this is a cheating and harassment to the customer.i m informed that helpline number is chargeable and one has to wait unnecessarily for longer duration without any response.please take up the matter with Tatasky.

        1. Since past 6-months my subscriber ID keeps on changing...and along with this the payment reminders always keep bugging, though I have paid 1-year subscription amount in advance during Oct-2014, ….complaint lodged over the toll free number immediately after the issue was discovered…but has fallen on the deaf ears, 2. These days, I am unable to order the showcase movies 3. Many of channels have just disappeared from the screen like news, cartoons, movies, and regional channels…. 4. The signal strength is pretty weak and the screen image breaks-down though the weather conditions outside are completely normal and are not Rainy at all… 5. There is a message box continuously appearing over the screen and when we press the yellow colour button on the remote to read the message, the ongoing programme just vanishes from the screen. Don't know as to what & where is wrong in the system... Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue immediately, if not, then I shall be forced to surrender the Tatasky connection and buy some other good product...

          Dear Sir, My tatasky id - [protected] I have filed the signal problems n number of times after your company Upgraded the system. Even after your technician came after one month the signals received in the evening, but next day evening the signals went off also your technician(Harish Mob - [protected]) cheated me by taking 400/- for changing some parts which is old one.Again yesterday i gave complain no - HZ9V38N but still nobody is coming, its showing your poor service.

            My sellf ranjeet parihar my customer id no [protected]my problem is no receiving signal from more t han 1 month i've recharged for Rs570 now theire is no use what i've recharged that amt only 3-4 channel are working i called customer care and registered a complaint then they told me we'll contact you within 24 hour but till now i didn;t get any so pls solve out this problem...

              Respected Sir, Your company regularly calls us and tell us about the new plans that you start. But when we are not interested in applying those packages your company by itself apply those packages.This is not acceptable.From previous 2 years the same thing is happening and we are tolerating it. But now it is not tolerable at all. If all these type of things will take place then we will take some legal actions against Tata Sky and the person dealing with all the packages offers. We are requesting you to resolve this problem soon and our package should not be alterated against our will. Thank you.

                I have recharged my tata sky acc. as on 28/07/2014 for 12 months subscription as per call received from offer department. But today as on 07/05/2015 my tata sky account services deactivated. When I call to help line no. I came to know that there is no offer updated in my account for above recharge due to this my services deactivated before 12 months. I have paid so much money only for the annual subscription but due to fault of your team I am facing inconvenience. So I requested you to please check my account details & update the offer for that recharge so that we can continue enjoy the tata sky Services.

                  My subscriber ID is [protected] and I am writing regarding the lack of communication and unjust billing cycle provided by Tata Sky. I recharged my account on 12 April 2015 with Rs. 310 which was discontinued on 4th May 2015. Please provide me the reason why the connection was discontinued before 12th May 2015 and why I am charged for HD connection which I never opted for. I reached out to customer care to resolve the issue which was a pathetic experience and they were not able to provide me any reasoning why HD option, which was given for free in the first month of service, was not discontinued when I did not opt for it. I was told that the free service that was provided as a gift by Tata Sky should have been discontinued after the month is over. Should this not be the responsibility of respective executive from the service provider to give proper communication about the services that will be considered by default on. When we recharge our connection we only pay for what we want to use and not something which is underlying and carries hidden charges. This is unjust to provide unfair burden to customers by providing wrong billing and not providing proper information in advance about which service will be considered continued without any consent from customer. If this is a prepaid service how a particular add on service be considered opted without any confirmation from customer. It would be kind of yours if this issue is addressed as early as possible.

                    From last 1 month trying to reach customer with very hard luck. Need to try atleast 5-6 times each time 30-40 min on call wait and finally call get disconnects saying "we will call you back" which never happened till date. 4 weeks we are unable to view channels due to 4K upgrade at back-end and Tatasky is kind enough to send engineer to adjust the signaling at antenna after 4 weeks and extended my subscription by just 3 days. Why we have to pay remaining 27 days?? And above this, Just yesterday, have moved the house and again had to 10 follow-ups for a technician to re-install the connection equipment at the cost of Rs200/-. Post job done, offered the amount to technician and he said, Not required [ i felt shock for this free service !!] Just sometime back, i got an SMS saying that, my connection got de-activated due to lack of balance. There is no information that, amount is going to deduct from account which we paid for channels. Again trying to reach customer care from last 1-2 hrs with no luck. I strongly feel, there is no customer centricity at TataSky. It lost customer faith & trust. When they are expecting huge number of calls due to their planned changes, they MUST keep more number of executives to attend customer calls. I have decided to move out from TataSky..just becoz of poor service

                      I have relocated within the city and It's been 4 days now and no one from TATA SKY has even bothered to follow up on my request regarding re installation. I have been calling and asking help desk for an update and they are running a pre defined script 'we have escalated this and we will arrange the call back asap and someone would reach out to you shortly. This is Absolutely Ridiculous. I have asked an agent to speak to someone from the management and the HOLD MUSIC continue... I guess this is the way how Tata sky treats its premium customer.

                        I am using Tata Sky at my home for last 8 years but now I am compelled to say that service of Tata Sky has deteriorated so much that I am planning to change my service provider. I have requested for a relocation of my connection on 2nd May 2015 to a new Address. I have also requested for a second connection with HD facility for the second TV at home at the same time. The help line assistant noted down every thing including my new address. Immediately I got two Work Order Reference number -1. HWXUG87 and 2. HWYAYKH. However no one called us in next two days and no technician came to attend the work. We tried to call helpline number many times. Every time a new person picks up, listens, notes down but then nothing happens. Since 5th May Help Line Associates started calling up, asking about the problem and then saying that my new address is not updated yet (I don't know why), technician would call us soon etc. etc. Surprisingly, I got another new Work Order Reference ( HWYDDAB). Then two technicians called me, both from the area of my old address and they were not aware that connection has to be relocated in my new address. It shows that the help line people do not have any kind o[censored]nderstanding and coordination among them, they are not aware of their responsibilities having very relaxed attitude and totally indifferent to the loss the company is making in the process. Even after 5 days of request, my work is still unattended. I am without TV connection and wish to take a new connection from other service provider. MY TATA SKY ID is : [protected] and I have almost Rs. 3000 balance in my account.

