Hi, I am tata sky subscriber. Subsscriber id [protected]. There is no signal from past 3 weeks One complaint has been registered on 22nd(SR[protected] and an engineer came to my place. He has verified and told will come later. After that we are calling him and he is not coming. Also, I've noticed that the SR (SR[protected] is in closed state. We are fed up by calling customer care and the service engineer. Request to file a complaint for this. Please reach me @+91 [protected] Regards, Nithin

    For more than 2 months i am not able to view certain channels inspite of getting charged for thta. A month back some CCE said that a technical guy will come to resolve however, noone turned up till date. Trying to connect over phone at Tata sky customer care number, which repeatedly says there is congestion. Can sumone please let me know the further steps of action to get it resolved!

      Sir,
      On 03/05/2015, Tatasky has unnecessarily deducted Rs.49/- from my account without any reason.
      In the evening one sms received in my registered mobile number that your request completed for monthly active cooking which is false. No one from Tatasky called me or talk with me regarding for above information. It is totally false report submitted. I am a single pers and i have no time from office that i watch the cooking channel.

      Keeping in view of above, you are requested to check records and add my money which was deducted from Tatasky ID No. [protected].

        My Tata Sky Sub Id no. is [protected]. I am not receiving Tata sky signal since 9/4/2015. So on 10/4/2015, i contacted ur helpline no [protected], and was told to give a miss call to ur tel no [protected] and prompt action wil be taken. After giving a missed call nobody turned up for 10 days. On 19/4/2015 i received a call from one o[censored]r associates to remind me of my tata sky recharge, the due date for which is 6/5/2015. I burst out in anger at ur associate who gave his name as Swapnil saying that since no action was taken there was no point in recharging or continuing with ur service. He then arranged to help me out and so one o[censored]r technicians turned up at our doorstep after 11 days i.e on 20/4/2015, who after checking promised to change set top box (as i had old MPEG2 box) to HD which he changed on 21/4/2015 and charged me Rs. 1200/-When i told him about the signal problem he said that now there shud b no problems as he has checked the wires and everything seems to be ok. But again after 2.3 days the problem stared again. So on Saturday ie on 26/4/2015 i called up ur helpline no again and explained the same problem, He again gave a promise that my complaint will be immediately looked after. On Monday i.e on 28/4/2015, the same technician who had visited my house on 21/4/2015 called me on my mobile saying that the since i have been using the Tata sky since many years the wires have become old and have to be changed and my Tata sky antenna wil be connected to the common Tata sky antenna which is installed in our building 2 years ago. He told me that i will have to pay for the wiring and re-installation charges. He promised to come in a day or two. It has been a week since his call and nearly a month since my first complaint on 10/4/2015 and still my problem has not been solved. I can say now for sure that ur customer service has been the worst i have come across. My simple query is to know whether my signal problem will ever be solved or not? If it cannot be solved, please tell me clearly so that i can discontinue with ur services and look for some other alternatives.

Till date almost 8 senior executives have promised to resolving the issue in 24 hours but nothing happened. Its really pathetic and irritating service by Tata Sky. Irresponsible people. God knows what kind o[censored]pgrade they have done, it actually disturb the normal service too. Very hopeless way to handle after upgrade service.
        I will not recommend anyone to go for this service provider as day by day they are getting worst in service.

          Tata sky was requested on 24th April 2015 to stop the set top box for secondary connection as it was not to be used .But on 25th April, they stopped the set top box of primary connection, Thereby stopping both the set top boxes . So immediately they were contacted again and asking them to stop the secondary connection only and transfer funds of secondary connection to primary connection.But they have not yet taken any action on this despite of the fact that number of calls have been made to them and many a times they don't even reply back.Every conversation of subscriber is recorded by tata sky but i think they don't bother to listen to recorded conversation for redressal of grievances of the subscribers . It's almost now more than 10 days, they have not yet stopped the secondary connection . But they are very fast in sending reminders of recharge without looking into the problems of the subscriber . May I request their seniors to look into the grievance of the subscribers for long survival of Tata Sky, because without subscribers, there won't be any Tata sky

            From last 2 months, we not getting a proper service from TATA Sky and I've tried many times to contact with Help-line number but no response. Seriously I'm totally fed-up with the very Poor Service and ir-responsible behavior of consumer executive. I[censored]'ll visit to their website, they've mentioned about the Re-charges and packages all around but what they'll do if someone not getting a proper service after re-charge.

