I have Tata sky connection. ID No. 99590885 After recharge I cannot watch tv programme since last 2 days as setup box is not working. I have called helpline no but no response from centre. Kindly resolve the problem as early as possible.

    Dear sir /madam, I dnt know what's wrong with Tatasky service it was very good but now days when ever we want the service person to come home ..they are either rude or just comes without informing n not bothered ...for past two days I am complaining without solution ...one such number of your service person is [protected]... He was so rude n did nt even inform when he is going to come ...sorry to say very soon Tata Sky will be bye bye ...

      Since last 4 days i have been trying to buy a tata sky connection but there customer support is always busy.Then after waiting for 1 hr someone picked the call and i purchased the connection.At the time of purchase i was committed same day installation but no one came and now customer care is not picking my call.           Respected Sir, This is Kishore, my Tatasky id:[protected]. From April 2 to April 24, No signal from tatasky.I have called to Tatasky CC to number of times.the CC told that will send the person wait for some time.No one came to my home .I have frustrated more on cc. then I decided to put complaint on Consumer court forum. I got call from cosumer court person puting complaint against tatasky. Finally, One guy called, he told that will come 10 AM but not I have given calls no of times in the same day..Finally He came and resolved the issue and took Rs:100 for this problem.I have given a call to customer care again, problem is resolved, I need waiver. CC took complaint.Now My Question/Complaint is: Next day Tatasky person was called and asked that problem is resolved or not, I said yesterday resolved.then she told that, We will give waiver only 3 days.Sir, Problem exists on 2nd April to 24 the April and I have given lot of calls to TataskyCC.Almost 22 days + 350 ruppes(CC)+ my effort(mentally struggled).I have asked for 2 months, they said no..I asked 1 month, they said only 3 days..Please think sir, How it possible to accept their answer. I have lost m+eff+350 with this problem(Every time my family(daugher 2 yrs old) asking to when this problem will resolve)Sir, I am expecting 2 month extra (OR) 22 days+ Rs:350 return to my account.Please help me to reolve this issue sir.thank you Kishore[protected]Chennai

            The most pathetic service encountered by us for Tata Sky. Since last 1 month I have been facing issues of no signal for all the channels which is already paid. We have been complaining since last 1 month, your employees say that they will be sending a technician but till date no one has come to our place.                   Please refer to above work Order. I was informed that TATA SKY INSTALLER will attend the problem between 15:31 & 16:11. But it is now over17:00. None has attend the problem. I have purchased your TATA SKY D2H only on 22nd instant with full one year subscription and during very First week I am experiencing such difficulties.Surely you will opine with me that it is not a pleasant experience.                     My Tata Sky ID is [protected] from Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. On March 22, 2015, I lodged a complaint with Tata Sky Customer care, that my Tata Sky+ HD set top box is not working. To which they responded that it's a common problem and the settop box will be replaced soon. I also have a parallel connection of Tata sky, in which I am receiving only about 10 channels. When I tried raising a complaint, the customer care executive would say that there is already a complaint registered and ask me to wait for the call from the local technician here. However, I never received any call from any technician neither from customer care. Its over a month that these issues are unresolved and unattended to. All these problems started after I had paid for a yearly subscription. Now, subscriptions amount is being wasted month on month. Please identify the irresponsible local tata sky technicians and the customer care executives. They are just degrading the level of service Tata Sky intends to provide its customers.

                      It is with great pain & frustration that I write you this mail. Here’s the gist of my suffering at the hands of TataSky: 1. Since beginning this month (April 2015), I am not able to view many channels (Eg NDTV, English Movies, Bengali Channels). As per your intimation that your systems are getting upgraded, I decided to wait for a few days. 2. After a few days, when this problem continued, I decided to give a missed call, as per TataSky intimation about service person who will visit the site and look into the same. I got an sms that the service person will visit my house very soon. 3. I continued to get this sms, that service person will visit soon, but no service personal turned up. 4. Finally after more than a week, on 10th April, I got sms that Service personal will visit the next day. However, within a few hours I got another sms, that the work-order has been completed. Please note that there was no visit by the serviceman. 5. Post this I raised a complaint over phone through service desk, informing of all that happened. I was promised that I will get a call and someone will visit within the next 24 hours. 6. After 24 hours no one visited. I waited for many days, but to no avail. 7. Finally I called up the service desk once again today, informing about my ordeal. The person listened and asked me to hold, saying she will transfer the call to her manager. I waited for close to 30 mins, but no one came to the line. 8. Frustrated, I called up the service desk once again, and spoke to SD personal, saying I wanted to speak to his manager. Again I was asked to hold. I waited for more than 20 mins, before the line went dead. I regret to inform you that I am regretting having taken your product. Your service is so pathetic, that I can’t even get to speak to your service desk leads. I am paying money for channels that I never get to view. Such pathetic services from a reputed group like TATAs just don’t auger well. I have given up hope. However, if you think you can help me, please do so. I contact with customer care, company sent me a work order No- HR4ZOR3, But till now no technician visit my home to solve my problem . Several time I contact with Retailer and customer care but no response is not given to me . In that situation I request to take necessary step for solve the problem .

