Hi, i live in Hyderabad and have raised a request to transfer my tatasky connection to new address last month. After certain follow up's tata sky technician came and fixed the connection but didn't' do it properly, they just hanged the wire on the wall and left, i then requested them to correct it and called on tata sky no [protected]. every time they assured me that technician will come but technician after 20 days, this is something really frustating and spoliling Tata Sky image, i had to call them 70 times then only they came. after they fixed the issue they changed me again 200 rs as reallocation, so basically for one transfer/reallcoation i being charged twice. also technician took 225 rs as cash for some connectors and didn't give receipt. i want my 200 rs to be credited in my accohnt as i am not ready to pay for their mistake. Also when first time TataSky techinicain came, he saw my LCD was placed on the table and said he will fix it and changed 400rs for the same as well. so please look into this matter and help to get my money back plus now i want some compension for the trouble i faced beacuse of these people otherwise i am going to tag TataSky on all social networking sites.     I am daily contact on company's customer care & requested to reinstallation my connection but company don't solve my problem, So please let me know when it will be done, every time i complaint i am asked the same story, i never such worst services in life...pls let me know when my work will be done, should i quit my job for this [protected] [protected]

    Since 5 april am complaining about reinstalling of my tata sky, have lost lot of money calling your customer care, this is the worst of ser
    vices I have faced till today that too from tata sky, every time I complain your representative calls from head office or some other place but till now my problem has not been solved,
    I keep on writing every day but what to do no response on your customer care...is there any problem I have lost lot of money calling your customer & even my subriction is wasted what to do

      I am using Tatasky since 2007 Subscriber ID : [protected] . I completely understand that they are upgrading. But how many times should we keep calling helpline number (each time after waiting for more than 20 mins I get to speak to one). I am facing signal issue for the last one month. And after registering complaint for 3 times every time the work order gets completed without even the technician visiting. One of the technical even told me that is not my area and he will have to send someone else but I will have to pay that technician. If its going to take time to solve the signal issue. WHY THE HELL ARE THEY CHARGING US WITH THE REGULAR RATE? Half of the channels we are unable to see. I always used to recommend Tatasky to everyone but with this experience I will very soon change to some other DTH. PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.         Have been with tatasky since 2007 with trouble free service.but since 2014 have been facing severe service issues.being an annual subscriber am being treated and provided service at your whims and fancies.having registered complaint a couple of days ago i just keep receiving messages about the technical support shall be provided and actually none.my registered mobile no is [protected].hereby request to cancel my connection and refund the balance.And please dont take any customer for granted.thanks for your pathetic and world class services.

But from last 15 days we are just getting calls from your service persons that our area is not covered by them. So i want to know who can resolve the problem. If you and your service team is not capable to provide service .Than why you are promoting the company. So please stop such adds about company TATASKY that you are the best...             What a pathetic company you are since last one month I am not getting service . I am calling daily to your customer care butbut no help I am fed up with your bloody service pls help I lost my 1000 rs balance also.               i wanted to deactivate my ACTIVE VEDIK MATHS PACK, since when it was activated, only telephonic confirmation was taken. feeling like cheated. customer care executive is also not responding positively. but MR.AAKASH(phone executive) is very nice and helped me out. so my complaint is please find out the customer executive who had talked me before MR.AAKASH and take neccessary actions, since he had misguided customer and i will take it to consumer forum... for sure... regards, kaushik pandya thank you.

                I am using Tata Sky from last more than 2 years. My subscriber ID No. is [protected] and registered mobile no. is [protected] (alternate No. [protected]). I am regularly pay monthly charges. I am not getting signal from last more than one month. In this regard I registered my complaints with your customer care centre but they told that Tata Sky is being upgraded. Hence I waited for the time being. Now, from last one week your customer support executives have been assuring me to send the technician to fix the issue on or after 6pm as I told them that I will be at office before that but no technician is coming on that time. Finally, I decided to go for another D2H service, but I hereby convey you my frustration and bad experience about your customer service.

