upgraded the set top box to HD in March and added one secondary box too. Paid 3200 to the tech guy which included 1 year subscription of HD. after 1 month get an sms saying that 1 month trial of HD is over and to pay 150 per month for HD access. the people concerned are not responding even after many calls.
Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Send a legal notice to tatasky and if they don't listen still complain in consumer forum

    Dear Team, Sub id:- [protected] We are facing signals problem from last one month. i had reported the compliant on 10/04/2015 Compliant id[protected], and schedule the same on 24/04/2015 but no one has visited and the compliant get close on 27/04/2015. Please resolved this problem and provide reasons how this complaint get close without visiting.

      My customer ID Is : [protected], Registered mobile no : [protected] INR 170 deducted from my account for replacement of some connector, the problem was for no signals due to some up gradation by tatasky, channels were on and only some channels were not visible, which means there was no issue with the hardware and the enire problem was because of tatasky up gradtion, in such situation tatasky should bare all charges related to this problem, but instead they have started charging same to customer, this is purely case of cheating to customer by TATASKY

        its hardly a month, but since i have taken the TATA sky cable connection i have facing connection issue. the signal stregth is very week and every day especially during day and mid night i do not have connection the customer care is equally pathetic as today twice i called and line gets connected but no one talks. i also have direct number of tech, but when called them they are not willing to come unless the complain lodged on CC. i am realy disappointed with your service. is this happpening in the first month how will i be able to continue with this for ever.

          Hi Team, We have been complaining from a long time for no signal issues and there has been no response from TATA sky team. All the service requests raised are unattended and closed without any resolution. I am really fed up with the quality of service the TATA SKY is providing. The entire society has a common dish antenna and everyone is facing the same issue. We do get the messages that TATA SKY person will come at a given time but he never comes and service requests are closed without resolving the issues. There have been so many calls which I have made, sms sent and dropped so many emails to nodal officers but in vain.

              We have been complaining to the call centre help line numbers for the last 5 days but there is no response from them. The staff is rude and obnoxious and will not forward your call to the supervisor or senior. If you persist in fact they slam the phone down on you. You do not receive sms recording your complaints or confirmation that technical person will come for visit. Unbelievable situation and that too from a Tata group co. We would love to end this agony and move to another service provider but the money vested in set up box and subscriptions is a deterrent. Being india legal action is not an option. So we are helpless and at the mercy of a faceless corporation .

                Ref : Tata Sky Work Order No. NS[protected] dated 20.04.2015 One month back, I had made a complaint of display problem every now and then. The last complaint for which I have a record is mentioned in the reference number above. Though the engineer came and fixed it, the display problem would recur. For 15 minutes, the display would be normal, and then the display would discontinue for a hour or so though the sound would be there. Later, the display would resume and again discontinue and so on. The problem has not been resolved till date. On his last visit on 29.04.15., the engineer changed the set-top box. Though the display was resumed for some time, but within an hour the display was gone again. On top of that, I have been charged Rs. 520/- under WO # HUHJHIH. How has this charge been made without intimating us?? On top of that, the problem is unresolved, which means there was no need to change the set-top box. Please arrange for the followimg: 1. the new set-top box to be taken back and old one returned to me 2. Rs. 520/- to be refunded to me 3. Non-display problem to be resolved 4.                     Hi, Jayesh Kinjawadekar here, This is to inform you that yesterday i was facing some network issue so i was not able to view any channels. So i make a call to tata sky customer care and registered a complaint. So that customer care executive informed that your query will be solve asap. And we will arrange a service engineer at your door step. I recieve a call from service engineer and he visited at my place at afternoon. And that service engineer was not well dressed and was a fresher too who was not even carrying his tool kit also. He was at my place till evening but he was not able to solve the query. And sum around at 5pm he said that he will come tommorow. What he did 4 to 5hrs he only know that. So i call back again that service provider to know the status but he was not at all bothered. And after sometime he stop recieving my call. Infact now also i called that service provider and he disconnect the call. From this it shows that what service you provide to the customer. Just fed up of this your bad service provide to the customer. I want to solve my query by today itself that also before afternoon.                       I have registered my complaint on April 22, 2015. To me the biggest issue is that there is no response from Tata Sky team. I have been calling them practically every day and only response I get is that your complaint is escalated. Yesterday I talked to their staff and told them that all I am looking for is an ETA, but yet - No response. I have been their customer for last 5 years and as a customer I deserve a response to my complaint.

                        Please stop unethical trade practice otherwise will be force to take legal step against tata sky. I have given multiple complain through your customer care from last 3 weeks but neither got a call back from you nor a tata sky person come and resolved it. Half of the channels are not view but you guys are deducting money on daily basis. Today I have recharged my account again but the problem still there and Im not able to view half of the channel. I have called many times to you customer care and registered a complaint. It's shame on Tata sky service that after 3 weeks still did not get any call back from you cheaters, moreover deducting money from my account. Calling to your customer care on daily basis but after waiting for half an hour the call is getting disconnected. If you have little bit of shame within you then resolve it ASAP, otherwise will make a complain in consumer court followed by a police complain.

                            ID no [protected] Mob no [protected] No signal from 27 March. Complaints logged on 27 March 2015. Sno Plz my due date to be extended by 33 days. Also give compensation of Rs 500 for phone expense which I have done hundred phone in this periods and most of time I have to hold phone more than 30 to 40 min for waiting.                               Dear sir, Few days back, some one from Tata sky called on registered mobile number and told some offer but we said we don't want any other plan but they activated the plan which is charged by Rs. 6 per day, I called 3 times to customer care they said you will get a call from technical person but still i didn't get. I requested to customer care please deactivate the plan but they are not deactivating. When I was trying to call customer care some key bottom I have pressed and some music plan got activated which I do not want. Please deactivate all the unnessary plan which we do not want.this the mistake done by tata sky not from my side so please don't charge any extra amount and refund all the deducted amount.                                   HelpDesk, My tata Sky channels are not working for more than 6 months. there is continuously signal problems in almost all the channels. The complaint is raised in helpdesk and there is no proper response till date . They create a compliant and close it saying its resolved by not even attending to it. The helpdesk is total waste and no body responds to our requests properly. Then why are they charging for the prescription if there are signal issues ? Pathetic service.                                       Our TATASKY set top box did not switch on from April 12. We complaint about it on April 13 and our complaint was not attended in spite of several calls from our end. The customer support is so difficult to get thru. We need to hold for at least 30 mins and then the line gets disconnected on its own. Like this we had to try all day long to speak once to a customer care and that too to hear that the system is not working. After following up for more than ten days that an engineer came to our place and changed the box late afternoon on April 24th. We kept requesting the customer care guys to revert our changes as we could not watch television for so many days. They told us to call them once the set top box issue was resolved. Now we are calling all day long just like we did last time. Its more like customer harassment than support. We opted for the service on the name of TATA and SKY. But alas its been a bad experience this time.

Tata sky connection was lost from dat day...n der was no signs of signal in my tv... I tried to call ur customer care number... After a long line of busy beeps, i got finally connected to a tata sky authorised worker... She told me to do something with a thing that looks like a battery which i barely understood..she told that she'll call me back... But there was no signs of a call...file a complaint n fix this problem as soon as possible... My mom is missing her daily soaps drama so much that we are having a drama in my home regarding TATA SKY... Fix it quickly... If don't, inform us so that we can have any other dish connection
