Dear Tatasky help desk, My Tatasky Subscriber:-[protected] Last three month back only new booked Tatasky DTH installation Here i informed about still i couldn't received any signal from Tatasky DTH. I complaint Tatasky technique still i couldn't solve the problem and same problem again coming. my money waste and very poor service and three day back i don't wanted Tatasky DTH rejected them and refund the money back. Please take the action immediately and suppose i don't the action i complaining the consumer court get the money for refund. Thanks & Regards, R. Kannan

    My Tata Sky ID no is [protected].I am mailing from Guwahati, Assam.Its been almost a fortnight that there is no Tata Sky signal.We are using this connection on two telivisions but now we cannot view more than half of the channels and all the HD channels are not available.Our next payment due date is near so i wish that your services continue.
    Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My complaint and request get noted and I am informed by message that representative will call
    in 24 hrs recently (last 3 weeks) there are no phone calls and the technician visits at odd hours without prior calling and the next message I get is my complaint has been attended to.
    I am surprised that no customer acknowledgement is ever asked for.
    I am having no signal complaint for last 3 weeks can I get details whom to contact at the company

      Tata sky is not providing full service as per my plan.When I used to call on Tata sky customer care, they all the time keep me in waiting and never connect me to their executive to talk.Even when I select "Call me Back" option, they have not even called back me once.I have tried this option 10 times as well.I am paying Rs. 425 INR (Lump Sum) every month and I am able to see only 4-5 channels. I am facing this problem from last one month.Please make tata sky to refund my money and instruct them to give me service as per my plan.               My TATA sky no-[protected] i am using this connection i called for re-installation as we have shifted to B-30 WESTEND colony New Delhi-110021. Your executive came his name he mentioned as Mr.Ajay my mother was alone that time while he was installing the wire i had kept my IPOD with DATA CABLE at the window where he was working so my mom shifted the IPOD and DATA CABLE to the corner of the window.. then some came to our house while the Executive was working there only after that my mom went down stairs to leave that person out of our gate. Mean while Your executive rushed down and said his work is finished and he is going and then he left. Then when i came home and asked where is my IPOD and the DATA CABLE it was missing and my mom informed she shifted those things in the corner of the window where your Executive was working . She told he was all sweating and rushed down to go out of the house. Then i called him in the night he refuse to share his employee code and reason was he is new and using somebody employee ID..and after that i called tata sky in the night from my no-[protected] and complained..the Executive told me he will get back in 4days... I need my IPOD and my DATA cable and want to inform you that the residence we are staying is provided by AMERICAN AMBASSY i want to know his full name and his employee code so that i can file and FIR in the nearest POLICE STATION. THESE ARE THE WOST EMPLOYEE OF THE WORLD WHO ARE THIEF. ALL THE AMERICAN AMBASSY PEOPLE IS USING TATA SKY . GET BACK TO ME ASAP MY EMAID ID- [protected]@yahoo.co.in and my MOBILE NO-[protected]... I WANT U TO GET MY IPOD FROM THAT THIEF AND FIRE HIS OF OR I WILL FILE AGAINST YOU AND YOUR THIEF EMPLOYEE...

                SINCE LAST 23 DAYS, WE ARE NOT GETTING SIGNALS FOR THE ENGLISH MOVEES FOR WHICH WE HAVE ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE. THIS PROBLEM HAS STARTED SINCE WHEN TATA SKY TRY TO DO IMPROVEMENTS BUT IT HAS GONE BAD THAN EARLIER TRANSMISSION. EVEN, WE HAVE COMPLAINT MANY MANY TIMES TO THEIS SERVICE PEOPLES BUT NO BODY ATTENDED SOFAT. THIS WORSE TO GOVT. WORKING.

                  My Complaint No HSSELRC Subscriber ID [protected] & Reg Mobile [protected]. From Feb 2015 after installation there is 30 days no service... Techs comes after 2 days again then after he goes run for 2 days again No Signal... so many complaint... no Seriousness... who will pay for no service... one or two times okay ... only is two month 18 times interruption then rectify after 2 to 5 days later... this is really Cheating by Tata Sky.

I consulted through ur local agent they also sent many msgs but all went in vain. Now I am not in a position to think what to do. secondly, I want to change my base pack from dhamal to south Indian pack and cancel my existing HD pack, times now and ten sports.                       From the 5th of April 2015 there is no signal on tata sky, .And in spite of repeated calls to the operator and missed calls and sms sent to the number indicated on the usual response is the representative will attend to your complaint within 24 hours. It is nearly a half month and still issue has not at resolved. Engineer did not visited and not resolved the issue but closed the complaint. 2/3 times I online chatted with customer care. But, no one has resolved the problem. No signal still persists and when will it be rectified is a million dollar question it seems. . Absolutely disgusted with this service. I send a mail to nodal officer. I think he does not understand English. Are you taking the customer for ride and fleecing them and a stunt to derive money for your personal gains and promote some gimmick and get the customer to pay more for NO SIGNAL..???                       I am probably one of the first tata sky customer in my area, i have been using this service since a long time never faced issue, but suddenly no signal error came up since last week, tried to call customer care but they just put my call on hold and not receive the call. Number of times I tried on customer caere, but it is always servicing only for new adding packs and on net there are only adding and dropping packages, but there is no option for deactivation of Everywhere TV. when giving missed call to [protected] they are also showing interest on activate of everywhere TV. When we are saying complaint on dropping of the same they immediatly disconnecting the call. It is very unsatisfactory to note. We also tried not to recharge the package and waited for the last minuite, but on recharging automotically they included the everywhere TV subscription also and we felt very sorry. Today the subscription of everywhere TV is begining. So please deactive the same and extend the routine TV subscription .
                        plz call tatasky help line...and dont choose the option which says add pack drop pack or change pack...choose the next option that u r not receiving tatasky service properly (enter 2)..then there will be a option to connect to customer care (enter 9).when it is connected ask them abt dropping evrywhr tv then they will connect you with that department...i have done it recently...you should try

