Hi Myself Kiran and my Subscriber ID : [protected], i recharged my DTH, when i want to watch the south channels (under my pack) its showing no signal, but remaining hindi channels i can view, i am following up with customer service from last 1month, still it not resolved, customer service people told that they will send one executive to resolve my problem, but as of now no one came to home. One more stupid thing from Tatasky customer service...

From the 25th of march 2015 there is no signal on tata sky, .And in spite of repeated calls to the operator and missed calls and sms sent to the number indicated on tv .the usual response is the representative will attend to your complaint within 24 hours. it nearly a month and still issue has not at resolved. Engineer visited and not resolved the issue but closed the complaint. Once again ticket has been raised and no response from the customer...

Tata sky - after doing recharge english chanels are not showing

We had done the recharge last 11th april but after recharge english chanels was not showing when we given the compliant to customer care they told us it will resolve but uptill nw there was not ant confirmation till yet if its not possible so why u woulb be giving...

I have a cable TV connection with ID [protected] registered mobile number [protected]. I can not view the channels starting from this month of April. During this time I have call tatasky customer care more than 20 times, raised 2 complaints. Each time I have to hang on the call for more than 15 mins and barley I got in touch with the executives 5 times. Did not find any resolution yet and funniest part it even though they know the problem exits...

From last 20 days the Tata sky dth is not working and it is showing set top box is not receiving signal where as full signal is available and when it i contact customer care it tells they will contact in 2 4 hours but I didnt recieve any calls since 10 days...

Hello, We are facing problem with out tata sky DTH connection for the last 23 days. Very few channels are working. We are unable to reach them on their toll free & we don't call back as well when you choose the call back option. There is no information as to why channels are unable to view. All complaints registered below are closed without resolution. Can someone please take action for the inconvenience PLUS not sure where...

This is 5 time am writing to you, last time after my complaint i got a call from banglore from where i had trasferd to navi mumbai, asking us that we had not informed them of transfering, your tata sky came and removed still that question after my complaint, then got a call from head office saying it will be done on 20 april, same day your guy called from [protected] saying it will done by evening, no body came on 20 april on 21 morning...

One of your technician visited without any proper tools he just uninstalled the dish and brokedPlease reolve some of the part of it and he said he will come tomorrow to install it, next day some other guy visited and asked to get that broken part from service center he said he will visit again till we get the broken...

In Spite of Waiting for 20 days, no one visited my house till now. Not sure how long you expect us to stick to your service w/o signal? I am really frustrated. I have been facing signal issues since first of april, I have tried calling the customer care number quite a few times but they dont answer the calls and if they do they promise a FREE TECHINICIAN VISIT the day after, but nobdy turns up.I have complained 4 times already.My costumer id is [protected].I am unable to get access to any english, sports or HD channels.Infact my recordings get deleted automatically.VERY POOR customer care service...
