dear sir,
Past one month, my 3 settop boxes are not working, due to no signal. I keep writing to tatasky in online, complaints, live chat, miscall, all the possible options of service request. 1) The service request is never attended, but automatically closed.
It is frustrating day by day watching and following tatasky for tech arrival.
my this complaint i request tatasky to come quickly to solve the complaints & come with a robust mechanism of complaint addressing, else they will loose the customership.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Poor Service & Lack of Tecnical Knowledge not able to identify whether problem with cable or Receiving port. Thank god they didn't ask me change the TV.
