Dear Sir, I have tatasky dish connection and please refer my Tata Sky ID: [protected]. I have problems in viewing the channels in the beginning of this month for which I have given complaints. Please refer the WO No: NS[protected], which is not attended by tata sky team till date and I have to call another private agency to correct the fault by paying Rs.200/-. Also I submitted request for change of my Address, which was previously at Kanchipuram, Chennai and now at Coimbatore. In spite of repeated request, this is not still corrected in the system. Also till March I was paying monthly renewable charge of Rs.380/- only, but from April month, this has been raised to Rs.405/- without providing any information to me. Please solve my above issues at the earliest and expecting your response. Regards Renjith [protected]

    System installed on Dated 11.04.15 at late in the evening by your technician Mr. Mani (ph.no [protected]). Promised that he will come and explain next day the total operation system, Recording & Recoding wit Wi-Fi. But very much sorry to inform you that, no one has turn up after the day of installation. I have paid the payment of Rs.7850 against the delivary of the syatem and not received any receipt against my payment. My set box ID is [protected]. I have contacted repeatedly to the Ph no [protected] Madam Sumathy, who has supplied the system as per your advise. But she has not given any response as on today. I never expected such type of behavior from Tata Sky service person /authorised service person. Request you to please do the needful. 1. Insist your dealer to give the receipt for the payment. ( Sumathy Ph no.[protected]) 2.Signels getting off frequently and some of the pictures are not seen with full screen 2. Please depute your technician to check and set the system for a trouble free operation.. 3. Please arrange the package plan detail through your technician, so that it will help me to select my required package for the next renewal.       My customer id is [protected]. Since 03-Apr-2015 (Friday), I am not receiving signal on my Tata Sky connection. As per their upgrade plan, I have given missed calls on their helpline number more than 30 times since then. Every time, I got a message that my request has already been allocated to Tata Sky Engineer who will be contact me shortly but that never happened till date. I tried calling their customer care indefinite times but it's always busy even at 01:00 AM. Three times, I managed to talk to the call center representative and every time they assured me that my problem would be resolved in next 24 hours. Nothing happened. I also wrote 3 mails to their support desk but I got no reply except the auto acknowledgement. This is such a sorry state of affairs that I am feeling completely helpless about the whole ordeal.

        Most Pathetic customer care ever!.TATA SKY Services have been terribly disappointing .It has been more than 4 days and I haven't received a single call from Tata Sky for the installation of Tata Sky in our new house. I have paid full amount which is Rs 5850/- and have been waiting for somebody to come and install the set up which is the most basic thing to ask for plus I have called Tata Sky n no of times times and either am put on hold for hours together OR I have been said there will be some associate who will call me and my issue will be addressed soon OR my call is disconnected. I am just fed up calling them, even before installation if this is the case I can imagine for every single service I will have to go through the same trauma which I just get cant take it anymore, So Tata sky my last request to you is to kindly refund my money back and keep your awesome service to yourself! FRUSTRATING!

          My Tatasky account number is [protected].Some one from the customer care called me and activated the HD Pack service.At the time of activation they told i can remove it any anything.But now when i am trying to deactivate the HD service they are denying it.I want to remove the service.I don't want to pay extra money.

            My subscription ID is [protected] I am unable to view any channel, I have made numerous call and have received very bad response. Representatives hang up, Supervisors puts me back to a different language queue. This is unacceptable service, I am not asking for CHARITY. My previous two requests are HTAN3UL and HU8ODB0. One was closed without any reason and another has no updated. Can some one please attend so and resolve the issue, till i switch to a different provider.

