I have shifted my house to other location recently. so i called to tata sky to uninstall the tata sky disc and install in my current location 3 days back. But 3days over I did not get any technician to uninstall.This is not acceptable at all from a reputed brand like TATA. Very very poor service. My referrence no : HYEUZSY

    Dear Sir, I have filed the signal problems n number of times after your company upgraded the system. Even after your technician came after one month the signals received in the noon, but in the evening the signals went off and could not view AXN and many of the ZEE channels, TLC, Discovery, etc. It has been over a month and I would like you to credit my account one months subscription. Secondly even before the technicians appointment time for repairs I get SMS that the work is done. This is going too far and I am frustrated. Thinking of disconnecting the Tata sky DTH connection if your company does not set the things right. My phone number is [protected]. Please see how many times I have launched the complaint and also sent NO SMS to [protected]

      Dear sir, I regret to inform you that I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by Tata Sky. I have two TV sets and regularly paying for both of them. If I do not use one TV set for one week, I invariably find It is not receiving signals thereafter. Recently I complained about this on 4th, May at 10.50 pm requesting to set it right at your earliest. I received a call from one of your technicians at 11.50 am yesterday saying that he will be reaching in half an hour. Unfortunately he never turned up till late in the evening. This forced me to recall customer care. Finally he landed at 7.07 pm and God alone knows what he did and showed that channel 100 was working and left thereafter. To my great shock I found on reaching home at 8.15 pm that only channel 100 was working and no other channel was working. I again called customer care at 8.20 pm to inform that my TV was still not working. I was told that it will be set in order by today morning. And the worst thing is I received an SMS at 6.12 pm yesterday saying that my WO HY9P43Y of 04/05/2015 has been completed. And the fact is the problem still remains. No one cared to attend to it today. Please do something to improve your service lest people will loose faith in you.

          ID NO. [protected] Dear Sir, we were out of station for a month, on return we found that the HD channels were not working. After our complaint your technician came today and rectified the problem. He demanded that we pay him Rs.170/- and did not provide a bill. We paid him Rs.170/ after I made a note on the form he gave us for signature. On second thought I called up customer care and found that no charge was applicable. I have been cheated by a Tatasky representative. I have loged a complaint with your customer care reprersentative who informs me that I will receive a call from the concerned authority by the 9th of May 2015.             Thank you for your response towards my complaint regarding noo signal.. However during this time i.e. from 8/04/2015-28/04/2015, daily amount of ₹9 was deducted everyday even when we could see nothing... Soo i request you to redirect that amount back into my a/c...               Dear Harit Nagpal/ Tata Sky, I am facing an acute problem of signal outage for more than a month now My Tata Sky ([protected]) went blank on 5th of April 2015. Subsequent to this my service requests posted from website wide numbers SR[protected] & SR[protected] dated April 11th & 14th respectively are posted as CLOSED in status & I don’t know Why & How? For the last three days I post a service request through phone every morning, a service request confirmation message comes within ten minutes & a service completion message comes by the end of the day- all on its own. I don’t know what’s happening to your ground team. You have completely lost my trust this time. I have booked my payments for the full year.. or else let me tell you I have no respect left for you & I am mentally prepared to move to the worst service provider in the industry & I would still find them better than you. You have ruptured & played with my trust so bad that I am calculating what will harm you more: my opting out of your service or driving a concerted action against you. Bad service, Bad people to work with. Unprofessional & Shameless of worst order.

              I am facing the same issue. For the same duration.

              While I agree that Tata Sky has provided good service during the last three years. With this particular problem since mid-March. They have been the Worst! Customer service does not tell you the core issue, they say they will send someone and no one ever comes. Why not tell the folks the issue, and when it will get resolved? And pay back or extend the contract? This is shady customer service.

