my name is n. sudarsanan. i am using tatasky dishtv south india pack connection. my tatasky id no. [protected]. i have recharged Rs. 1, 080/- on 23.03.2015 south india pack for six months. after 3 days of recharging, nearly 14 days i could not get tatasky dishtv signal. i was getting "NO SIGNAL" only. in this regard, more than15 times, i have booked complaint through sms and making calls to customer care and sought help from tatasky customer support. but, they didnot attend the fault. they are sending computer generated sms that to send service engineers team to attend the fault within 24 hours. But nobody comes even after 2 weeks of time. finally after 14 days i called for another one private dishtv technician and request him to check the signal. the private dishtv technician identified the fault. by adjusting the tatasky dish position rectified the fault. i have paid rs. 250/- for his services. now i am getting signal after 14 days only. the customer care of tatasky simply ignored my fault booking complaint sofar. i have spent rs. 120/- for sms and mobile charges to contact tatasky customercare . but everything became vain. now the tatasky customercare services added HD services without my consent and minimised the package duration time less than 6 months. it is highly ridiculous. therefore, i kindly request to take needful action at the earliest.

    Hi, Respected Sir, This is Kishore.My Tatasky id:[protected]. Tatasky people told, upgraded their system.so of the Setupboxes are not working. I have given a complaint to tatasky(Customer care) on 8th April 2015. (Actually it happens from 2nd April..after that I was not there for 5 days, After from vacation still no picture). I have raised no of requests through Tatasky online, and I have called daily 4 times from April 15 onwards. The Customer care telling that, We will send person today wait for some time. Till now no one come to my home to resolve this issue. Every time, I am calling to customer care, at least I waiting for more than 10 min..Every time I am spending amount more than Rs.25 and staying in line for 30 min.. Even though no one resolved my issue. This problem is not from my end, Tatasky people toled that, upgraded their system so some tvs are not working. the problem from their end not from my end. I have paid the amount for 1 year subscription. Please take cake an action against the tatasky to resolve the issue. thanks Kishore [protected] Chennai

      One month ago, The Tata Sky said, they are upgrading the system and so there will be viewing problems for a couple of days. Assuming it to be normal thing, I also waited. But to my horror, it is almost three weeks and still most of the channels we watch in our home are showing horribly that continuing to view will surely damage the eyes...so much so much corrupted views...and whenever I go to online chat it keeps you in queue and from 85 it will come to 4 and then it shows an error and it goes off...and when I make hotline complaint it says with an sms they have received my complaint but twice complained but nothing has happened...but keeps reminding so horribly about the payment despite such totally horrible, nonsensical and rascallic service. I don't know under which authority this company comes TRAI or other national agency, they should immediately ask this agency to return our money for the set top box as I want to quit their service now... I await a reply Tata Sky senior executive...

        I did number of calls in Tata Sky and found that they are taking complaint number and after that they themselves changing address line and cancelling tickets. They are making a fool to their own customers and do nothing for their problem. I urge all the peole who are seeking new connection, please don't take Tata Sky. Now, they are also cutting a call in between of conversation (I was talking to Kiran (executive) and Ramya (senior executive). My Sub ID is [protected]. Regards,

I requested to you kindly start the service other wise you can remove your service and return my money.I have 3 to 4 time call done to you but no replay from your side and my call charge is rs. 50 per call due to waiting time is more. Also retur my call charges.If you are not capable for providing the service Awating your Posittive replay.TATA SKY NOT WORKING

            In year 2014 I subscribed to English Entertainment package. Before the package was due for renewal I requested Tata Sky agent on 13th April 2015 during live chat, session ID 2191626, to drop the package. The agent confirmed of taking appropriate action. However on 16th April I got SMS from Tata Sky that they have deducted Rs. 658 from my account balance for renewing annual subscription for English Entertainment package. Tata Sky took this unilateral action without consulting me. On my initial protest they immediately blocked English Entertainment package from my subscription but did not return the annual subscription fee of Rs 658 deducted earlier to my account. I lodged a complaint with them on 17th April, reference number 1-[protected], vide live chat (ID 2205576) with Tata Sky agent to return Rs 658. The agent promised that latest by 20th April 05:09:37PM corrective steps will be taken. Still today there is no action from Tata Sky. Tata Sky did not reply my emails even.

