    Subscriber ID [protected] Shifting of Tata Sky connection within 4 kms distance in Whitefield, Bangalore Period of gestation and counting : 10+ days. 1. Called Tata Sky Customer Care 10 days back. After 20 minutes of waiting, opted for call back option within 24 hours. Call did not come. 2. After 2 days submitted a request for relocation. Was informed the request has to be submitted for uninstalling the dish antennae first. Did so. Next complete week was a blank. Saving grace is somebody called asking wether the uninstallation is done. 3. Not getting any response for uninstallation, and being vacation for the kids, I enquires Tata Sky Customer Care, if I could have the balance of the annual pack refunded for the remaining 9-10 months, if I want to discontinue the service. I was categorically informed that Tata Sky does not have a policy of refund. 3. Finally, Yesterday, the Tata Sky engineer called and had very clear 3 points A) I need to leave office and be there at site despite explaining that we have shifted 10 days back and the dish was in a particular location and the security would guide him. B) he will not carry the dish antennae. C) since the new place had a centralized dish, we should leave the dish orphan at the old place. And finally asked whether he should close the call. 4. The next step was even more interesting : This morning I requested customer care for reinstalling at the new location. After some talking was able to convince that the reinstall could be done despite uninstalling. Request for reversal of charge for last 1 days of non-service, was met with 'somebody would call'. My concerns of not receiving call backs did not have any response. Request for suspending service, was met with a clear 'Can't take request since you have only Rs. 11 change in your account. You need Rs. 20. On retorting that I have already paid Rs. 7700 for the annual pack, and there is non service for last 10 days, and why do I need to recharge for Rs. 100 for a Rs 8 something to be done. I was accosted with her putting down the phone. So much for Tata Sky Service. I'm caught between the fire and the frying pan. Fire - Tata Sky : horrific service, sky rocketing cost of subscription, and incessant lack of service due to Bangalore rains throughout the year. Frying pan : loose hard earned money for making a bad decision.

      1205 hrs on 4th May 2015 complaint of non Reception was lodged on telephone.I was told that someone would call before 1600hrs. Special request for earlier was made in view of guests present at home. Again at 1700 hrs a800rs and continuously till 1945 hrs tried to contact all the numbers, I was only kept on hold. Even online chatting never knew my issue and did not answer my question. I also tried Nodal Officer on [protected] twice after hanging on for 20 minutes on both occasions call was disconnected. My Tata Sky is down since last 24 hours and no one is bothered to resolve my issue. Guess I will have to visit at very Sr level Management to address issue of Customer Focus.

        Hi, I am using Tata Sky for last 4 years. It started giving me problems from 1st of April'15 onwards. I complaint more than 50 times in last 36 days. But no proper response yet. After lot of fight with customer care, on 28th of April one tata sky technican visited my house and did some work.I started getting Star Plus and Doordarshan channals. He asked me to recharge for getting other channels. I recharged for Rs. 300 and still the situation is the same. When I contacted the same tata sky technican he asked me Rs. 300 for service. When I questioned him he started using foul languages. Now I am planning to go for some new service provider. If a company like tatasky can't give service for 35 days what is the use of keeping the service. Very Disappointed for such a service. I would like to know from anyone, Is there any way I can get back my recharge amount?. Also will the company take back their setup box and refund for the same. Tata Sky ID - [protected].

