My tata sky set top box(ID-[protected]) is dead since 19.04.2015 & it is not repaired/replaced till date despite of several calls to your auth service center, even they rarely take a call.Further i would like to say that i was assured best service at the time of connection but today i am shocked with such poor service which was not expected fron Tata Sky.I hope you take it seriously.I would not like to continue with your services in future....

Deletion of Vedic Maths Package in connection id no. [protected] in the name of Ravi Balwadkar offered to give the Vedic Maths package on trial for 3 months on free of cost basis for old customers like me but later sent the SMS charging Rs 183/- for the installation of package in my connection.