            Please take up the matter with Tata Sky team to resolve this matter.

              I am trying to contact Tata Sky helpline from last one week, but no one answering the call. Helpline Number given is of no use. Calls never get connected. We tried 4 to 5 times in a day from last 3 days and holding the call for more than half an hour. One of your executives called from Phone No, [protected] for address location. Then never turned up. When we called him again he is ignoring calls, telling its a "wrong number" and disconnecting call. I dont understand this attitude from a company like TATA.                 Complaint which we have locked for
                Tataksy no working since 8 days now.


                Tata sky subscriber id - [protected].
                I have raised the complaint and as mentioned in below email got message that
                Technical team will come on 18th april, 2015 and 21st april but no one came and
                To my suprise i got message saying that complaint is close and has been
                Resolved without any visist of technical team.


                On daily basis i am talking to tatasky customer care and even the nodal office
                Below are the name of tatasky members to whom i have discussed and got only
                Fake promises - bhavan,
                Nikhil, archana, roopa.


                Today i discussed the issue with
                Miss urvi and she again
                Logged the complaint.


                We are really fed up of continuous talking and chasing tata sky team via phone
                And emails.

                Issue is still
                Not solved and technical team has closed the complaint (Wo ns[protected] without any visist
                .


                I want the escalation
                And the reason that how a complaint can be resolved without even having a
                Discussion and visist by technical team.


                Provide me the
                Contact details of the senior team for further dicsussion.

                  I am not getting all the channels which are given in "Dhamal Mix". Free regional channels(Odia) 971 to 981. Few other channels which are suppose to be available are not coming( 129, 133, 135, 138, 150, 151, 161, 168, 169, 187, 188, 189, 190, 191, 192, 201, 203, 205, 207, 209, 211, 252, 254, 280, 281, 319, 322, 324, 341, 343, 344, 345, 347, 349, 351, 353...) If monthly charges are not paid on due date, the services are terminated on the same day by nTATAsky, whare as no compansation is given by TATAsky for the period when service was not provided. We are paying money for every day whether service available or not. This is not justified. I may submit that the "No service" period to be added to the customer account to get extra days of service.                       1. 2 weeks Tara sky didn't work and despite trying of reach them, they don't taken your call or respond to you. 2. I changed my package from south mega hd to grand sports. Whiles the system accepted my payment and change of package, I received a call from the call centre that I had to pay more. This is some big scam that Tara Sky runs where they don't allow u to change their package. I just went to my account on mytatasky.com and I found that the package change also hasn't been made. 3. The website didn't work well and I've made the payment twice. I need ta tasks to reverse one payment. It's impossibleto reach them one hone email or chat. I want to go to the consumer court to fix this Kripa [protected]

                        Sir, My account id:[protected].Tata sky DTH is not working since 25th of March.later we came to know that TATA SKY is upgrading. So we patiently waited for a week treating it as a common issue.In channel 100 they played an AD that "you can SMS 56633 from your registered mobile number if you have any issues." We did SMS many times. We got a call from customer care that they will send their technicians. But till today they didn't send any technicians. And no proper response.they are really irresponsible.And our AMOUNT has been deducted even we don't have access to TV. It's been 30 days we are unable to get the service.It is a very long time.we are totally out of control.I request you to resolve our problem ASAP.Thank you in advance. Regards, SACHIN KAMBAM

                          The Tata Sky Ltd, 3rd floor, C-1 Wadia International centre pandurang Budhkar marg Mumbai-4000025 I have a tatasky set top box no.[protected], I have done recharge of Rs.2640for this set top box on 21st April 2015. But form the same day I facing the problem of no signal. As on T.V. these tatasky people were showing that there they have some maintenance work going on, so people will have to face this kind of problem for two three days. but this issue has not been solve till today. My set top box is completely out of order for last two days.My recharge of Rs.2640 will also go waste for this month.Kindly look into the matter...

