Our TATASKY set top box did not switch on from April 12. We complaint about it on April 13 and our complaint was not attended in spite of several calls from our end. Hi, We have called TataSky Customer Care on daily basis more than 20 day and it's extremely frustrating experience, every-time when we call, we have to wait 3 minutes by hearing the pre-recorded voice message, post that standard questions by Customer Care agent 'How may I help you' since he/she don't have any view of previously registered compliant status. I had logged no of times complaint and no resolution for No Signal Issue. Complaint No HH973N8 and HTDQK9W cancelled without resolution. Send 10-15 SMS to 56633 for NS and no response for that too. Had chat with their online helpdesk but very poor answers....