                        Tata sky customer support is pathetic recording sound is like can't hear anything, for customer support executive to get on call need to choose many option which is not required.
                        when I did not do the payment and called Tata sky at 1st moment the call got connected and when I done the payment and called again it was going to multiple option really annoying.
                        Everywhere TV is not of any use and get activated automatically when not asked for and for deactivation no direct option available this is cheating to loot the customers and TATA SKY should stop it

                        Only customer care can deactivate TV Everywhere.

                        There are 2 ways either call C.Care or Log in to MyTataSky.com and chat with C.Care to deactivate it.

                        I deactivated it by 2nd way.

                          I have recharge my tata sky with rs. 1220/- on[protected]. But my tata sky channel services is not activated and my tata sky digicomp is not activated for channel services. How much time your company want to activate my tata sky. I complained many times through the customer login but not activate my services. Tata sky company toll free numbers are also not respond anything about this matter.

                            Hi Myself Kiran and my Subscriber ID : [protected], i recharged my DTH, when i want to watch the south channels (under my pack) its showing no signal, but remaining hindi channels i can view, i am following up with customer service from last 1month, still it not resolved, customer service people told that they will send one executive to resolve my problem, but as of now no one came to home. One more stupid thing from Tatasky customer service is.. they are not picking my calls from last 1week, I really fed up with Tatasky because i am calling daily 5 times to those people, worst customer support i have ever seen in my life. i am very much thankful, if the quick resolution take place for this complaint.

                              From the 25th of march 2015 there is no signal on tata sky, .And in spite of repeated calls to the operator and missed calls and sms sent to the number indicated on tv .the usual response is the representative will attend to your complaint within 24 hours. it nearly a month and still issue has not at resolved. Engineer visited and not resolved the issue but closed the complaint. Once again ticket has been raised and no response from the customer care. On what basis should i pay a bill when services is not provided o your customers . No signal still persists and when will it be rectified is a million dollar question it seems. .Absolutely disgusted with this service and what audacity to flash on menu age pay bill and sms sent to pay bill by the 25th april..who will compensate me for the days gone without service??? are you taking the customer for ride and fleecing them and a stunt to derive money for ur personal gains and promote some gimmick and get the customer to pay more for NO SIGNAL..???                                   We had done the recharge last 29th march but after recharge more of chanels was not showing when we given the compliant to customer care they toad us it will resolve but uptill nw there was not ant confirmation till yet if its not possible so why u woulb be giving comitments to consumers we are paying for subcribtion if its not showing chanels then plz plz give us refund...Mobile no : [protected]

                                      I have a cable TV connection with ID [protected] registered mobile number [protected]. I can not view the channels starting from this month of April. During this time I have call tatasky customer care more than 20 times, raised 2 complaints. Each time I have to hang on the call for more than 15 mins and barley I got in touch with the executives 5 times. Did not find any resolution yet and funniest part it even though they know the problem exits they deduct the charge daily basis, make false commitments to come and resolve. If this can not be resolved with in next 24hour, refund back the money including the connection charges what ever I have paid at the time of installation (including the set top box) to my bank a/c.

                                      Dear Sir
                                      I am a customer of TATA SKY DTH CONNECTION by name E.Venkat Anand vide ID. No. [protected]. On June 8th 2015, at 11.02 am there was a call from Tata Sky representative through mobile no. [protected] and told me to recharge for one year by paying 6000/- with same current packages by 11.30 am, I confirmed him asking 2 to 3 times that is it the same package you will give and he told me yes sir, the good thing is that the whole conversation is recording as per them. I had recharged the same amount at 11.25 am without delay, but unfortunately I received a message that next recharge date is 02.03.2016 instead of 7th June 2016 as said by him in the conversation. I shocked by reading this and waited till afternoon but not received an further message and finally called to their toll free number [protected] at 4.22 pm and complained the same to their manager Mr. Vinay as introduced himself but in vain.
                                      Sir, Please take a serious note towards this complaint as because it is complete state of cheating to the customers who believe them by there words and try to get my recharge period till 7th June 2016 as committed by TATA SKY before I recharge.
                                      Once again I remind you the whole conversation in between me and the representative is recorded as said by them before starting the conversation.

                                        From last 20 days the Tata sky dth is not working and it is showing set top box is not receiving signal where as full signal is available and when it i contact customer care it tells they will contact in 2 4 hours but I didnt recieve any calls since 10 days
