Tata Sky ID No. [protected]... 20 days back it just slightly rained in my town... Tata sky connection was lost from dat day...n der was no signs of signal in my tv... I tried to call ur customer care number... After a long line of busy beeps, i got finally connected to a tata sky authorised worker... She told me to do something with a thing that looks like a battery which i barely understood..she told that she'll call me back... But there was no signs of a call...file a complaint n fix this problem as soon as possible... My mom is missing her daily soaps drama so much that we are having a drama in my home regarding TATA SKY... Fix it quickly... If don't, inform us so that we can have any other dish connection

    Ref: Subscriber ID [protected] Although my subscription is fully paid up till 9 Aug 2015 for ALL the channels I have not been getting the BENGALI channels for nearly one month now. Please look into the problem and resume the BENGALI channels as soon as possible.

        I shall like to bring to your notice that my landline telephone number[protected] has been wrongly updated against a TATA sky connection of Mr Rohit Kaul who lives in gurgaon. I am on my landline being harressed by your call centre staff seeking details of Mr kaul. I have tried to explain this to your staff, unfortunately this does not seem to get into there head and are not ready to make a correction in data. Please intervene to resolve this immediately else I shall be forced to lodge a police compalint against your gurgaon centre for harresement. I am reachable at [protected]. Regards Sunil Sharma

          I am unable to get through to the Helpline numbers to place a request for removal of the Dish and to be kept with us on 01.05.2015, as we are shifting our house from A 6/1, Vijay Kiran Apts, 32, Victoria Road, Bangalore 560 047 to F 2, GOKUL APTS, No.17, 39th A CROSS, 11 th Main Road, (Aurobindo Marg) JAYANAGAR 4th T Block, Bangalore 560 041. We need the representative to contact us before 30th April 2015 to remove the same. We are senior citizens and so you pl act fast. If not, we will be compelled to go to some other service provider !! My mobile is [protected] or [protected]. Tatasky should give proper helpline numbers t o enable customer to contact instead of having to lodge a complaint like this. TATASKY -- PLEASE WAKE UP FROM SLEEP !!!

            We (subscriber ID [protected]) are getting interrupted view of the picture. The signal breaks in between and picture is displayed interrupted.The call was made on 20th and the first visit of technician happened on 21st April where he mentioned to change the adapter. Which did not fixed it. Later he mentioned about prob in disk. He tried and could not fix it. Then a new technician came and he mentioned cable to be at fault and we gave a different cable which did not fixed it. They tried with the new box which has not fixed it. So in all we are still having problem with the service since april 20th and the technician has forcefully given us new adapter even though it has not fixed the prob. Can you let us know when our prob can be fixed and adjust the cost for adapter and the service we have not used for 10 days. Its frustrating when you cannot watch TV for 10 days and see the technicians which spend time but cannot figure out the problem but keep guessing. Hope some trained technician will visit us now to rectify the problem and you as a diligent customer company will adjusts the costs accordingly. Charge for adapter if it fixes it, charge for service if we have resolved problem.

              Hi, We have called TataSky Customer Care on daily basis more than 20 day and it's extremely frustrating experience, every-time when we call, we have to wait 3 minutes by hearing the pre-recorded voice message, post that standard questions by Customer Care agent 'How may I help you' since he/she don't have any view of previously registered compliant status. I understand upgrade issue should take for couple of days or couple of weeks. It's been more than 4 weeks we got the no-signal issue on HD Channels, 3 weeks on the SD Channels. I have raised several compliants, I have a recorded message of the customer care agent accepting that we have raised more than 15 complaints but none of them active except the last one. As per their record, the last time I called is on 27th, that's the only compliant active now. Even in this case, the compliant should have been attended within 48 hours which is overdue.

                My A/c is [protected] with TataSky. located in Goregaon(E), Mumbai-65 On 27th night I made a complaint that I stopped getting signals in my Set top box.After waitng for long time I got a response and my complaint was lodged with assurance that it will be attended quickly.Ion being asked I confirmed my Mumbai address. Next morning I got a call from One Mr Mohan ( Mob[protected]) from Delhi that request is wrongly sent and he will alert Mumbai counterpart and asked me correct address with Pin code.I repeated the same which I told to CC unit on 27th. I made spl mention that my location is Goregaon(E), Mumbai and not Gurgaon, Delhi .Afterward I made repeated call to your call centres who made be wait for long time of 13-14 mins for each call costing me time and money I could not contact any of them till now . I am also lodging complaint with other forum.This clear case of service deficiency once the amt stands paid to TataSky. Your CC is not accessable even after long wait. I tried Chat session on 28th afternoon. I sent message but nobody chatted to solve problem. This is sorry state of affairs for a company associated with great man Mr. Ratan Tata. I subscribed only because of him. I do not want to continue with TataSky any more once my money is returned.

                  I Bhagwatrao Chaudhari of tata sky ID No.[protected] had lodged complaint on above subject and registered vide WO NS[protected] dated 2.4.2015 at 21:12. Without attending the complaint I got message of attending complaint on 04.04.2015 I am bolt from the blue how it happened as none from tata sky visited my location as yet.Further in order to evade the time gap fresh WO HIQ3H1J Dt.06.04.2015 & WO NS[protected] dated 15.4.2015 registered on my complaint although I am lodging complaint on regular basis since then. Kindly send some body to attend complaint or else return back my yearly subscription and cost of set up box etc(taking back the items) so that I can approach another service provider.