                I have requested Tata sky customer care associate to temporary discontinue my secondary TV connection on 28 April and they launched my request but no action been taken by them . I called them again on 3th May just to check why they have not taken any action so lady told me that you will receive a call . after 3 days gone a gentlemen called me and told me if you discontinue and dont recharge you tata sky with in 90 day then your tata sky set top box will be scrape it mean again i have to pay 2000 rs to buy new box . it a cheating and looting of public money. you never have told us when i bought this secondary tv connection 3 months back.                   To Whomsoever it may concern I called up the customer care department of TATA Sky enquiring about a new connection. Mr Adil (new connections team) entertained and briefed me about the details for the same. After finalizing the annual offer pack of Rs.5850 (HD) I asked him how much time will it take for the installation, and I was assured it would be done by EOD once the payment has been made. I even asked him for cash on installation option and he said it would be expensive. The catch is he was only interested in getting the payment out of me on the back of fake promises. No technician has called me yet, initially after making the payment i got a message saying installation would be done today (6/5/15) between 7.p.m to 8 p.m. and now I get a message saying it has been rescheduled to tomorrow. When I speak to the concerned executives on customer care, no one is ready to give me a proper time line or explanation on the same. All of them have been asking for time so that they'll get back to me on priority basis. I'm highly disappointed with the kind of services from a deemed group. Regards Sripat Bagla

                    10 days before i took the tata sky connection. at that time local delear said that i will get the free channels along with this pack for first month. But till now i did not get that channels.. Im complaining local tata sky people but no proper response from them and they telling we solved it as soon as possible. I dont want to hear the same story again and again.. alomost 10 day gone. I need the channels. If you unable to solve my issue i dont have any other choice then i will look into another DTH provider.                           i booked a complaint through phone last week.a person came and told to replace the cable. we did it but still the services are not available. after that i am trying through phone, but no response. so please send the tecnician as soon as possible. otherwise disconnect the service and repay my outstanding amount.

                            My TATASKY id is [protected]. I have given a relocation request from Kolkata to Bangalore on 13th April, 2015(HNL1FOX). I have followed up rigorously since then, but still now my installation has not been done. After trying a lot of times, I even spoke to three of your nodal officers in Bangalore and who promised me that my request would be looked into by 24 hrs. but its been weeks now, no one has got in touch with me.I really want to know when I can start watching TV again?It is so difficult to get through your nodal office phone number in Bangalore. I have been put on hold for 10 mins each time I have called, but no one even takes calls. I probably have wasted a full months DTH subscription trying to call you people. Today(06.05.15) when I called up the customer care, I got to know that my 1 month long request number has been marked @[protected]@ by the installer and had to give a fresh complaint number.

                              Customer id [protected], my one month long installation complaint has not been solved, before shifting I had asked your respresntative clearly whether there will be a problem in re instation since 5 april i am calling & wasting my money on your customer no...this is getting worst whenever i complaint asking the same details...i have shifted from Bangalore from 27 march came to navimumbai on 4 April wrote to helpdesh at tata sky given me service request no 1-[protected] reference's no HKEHF3Y this is going worse day by day...mental harassment's plus worst services very bad customer services number keeps us holding for 1/2 hour with no response yesterday your representative told another excuse that my mobile was switched off...after that he called twice gave a single ring & disconneted... what a brilliant services...we didn't except this from tata...taking a bad image tata sky...no one in future will opt for it aleast reply ...

