Siganal Problem - Unable to view 12 - 14 channels

No service for over a month

Our Tata Sky connection has not been working for over a month. Repeated calls to the customer service has had no result. The technician keeps calling that he is about to visit and never does. We don't get 90% of the channels. This is an absolutely callous attitude, we want the service fixed and our 1 month's charged reverted ASAP. Tata Sky Channels Blackout

Problem of Tata Sky channels getting blackout on regular basis. The problem seems to be on almost every 15 days and without any proper resolution. It becomes more and more problematic as no proper response is given by the Tata Sky Customer care Deptt. also. The problem is repetitive as i have faced the same Problem from 1st April to 7th April also....

Tatasky customer service

Hi, Recently i had a worst customer service experience.I was on phone with them for two hours.Sometimes they are not at all reachable because of long queue and its not toll free too. After reaching them being on waiting queue for 2 -3 hrs they assure us our problem will be resolved shortly but they dont do that actually.I had a very silly issue. Just needed a remote from them as my old remote broke.They told that it will come shortly...

Poor responce from tata sky

I have face the no signal problems from last 1 month. and also from 4 days I send the change location request to Tata sky customer care center but till date they are unable to instal my setup box connection to new location. When I call them, every time they told your quire is raised to senior technician and there executive will be call me in next two hours.But till to time no one is call me.How can I do for this very very very...poor performance...

no service but money taken

I have no signal issue since more than a month. Network problem

I am unable to avail the services of my DTH connection since three months due to network problem.when I contacted customer care they keep on say the issue would be addressed as soon as possible, but no one came to solve the issue.
More over I am recharging the account also hoping that my issue would be solved since two months.

I request tata sky to fix the issue immediately and refund the three month recharged amount...

Transfer of Connection not being done

Tata Sky has been promising to send someone / someone will call and fix a time for the service to setup my connection in Bangalore (I recently shifted from Hyderabad). After 4 days and numerous commitments of within 24 hours resolution, this has still not happened. I have called 8-10 times - am put on hold to speak to a manager and then after 16 mins of being on hold, thel ine goes dead. Pathetic service for a consumer - please let me know...

Automatically change monthly plan

I have tatasky connection from one and half year. In starting my plan was 220 rs monthly but time to time they increased my plan without any information. Today again increased my monthly plan at the place of 270 to 340. So please change my plane with old one.

Problem of signal for many channels since 1st April 2015

negligence of service

no technical support for 2 week

Stb not working

No signal for more than a week now

No signal issue for more than week mainly for regional languages. Malayalam, Tamil Kannada etc. Complaint was registered on 17th April and CLOSED without any response or resolution. In between I had four chat sessions with the chat team of tatasky wherein I was assured priority resolution, but all at no avail...Chat Sessions 2208108, 22125724, 2220190, 2223914. No Signal for the last one month

Am suppose to be TATA SKY's premium customer - having 1+2 connection in my home for the last few years.
Am not getting signal for the last one month - to be precise from 1st April'15.
Many sMS, emails, calls - practically every day - no response except automated messages.
how TATA tolerates such CEO who is not bothered to resolve customer complaints.
When the subscription money gets over, they immediatley...

They have contact me and said that, this service is free of cost, but when technician has come he has charged 200 Rs. for that. I again launched the complaint for that 2-3 time.
