Dear Sir, I purchased a Tata sky dish connection before 15 days back which was installed by your local representative. due to improper installation disc uprooted and tata sky became unserviceable. I lodged a complain on 23 april and again 24 april but no one visited my house. the problem occured due to bad services of local representative of your company which created lots of problem. please resolve the problem as soon as possible without any financial burden over me. my customer id is [protected] and address is sanjay chaturvedi c/o Dilip deo Jagannath vihar colony, priyadarshini road, Chorda, Jajpur road odisa .     I took new HD set top box. Installer made it fit before 2 weeks, but from the day we took HD box there is a signal problem. After a week HD is completely stop. We complaint at call center with the reference number# 1/3A[protected] and its been 4 days that they even didn't call back or visit. I want to register legal Complaint.       Respected sir, I mr ashok kumar giri, I got a call from tatasky customer care, he gave me one offer name as BEBY KID MATHS for 6 Rupees 90 days. But deduct my balance from account 6 rupees per day. It means that guy had missell to me. Kindly do the action on that guy, and revert my all deduct balance in my account as soon as possible...         My tatasky sub. id is [protected] From 25 days there is signal issue, i complained 4-5 times but every time got same answer that all roots are busy they will call you back but they didn't call. First time when i submit my no signal complaint they told me that their technician will visit within 4 hours and now almost 25days passed they didn't call also. when my subscription is devactivated at that time custemer care call repetatedly for recharging the tatasky...but now i suffer problem they didn't give singal reply... This is the worst service what i am getting from last 25 days...i request you to solve this problem as early as possible otherwise we are not use your tata sky service.

          i am not able to view several channels like times now, healines today, etc. raised 4 complaints in last 1 week but all of this happened- 1. complaint attended after 3 days 2. complaint attended but no improvement 3 complaint not attended and got the message that work order completed. 4. complaint cancelled without being addressed. now what to do? can i cancel my subscription?

            hi, My tata sky subscriber ID is [protected], it was a new installation and the first week after installation, there is no signal on my digi box, i complained to tata sky and even the nodal officer, the technician visits my place and rectifies the issue and again in a days time, the problem recurs, they promise to send senior technician but noone has come as yet. its been more than 20 days now.hi

              Dear Sir, I am Mahendra singh Chauhan Mob: [protected] Tata Sky ID:[protected] many times i tried to call on tata sky customer care by using my register mobile no.[protected]. but there some problem. i couldnt call them. i have facing problem last 1month. i could not watch the TV.Total channels are not displayed from last 1 month. i have paid money to tata sky. if my problem will not be solved up to 26/03/2015. From past 25days there is signal issue, i complained 5 times after waiting 20-25 min. Every time got same answer tomorrow technician will come, till date that tomorrow didnt come. Its the worst service what i am getting with monthly payment of 351/-...who is responssible my time and money? Your service and customer care are absolutely useless! YOU guys are so cheap that for making the money YOU are not not pick up the calls of the customer because YOU are charging money for the calls . even I have waited for 10 min and my 24 rupees is deducted but call is not pick up by YOU . I don't recommend anyone to take the service of tata sky. so please please solve my problem.

                From past 25days there is signal issue, i complained 3 times after waiting 20-25 min. Every time got same answer tomorrow technician will come, till date that tomorrow didnt come. Its the worst service what i am getting with monthly payment of 670/-

                  I had disconnected Tata-Sky, then I got so many calls and messages and calls.On 20th march I got a call from Tata Sky promising almost all channels and 60 % discount on yearly recharge .I subscribed paying 2650/- which is normal yearly recharge, but then I cant view many channels, when I complained I got a message that a technician will visit on 19th April.I waited at home the whole day but no one came. Will Tata -Sky compensate for the period I cannot view the channels.If you cannot provide channels promised, please disconnect and reimburse my amount paid.