                            Hi, This is to share with all of you the pathetic service experience I had with Tata Sky for the first time since my subscription commenced. On 28th of April 2015 I had called the Tata Sky Customer care number to enquire about the relocation assistance procedure. I was told that the request for dismounting the dish was to be requested 1 day prior to the day of shifting. Accordingly I called them up again on 2nd May 2015 requesting that a service engineer be sent on 4th May – the day my household goods were being transported to Kochi from Mumbai. I was provided a Work Order Reference Number HX7AMTG via SMS mentioning that I would receive a call within 24 hours. When no call came till 3rd evening, I again called the call centre. The executive feigned absolute surprise that an engineer didn’t call or visit and assured me that he was raising an escalation ticket basis which a senior technician would call me by 10AM the next day. I reminded him that we were scheduled to shift the next day and hence there was very little scope for any slip-up. He reassured me that I need not worry at all and that somebody would surely save my soul. I received another SMS mentioning the same Work Order No. HX7AMTG and that I would receive a call within 24 hours. Predictably nobody called or visited. I called the call centre yet again. Another executive answered my call, re-escalated the matter (at least that’s what I was told) and assured a call back by 12 noon. By then packing was going on full steam and I was getting worried whether I would be able to send the Tata Sky Dish and cables with my other household goods. Not to worry Sir, the executive assured me again. At 2PM, I again shamelessly called the call centre. This time it was a lady who attended to me. She began parroting the same routine script so typical of call centre processes. I had lost my head by then and gave her a mouthful. She kept assuring me that before my truck leaves, the dish would be retrieved from the terrace and loaded onto the truck. Again nothing happened. The truck departed and with it my other household goods on 4th May at 5PM. The dish however still remains perched atop my building waiting for salvation. I received an SMS on 4th evening stating that Installer Visit was scheduled on 5th May between 18:40 & 19:10 hours. I was outraged now not knowing how to transport the dish even if the de-installation were to take place on 5th evening but decided to wait and watch. At least, I thought I could fire the living daylights out of the technician who would visit. Nobody came; instead received another SMS mentioning the same Work Order No. HX7AMTG and that I would receive a call within 24 hours. Another SMS followed on the same day stating that Installer Visit was scheduled on 6th May between 17:20 & 17:50 hours. What an absolute break-down of service.. I mean I don’t know what to say after all this. Today is the 7th of May and please note they kept repeating that I am a premium customer and hence there are no relocation charges.. I would rather they charge me relocation charges but offer me proper service specially in such situations. What I expect you to do now to redeem yourself is 3 fold – (1) take strict action against errant personnel who are damaging the TATA reputation (would like them to share with me details of action taken) and (2) de-install the dish, transport the same to my address in Kochi at the earliest and re-install the same at no additional cost to me and (3) Put processes right such that these kind of situations do not recur in future, definitely not to me.                               I was given one complaint that showing No signal in all channels. I called customer care and they told that they will visit soon FREE OF COST and recharge amount will refund, but no one come I called them at least 40 times always called tomorrow but not visited, 4th may called one installer and told i[censored] pay money then he will visit I told ok, and solved the no signal problem. When I called for refund again same thing tomorrow will refund. What I have to do now. MY Subscriber ID [protected].

                                I am having A TATA SKY HD connection, my subscriber id is [protected]. I am fully frustrated with these tata sky people, last 2 months i am not able to view normal chaanels as per my plan no HD channels are coming. And apart from these i complaint so many times but tata sky people not a tall replying to the problem, its very difficult to connect with customer representative always they will be busy and if they taken the call also immediately cut the call. Even one complaint no they will say our people will contact you with in 24 hours, now more than 24 days over nobody called. Even i tried to call the technician also but all these people are so bad people they will not realise that how the customer is suffering, only recharge time they are getting wake up, otherwise customer is fool for these people. Tata sky people do't know how to behave with customer and if customer is having any problem how to deal with that, only they are knowing to make customer fool. Very bad service provider.

                                    I often asked while calling tata sky to direct my call to customer care who can speak in Marathi. My call often gets directed to person who is able to speak in Hindi but not in Marathi. I can sense from the tone that my call gets directed to some South Indian representative who can not even speak in proper Hindi. I wonder whether there is any customer care centre in whole of India for Marathi at all? This is on purpose disrespect shown to my mother tongue. I can very well in English n Hindi but why should I? Why I cannot have Marathi is my main communication language in Maharashtra itself??? I am sure this no other language would be getting such disrespect. Shame on ill treat or considering one language as secondary to other people's mother tongue. I tried n number of time for my call to direct to Marathi speaking person. I either does not get transferred and wait for infinite time or it gets transfered to Hindi representative.

                                        we have two tata sky connections - [protected] and [protected]. for the last 45 days or more we are not getting any of the English language channels. complaints have been placed on helpline numbers and numbers being flashed on tata sky. we receive messages saying technician will visit at such and such time and date but no body turns up. of late the helpline number says if you have a channel viewing complaint we will get back to you as there is congestion but nobody gets back. never the less as consumers we are being charged for the services that have not been avaialbale and are not avaialable. this is a serious breach of cunsumer and service provider contract. Kindly take immediate action.
