MAIL SENT TO CEO SUB:GRIEVANCES RE :URGENT:DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT SUBSCRIPTION ID.[protected] AND STOP DEDUCTING DAILY SUBSCRIPTION Sir, You may please go through the detailed mail I had sent to your Nodal Officer which has not yet been responded. Further to it I had 2 online chat session today as mentioned below : 1) with Jayanth Nagaram Chat Ref ID 2263531 who informed that he had checked with the concern desk and they would call shortly. 2) lastly with RMohan Singh Chat Ref ID 2266386 who hearing my concern that why my account still not DEACTIVATED and a daily subscription still being deducted .He came with BEST reply being in service sector " THERE IS NO USE OF RAISING THE MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS WITH THE SAME ISSUE". You being the CEO of a service sector just explain how TATA SKY can accuse its customer (of last 8 years) for even raising complaints ?? As a customer until the issue resolved of course I would complain. RMohan Singh even DENIED to register any further complaint, hOW IS THIS ??? If the Chat had gone on record you can observe that he was not bothered at all with customer's concern and just giving patented answer "it will be resolved shortly" and on my query suggested to write to [protected]@tatasky.com. In my mail to your Nodal Officer I have details of all my online requests started from 12/4/14 regarding de-installation, re-installation and lastly de-activation and the various chats I had with chat ref. ID and the name of person.From the last chat its clear all the chats/complaints gone ON RECORD but for some unknown reason you have decided to IGNORE all these. I DO NOT SEE ANY REDRESSAL/RESOLUTION coming from TATA SKY but you are very prompt in deducting the daily subscription when its on record that TATA SKY never responded to my re-installation request so I have decided to DEACTIVATE that is to close my account and was assured by Alok Kumar, Chat Ref Id 2248485 dated 30/4/15 that " I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOUR ACCOUNT IS TO BE CANCELLED BEFORE 1/5/15" . Looks like until the balance amount exhaust there is no other way to cancel my subscription. YOU MAY MAKE A NOTE THAT I AM STILL PAYING DAILY SUBSCRIPTION TO TATA SKY FOR NON SERVICE AND ONCE MY ACCOUNT BALANCE COMES TO ZERO HOPEFULLY MY SUBSCRIPTION STANDS CANCELS . I DO NOT OWE ANYTHING TO TATA SKY AFTER MY BALANCE AMOUNT EXPIRES. ID 2243341 who had taken my request for Deactivation of account with immediate effect and given request ref no. 1- [protected]. When as per her assurance no one contacted by 30/4/2015 and rather found you deducting daily subscription from the account, again had online chat with Alok Kumar on 30/4/15 with Chat Ref Id 2248485 and he had taken complaint no.1-[protected] and mentioned " I would like to inform your account is to be cancelled before 1/5/2015" But as on date still there is no response from Tata Sky and my account still ACTIVE and you ARE STILL DEDUCTING DAILY SUBSCRIPTION SHAMELESLLY WHEN ITS ON RECORD THAT SINCE YOU DID NOT RE-INSTALL WE ARE NOT AVAILING ANY SERVICE OF TATA SKY and as per Alok Kumar the account has to be closed before 1/5/2015. As per record I had requested THRICE to deactivate my account. First on 14/4/2015 during online chat with vasudevareddy reddy, Sceond on 29/4/2015 through online chat with shilpa Kulkarni and Thirdly on 30/4/2015 through online chat with Alok Kumar. But still so far no action from Tata Sky. So you may explain for what you are charging and when you are supposed to get back to your customer with confirmation of the deactivation and refunding the balance amount in account. Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice the pathetic services from TATA SKY as per details given below:

1) Through SR[protected] on 12/4/2015 requested for de-installation since we were relocating on 15/4/2015 from Navi Mumbai to Hyderabad. But as on date still there is no response from Tata Sky and my account still ACTIVE and you ARE STILL DEDUCTING DAILY SUBSCRIPTION SHAMELESLLY WHEN ITS ON RECORD THAT SINCE YOU DID NOT RE-INSTALL WE ARE NOT AVAILING ANY SERVICE OF TATA SKY and as per Alok Kumar the account has to be closed before 1/5/2015. As per record I had requested THRICE to deactivate my account.     Reception of all the Tamil & English Channels is very poor. Inspite of several complaints, no technician/installer has turned up for rectifying the signal problem. Work Order no. NS[protected] was once issued and was abruptly cancelled after giving an assurance that installer would visit on 20th April, 2015.       I am yet to receive any call from the technician or your support centre. Its been 5 days since i raised the work order HWQNRSX. Hats off to your pathetic service. Earlier when i called on 3rd May Sunday to know about the status, I get to know that my Work order was cancelled because the technician couldn't reach me !! Seriously?? I have been calling you people every day 2 times to know about the status and you say my phone is not reachable and you discontinue my work order without even informing me?? Then the work order was re-initiated and i am yet to receive any call from the technician as was promised to me that it will happen by 3rd May Sunday. I need a higher authority personals email id and contact details with whom i can raise this issue and hope it gets addressed.

        My Tata Sky Account No.[protected]. Inspite of recharging my account with 7700/- in the month of April for 6 months for mega pack my 6 months due date should be October 2015. In spite of repeated reminders my due date shows June 2015. I would like an explanation why am I being charged on a daily basis without my consent. This information that I am being charged on per day baisis is given to me by your call centre executive Sudama. You call centre services are pathetic. Please discontinue these taped messages. We are made to wait for hours just to speak to your call centre executives. You being such a big company this kind of attitute is unacceptable. Please look into the matter and get back to me at the earliest. You only want to cheat the public by charging them on daily basis instead of packs . Ophelia D'mello

        On dt 01/07/15b i made online recharge rs.100/- tata sky th obc debit card my tranation was failed with error reasons, but the payment is done success. and the amount 100/- is debited from my account

          bEFORE THIS WORKORDER, LAST MONTH I HAD COMPLAINED THAT THE CHANNELS ARE NOT CLEAR OR BLANK. THEY TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO ATTEND AND CHANGED SOME ITEM CLOSE TO THE DISH. PRETTY SLOW RESPONSE. ALSO TIME IS NOT MAINTAINED. THIS TIME AROUND INTIIALLY AFTER MY LODGING OF REQUEST, A TELEPHONE CALL WAS RECD AT HOME THAT THE THE TECH WANTED TO COME THE VERY MOMENT (I THINK IT WAS ON 02/05/15). WHEN THE PERSON ATTENDING THE PHONE EXPRESSED THAT MY PRESENCE IS REQD, SHE WAS TOLD THAT THE REQUEST IS OVER AND I NEED TO LODGE FRESH REQST WITH THE HELP DESK. CREATED UNNECESSARY ANXIETY. i MADE PHONE CALL TO YOUR NUMBER WHICH TOOK SEVERAL MINS AND STILL I WAS IN QUEUE. HENCE DECIDED ON CHAT. I HAD TO SPEND LOT OF TIME FOR THE CHAT. THEN THEY ASSURED THAT TECH WILL COME ON 04/05/2015 MORNING. THEN THEY HAD SENT REPEATED SMSs SAYING THAT THE TECHNICIAN WILL ATTEND ON 04/04/2015 BETWN 1440 & 1445HRS. NOBODY TURNED NOR WAS THERE A TELE CALL. aFTER THIS, THERE WAS A SMS AT 19.53 OF 04/05/15 THAT TECH WILL COME BETWN 1400 & 1445 OF 04/05/2015 AFTER THE TIME HAD PASSED - very funny. I HAD TO TAKE PERMISSION FROM MY OFFICE AND STAY AT HOME - FOR THE TIMING WAS NOT AS DESIRED - morning of 04/05/15. NO TELE CALL OR SMS RECD BY ME THAT THE TECH WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COME ON 04/05/15 AS PER APPOINTMENT. NO REGRETS FROM YOUR END. NO APPRECIATON FOR OTHERS VALUABLE TIME. TODAY I HAD TO AGAIN WASTE LOTS OF TIME ON THE CHAT WHERE IN STD ORNAMENTAL FORMATTED REPLIES WERE BEING GIVEN. NO ACCEPTANCE OF FOLLY AND NO EXPRESSION OF THEIR INABILITY TO KEEP THE TECH TEAM IN SHAPE OR NO REGRET FOR LAPSE OF NO INTIMATION FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENT. till now no msg from tata team that they were unable to visit the site as per appointment. TOTALLY UNLIKE A TATA PRODUCT. kindly take nec action on erring staff and shape up the tech team control and improve the follow up. See to it that the Work order is attended to after prior call. Also request you to let customers like me who have to suffer with repeated delays to get a direct tele contact to a CRM. regards. Ramaraju.