                    I Rajesh Boga bearing Tata sky dishtv[protected] has requested for relocation from past 1 month I also carried dish tv and box for convenience of installer tech. I did not see any person from last 1 month. I am very old customer of Tata sky hoping i would get the service but ot looks tata sky associates/techs are only serving to ricu or known people to sir Ratan tata. I called service centre more than 200 times but all in vain every associate wants to solve my problem in 24 hours dont know wen this 24 hour will come. Once i got a floor lead he promised of 72 hours that to didnt riped yet. after this again i called a associate she also claimed to forward request wen i asked y r u overlapping floor lead request cant u see my request in high priority. She then tried to makeup saying yes sir i can see but i will make it more fast. Meanwhile i already got call twice from their installer department asking and confirming my address atleast 20 times. Were do all these associate not the address on a paper bit i think. Installer department was more responsive in making fool like helpdesk associates wen i called the lady associate was in between conversation with her friend. TU JA DABBA LEKE MEIN AATI HOON 5 MINUTE MEIN. This was on number 6534 6565 Then after this beauutiful conversation she said person will visit my home next day. I took off from my office as o want to install it in my balcony and my mom could not be helpful for this. No one turned out my day was wasted. After 2 days i got call from installer tech but he was reffering some other person address, i denied and gave my address, he said i will come tommorow, again no one turned out. I again called the number 6534 6565. No one took the call after couple of days same happened one of installer tech called and asked for some other person address. I requested for my vist he said he will definately come. I called helpdesk and complained about whole thing. Then i got the call from same 5 Minute walli madam saying person will come tommorrow, again no one turned up. I got 12 times message for my work order no HJL4SHH that we will get you service in 24 hours. Today 5 Minute walli madam called again at 4 am saying sir - Tone was very soft and jealous Sir you did complaiiiined naaaa about your visit - Aaj to mein pakka karva doongi. Person will visit you today it was my off today, at 7:20 I got below message. Dear subscriber, your Tata Sky WO HJL4SHH of 07/04/2015 15:59 has been completed. Please share your experience. If satisfied, SMS YES or else NO to [protected]. looks like 5 Minute walli madam revenge is completed - Badlapur... In this complete scenario i understood Tata sky dishtv has setup beauty parlour, where u are always beautifully make up and made foooool. I just want the compensation. No service required any more. I am tired of following this thing. Enough is enough. If i wont get compensation for this i am going to put the Tata sky dish and box on fire and will air the video on Fb.. Watsapp..

[protected]. but there some problem. i couldnt call them. so i had used non registered number to call them. but there is no one executive talked with me. i have facing problem last 1month. i could not watch the TV. channels are not displayed from last 1 month. i have paid money to tata sky. if my problem will not be solved up to sunday 26/04/2015. i will sue to tata sky. i will register fraud complaint against tata sky cusomer care.

                          Your service and customer care are absolutely useless! YOU guys are so cheap that for making the money YOU are not not pick up the calls of the customer because YOU are charging money for the calls . even I have waited for 20 min and my 20 rupees is deducted but but call is not pick up by YOU . I don't recommend anyone to take the service of tata sky

                              Our Tata Sky connection has not been working for over a month. Repeated calls to the customer service has had no result. The technician keeps calling that he is about to visit and never does. We don't get 90% of the channels. This is an absolutely callous attitude, we want the service fixed and our 1 month's charged reverted ASAP. Failing which we will disconnect and get a different provider.                                 Problem of Tata Sky channels getting blackout on regular basis. The problem seems to be on almost every 15 days and without any proper resolution. It becomes more and more problematic as no proper response is given by the Tata Sky Customer care Deptt. also. The problem is repetitive as i have faced the same Problem from 1st April to 7th April also.

                                  Hi, Recently i had a worst customer service experience.I was on phone with them for two hours.Sometimes they are not at all reachable because of long queue and its not toll free too. After reaching them being on waiting queue for 2 -3 hrs they assure us our problem will be resolved shortly but they dont do that actually.I had a very silly issue. Just needed a remote from them as my old remote broke.They told that it will come shortly to my house but they dint send any engineer till date.Today i paid 400 and got a remote from outside dealer.Even they dint bother to call us back though you guys tell you will arrange call back to us.My request id is HRWJE6O and my mobile no. is [protected].This is how you provide service to your customer.I am going to switch to some other connections asap.Really pathetic service you guys provide.

                                    I have face the no signal problems from last 1 month. and also from 4 days I send the change location request to Tata sky customer care center but till date they are unable to instal my setup box connection to new location. When I call them, every time they told your quire is raised to senior technician and there executive will be call me in next two hours.But till to time no one is call me.How can I do for this very very very...poor performance from Tata sky [protected]

                                      I have no signal issue since more than a month. First complain I lodged on 14th may 2015, after quite a few days technician came and made it all right but again after few days the problem appeared and I d lodged a complaint ( 8th April, NS[protected] . After 4/5 days of that I got a call from technician and fixed a time and date for service…no body came for the service. I lodged a complaint again on 21st April ( NS[protected], had an online chat on yesterday after trial of several hours but not yet received a call for service. In the mean time my service has been deactivated… My complains are.. 1) The no Signal Issue since more than a month and they are very much aware about this though why they are charging for the service? 2) Almost no help line, after trial for several hours i could chat with help line on 22nd April. 3) When they know that they are unable to give service why they don't stop for repeated reminder for the payment and service deactivation etc..

                                        I am unable to avail the services of my DTH connection since three months due to network problem.when I contacted customer care they keep on say the issue would be addressed as soon as possible, but no one came to solve the issue.
                                        More over I am recharging the account also hoping that my issue would be solved since two months.

                                        I request tata sky to fix the issue immediately and refund the three month recharged amount for which I didn't avail any service.
