Poor Service (No service for hours together)

Complain about not providing sufficient support

provided the hd access pack when it was not even demanded

The service went down after their upgrade in early April. Even since we've had service disruption with no service for a majority of channels. Even after filing multiple complaints since a month our service is not restored. The customer service experience has been horrendous - bad customer service, customer person hangs up on calls, service request getting cancelled without any reason, call backs don't happen. Unnecessary packages applied

Not working properly

disconnection of DTH service

Tata sky DTH not serving the purpose

For last one month since April 2015. I am having issues with DTH reception from Tata Sky. I have raised a lot of complaints at the Tata Sky call center and till now nobody has resolved the issue. They give commitment that the engineer will be visiting on a specific date and time. But nobody turns up.
