Dear Sir, This is in regard to the work order no HVX1N05. I Aditya Vikram Sharma, tatasky sub ID [protected], have not been getting signal on my set top box since April 29th, 2015. I had made my first phone call to the tatasky customer care and the executive on the phone had given me an assurance that i would be getting a call from your technical person the next morning i.e. April 30th, 2015 to confirm my address and the same person would be visiting to my registered address in the next two hours to resolve the above mentioned problem. To my surprise, there was no phone call nor any visit at the said time, i then again had to call the customer care in order to request them to fix the same problem. It was sad that the executive on the phone didnt have a reply to my queries and he had transfered the call to his senior. It was so very sad that the senior exec then mentioned that any such issue is resolved within 48 hours from the time the complaint has been registered. Sir, I as a very old tata sky customer has no problem in abiding and accepting the companies policies be it a timeframe of 48 hours. But, if this is the company policy then why was i given an assurance that the technician would call me on 30th April, 10 am and would pay a visit in the next 2 hours?? However, till now i had called the customare care at least 7-8 times, spoken to two senior execs by the name of Gaurav Sharma and Ms. Nazneen. Unfortunately i feel sad and cheated to some extant by the false and everytime changing statements made my the tata sky customer care each time i called. Today 1st may 2015, i had again called the customer care only to hear the same thing that my case has been put on priority and will be resolved soon. Till now no development has happened. I would like to seek a clarification on few points. 1. Why should a customer suffer if there is any system upgradation going on at your end(this was the problem for there being no signal on my set top box, mentioned by your exec) 2. If there is a 48 hour timeframe for such issues, why was i not being informed about it at the time when i first called the customer care? 3. How did the exec i first spoke to gave me an assuarnce that the person would call me on 30th April at 10 am and visit in the next two hours? I am deeply saddened by this sheer unprofessionalism on part of a most renowned business houses of our country which I wrongly thought believed in customer centricity.     my tata sky subscriber id is[protected]. I have called up the team of tata sky several times regarding the problem that i am facing since last five days. There is a NO SIGNAL display on TV and till date none of your service man has come to solve the problem. what kind of service tata sky is providing when even after making so many calls daily your team doesn't show up to fix the problem. I regret i invested on tata sky. You are charging so high for the channels and the calls that are being made for the problems the customers are facing. that is not acceptable at all. i don't know how many days more i will have to wait for the channels to resume. Tata sky has the worst service record.

      Customer ID:[protected] I am using dhamal mix pack with regional packs kannada and tamil, .I'm not able to watch any of the kannada channels and same for tamil because of no signal issue.Even 50% of hindi channels are not getting signal.Customer care is not responding, put my call on hold for 15minutes.Kindly solve the problem as soon as possible, otherwise i'l have to switch to other alternative.

Registered Mobile No - [protected] I am unable to view channels since about a month. Some of the channels which is viewed is even not properly running. We have made several complaints in this regard at the local level but till now there has been no respsonse at all. So do take immediate steps and sort the issues.

          Hi there You tata sky people. 1. I have not been receiving signal for most TV channels for last 2 months and have been trying to reach out to you in my last 15 attempts. 2. Either I am made to wait more than 20 minutes or your employees are not civilized and trained enough to disconnect the calls with abject rudeness or unexplainable apathy. 3. Every time I had opted for a call back from you, your automated voice response says that within 24 hours your people will call back and this is the 8 time, and your people never called back. 4. Also as per your automated voice response within 24 hours a technician would visit and rectify the problem and after 10th time also, there is no technician visit. 5. Please ensure that you are not charging me tariff for all the 10 channels I am unable to view, else I will pursue it in consumer court. Please urgently address all these issues. You have already earned a bad reputation of being one of the miserable service providers. So kindly help [protected] tata sky id

            Due to technical fault, the signal went of for 90% of channels & as indicated by tata sky in their website that due to some maintenance the signal would be down & as suggested I sent a message to resolve the same at the earliest. However, things were not resolved. After repeated ignorance, I finally took up the complaint through their website. The complaint request number automatically got closed after 2 days. Its been a month & I have not been able to view the channels that i have paid for. Its a loss of over Rs 300/-

              hi am Shaima dsouza my ID no is [protected]. I have added on pack of actve cooking on March 7th as offer pack after one month it will charge 60rupees for 1 month so after finishing one and half month I called to tata sky customer care no [protected] but they simple receive call and when we say drop pack they can hear add pack and after so many calls from 3days last they will connect to some representative but she will say wait for sometime will connect to another representative but no she make call hold for 10mins then it will disconnect again I have to call then same procedure begins again. but one thing I observed that whenever we say to drop pack the computerized system will connect to representative but when we say to add pack it will handle by itself and answer our request and adds pack. this is a big cheating and all this customer care number are charging not toll free. so pls anyone help me to deactivate this actve cooking pack am trying from 3days no use only my cell balance got nil. at last tata sky services are worst services. their customer care people are irresponsible.

                My tata sky connection (consumer ID no.[protected]) got dead all of a sudden on 09.04.2015. Subsequently I had lodged a complaint with the tata sky call centre on 10.04.2015 (complaint no. HLOXZVM). After much persuasion the service guy came to my home on 14.04.2015. Though he was able to bring the picture but since then the signal is never continuous. It frequently goes off & come on every 2 minutes. As such we cannot view any program uninterrupted. During the visit of the service engineer we have pointed it out. However, he assured that it is due to loading of new program in the set top box and will go off shortly. He also assured that in case the problem persists he shall come & rectify the same once we inform him. However, the problem still persists and the service guy cannot be contacted since the mobile no. he gave us ([protected]) is switched off all the time.