Msg came tto contact call ecenter. Trued today but was unable tto connect to the call centre person Now what I have tto do to get my connection started aagain

                    Hi, First of all, I am fade up of calling tatasky . my order of relocation is still not complted since 4th April 2015. But they are deducting the daily charges, now they my account is showing -194 rupees though my tatasky is not in connection. I have all recorded session, How many time I have called to tatasky and after how many minutes of waiting still didnt get line to speak to executives. Without completing the work order, they are updating in the back end, work done and I am getting SMS . your work order completed .

                      customer ID [protected] connection is facing issues like channel's going of the air quite frequently even after repeated calls the representative smartly puts on hold for such a long time the customer has to drop the call himself and we are called privileged customer as it should been under privileged or handicapped customer, such a nice way to take customers for a RIDE every month they are charging so much that you can buy a TV in an year such a pathetic services either you restore the channels or disconnect completely your services so that i dont to have to call you again

                        Sir, since last two months we are not receiving any channels above 425 although we have subscribed many of them. My subcriber ID is [protected]. I have registered my complaints several times on the helpline number advertised by TATA SKY, but nobody has attended my complaints yet. Please send your engineer and set right the problem as early as possible because I am regularly paying for the channels and still I am not receiving them. Do the needfull urgently.                             Hello my subscriber ID [protected]. I cannot view my Tv from last one month. Despite of several number of calls and sms... there is no response from their side. Each and every time I give a call, they do promise me to resolve it within few hours but nothing comes from their side. Worst connection and worst customer support team ever i came across my life.

                              subscriber id - [protected] its been 25 days that i have the signal issue and have called the customer service more than 15 times and have connected with online chat several times and also raise more than 5 service requests online. requests have been closed without an update, chats agents will reply that they will send a technician to check the issue, nothing will happened and when we call they will schedule a site visit which never happened and they have close the requests that the issue has been resolved. i paid for this month but never used the service..this is the worst customer service i have had in a long time..they send payment remainder messages but dont have time to check the issues...stupid way of running a service...

                                Hi, I have been using Tatasky for first two years and then I stopped using it. On 16th April 2015 I recharged my account with 230 rupees including the fine. My tata sky Id- [protected], after the account is been recharged my tata sky was not working so, I called customer service the very next day and told them about the issue. I was told that a technician would be attending the complaint within 48 hours but it took three days for a technician to attend my issue. I was told to change the set top box because it was old box. So after two weeks another person came and told me that he will change it within two days but still no response from that technician. But I don't get any concession for not using the tata sky account. So I'm really upset with tat sky customer service who doesnt even speak proper sentence. So I kindly request them to look into this issue ASAP. Awaiting reply, Sasikumar

                                      Pl refer to subs id [protected]...And take out recordings of my last conversations with all tata sky representatives from 09 Mar 15 to 27 Apr 15...Also i request you to provide me with all these recordings..I gave the request for delocation initially at Yapral, Secunderabad many a times AND nobody turned up . When I checked up from tatasky they told me that the door was locked.. How can people tell blatant lies and find reasons for not working. Always someone was available in wait for tatasky people for the next so many days...The branch responsible for tatasky services at that area didnot respond at all despite repeated requests...Finally with great difficulty I managed to spk to tatasky associate who told me that I wont be charged for the dish at the new place of location as tatasky was responsible for it.. But again to my horror the new tatasky experts at Baroda also were clueless and I had to literally beat my head against them in explaining the whole story many a times...(Pl refer to all the recordings and crosscheck)...At last the tatasky was installed promising me NO charges, moreover I am a subscriber of tatasky mega pack which says free installation..But for the last few days the msg is coming that Rs 147 is due as service visit charges. Again I contacted tatasky But that expert told me that he doesnt know.. All my efforts to explain to any of the tatasky people have failed and I m extremely pained to experience such pathetic services.. You are requested to intervene and investigate the matter and resolve these issues imm...

                                        I had taken new connection on 22Feb2015. in Chikhali area subscription ID is [protected].I am facing signal issue from last 1 and half month. I registered 5 complaint through customer care, Below are the details. WO:[protected] dtd 05/04/2015 WO:[protected] dtd:13/04/2015 WO:HU4AGQA dtd:25/04/2015 WO:HSN90L dtd:22/04/2015 WO:H64TN68 4 Times my work order is closed without any technician visit. Last but not least after having so much discussion with Customer care, Service engineer(Santosh pawar Mob:[protected]) called me and asked for appointment.But due to uncertain reason no one was at home.So I requested next day visit. I tried his no for more than 30 times by my register mobile no.he is not ready to receive the call.After I called him from different no.He received.I told him the situation he directly said No, but meanwhile I forget to mention customer care insured me that your problem will be solved within 2 to 3 hrs in top priority.I asked the office address he said no office in pune, I have to contact customer care only.I asked to whom Ur reporting he is not ready to answer.Customer care is not picking the call keeping customer on hold for more than 45min.I have all recordings & msgs.
