My TATASKY id is [protected]. I have given a relocation request from Kolkata to Bangalore on 13th April, 2015(HNL1FOX).
I have followed up rigorously since then, but still now my installation
has not been done. After trying a lot of times, I even spoke to three of
your nodal officers in Bangalore and who promised me that my request
would be looked into by 24 hrs. but its been weeks now, no one has got
in touch with me.I really want to know when I can start watching TV again?It
is so difficult to get through your nodal office phone number in
Bangalore. I have been put on hold for 10 mins each time I have called,
but no one even takes calls. I probably have wasted a full months DTH
subscription trying to call you people. Today(06.05.15) when I called up the customer care, I got to know that my 1 month long request number has been marked @[protected]@ by the installer and had to give a fresh complaint number.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