                          I have been using tata sky services under the subscriber id [protected] for the last four years. But in the recent two months i am very disappointed with the service that is being provided by them. I have been repeatedly calling on their toll free no. to have my issue of no signal resolved but nobody has responded since the last 10 days. Pls refer to tata sky work order no. NS[protected]. I had put in this request on 17th April after which on 26th April i recieved a message from Tata Sky stating that a technician would visit between 7 and 8:30 pm to resolve the issue but nobody came. I have been repeatedly trying to contact the technician but he does not respond. I am very disapointed with the level of service that is being provided by the company. For the last two months i have not been able to view any hd channels as well as english channels whereas i always take yearly subscriptions. I want them to refund me the money for the last two months for which period i have not been able to view tata sky. pls arrange to have this issue resolved at the earliest.                               dear sir, ref tata sky id [protected].this is in regards to poor service and response from tata sky. the broadcast of majority of channels have been hampered due to some technical problem, i have been calling the customer care of said service provider however there has been no response on ground except verbal promises to send representative. the said service provider has been fooling me and several other consumers. may i please request you to look into the matter and direct the above mentioned firm to not falter on their commitments and fool common people.

                                Hi My name is Sadiq Khan, I have been using Tata Sky connection for more than 5 years now. I was very happy with your services. But the last 1.5 months have been pathetic. There is no signal for most channels. I have been recharging 600 Rs per month for just a handful of channels for two months now. When I recharge online, I use my mobile no to log in using 'Registered Mobile No'. Now when I call up the customer care no, I get a automated response telling my mobile number is not registered and the phone gets disconnected. I tried other number, I was given a estimated wait time of 10 minutes, however I waited for more than 30 minutes. I still did not get to talk to customer care. I dropped message 2 weeks back. I was given a WO:NS[protected] via a sms on 16th April. No one got in touch with me.. no one came home to fix the issue, surprisingly I get a message few minutes later that the issue was resolved. I am still not getting signal for most channels even today. It is the worst customer service I have seen anywhere. I am a Tata employee myself, working for TCS. I am appalled that worthless people are working at Tata Sky who cannot arrange for proper customer care on phone or through emails. Its a shame that there are only two help lines which are not toll free and are always busy. Its a shame few irresponsible thugs are working there and not able to resolve the issue for more than two months... I have tried every means for a response. The customer care is yet to contact me. I will stop using the services going forward, I am sure others will follow as well. The management should proud of itself, because they earn their bread & butter because of subscribers like us, but do not value them, because losing few clients will not impact them directly. Regards

                                    dear sir, myself nishat cus id [protected] i have upgraded my set up box with hd box in which one month hd channels are free i have recharge with 380 on 11apr where validity i got is of one month ie 12may payment n now on 27 apr my services are deactivated n msg is displaying to recharge again in this case i have logged a complaint on customer care they have said that automaticaly validity will increase no need to worry now when i am calling to customer care they have not answering my calls putting my call on one hour hold n after that when they recv they said server down call after one hour i have call 3times since morning n same answer they have given me please sir i req you to resolve my prob..this is the worst dth service provider please check sir

                                        I am using Tatasky since 2012 with Subscriber ID : [protected]. Due to upgrading, i am facing the technical issue since 2nd of April. i had lodged a complaint on 3rd of April. Without fixing the problem the work order was closed on 14th april. i lodged a complaint again on 15th April. Again the work order was closed without fixing. i have been trying to reach them on the Customer care number but that has not been possible. call gets cut after 20 mins but no one answers. on April 28th the call got through but when junior executive was unable to solve the problem he transferred the call to senior and that is s it the call got cut. How do i register a case aganist them?