                Subscriber ID – [protected] Package – Annual Mega HD I want to close my connection with TATASKY and get a refund of my annual subscription. Engineers have attended to my next door neighbor’s signal issue very promptly within few days. Terrible service and discrimination. Problem 1 - minor, Only 9 to 10 useless channels were available sometime during February for a week. The problem resolved on its own. Tatasky engineer called me and bluntly asked me if I’m getting channels. When I questioned him what was the issue, he just replied saying "The channels are working now or not". When I asked one more time he bluntly said there is some problem with satellite. Problem 2 - major, Only 9 to 10 useless channels are available since 25th or 26th March. No.of days could be higher as we have not watched TV for several days during March. Work order 1 - NS[protected] - Opened on[protected] - NS complaint given by me on sms - Installer visit scheduled for[protected] and closed as ‘completed’ within few minutes. Nobody has attended or called. Feedback sms received. I replied with not satisfied. Called up customer care Feedback sms received. I replied as not satisfied. Called up customer care and selected option for No signal and waited for 25 mins. Got fed up and disconnected. Work order 2 - NS[protected] - Opened on[protected] - NS complaint given by me on sms - Installer visit scheduled for[protected] and closed as ‘completed’ within few minutes. Nobody has attended or called. Feedback sms received. I replied as not satisfied. Called up customer care and selected option for No signal and waited for 15 mins. Got fed up and disconnected. Work order 3 - NS[protected] - Opened on[protected] - NS complaint given by me on sms - Installer visit scheduled for[protected] and still open. Nobody attended or called. Called customer care regarding this on[protected]. Selected different menu option this time and got through to executive within 5 mins. They promised to attend to complaint and escalated the matter. Someone from TATASKY called me on the same day and promised to have it done by end of that day. No response since then. Work order 4 – HTIYHTV - Opened on[protected] - Complaint given on call by pressing 6 for signal related issue. Got executive after a queue of 9 mins. I explained entire history of problems. He said it will be sorted out soon and issue this work order. No response since 3 days. No calls received from engineers.

                After a long wait some chap from TATA Sky's nearby technical office (Bangalore - Uttarahalli zone) came to my place to fix the issue after I convinced him many times to do it. This lady has denied service from day 1 for all those months. She denied service even on that day. The chap called me personally and offered to send another person to fix the issue if I could pay 300/- I offered to pay him instead of a 3rd person who I feared might further screw up the TATA Sky equipment. He came, turned a screw driver for 3 seconds, checked TV for signal levels and made Rs.300/. I had to pick him up in my car and drop to him to a location. He started his excuses on the local cable operator mafia as usual. I made some inquiries around and found that this is all just a hoax played on customers from apartments to make some quick money which is then shared by a group of people waiting in strategic points. TATA Sky needs to check out their local zones before providing services. It is very unlikely I will continue with their service once I am done with this annual subscription. They have tried to keep me happy by extending my due date and adding account credits but going through this local issue is just plain nuisance. Why don't you take some action against them?

                [protected] afternoon : Got a call from Service personnel and they have refused to attend to my complaint since they are having issues with local cable operator. When I asked them why did it take so many days/month to explain this. They said they were calling plenty of people and now was my turn to be informed. Could they not have done this earlier instead of closing work orders for more than a month?

                [protected] evening: I called customer care. Got to know the Service personnel had closed my complaint as "customer did not respond to their call". I explained the cable operator issue and requested a refund and termination due to no other choice. They requested TATASKY team will check local cable operator issue and let me know if problem can be solved. They have re-opened the HTIVHTV work order.

                  I have'nt been receiving most of the channels since the past 20 days. Despite numerous complaints and missed calls my issue has'nt been resolved. Every time you call up the customer care they say the problem would be resolved the next day, but till date no one has even called. This kind of a response was not expected from a tata company.                       Subscriber ID:[protected] I have been complaining to the company for not being able to view some of the news channels in my second TV.Three days back one technician came but could not locate the faults.They charged Rs 150/-for changing LNB which has been proved of no use.My various complaints have been closed by them without any solution.This has been going on since 11th April 2015.

                        My Tata sky id no is [protected]. From last 5 weeks only 20 channel out of 100 plus are not getting signal. Both my time and money are waisting behind calling and recharges. Tata Sky support ignoring me. I am going to take support of consumer court.

                          I have complained regarding few channel not viewing since last 15 days. Tata sky have send their person and rectified. For that they have charged Rs.170/- and deducted from my account. If few channels are not viewing then who's fault is in this. How I am responsible for this fault. Its a technical problem from tata sky side. So I request tata sky to reverse the amount deducted by them.

