    Tata Sky has been promising to send someone / someone will call and fix a time for the service to setup my connection in Bangalore (I recently shifted from Hyderabad). After 4 days and numerous commitments of within 24 hours resolution, this has still not happened. I have called 8-10 times - am put on hold to speak to a manager and then after 16 mins of being on hold, thel ine goes dead. Pathetic service for a consumer - please let me know what means of redressal do I have.

      I have tatasky connection from one and half year. In starting my plan was 220 rs monthly but time to time they increased my plan without any information. Today again increased my monthly plan at the place of 270 to 340. So please change my plane with old one.

        Hi, My name is Sumit. Tata sky Subscriber ID [protected]. More than 50% channels are not visible at this moment. I had registered complaint regarding this problem on[protected]. The problem is not resolved till date.I have taken multiple follow ups at my end. I got reply in sms that tatasky technician will contact me shortly, but he never did. I even called sales guy and addressed the above issue on[protected]. According to the sms technician visit for WO:NS[protected] was scheduled on[protected]. TataSky has Failed to solve the issue multiple times. This is the Worst service by tata sky. I am never going to recomend tata sky to any one again and I will switch to other DTH service provider. Thanks,

          I lodged complaint through SMS on 3rd April and was assured to get it fixed by sending techician. Since the job was pending on 5th next date of recharge was extended by 3 days, again on 5th by 2 days and on 7th by another 2 days. Unfortunately, despite telephonic and online follow up, the problem has not been sorted out till today; all the time the helpdesk personnel in online chat and technicians assured to send technicians. Till today I have been deprived of viewing most of the channels for 24 days at a stretch. So why not extend the next date of recharge on prorata basis for the period you are unable to send your technicians and get the problem fixed? Otherwise, get it fixed immediately. But your helpdesk personnel have failed to do either and today I received SMS regarding next date of recharge being on 1st May. Why should I bear the cost of these days that you have not been able to send technicians?

            I have not been receiving signals. I understand Tatasky is facing some problem with their system. We are asked to give a missed call about the signal problem. However, my neighbour’s signal problem was sorted but not ours. There is a step motherly tmreatment shown to comers. In spite of promises no technician turns up. vdding to the issue, I received a two consecutive smss one saying technician is coming between 1.30 and 2.30 pm and next sms saying the work is completed without anyone turning up. There seems to be something not going right with the customer care section of Tatasky India. I find Tatasky s quick to take money but indifferent to the customers. JOHN ARUN KUMAR

              My consumer id is [protected]. On 22nd April 2015 I have registered a complaint that I'm unable to view some of the channels. I was being informed that on 23rd April 2015 at 11 am technician would come to resolve the problem. Since than I have called thrice to enquire when is the technician coming either call doesn't connect due to congestion or it gets disconnected. Also previously my tata sky address was of mumbai and I have got it changed to indore for more than 3 times still whenever I register a complaint they recheck my address as mumbai. Again i have to tell my address of Indore and tell them to make that my permanent address and still they send the technician at my Mumbai address.

                my customer id no.[protected] problem is lot of channels are showing weather message & we are not able to watch the same, this is very bad to say that from 17 april 2015 i am calling on your customer care no. after that i had received this sms -- > Tata Sky Installer visit for WO:NS[protected] is scheduled between 18/04/2015 15:25 & 16:05 In case of query pls contact our helpline on[protected] but no technician came from your side after all this i had called once agian on 20/4/2014 & said by your customer support that within 24 hr your problem will be solved but today is 24/4/2014 no one still came from tata sky we are not able to see lot of channels because of very poor service from your side

                  I've raised 4 complaints till now that my set box is not working. All the complaint's were closed without any action. My complaint numbers till now are hrltk1v, hs9bb3so, hsvhu6, ht5wt3y. They reply each time that i didn't pick the call or i told them my problem resolved automatically. Which are blatant lies.

                    No signal issue for more than week mainly for regional languages. Malayalam, Tamil Kannada etc. Complaint was registered on 17th April and CLOSED without any response or resolution. In between I had four chat sessions with the chat team of tatasky wherein I was assured priority resolution, but all at no avail...Chat Sessions 2208108, 22125724, 2220190, 2223914. Also sent one email request ref: 1-[protected]..and again no response..

                    Literally we are in the dark as where to go and request for the no signal issue from TATASKY and we keep paying for NO SERVICES all these days. Pathetic response, that's all we can say this moment from a reputed service provider like TATASKY.

                    Managed on my own as the response from customer has been practically zero. Several complaints and service requests raised were not responded to.. and hence managed on my own paying from my pocket..

                      Am suppose to be TATA SKY's premium customer - having 1+2 connection in my home for the last few years.
                      Am not getting signal for the last one month - to be precise from 1st April'15.
                      Many sMS, emails, calls - practically every day - no response except automated messages.
                      how TATA tolerates such CEO who is not bothered to resolve customer complaints.
                      When the subscription money gets over, they immediatley cut the line. Now they have taken one year advance money and no signal for the last 25 days and above not even proper response.
                      I also see 1000s of customer having the same problem. How do they plan to retain these aggreived customers. They are literally bringing down TATA's image.

