It is with great pain & frustration that I write you this mail. Here’s the gist of my suffering at the hands of TataSky:
1. Since beginning this month (April 2015), I am not able to view many channels (Eg NDTV, English Movies, Bengali Channels). As per your intimation that your systems are getting upgraded, I decided to wait for a few days.
2. After a few days, when this problem continued, I decided to give a missed call, as per TataSky intimation about service person who will visit the site and look into the same. I got an sms that the service person will visit my house very soon.
3. I continued to get this sms, that service person will visit soon, but no service personal turned up.
4. Finally after more than a week, on 10th April, I got sms that Service personal will visit the next day. However, within a few hours I got another sms, that the work-order has been completed. Please note that there was no visit by the serviceman.
5. Post this I raised a complaint over phone through service desk, informing of all that happened. I was promised that I will get a call and someone will visit within the next 24 hours.
6. After 24 hours no one visited. I waited for many days, but to no avail.
7. Finally I called up the service desk once again today, informing about my ordeal. The person listened and asked me to hold, saying she will transfer the call to her manager. I waited for close to 30 mins, but no one came to the line.
8. Frustrated, I called up the service desk once again, and spoke to SD personal, saying I wanted to speak to his manager. Again I was asked to hold. I waited for more than 20 mins, before the line went dead.
I regret to inform you that I am regretting having taken your product. Your service is so pathetic, that I can’t even get to speak to your service desk leads. I am paying money for channels that I never get to view.
Such pathetic services from a reputed group like TATAs just don’t auger well. I have given up hope. However, if you think you can help me, please do so.