                            I am probably one of the first tata sky customer in my area, i have been using this service since a long time never faced issue, but suddenly no signal error came up since last week, tried to call customer care but they just put my call on hold and not receive the call. For a long term customer its very disappointing to see the standards of tata sky going down. i get a call every month for long term recharge but when it comes to providing good customer support they don't even attend calls. my subscriber id is:[protected].

                              There was no service since 02.04.15. My subscription amount got deducted without any service. The tatasky technician has taken his own time and visited the place and rectified the problem only on 14.04.15 at 1415 hrs. I had recharged for Rs.200/ which was valid till 09.04.15. Period of No signals (02.04.15 to 09.04.15) = 8 days Since there was no service from 02.04.15 to 14.04.15. I had requested to extend the period for 8 days from 14.04.15. due to laxity in your service.                                 Hi, Yesterday, I received call from tata technician that he is on the way to my home for replace my tata sky remote. But I denied because purchased new remote from my pocket because it was informed me that remote does not comes in warranty. I again like to give you brief information about my case history. Sunday 19th april my remote was stop working. I had bring my friend remote and test my tata sky box and found working so I concluded that problem was with my remote. I had log a complaint in support team on 20th and they told me that problem will get fix asap. As we all know that without remote control we can not change channel so we were unable to use setup box even if it was working. From second day (21st) I had start following up with telephonic support team or either live chat support and I always get only one reply from them that "your problem will attend and resolve earliest". But they are unable to give me date and time. 22nd : "your problem will attend and resolve earliest". 23rd : "your problem will attend and resolve earliest". and now it's marked as high priority. 24th : "your problem will attend and resolve earliest". and now currently it is in high priority. On the same date (24th) I received call from tata sky support that technician will call me and come to my home and attend my problem. But I must tell you that No one come my home and neither anyone call me. 25th : "your problem will attend and resolve earliest". Then I received call from technician that he would like to come but when I inform him that problem is with remote he denied to come since he told me that Remote does not comes in warranty. Whenever I contact support team I always inform them that my tata box is working and problem is only with my remote control. Why they did not tell me the same thing So I will not wait for support technician. I had purchased new remote from tata sky within 1 hr. I am sending this mail that I was thinking that you people charge high for your good service, support team, technician department. But this all department do not bother about customer satisfaction. I found disgusting support from tata sky which make me unhappy after 4 years. and this make me annoyed and keep bad impression on me. Till now I was recommending tata sky to my friends and family and they are currently using the same. But now after this case I will never recommend tata sky to anyone. I will like to switch with another provider like AIRTEL. Also I am demanding penalty for such bad service. Expecting reply on my mail immediately. Regards, Pravin Kadam

                                  From last three days, we are not getting any kind of service form our tata sky, i have tried more then 4 time to book a complaint to your help line number but they don't know the exact time when they can help us. Always they are telling they will send someone in two hours or four hours but still we don't have any response from your team from help desk or from back office also . please do the needful as soon as possible .                                     Sir, we have 2 connection of tata sky.but, i have not been receiving the signal for mutiple channels for more than a month. even, hd channels are also not working.getting through to customer care is almost immpossible, and we have made a complaint to service help and helpline munber also for more than one and half month.every time i call up there but they say sorry for inconvenience and say will resolve the problem as soon as possible.but we have now fedup and tired for waiting there visit.i must say that now ur service has totaly gone to drain.please solve our problem or else we have to go for othe dist channel. thank u, myself AMIT.MANMOHAN.AGRAWAL pn.no.[protected] addresss.                                         My subscription ID is [protected]. I have requested to reinstallation of my DTH to my new moved house. It has been since 20 days still no technician came to install. I have called coustomer care executive more than 40 times .But, The have been telling everyday, ' technician will visit today itself.' Still my problem not resolved. How long I need to wait for reinstallation. I have been losing so much money for calling coutomer care executive and DTH recharged amount. Such a worst sevive I have never seen . Please donot buy tata sky ever.