            Subscriber id :[protected] Extremely disappointed with the Tatasky service. When I recharged my a/c I was not provided service for 5 days stating that i had to upgrade to a mpeg4 box. Why did you accept a recharge when you new service to my subscribed channel was not possible ? Also I have been getting emails and messages stating the due date for payment is 6th May. Now disgustingly you have already terminated the service since today (5th May) afternoon. There is no response to my numerous emails / calls. The subscribers (my parents living in Pune) are both in the late 70s. and this is nothing short of harassment. Can not believe people can get away with this kind of pathetic attitude.               Visit Charges & other charges

              My subscription ID is [protected]. For the last 15 days there was sound problem in setup box. Sometimes there was sound and sometimes it was blank. Since, your system was being upgraded, I didn't lodge any complaint in hope that it will resolve automatically. But it didn't get resolved and I filed complaint on 3rd May. Same day, your technician visited but could not solve the problem. On 4th May, technician again visited but failed to solve...

                I bought a New Tata Sky connection (Subscriber ID: [protected]) from Compare DTH. While buying I was told that the installation will be done within one day of the online payment. When the installation didn't happen for 2 days, I called back the compare DTH guys and they told its an issue pending with the Tata SKy team and I should call the customer care. I called the Tata Sky customer care and I was told the request was put on hold as the address is incorrect. I raised a request from Pune, but the state was updated as Hanumangarh, Rajsthan. I asked the team to correct the address, but trhey said it will be done by the back end team who will call me. After waiting for another day, i got a call from backend team, who told me that this should be done by the customer care team. I again called the customer care team and got the same old response. I am fed up of the stupid and careless attitude of the Tata Sky team. I now want to cancel my connection and will switch to an Airtel DTH. Please tell me how can I get my money back. Please help.                   Hi, I am Pallvi my tata sky id is [protected] ..We have relocated to another address so we were trying to connect with TATA sky customer support from past one week but every time it took long time and queue to connect. after 2 - 3 days finally we were able to connect but they are charging 400 rs for installation and de installation again we agree on this and they send there technician who just de installed the dish and asked me to collect it from my old address(which is 10 km far ) after huge frustration and efforts we brought that dish at new location and now from last day we are trying to reach them for installation ...Why the service is so slow ??? if we have to carry that dish by own then why you are charging much amount 200rs for installation and 200 for de installation

                    My Tata sky registered No. is [protected] and registered mobile No. is [protected]. I have problems with regional and meny channels are not shown during your upgradation scheme from 2nd of April 2015 and I have complaint on that date. on 7th April we got first message for repairing but no one came. on 10th april i have once again lodge the complaint and on 11th April same message repeted also I have on 22nd Arpil once againt repeat the complaint. and on 26th April finally the problem solved. One part is changed by technician and demand of Rs. 480/- for change of part. i have paid the same but for 24 days I could not See and Why should I pay for your dealyed time for repairing

                      I have received a order from snapdeal of tatasky hd box and my order no is [protected]. There are five customer care centre numbers [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] mentioned on the envelope of tatasky but none of these are working. Then i took another number from tatasky.com. On that number i got information that i have to massage DL area pincode and hav to send it to 56633. After that i hav received massage from tatasky in which 5 contact number of tatasky dealers were mentioned near me which was [protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] but not even a single number is correct. After complaining about this to tatasky insist of apologising they told me to call snapdeal and told me to ask them to install my connection. This is total fraud from tatasky to there customers.