                                Dear Sir, I have lodged a complain as mentioned above on 4th May 2015. I can not view the programme due to the disc uprooted from its position for storm. All the time I am telephoning to your both number [protected], [protected], the answer of your representative is "our service Engineer will give you a phone call"But still to day at 10-15 a.m I have not got the lucky call from your engineer. I am totally astonished that a reputed company like you has left the call unattended for more than 30 houres. Can you tell me what mistake I have done by taking TATASKY service.                                   Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your kind notice that your service engineer is not attended prompt service. every customer of sun city is totally frustrated. mostly customer is removed Tata sky setup box as since two months we are not able to watch any tv channel & also tv screen is hang now & than. your engineer only visit sun city & not do proper service.I Think, he is only waste time & doing nothing. pl. change your engineer otherwise we are all stop the TATA SKY SERVICE with in two days.I think he is only interest in new customer and forget old customer satisfaction. pl. do the needful.                                     On 21st April 2015, my Dad, received a call on home landline from Tata sky customer care. He told him quickly about the additional HD channels activation with minimal amount offer on previous package. HBO Premium Channels Pack (30Rs) + Star World Premiere (20Rs). My Dad told customer care person that we don't need this offer and if he still wants to convince then call my daughter (that's me) when i will return from office. But that person just went ahead with this conversation and activated the channels and added the additional monthly charges to next month's bill. Further the 1 month period to use these channels was blocked so that no one can change it or revise. I further received SMS about this change in bill on same day. At late evening when i returned home i called up customer care post listening to what Dad conveyed to me. The person told me that now this package is locked and cannot be revised and i have to pay the additional charge of 50 this month. I asked him to talk to seniors and get this revised but he showed as if this cant be changed any how. He asked to lodge complaint through website or via sending an email and asked to call after 20th May (post 1 month's excessive bill payment). This is just not acceptable. I told him repeatedly that when my Dad refused to get these channels and i am on same day asking them to block these channels they didnt bothered to accept their mistake. The person kept on saying that whoever called at my home must have got confirmation and which is always recorded. I asked him to listen to that conversation but he said it is done only when complaint is lodged and they can listen what i am talking to him. I told him that why should i pay for what i dont want to see and i didnt opt. this is compulsion to grab money from all possible sources. Also these people dont have their shops where you can go talk to them and lodge complaint. As that person told me i wen to their website but didnt find any link to lodge complaint. I also forgot the email id that person told me. I called them again (the line connection to customer care is nightmare as it takes long time to connect) to put a request to change the contact number so that next time they wont contact at my home and directly will call at my mobile but for that also they put me on hold to connect to some other dept but after sometime call got disconnected. On my immediate second call to them the 2nd person didn't even listened to this havoc and just disconnected the phone. This is simply ridiculous. Let me know please to whom should i reach out to escalate this on very serious note. This is cheating and these people are taking customer for granted. I am not going to pay single rupee over and above my regular package amount but at the same time the connection should be active or these over smart people will not recharge it properly unless the additional bonus amount they want from customer.

                                    I have often added few channels for a month or two. And what I understand that if you add a channel on say 18th Apr then you can drop that channel only after one month i.e. on or after 17th May. But @mid night it will cut the pay for next month, so end up paying for two months even if you see channel only for one month. I often call customer representative and ad ask them to schedule a auto drop thereby avoiding paying extra. But this is so hassle full. I mean why cannot I just drop a channel and Tata sky continue to show them till the end of that month and then auto shut that on drop request set??

