My Tatasky HD connection went off on 1st April. I thought it was bad weather initially then after 2 days I lodged a compliant by calling them. Since then I have called them almost everyday, I am told technician would come in the morning, the following day, after 24 hours etc etc; I am yet to see a noble technician in my neighborhood. I have spoken to supervisors who made false commitments, I have spoken to associates who carelessly and loosely went over my compliant and said " A technician would visit you today..." I am frustrated.

does it take 31 days to respond to a poor connection request ? Tata sky has no responsibility to call its customers and discuss the issues and inform them of the delay !!! There are no compensation policy or system to make good of the loss of credibility !! How can someone close a compliant without addressing the issue twice ? How can Tatasky deny a supervisor upon request saying " there is no supervisor at this time ? How can Tatasky associates hang up on the customers when the compliant is unaddressed for weeks and the customer is upset ?