                        I was facing NO SIGNAL issue for long time for that I have launched a complaint to tata sky for that. They have contact me and said that, this service is free of cost, but when technician has come he has charged 200 Rs. for that. I again launched the complaint for that 2-3 time. I raised the online ticket on there website but without solving my issue they are closing the ticket. Last complaint I raised with this ticket id SR[protected] which got closed again but my problem is still the same. my register mobile number on tata sky is [protected]. Plesae help me in that.

                            Hi, It has been 3 days, since my Set top Box is not recieving Signal. I lodged a complaint on 22-Apr, as on 21st evening the customer care were so busy attending to calls that I could not get to speak to an associate. Anyway, after lodging a complaint (22 Apr, 11 AM) on call center, the associate told me that an executive will call me within 4 hours and problem will be resolved in 24 hours. No request Id was sent to me on SMS. At 3.30 PM, I contacted the online chat and again submitted a request. No records of my previous request were there in system. This time, I recieved a Request ID : - HSGSF1U. The associate told me that, I will get a call in 2 hours and the problem will be resolved within 24 hours. I did not recieve any call from Executive till now.Yesterday, 23-Apr, I again contacted online helpdesk in the after noon around 3 PM, as their said SLA was about to expire, to check the status. The associate now was very apologetic, but offered no resolution. Same old lame excuse, that all executives are busy and request shall be entertained within 24 hours. I am yet to get a call from any executive/technician on this. This is very pathetic service and an altogether useless customer care people. Especially the PCMC (Pune) area customer care is highly lousy and good for nothing. Moreover, my balance in the tata sky gets deducted every single day, even if there's no signal. How great is that! A deeply dissatisfied Customer. Customer Id - [protected].

                              Sir/Mam, My tata sky ID is [protected]. I have multi-TV [03] connection on this ID. But at present i am using only 02 connections and third connection is idle. I want to unsubscribe for third connection. I have already registered my complain in this regard on your help desk from RMN on 13th April-2015 and i was assured that my query will be sorted out within 72 hours. I again contacted on your helpdesk [ [protected]] on 16th April and again i was assured that my query will be sorted out till 19th April-2015. I again contacted on 19th April on same number regarding status of my complain, they again gave me next date of 21st April. I contacted again on 21st April & i requested them let me talk to higher authorities. My phone was put on hold for at least 15 minutes and then it was disconnected. On 22nd April i contacted my distributor at Rohtak and explained him my problem and requested him to surrender my complete connections. He assured me that he will look into matter but nothing has been done so far in this regard. On the same day that is on 22nd April i again lodged my new complain on your help desk but status is same as before. I want to know that who is responsible for my financial loss & harassment suffered by me & what action you are going to take in this regard. I hope that you will positively look into this matter and help me out of this financial loss and mental harassment.

                                Dear sir/madam, my sub.id is [protected]. cell no.is [protected]. on 21/04/2015.. i talkd to ur executive fr reallocation but till day today i hvnt recvd any reply nor anyone visited my home.no reallocation has been done so far.my recharge is just being wasted everyday.. what kind of service is this? strday i talkd to one senior Mr.suraj bagawade, he assuredme of prompt service but in vain. are u making fun of custmers? i[censored] r not able to provide service, tell us clearly...we have other options also. disgruntled customer

                                  Hi, There has been no signal since 8 April. I had sent SMS of NS. Engineer visited once and then never came back. Phone numbers are in waiting. I put a detailed complaint on Facebook. No response. I asked to refund my annual package. So that I can move to a different service provider. Kids are on holidays IPL is going on and I am having no TV since 3 weeks. There has been no response from tata sky. Request help. Tata sky ID [protected] Phone number [protected].

                                      This is my request to you that please do some necessary action against my this complaint that from past 15 days i am not able to see the channels as some problem is their...when contacted the customer care which tata sky have provided even 1 executive had called me but no action taken...after that what happened i recieved 1 msg that your request have been closed...again when i contacted and talked to customer care than 1 person told me he will come at around 7pm but he did not come...when contacted at 9 pm he ignored the things...even though he did not come next day...now another 3 days have been gone but nothing has happened till now the person who called me, his name and contact details are below Ajay [protected]

                                        Dear forum, I Pallav Vyas, hereby lodge a complaint with your organisation about the Lackadaisical attitude adopted by TATASKY, Bengaluru.

                                        My membership number is [protected]. We moved to bengaluru in April 0f 2015. However, after a month of chasing the customer care, my setbox and dish antenna hasn't been reinstalled to date.
                                        The staff is extremely uncooperative and wanted to get away by doing a shoddy job. We did not allow that.Hence, even after nearly 2 months of pleading with customer care our set top box and antenna remain uninstalled.
