Poor Service, No Response from Executives

Hi, It has been 3 days, since my Set top Box is not recieving Signal. I lodged a complaint on 22-Apr, as on 21st evening the customer care were so busy attending to calls that I could not get to speak to an associate. Anyway, after lodging a complaint (22 Apr, 11 AM) on call center, the associate told me that an executive will call me within 4 hours and problem will be resolved in 24 hours. Disconnection of additional DG card

No connection since 8 April

not providing service as per my plan

Cheating by Tata Sky

My Complaint No HSSELRC Subscriber ID [protected] & Reg Mobile [protected]. From Feb 2015 after installation there is 30 days no service... Techs comes after 2 days again then after he goes run for 2 days again No Signal... so many complaint... no Seriousness... who will pay for no service... one or two times okay ... only is two month 18 times interruption then rectify after 2 to 5 days later... this is really Cheating by Tata Sky....

Reinstallation and change base pack.

I, BRAHAMDEO PRASAD YADAV, sub I'd [protected], clled many time to customer care but after five minutes disconnects my calls. I consulted through ur local agent they also sent many msgs but all went in vain. Now I am not in a position to think what to do. secondly, I want to change my base pack from dhamal to south Indian pack and cancel my existing HD pack, times now and ten sports. No signals and poor customer care

From the 5th of April 2015 there is no signal on tata sky, .And in spite of repeated calls to the operator and missed calls and sms sent to the number indicated on the usual response is the representative will attend to your complaint within 24 hours. It is nearly a half month and still issue has not at resolved. Engineer did not visited and not resolved the issue but closed the complaint. 2/3 times I online chatted with customer care....
