my self Jitesh more, i am using you TATA SKY service and my customer ID No. [protected]
i am not satisfy with your (tata sky) feedback and services.
i am really fade up, bcz of i was log a complaint no. HVDM5FL evening at around 7:30pm on 28/04/2015 regarding relocation my place (DADAR to THANE), but no buddy has a curtecy or willingness to call revert on this to me, also log a complain on second day (29/04/2015) but nobuddy respond and bothered about my complaint for the same,
also deduct my balance (2 day balance around Rs 15, which was i am not used any service by default, and how could this possible, if i am not using any service then how come you deduct my balance)
today i have once again log a complaint on the basis of previous complaint no.[protected]
till the time i have not rcvd any feedback or any call pertaining to my complaint
TATA Sky provide very POOR and REDICULAS service to us
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
After repeated information to nearest TATK SKY office, no body is coming.