                    HI, My Tatasky is not working for past 15 days. Compliant no. is 1-[protected]. It's really frustrating experience that annoyed me to the hilt. My TataSky connection is down for past 15 days and no one pays attention to resolve the issue. Every time we are calling and waiting for almost 10 minutes to get talked to some person to listen your inability to solve the issue because of your server and system issues.Even no body calls after pressing the option to call back. It's shame on the name of TATA, as I see integrity in Tate's organization that is missing completely here. I have asked TataSky to depute one person to solve the issue immediately and refund my money back for not able to use it for a fortnight. Regards Shefali

                      My complain no from [protected]@tatasky.com is1-[protected], and earlier also complain online fro my tata sky account, complain no SR[protected], that "MY HD BOX IS NOT WORKING FROM 22ND APRIL, NO POWER SUPPLY IN HD BOX AND CAN NOT BE TURNED ON" but after repeated calls to customer care no response, from last 10 days, now not receiving calls also. even customer care after keeping me waiting for 40 mnts not transferring the call from today onwards. Online chat again same statement that they will send someone. Now really tired of this disgusting sevice and customer support want to cancel both of my Tata sky connection, and to go to consumer court finaly .Mostly this complain also will go to vain but still awaiting response this time. my contact no [protected]/[protected] regds Monika

                        till now i have not receive any call from customer care. I frusted from tata sky service. in future, i will not suggest any person to go for tata sky. I am facing the problem from last 25 days.worst service. Not a single senior person, bothering about customer complaints.

                            My subscription # is [protected] and I am unable to see any one of the HD channels. And the customer care and online chat...you may get to see GOD with naked eyes but can't get through customer care or online chat support...Don't understand what kind o[censored]pgrade is going on. As mentioned by others, I also have a work order # NS[protected]raised on 14th April) not no technician has visited so far. And the ironic part is that I have subscribed for annual otherwise I would have thrown this tata sky set top box right now.

                              I had logged no of times complaint and no resolution for No Signal Issue. Complaint No HH973N8 and HTDQK9W cancelled without resolution. Send 10-15 SMS to 56633 for NS and no response for that too. Had chat with their online helpdesk but very poor answers.

                                Tata Sky subscription Id [protected] . No signal from 21April. Complaint lodged on 23 April. Talked with Representatives almost every day and it was told to me that request raised and forwarded to Technicians. However, fault is not resolved. And account balance is decreasing without getting any service. It is an worst experience from Tata Sky.

                                    Not able to view the channels on Tatasky for last 1 month since the tata sky upgrade. Repeated calls to the the customer help line has only been responded with a recorded message saying " The outage will be taken care of and all customer care representatives are busy resolving their issues". This was followed by SMS saying that the complaint is in Queue and will be resolved soon. THey also sent sms saying " They regret for the incovenience and as a token are adding 3 days extra to my package". After a month..yesterday...ie 27th april, i got a call from a technical support representative from tata sky and he agreed to come to fix the issue on 28th April at 6pm. When i called him at 4 to confirm..he said that he is on leave today and someone else will come based on the workorder. I asked whether he had not created workorder for me based on his commitment, he replied .." He did not remember if he did"!!!

                                    got sms saying engineer will visit on 30th april...but no one turned up.
                                    No customer representative available to talk and commit an appointment or time.

                                    Never expected this service level from Tatasky

                                      we have spoken to your personal regarding no signal in our set up box 3days before.i have paid 550rs on 19 april.why you people does not care after collecting subscription fee. Till that day every thing was ok.what will happen to my money.you people may simply deduct money for no fault of me and may tell that computer has done this.Is there any service personals in tata sky? if yes, then why no body reported?

                                        My Tata Sky I.D. [protected] from Bangalore. I have made several compliant to Tata sky customer care, they don't bother and don't have courtesy to call and tell their problem till date. My date of compliant is 02.04.2015 My WO No. NS[protected] dt. 02.04.15 time 22.35 hrs. I never thought this type of behaviour from Tata sky. Now they are sending SMS stating that the compliant made has been cancelled without attending, this is funny to hear. The company has got several customer does not know the courtesy. They are taking money and bluffing peoples not relaying channels. Every time while making compliant they will tell we call you with 24 hours, but they don't have time and 24 hours has not come for them to attend.Just see how they are cheating the peoples after taking money. If call to their customer care we have to pay every day at least Rs. 25/- per day. I have spend Rs. 500/- till now for contacting them. Some of persons Mr Arif, Mr Kowshik and Manager Mr Nil Kumar of tata sky don't find time to restore the problem but they know how take money and how to ask customer to wait in phone and don't have courtesy. Now I have feed up with them and kindly tell me what legal action can i take against this company. I want to send legal notice to them. Please tell the correct address and person to whom i can send the notice. I have made compliant through your forum also but i did not get any positive reply. Please sent this urgent mail to them and ask them they are having time or only having time to chit chat without doing any work. I don't know how tata sky keeping such a worst peoples and how they are paying salary to them.
