One month back, I had made a complaint of display problem every now and then. The last complaint for which I have a record is mentioned in the reference number above.
Though the engineer came and fixed it, the display problem would recur. For 15 minutes, the display would be normal, and then the display would discontinue for a hour or so though the sound would be there. Later, the display would resume and again discontinue and so on.
The problem has not been resolved till date. On his last visit on 29.04.15., the engineer changed the set-top box. Though the display was resumed for some time, but within an hour the display was gone again. On top of that, I have been charged Rs. 520/- under WO # HUHJHIH. How has this charge been made without intimating us?? On top of that, the problem is unresolved, which means there was no need to change the set-top box.
Please arrange for the followimg:
1. the new set-top box to be taken back and old one returned to me
2. Rs. 520/- to be refunded to me
3. Non-display problem to be resolved
4. Compensation for not being able to view channels in the past one month
