Hi Myself Kiran and my Subscriber ID : [protected], i recharged my DTH, when i want to watch the south channels (under my pack) its showing no signal, but remaining hindi channels i can view, i am following up with customer service from last 1month, still it not resolved, customer service people told that they will send one executive to resolve my problem, but as of now no one came to home.
One more stupid thing from Tatasky customer service is.. they are not picking my calls from last 1week,
I really fed up with Tatasky because i am calling daily 5 times to those people, worst customer support i have ever seen in my life.
i am very much thankful, if the quick resolution take place for this complaint.

My membership number is [protected]. We moved to bengaluru in April 0f 2015. However, after a month of chasing the customer care, my setbox and dish antenna hasn't been reinstalled to date.
The staff is extremely uncooperative and wanted to get away by doing a shoddy job. We did not allow that.Hence, even after nearly 2 months of pleading with customer care our set top box and antenna remain uninstalled.