                                      MAIL SENT TO CEO SUB:GRIEVANCES RE :URGENT:DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT SUBSCRIPTION ID.[protected] AND STOP DEDUCTING DAILY SUBSCRIPTION Sir, You may please go through the detailed mail I had sent to your Nodal Officer which has not yet been responded. Further to it I had 2 online chat session today as mentioned below : 1) with Jayanth Nagaram Chat Ref ID 2263531 who informed that he had checked with the concern desk and they would call shortly. 2) lastly with RMohan Singh Chat Ref ID 2266386 who hearing my concern that why my account still not DEACTIVATED and a daily subscription still being deducted .He came with BEST reply being in service sector " THERE IS NO USE OF RAISING THE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS WITH THE SAME ISSUE". You being the CEO of a service sector just explain how TATA SKY can accuse its customer (of last 8 years) for even raising complaints ?? As a customer until the issue resolved of course I would complain. RMohan Singh even DENIED to register any further complaint, hOW IS THIS ??? If the Chat had gone on record you can observe that he was not bothered at all with customer's concern and just giving patented answer "it will be resolved shortly" and on my query suggested to write to [protected]@tatasky.com. In my mail to your Nodal Officer I have details of all my online requests started from 12/4/14 regarding de-installation, re-installation and lastly de-activation and the various chats I had with chat ref. ID and the name of person.From the last chat its clear all the chats/complaints gone ON RECORD but for some unknown reason you have decided to IGNORE all these. I DO NOT SEE ANY REDRESSAL/RESOLUTION coming from TATA SKY but you are very prompt in deducting the daily subscription when its on record that TATA SKY never responded to my re-installation request so I have decided to DEACTIVATE that is to close my account and was assured by Alok Kumar, Chat Ref Id 2248485 dated 30/4/15 that " I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOUR ACCOUNT IS TO BE CANCELLED BEFORE 1/5/15" . Looks like until the balance amount exhaust there is no other way to cancel my subscription. MAIL SENT TO NODAL OFFICER : Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice the pathetic services from TATA SKY as per details given below: 1) Through SR[protected] on 12/4/2015 requested for de-installation since we were relocating on 15/4/2015 from Navi Mumbai to Hyderabad. Instead of requesting your customer cares it was not taken place and we had to do it personally. YOUR TECHNICIAN AND CUSTOMER CARE STARTED CALLING AFTER WE REACHED AND SETTLED HYDERABAD. 2) We had requested for 15 days Subscription holidays w.e.f 14/4/2015. Also had online chat with VasudevaReddy Reddy with Chat ref Id. 2192341 for cancelling your service thats closure of account and given request ref no.1-[protected] and till date do not know what happened to that. 3) On 29/4/2015 through SR[protected] we have requested for re-installation SO FAR NO RESPONSE FROM TATA SKY 4) Since we already had doubt about your re-installation service we also put a request for DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT through SR[protected] SO FAR NO RESPONSE. Other than that I had online chat with Shilpa Kulkarni on 29/4/2015 with Chat Ref. ID 2243341 who had taken my request for Deactivation of account with immediate effect and given request ref no. 1- [protected]. When as per her assurance no one contacted by 30/4/2015 and rather found you deducting daily subscription from the account, again had online chat with Alok Kumar on 30/4/15 with Chat Ref Id 2248485 and he had taken complaint no.1-[protected] and mentioned " I would like to inform your account is to be cancelled before 1/5/2015" But as on date still there is no response from Tata Sky and my account still ACTIVE and you ARE STILL DEDUCTING DAILY SUBSCRIPTION SHAMELESLLY WHEN ITS ON RECORD THAT SINCE YOU DID NOT RE-INSTALL WE ARE NOT AVAILING ANY SERVICE OF TATA SKY and as per Alok Kumar the account has to be closed before 1/5/2015. As per record I had requested THRICE to deactivate my account. First on 14/4/2015 during online chat with vasudevareddy reddy, Sceond on 29/4/2015 through online chat with shilpa Kulkarni and Thirdly on 30/4/2015 through online chat with Alok Kumar. But still so far no action from Tata Sky. So you may explain for what you are charging and when you are supposed to get back to your customer with confirmation of the deactivation and refunding the balance amount in account.                                       Sir, You may please go through the detailed mail I had sent to your Nodal Officer which has not yet been responded. Further to it I had 2 online chat session today as mentioned below :
                                      1) with Jayanth Nagaram Chat Ref ID 2263531 who informed that he had checked with the concern desk and they would call shortly. 2) lastly with RMohan Singh Chat Ref ID 2266386 who hearing my concern that why my account still not DEACTIVATED and a daily subscription still being deducted .He came with BEST reply being in service sector " THERE IS NO USE OF RAISING THE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS WITH THE SAME ISSUE".

                                      You being the CEO of a service sector just explain how TATA SKY can accuse its customer (of last 8 years) for even raising complaints ?? As a customer until the issue resolved of course I would complain. RMohan Singh even DENIED to register any further complaint, hOW IS THIS ??? If the Chat had gone on record you can observe that he was not bothered at all with customer's concern and just giving patented answer "it will be resolved shortly" and on my query suggested to write to [protected]@tatasky.com.

                                      In my mail to your Nodal Officer I have details of all my online requests started from 12/4/14 regarding de-installation, re-installation and lastly de-activation and the various chats I had with chat ref. ID and the name of person.From the last chat its clear all the chats/complaints gone ON RECORD but for some unknown reason you have decided to IGNORE all these. I DO NOT SEE ANY REDRESSAL/RESOLUTION coming from TATA SKY but you are very prompt in deducting the daily subscription when its on record that TATA SKY never responded to my re-installation request so I have decided to DEACTIVATE that is to close my account and was assured by Alok Kumar, Chat Ref Id 2248485 dated 30/4/15 that " I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOUR ACCOUNT IS TO BE CANCELLED BEFORE 1/5/15" . Looks like until the balance amount exhaust there is no other way to cancel my subscription.

                                        Reception of all the Tamil & English Channels is very poor. Inspite of several complaints, no technician/installer has turned up for rectifying the signal problem. Work Order no. NS[protected] was once issued and was abruptly cancelled after giving an assurance that installer would visit on 20th April, 2015.