As proof I am enclosing earlier complaints etc for reference. I would request to extend the validity of recharge by 27 days more for which I shall be grateful.                           Hi, My name is Ravikumar D and my subscriber ID is [protected] (REG phone number 9738**5725). I had logged a complaint by calling TATA Sky helpline number [protected] regarding "Signal Issue" on 06/04/2015. The work order number NS[protected]. I got a message on 10/04/2015 saying "Your work order has been completed". It was a total surprise for me as I dint get any call from any technician or from TATA Sky personnel and the complaint was closed without any resolution. I thought TATA SKY provides quality SERVICE but here its not the same :(... Then I had recieved another message on 10/04/2015 which says "Your work order NS[protected] has been completed. Please share your experience. If satisfied SMS YES or else NO to [protected]". Immediately i had sent a "NO" message to the above number and waited for two more day. However, there was no response from TATA Sky. Then I tried calling your customer care number on 10/04/2015 or 11/04/2015 but the call queue was high and I opted for "Call Back" option. Got a call from one of your executive who speaks so damn good english...only god can understand his English... He confirmed that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours, but nothing happened within 24 hours. Then with all the pain I called up your customer care on 14/04/2015. They logged a new complaint for me Work Order No : H0407KE...As of now, no action and I have not received any updates. And once again I had called up the helpline on 02/05/2015 about my previous complaint status. They said the same is under closed status. Oh my god !!! Once again the same damn happened. They the customer care executive logged another complaint on the same day, W.O. Number is HXJMKOO. I had received a message from TATA Sky saying "Instaler visit for the WO. HXJMKOO is scheduled between 04/05/2015 19:00 & 19:45" & couple of minutes later on I had received one more message saying "Your work order number HXJMKOO 13:53 has been cancelled". Oh my gosh!!! Can someone save me from this of TATA Sky's quality services?????? I called up helpline number to know why my complaint was cancelled without my knowledge on 04/05/2015. I had to wait more than 9 minutes to get connected with the customer care executive. Finally the call was connected to the customer executive and I had to explaint him from the scratch and then he did not know how to manage me on the call. He said the call will be trasferred to his superiors and he put me on the hold. I had to wait more than 7 minutes and there was no response. I was literally screaming "HELLO" "HELLO" "HELLO" "HELLO" but there was no response. Then I had disconnected the call. Intentionally I ringed up immediately after disconnecting my previous call. Everything was normal and fine including the IVR messages. I had to wait 6 minutes to get connected with the executive. Finally my turn came. I was all alone screaming "HELLO" "HELLO" "HELLO" "HELLO" once again and there was no response. Is this acceptable???????? Today, i, e. 05/05/2015 I had received a call from a land line number ([protected]) and someone made a suspected false promise saying that my issue will be resolved today. Request you to look into my issue and help me to get this issue fixed. Its a month now and I am still living with the same problem. I am looking for compensation for my patience, time waste and inconvenience

                            I was complaint for relocation install on 3.5.2015 at morning. i got conformation message from tata sky and then i got call from many people from tata sky technician but calling only not fixed problem. Customer call center also cheating connecting...connecting... connecting...still connecting...

                              Dear sir, My tata sky Subscriber ID : [protected]. My account get deactive on 30April2015 after recharge with Rs.2640 with Dhamaal mix on date April30.Its 12month pack(11+1=12). My account was not get activate. Requested a complain for activation of account, after a technical visit account active on date 2May2015. My complain :- 1. Why technical visit required for activate the account ? charged Rs.170 to the customer. 2. Why amount reduced from my account when my account was deactive.(30th, 1st, 2nd.)Rs.36 was reduced.

                                I have shifted my Flat from Shere Punjab Andheri East to Monika Apartment Andheri East and trying for last 4 days to connect customer care number for re- installation of my Tata Sky. But both help line number are busy and no back call from Tata sky (as per voice message for back call within 24 hour).