                Hi...I am Mukul kumar.i just want to say one thing. TATA SKY is a "CHOR" Company. Today a person called me in the evening and told me that he will be giving me ACTIVE MUSIC for free to me for 1 month. When i said ok.. He cut the call. Immediately i got a SMS that ACTIVE MUSIC have been added to my package and Rs 49 has been cut from the balance. When i called the helpline, they told me that it can't be reversed and they cannot refund me the money.It can be reversed only next month. When i told him transfer the call to his manager..He said OK and put me in queue..which was endless and i have to stay there for 40 mins after which i cut the call. My personal opinion is that Tata is a LOOTERA company. Whichever business it attaches to...makes it corrupt and 3rd class.

                  Our Subscription id is [protected] on name Basant Lal Gupta. We have subscribed to dhamaal pack of monthly charge Rs.230 last month. We were not receiving aaj tak, zee news, Ibn7, start ustav, star gold, set max, Zee Classic channels after that service was unavailable since 29 April 2015. I raised complaint with ID : "HVWM3XK" But backend team cancelled complaint without solving it. It has been 4 days for date of complaint. Today i have raised another complaint with id: "HXR6QLR". If this is the way to support please refund my all money(purchasing amount) and take your set top box back. Please solve the problem ASAP otherwise i will raise the problem to consumer forum.

                  I have a TataSky connection in my name as D. Das (Subscriber ID - [protected]). For last few months I'm facing some service related issued where a subscribed channel is unavailable but the company representatives are not visiting to investigate even after several call logs. The are just rescheduling and later canceled without giving a phone call. My last online request (SR[protected] for Star Sports 1 not unavailable was also closed but issue still persists.

                  I also tried to contact with their help line over few calls for more than half an hour where they could not fix the issue but only asking me to wait.

                  The TV screen shows I have not subscribed the channel where I'm being charged for the respective channel included in the base pack and feeling like being cheated.

                      D/Sir, It is regretted to inform you that despite my no.of request you have failed to solve my problem from last month . also you do not even reduce my channel charge for non viewing of the above channel News Express. My package is make my pack for an amount of .170/-per month and the cost of News express is .5/- . my complain No. are 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] etc., respectively but all are fraud and vein. my id no. is [protected] and reg.. phone no. is [protected].A suitable action is solicited.

                        Not getting proper signal on some channels on Tata Sky I'm not able to receive signal on all channels for the previous month. In spite of repeated calls to the registered call centre I am getting empty promises like our representative shall be contacting you within the next 4 hours, but to no avail. It is shameful to get such replies from a company like Tata Sky. If the matter is not looked into immediately I will have no option than to complain to the consumer forum for proper reimbursement for the amount paid in due time and inconvenience caused for no reason. My customer ID is [protected]. Kindly look into the matter immediately and do the needful to avoid further complications.

                          My Tata Sky ID -[protected]... I first contacted Tata sky Customer care on March 15th as I was not able to view half the TV channels due to inconsistent signal. Later from March 29th, I am not able to view any channels at all. I would have made atleast 60 phone calls in the last 45 days. But till now, no technician has visited my place. Also the customer care people are blocking my number for 1-2 days if I make repeated calls in the same day.. I am forced to use different telephone numbers to call customer service and explain my problem. Also today, I was asked to recharge my account to avail any customer service as it had got deactivated due to low balance. I am wondering as to how they can deduct money for the past 45 days and yet not bother about servicing the customer. I also dont understand as to why to want me to recharge to follow up on a complaint raised on march 15th. I can understand if thats a new complaint. So far nearly 750 rupees has been deducted from My account and All i can watch is Life ok Channel and nothing else. I have lost faith in Tata Sky completely. Such pathetic service. No regards to customers. My blood is boiling literally..