          I'm Using Tata Sky for my TV Set.But from last month onwards no proper channels to veiw hardly 10 channels to veiw . No proper Response from the HelpLine Team . Very Poor Service Very Disappointed for such a service. No call backs after frequent calls to helpline Agent or no Service Agent Visited . Hope to get a good feedback as soon as possible .             It has been more than 4 days since I raised a complaint and so far no technician has responded and come to my house.The most frustrating part is calling the customer care number. It takes more than 30 mins. in order to talk to a customer care executive. Today, when I called in order to check the status of the complaint, they say that it has been closed and when I ask the reason, they have nothing to answer. This is the WORST customer service. [protected] is valid till august.I do not intend to renew certain channels and as such those should have been disconnected, I am surprised that my valid package is disconnected.It amounts to breach of contract and breach of agreement from the companies side please remedy the situation as it will entail consequences of appropriate proceedings.                 Our TATA sky set up box id no:[protected] not receiving signal since 20 April, 2015. We trying to call customer care every day but they are not responding properly to us, first for connecting phone to them it have to spend Rs.30/- per call and after connect call they are telling we registered your complaint our person will contact you but no one is contacting us. We are regular investor in shares market but due to this we are not able to see channels related to share market. Because of that we are facing financial losses and it give much more mental frustrations also.                   Hi Team, i am calling to Bangalore tatasky office phone number([protected]) and registered complaint, as from the last 3 days the connection is not clear and all the regional and HD channels are not coming.But still no one is responding, after calling for more number of time they responded and told they are going to come around 5-6pm so i took half day but still no one was available .i tried calling to the same number again and again but no one responded.                     Hi Team, Iam Facing the issues in Tata Sky Setup Box for Two months. Due to heavy rain and thunder storm on two weeks back the Tata Sky Setup Box is not powering on. I have tried to you reach your helpline number. but unable to reach your executives. so please send the Techinican to visit the site and get this to be fixed. There is a Poor response from your end.                       My Tatasky HD connection went off on 1st April. I thought it was bad weather initially then after 2 days I lodged a compliant by calling them. Since then I have called them almost everyday, I am told technician would come in the morning, the following day, after 24 hours etc etc; I am yet to see a noble technician in my neighborhood. I have spoken to supervisors who made false commitments, I have spoken to associates who carelessly and loosely went over my compliant and said " A technician would visit you today..." I am frustrated. My ID is [protected], I live in Pune. does it take 31 days to respond to a poor connection request ? Tata sky has no responsibility to call its customers and discuss the issues and inform them of the delay !!! There are no compensation policy or system to make good of the loss of credibility !! How can someone close a compliant without addressing the issue twice ? How can Tatasky deny a supervisor upon request saying " there is no supervisor at this time ? How can Tatasky associates hang up on the customers when the compliant is unaddressed for weeks and the customer is upset ?

                        Hi, My tata sky set top box is not receiving signal since last two days since 2nd may. I had placed a request on call on 2nd and got the message back saying that totally technician would come on 3rd may between 8to 8.40pm the request no isHXBLI20 but nobody has come and after calling several times at the call center the people are saying that wait for few hours will arrange a call back and send the person. First time worst experience of totally HD very bad, not good customer service Take this matter on priority and send the person to repair as due to your fault the set top box is not receiving signal and I am not able to view the TV due to your migration process. Very bad in first place you should have informed the regular customer like me Send the person asap today now resolve or I will be forced to terminate your service and get it terminated in my circle who is using this tata sky

                            Recharged for annual subscription 1700INR, , Pathetic service from Tatasky since a month or so.. Kept on putting a service request nobody turned up, Checked with a local tv set top box installer, he restored, but the same day Tatasky disbled service no money has been returned. Worst ever service and shameless support executives..

                              Not receiving signal since last 4 days.Even after calling 12 times in 4 days, the problem is not fixed yet.They are giving fake promise everyday that it will be resolved today.But no one showing up.Worst service ever. Readers Never take Tata Sky else you will suffer.

                                  Subscriber ID -[protected] name- Debashis Sirkar on 20th of march I had recharged my account and on 3rd of april I had a problem with my DTH connection so i filed a complaint about the signal problem;assuring me that the service will be provided within 24 hours they failed to do so and my connection was rectified 1st may. They took 27 days to rectify my connection for free, and now they are telling me to fill my balance again to continue my services.                                     I had request by Phone Calls & Emails to Tata Sky to add a secondary DIGI COMP to my Sub but they are not doing the same .                                       -Requested for relocation 7 days back - requested for 10-11 however receives a call at 5 PM however the engineer was rude and asked me to come out 3 KM as he is new and demanded me there in 5 minuts else he will move. - again raised the request but this time 200 got deducted but still not yet removed the dish from old location - had been on call waiting for 45 minuts but finally call gets disconnected
