Sir. I informed TATA SKY - Chennai Madipakkam office to activate my Multi connection facility for my second connection for my Residence in ANDAL NAGAR, ADMBAKKAM. One Technical guy came and after inspection he asked me to change the entire new cable which cost around Rs.1000 because of he is not receiving signal at setup box end. After changing cable once again i informed TATA SKY Office to attend the problem. Another technical guy came and after inspecting Setup box & Dish he told me that there is problem with twin port at Dish and same has to be changed. Moreover he alo recharged for RS.600 for unused setup box and promised me that he wud fix twin port by next day, but not yet turned out til date. Whenever i tried to contact Chennai Madipakkam TATA SKY office, no one ready to pick my call since my number is registered no: with TATA SKY it seems. POOR Service and LACK of Technical Knowledge.,

Another thing i received an SMS on 16th May stating that my work order reg multi connection gets closed since my work got completed and chargeable Rs.200.

Poor Service & Lack of Tecnical Knowledge not able to identify whether problem with cable or Receiving port. Thank god they didn't ask me change the TV.

    We had registered a complaint that some channels are not showing on our tv. They send a person to our house his name is Ved Prakash. He was sheer rude and ill mannered, instead of giving solution he was in a hurry to leave and was replying to queries very very rudely this what the service TATA SKY give to customer?       Hi, it is very disappointing that even after making 10calls i am not being helped. I did the tata sky recharge on Thursday and it was not showing any channels and i called up customer care i was being redirected to first time installation settings..The customer care guy(praveen) told me that he will be sending some technician to fix it and he will be taking service charges(because he directed me wrongly). but nevertheless since then i haven't received ant call back from customer care or the technician...even after making 10calls to them i am being told the same things i.e., i will recieve a call back within 2hrs...i don't get the call anyway.. This is my last mail regarding this.i will really appreciate if i receive a reply regarding this otherwise i will escalate it to the max level i can.           dear sir, Past one month, my 3 settop boxes are not working, due to no signal. I keep writing to tatasky in online, complaints, live chat, miscall, all the possible options of service request. 1) The service request is never attended, but automatically closed. It is frustrating day by day watching and following tatasky for tech arrival. my this complaint i request tatasky to come quickly to solve the complaints & come with a robust mechanism of complaint addressing, else they will loose the customership.

            MY TATASKY ID IS [protected]. RECENTLY I HAVE GOT MY TATASKY SET-TOP BOX RECHARGED AND THEN ONWARDS I AM FACING PROBLEMS AND CONJESTIONS IN VIEWING "CHANNELS". THE CLIMATE AT MY PLACE IS CLEAR SO I AM NOT GETTING WHAT IS THE ACTUAL MATTER BEHIND THE UNAVAILABILITY OF SERVICES BY TATASKY. EVEN I HAVE RINGED UP TATASKY HELPLINE SEVERAL TIMES.BUT NEITHER THEY CALLED ME UP BACK NOR DID THEY SHOW ANY INTEREST IN RESOLVING MY QUERY.. -MB NUMBER-[protected]

              I Ajay kumar, purchased a new connection having subscriber id- [protected], order no- HWAOGW3. After the allotment of subscriber ID we had given a 2 days time for the fitment of new connection. first of all when their technician reached late after that he miss behaved, I returned him back. I also put the complaint against it but no revert is given by them. I am very dissappointed by their behaviour. I put the complaints many time and asked to return of my money, but there is no call and no satisfactory answer is given by them.

                  Inspite of several time sms and phone call to service provider of tatasky in dibrugarh no one is coming to correct the current problems of tatasky. so i am going to disconnect tatasky and next time i will connect to airtel.                       Dear TATA SKY TEAM I am facing a signal issue since from last 28.04.2015.I also raised too many complain to the customer care, But still i am getting only the promise to come. Not a signal technician came to repair the TATA SKY till date.                         I have been facing problem of not getting most of regional, english news and some other channels not coming properly . toll freenos are not easily available and even after getting thru i hv to wait for 15 mts to get executive. No proper answers from them. one exe called me and told me that they will attend within 4 working days . no body has attended. As senior citizen I am finding it difficult and toll free nos are not user friendly.

                          I filed a complaint on 25th April, they said that a concerned technician would come to rectify the DTH fault. We made a call on 30th April again, they said our work order was closed. Nobody came for service but the order was closed. We made the complaint again they gave a new work order, today is May 2nd and no one turned up yet. We ask for tamil as preferred language, yet they connect to a person who speaks Hindi. After listening to our complaint they put our call on hold, which redirects to another person, and start form the beginning of our problems. Tata Sky has the worst customer care ever. I have so far made 15 calls and 3 mails to tata sky. Each call takes minimum 15 to 30 mins to connect. If nobody turns up for service kindly take back your DTH and refund our money. Because we have recharged for a year.

                            My customer ID is [protected] (Keshav Lad), My tata sky is not working properly from last 1 month.i have already made a complaint against it on 2nd April 2015 regarding the same issue and I customer care atleast 10 to 12 times in last 4 days and waited for minimum 1/2 an hour for every call, but they are giving me the same answer that the technician will come within 24 hours but yet i didnt receive any call from your side.(Complaint No-HVW6BTA) 1-[protected].                               My TATA SKY is [protected] installed about five months back. For the past one moth we are not getting the DTH service properly. The service is available only a few hours per day which is very disgusting. Hope this complaint will reach TakaSky and they will maintain their brand value. K Nagaveni Khammam

                                  I am facing problem in viewing TV since last about a fortnight and talking to Customer Care is of no help. There are displays on TV in respect of ID [protected] for payment reminder of Rs. 658 per month which is due on 08.05.15, ID [protected] for Rs. 365 per month which is due on 01.05.15 and also for ID [protected], [protected] & [protected]. My ID is [protected] and payment due date is on 11.06.2015. I am using this connection since last about a decade for 2 TV connections. Hope you will be able to rectify the same and it is expected that the unwarranted payment reminder coupled with disturbance on viewing TV will not recur in future.                                     Your service is pathetic and useless. My subscriber ID is [protected].Registered mobile number: [protected] I have been running from pillar to post calling all the possible tatasky helpline numbers since the last 1 month. There has been no connection in my house since the last 1 month and no single person in your customer care seems to take this seriously. Do you work like Indian Govt??? Inspite of being from such a prestigious house like TATA's your business really doesn't seem to care about customers at all. From 3rd April we have not been able to watch TV. Here are the case IDs registered with your customer care: 1-[protected], work order no: HWIQ72R, 1-[protected]. We only keep hearing the stale reply that your complaint has been forwarded but there has not been a concrete action since the last 1 month. Zero responsibility and ownership seen in your customer care/customer service departments. First of all reaching your customer care itself is very difficult. Once if we get through, either the call is put unduly on hold or simply disconnected. Are they receiving their salaries or working for free?? because they behave so. It is shocking to see the way a private DTH company works. what are you going to do for the problem that we are facing????

                                      I had subscribed for add on connection recently. This connection is not working since so many days and I have been trying to contact your customer service numbers since about a month but every time I call no one comes on line even after holding for 40 mins. Atleast four times I have held the call and finally disconnected after long wait in the absence of any revert. I also chose for a call back twice and both the occassion the executive who called was just fullfilling the formality of calling without understanding the real issue. I have been paying for two connection when one of them is not even working. I want you to restore the connection and credit my account for the subscription amount charged during the period of inactivity. Also, I had to add some channel on to by base pack(ala card) but I am not able to do so in the absence of any response from your customer services. I have waited for very long and will be forced to switch my operator if I don't get positive revert. Thanks. Kiran [protected]