                            Dear Sir/Madam, We are facing below issues listed with Tata sky company from quite a long time. Subscriber ID [protected] Account Status Active 1. Channels not available 2. Did not deactivate the offer package even after requesting for the same. 3. Once offer is over they continue to charge normal activation fees without informing. 4. Staff is rude: Disconnected phone abruptly 1. Channels not available: All Regional language channels(Marathi in this case) are most of the time not available from past 4 months.Error coming as 'No signal' Also, when signal is present channels are not continuously available (Many times screen becomes blank momentarily). Also, for all the offers we avail they continue to charge normal fees once offer is over but services are not available. Currently, for the offer English Channel package we are not able to see any of the English channels and they have still continued to charge normal fees for the same. Last time also, same issue happened with HD channels. Not a single HD channel was active and still they charged 125/- for 2 months. Later after police complaint warning they have reverted unnecessary charge for HD channel package 2. Did not deactivate the offer package even after requesting for the same. I had avail English channel package on 14th March 'English Entertainment J-Sat Mar15 Pack' costing 1 Rs for a month. Once offer is over, they have started charging me 60/- from next month. Hence, I have requested them to deactivate the offer to which they denied. They said scheme is under lock in period and system do not allow them to discontinue. Where in, I have been informed at the time of availing this offer pack, charges for English channels will be per day basis once offer periods is over till further intimation. So, I do not understand which lock in period they were talking about. Now this is Tata sky system issue which should not be my concern unless they are not charging me excessively for their system issue. On top of that, they have asked me to call again on 14th May to deactivate the service. Tata sky believes we are free to follow up all the services and their offers and keep calling them on the numbers provided which are not even toll free. 3. Once offer is over they continue to charge normal activation fees without informing. In continuation with issue2, whenever we avail any offer pack as soon as offer period is over they continue to charge normal fees without informing whether we want to continue it or not. Their system do not support such facility neither they show account details on TV screen and they expect us to keep track of offers and their validity manually. 4. Staff is rude: Disconnected phone abruptly While calling to customer care numbers (which are not Toll Free), to discontinue any service they keep transferring calls for their respective departments and every time they ask reason behind discontinuation and try to convince. And for every call transfer we forced to repeat the entire story. And today, they gave system issue for not to deactivate the service( Lock in Period) I have asked to call seniors/supervisors. And response we got as call disconnection. Kindly, look into this matter positively. There is no one in my family who is earning (My husband is retired person and I am a housewife.)                               i have been complaining about NO SIGNAL. since last 10-12 days. the complaint s registered and nothing is being and whne i call them back they say. The service has been cancelled. nobody visits and dont give any service. i have registered 6 complaints. but nothing has been done.

                                My tata sky customer ID is [protected]. I am a premier customer to them. I have one main connection added with three secondary connections. One of my secondary set top box got spoiled. I gave a complaint on[protected] and they gave a message that they will be attending the same on 5-5-2015. On repeated requests, the service person came on 2-5-2015 without any preparation and took back the set top box. On 3-5-2015, the service person replaced the set top box and went away. I received a call regarding digcomp number and on giving the number, the secondary set top box newly installed did not work and my primary connection also got disrupted with a message that there is mismatch between set top box and digicard. I made frantic calls and spent around 30 rupees on phone calls. The tata sky executives did not recieve my calls and they cooly informed that it will take 48 hours to attend the problem. This is the quality of service. For these two days, not only i have been robbed of watching tv, but also, eaten away my subscription charges without any authority. This is nothing but day light robbery. The loacal service people, did not even lift the phone or on lifting disconnected. there is no right for tata sky to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner.

                                  I got my Tata Sky HD box by mid of March. Its just been 1 month i got it. Just the name states that it is HD box, but I am not getting any HD channels at all. I am following up with their customer services for last 15 to 20 days. Whenever I call, they say that sorry and a engineer will visit your place and we will solve this issue soon. But not my issue is resolved nor the engineer has come yet for any visit. The worst thing is the customer service executives disconnected my call several times. Even their floor supervisors. When I called on 1st may 2015, I was told that a technician will visit my house in next 1 hour. But nobody turned up, I had to take leave from my office and wait for their enginerrs. For the last 15 to 20 days I am just being told that my complaint is forwarded to their technical team. Don't they have enginners for last 1 month to come and visit for a complaint raised? Please people I suggest NO TATA SKY SERVICE PLEASE. Please do not suffer like how I do. I hope this is registered and actions to be taken ASAP.

                                    Hi, I am unable to access tata sky services from last 15-20 days. I have made complaints so many times to them. They always say sorry and say that we are looking into your issue. After making so many complaints, I received call from their team[protected] and they said that our engineer will come to your place asap. But no one came not even a single time to visit. Third time, finally i received a call from engineer (Arun: [protected]), he told me that i am coming at your place in next 30 mins. Now its more than 4-5 hours, he didn't came and he is not receiving my call also. Pathetic & Worst Service from Tata Sky.

                                      Start from one month of Tata sky dish buyal, problem of "No signal" started coming. We complained many times, service person even came did what he could do but was unable to solve the problem completely. They even changed the box once with another but problem again started coming after few days. Now the problem become frustrating and tata sky people seemed useless and hopeless. So I request to rectify the problem by any means else like many other customers one more will loose trust on tata sky.

                                        I filed a complaint on 13 th April, they said that a concerned technician would come on 17 th to rectify the fault. We made a call on 19 th April again NS[protected], they said our work order was closed. Nobody came for service but the order was closed. We made the complaint again they gave a new work order NS[protected], NS[protected] on 22nd april 2015 but Nobody came for service but the order was closed, Then on 24 I call customer care lodge complaint HTK4A9Z, I also lodge online complaint on 26 april SR[protected] its close by tata sky without resolution of oroblem today is May 3rd and no one turned up yet also call to customer care and lodge complaint HXJH2BG & online complaint SR[protected]. Tata Sky has the worst customer care ever... cust ID [protected]