                  I am using Tata Sky Sports Grand package. Last Year I renewed my annual Package for Rs. 2450 and this year I received a call for your representative that the same has been revised for Rs. 2600 and the same will be modified & you can recharge your account for the same. The same was not modified instead your department started deducting from my balance on monthly basis. I tried to contact your department by giving missed calls on regular basis and I always received a message that our representative will contact you but till date no one contacted me. So I request you to modify the amount so that I may subscribe the account otherwise i will not be able to subscribe the account on exhausting of my balance & it will be your fault. Vijay Mengi

                    Recharge of an amount of Rs 355 was done on 25.03.2015 for 1 month for the following channels. BASE PACK Dhamaal Mix - Semi Annual ADD ON PACKS English Movies - Semi Annual REGIONAL FREE PACKS Kannada - Monthly Hindi - Monthly A-LA-CARTE CHANNELS Ten Sports - Semi Annual Not able to view the subscribed channels and kannada channels since 03/04/2015. sent msg NS on 04.04.2015 again on 07.04.2015 and 09.04.2015 as per the instruction of the company. Customer care is not attending the calls at all. Till date the problem is not solved. The service was stopped on 28.04.2015 for want of recharge. Requested for reconnecting the service immediately till all the subscribed channels are made available. If not repay the cost of set top box immediately.

                            I have Lodged My complain with Tata sky for my DTH Consumer No.-[protected] through On line Chat.During The chat they registered my complain & took my Complete address.During the Chat It was clearly told by them that the company will not charge for the visit, if any Physical part will be replaced than that will be Chargeable.Than why Tata sky will deduct Rs.170/- from my balance.During the Month they have already changed the direction of Receiver.Again the same thing repeated & again changes the direction.It is their fault that why they are regularly changing the Directions.In the Mean time we have not seeing Programmes for which I have already Paid.Now they have deducted the charges instead of they have to reverse the charges of the days, the programme not received due to their receiver direction problems.Due to their fault we were unable to see Nepal Tragedy Telecast, It shows that Tata sky is not interested to show News to Us.Hence They will give Compensation & damages for not seeing this type of tragedy because My relatives are in Nepal & we not knows about the tragedy immediately.We have get connection for getting every News immediately.If They will not show the News than why we have get connection?

                              Facing No signal problem in Tata sky since 2 months. Addressed them the issue many times with calls, sms .                                 Hi, We are recently get the connection for Tata sky but it was not working properly, we are complaint thae same to customer Complain #WO:HVY7W2P & HU1YSTQ on 22nd Apr 2015, nobody come and resolved the signal issue.You are giving one month free connection but there is 01 week not working dth due to signal problem, please check & resolve the same ASAP.                                   My tatasky HD+ set top box has not been working since 27th April. I registered multiple complaint with the call center on the 28th April - and they have just been closing the work orders without any resolution. I have spoken to call center reps and also to floor managers in the last 3 days since my first complaint. They all seem to have the same lines rehearsed " we are sorry for the inconvinence and will attend to your case on prioirty basis". After so many calls, i am yet to receive any call back from any technician or any sort of communication from tata sky. To me it seems to be a very simple resolution - a technican can visit my place and replace the set top box. I am willing to make any payments for the same. However to my surprise, it seems that Tata Sky does not really want to resolve my problem. I come from the service industry as well and i find this pretty shocking (especially as this is happening with tata sky!!). My subscriber Id is [protected]. My current complain number is HVEXAIG. The old complain numbers closed without any resolution are HV1JECE and HV6JTJY. I stay in the North bangalore hebbal area.

                                    This is rajiv gupta tata sky id [protected] . I ordered for a second connection. I was never told the difference between the regular and hd connection neither the price difference. I realised that my Led will only work better with HD connection. So i asked the technician to change it he said okay and never shows up . I called the helpline number with in one day again I am asked to pay Rs.990. "Nobody will listen the box is activated so it cannot be replaced", that was the answer. So now I paid Rs.1600 + 1500 HD connection within 2days . When the technician comes he says he has to take the regular box back . So my question is the Rs.1600 which I paid is that a waste? Is this the way the customer is cheated? When I asked for a supervisor my call is put on hold for almost 40 minutes . Me and my wife we both tried and agents do the same thing. If this is the service you will be getting from Tata sky that is never expected.                                       I registered a request for relocation on 24th april, and from tat day i m continuously calling and chatting with their representative. But didn't get any response from them. They didnt sent any installer, even i didnt get any call from the installer. I got a msg on 28th regarding the visiting time. Time was mentioned the between 18.30 to 19.30. But no installer had call or visit on tat day. M fade up with their response. Plz help me out regarding the issue.

                                        Dear Concern, my self Jitesh more, i am using you TATA SKY service and my customer ID No. [protected] i am not satisfy with your (tata sky) feedback and services. i am really fade up, bcz of i was log a complaint no. HVDM5FL evening at around 7:30pm on 28/04/2015 regarding relocation my place (DADAR to THANE), but no buddy has a curtecy or willingness to call revert on this to me, also log a complain on second day (29/04/2015) but nobuddy respond and bothered about my complaint for the same, also deduct my balance (2 day balance around Rs 15, which was i am not used any service by default, and how could this possible, if i am not using any service then how come you deduct my balance) today i have once again log a complaint on the basis of previous complaint no.[protected] till the time i have not rcvd any feedback or any call pertaining to my complaint TATA Sky provide very POOR and REDICULAS service to us
