No proper customer care

I am probably one of the first tata sky customer in my area, i have been using this service since a long time never faced issue, but suddenly no signal error came up since last week, tried to call customer care but they just put my call on hold and not receive the call. There was no service since 02.04.15. My subscription amount got deducted without any service. The tatasky technician has taken his own time and visited the place and rectified the problem only on 14.04.15 at 1415 hrs. I had recharged for Rs.200/ which was valid till 09.04.15. Period of No signals (02.04.15 to 09.04.15) = 8 days Since there was no service from 02.04.15 to 14.04.15. I had requested to extend the period for 8 days from 14.04.15....

bad service from helpline numbers

Not reinstalling DTH even after repeated request

No signals for more than a month

The customer care center automatically takes the work order and sends and SMS that it is assigned to the engineer and after two days cancel the order without any reason. Worst service..no techinicain call to visit & resolve problem

Getting background noise with TATA SKY DTH

Poor service support

I am using tata sky since 10 month but the services and signal quality is horrible. There is no service support available . An average 15 days out of 30 days we are facing no signal problem.