From 12th April onwards, we are not able to get the services and so, we have registered a complaint so many times with the help line numbers as well as online on My tatasky.com (Online no - SR[protected] but still no body from Tata sky attend our complaint. With my surprise I have registered complaint online on 19th April and today I tracked the same but with my surprise they have closed the complaint with a date of 20th April without attending it.                               MY Subscriber id:[protected] From April 6th onwards my tv was showing no signal message.its more than 2 weeks no technician ever visited my home to fix this issue even after multiple calls to customer care number. Called toll free number more than 4 times and no one ever responded.They called back after multiple calls and cut the call within seconds before i finish what was my complaint. On 20th April we called again and customer support confirmed that technician will visit the next day but still no sign of any one to resolve the issue. And they have sent message on 18th April saying my complaint (WO: NS[protected] is now cancelled with out resolving Now i got all the reminders /alerts/SMS that i need to recharge my account in next two days as my current subscription is getting over. They have deducted the amount where they have not even provided their service for more than two weeks. Need proper compensation for the poor service and customer care they have shown for the entire duration wasting money and time.

                                we have recently shifted to another building and logged a request for shifting tatasky on 9th of april but to our surprise no body visited to our place when we tried to call at customer care the call was kept on hold for 40-45 mins everytime. Then after 4-6 days we got a call from one tatasky service centre they started giving us fake promises that today technician will come, tmrw he will surely visit.Doing all this already 10-15 days have passed and our request is still pending.we are really disappointed with their pathetic service and with such a irresponsible behaviour. Really need help to sought this issue.They really need lesson to learn so that other consumers should not face this problem.

                                  HI I AM A ANNUAL USER OF TATASKY SERVICE BUT FROM DATE 30/3/2015 I AM NOT GETTING A SERVICE OF TATASKY AND NOT A SIGANAL FOUND I HAVE CALLED A CALLCENTER ATLEAST 23 TIME AND SPENT 100 RS FOR CALL COMPLAIN BUT THEY ARE NOT RECEIVE A CALL OR NOT CALLBACK JUST ONE TIME RECIVE AND ATECHNICIAN CALL WHO ASKED A PAYMNET FOR SERVICE .I HAVE PAID AFULL MONEY AND NOT GET A SINGAL SERVICE SO PLEASE HELP ME AS ERLY AS POSSIBLE AND STOP THIS KIND OF WASTE OF MY MONEY WITHOUT GIVING ANY SERVICES

                                    My customer ID is [protected]. I have shifted from Mumbai to Ahmedabad last year. From last 15 days no signal so no connection. Before 15 days the balance was Rs. 90-100 but now only 6 Rs. without service. NO body is there to answer a call. There is customer service no which is chargable. so if we want to do complaint we need to pay for that. Executive only transfers the call to some other and that person transfer to other. They feel that we are big fool and they are cheating us. I want to discontinue this service but i am not able to inform any one in TATASKY. I really dont know what to do and where to go for this complaint. If anyone has any answer, please provide. Dharmesh Gohel

                                      I have a tatasky set top box no.[protected], I have done recharge of Rs.410 for this set top box on 1st April 2015. But form the same day I facing the problem of no signal. As on T.V. these tatasky people were showing that there they have some maintenance work going on, so people will have to face this kind of problem for two three days. but this issue has not been solve till today. My set top box is completely out of order for last two days.My recharge of Rs.410 will also go waste for this month.Kindly look into the matter

                                        There has been a appointment scheduled, 3 times in a month but the technician doesn't show up. And finally the priority appointment fixed at 10 in the morning on 22 April, and when I tried to contact the technician and said about the appointment the technician rudely says that he is not going to visit at 10 and rather whenever he wants... Hence I'd like to file a compaint against tata sky and the services rendered by the