                                  Dear Sir, I have 5 Tata Sky at my home & I am fed up of your service & fraudulent activities. My customer ID no is [protected]. My ordeal started on 22nd April, 2015 when I decided to have a tata sky HD box as I am unable to view channels on the old set top box. I decided to call customer care & make a request through no :[protected]. The executive said in order to take the request of HD box I would need to get the older box activated even though I can't view any channels on it so he activated it & claimed I would get a set top box installed on the very same day or maximum by next day. No one came on 23rd. On 24th too nobody came so I decided to call to customer care & make another request & they replied "someone would attend shortly, i.e., within 4 hours": No one did! However the next day a technician call, his no being [protected]. He ONLY ASKED ABOUT ADDRESS & told me that we would visit shortly. After that, there was no communication whatsoever and on the same day at 7.34 PM I receive a message that my request has been cancelled! So now I have started being charged for all channels that I can't even view! I immediately opened the complaint again by having a word with Pawan, this time my complaint no being[protected]. Also spoke to their senior Mr Praveen & explained him the entire issue that how the request was being cancelled & the waiver (as i was being charged for service I wasn't even using because of the inefficiency of team of TATA SKY). On 25th, I also spoke to deepika who said Mr chotan cancelled the request giving the reason that my TV wasn't compatible. Who does he know I don't have a compatible TV? Who asked me? (i have a 100% compatible TV & also a HD projector!). ON both calls I was assured that someone would attend me within 24 hours. No one attended on 26th April & on 27th My request was cancelled again! I made a New request made on call to Nitesh Kumar who promised I would receive service within 24 hours. My request was again cancelled on 28th April at 10.38 PM ! I again made a request which was again cancelled on 30th April! On 2nd May I got a call from the confirmation department & I spoke to Suhail & informed him that I had made several requests, all of which were being cancelled on no grounds. He said action would be taken but nothing has happened. Since then I haven't made any requests. They don't even take complaints against such cases. It's just a meaningless feedback procedure which is never executed. I have wasted over 4 hours of being on call (accumulated) including the ones which got disconnected for which there is no record. From 22nd April I have been making requests & being charged for services EVEN NOW that I am not using! And all of this AT THE POINT OF INSTALLATION, imagine how would it be if the problem was more severe. The reason given to me was I told the executive that my TV is compatible, it's all false on several grounds: 1. The technician called me just once i.e. on 25th April & never after that. 2. He never asked me about the TV. Only asked about address & claimed he would come. 3. Later, he didn't even call so what was the reason to cancel 3 more requests? 4. To most customer care executives I spoke I mentioned I can have a TATA sky HD box with an incompatible TV or even with NO TV, it's not their loss if I am ready to pay even for the sake of discussion (which isn't true). TATA SKY is not obliging me for anything. I was paying for the service I used & now I am not being given services & even being charged for it. Unfortunately all this experience from a company which belongs to an ethical entrepreneur like Mr Ratan Tata, very very unfortunate & heartbreaking! I am on the verge of filing a complaint & ready to take this case to the court. I want complete explanation of why the complaints were cancelled with full explanations & a heavy compensation. Every body here knows what a torture it is waiting for 15 mins & explaining their case again & again only to experience the same. You can not ignore the torture.                                     My tata sky id is [protected] @pune. Since 2 months, we are not able to see many channels. We have registered complaint many times but there is no response. There is no support from local dealer and neither from tata sky. The area in which we are staying is completely acquired by tata sky and still there is no response despite of many complaints.

                                      My tatasky ID No. is [protected]. Last time, I made online recharge, it was successful. For the last few days, esp.on 4.5.2015, I was desperately trying to recharge online with my VISA Andhra Bank Credit Card and SBI Debit Card. Everytime, the transaction fails and with apologies, I was asked to retry again and again. Note that the transactions were not failing due to Banks, but due to some error in tatasky itself. Entire yesterday I spent my time with your Customer Care. None of them understand our problems, they simply passon the customer's problems to somebody else. After failing with customer care, I went to tatasky dealer and make cash recharge of Rs.1000/- at 5 p.m. on 4.5.2015. To my shock, service is deactivated today. Customer care again as no response and disconnected phone. I have been seeing customer care of so many products.but I have never seen such horrible customer care like tatasky. If my complaint does not receive immediate rectification, I am ready to surrender the tatasky service altogewther and go to a better service provider.
