from the 25th march 2015 there is no signal on tata sky, .and inspite of repeated calls to the operator and missed calls and sms sent to the number indicated on tv .the usual response is the representative will attend to your complaint within 24 hours. it nearly a month and still not received a signal neither has a representative shown up at my door step..on what basis should i pay a bill when services is not provided o your customers . No signal still persists and when will it be rectified is a million dollar question it seems. .Absolutely disgusted with this service and what audacity to flash on menu age pay bill and sms sent to pay bill by the 25th april..who will compensate me for the days gone without service??? are you taking the customer for ride and fleecing them and a stunt to derive money for ur personal gains and promote some gimmick and get the cutomer to pay more for NO SIGNAL..???

      Hello, We are facing problem with out tata sky DTH connection for the last 23 days. Very few channels are working. We are unable to reach them on their toll free & we don't call back as well when you choose the call back option. There is no information as to why channels are unable to view. All complaints registered below are closed without resolution. Can someone please take action for the inconvenience PLUS not sure where the charged money has gone.         This is 5 time am writing to you, last time after my complaint i got a call from banglore from where i had trasferd to navi mumbai, asking us that we had not informed them of transfering, your tata sky came and removed still that question after my complaint, then got a call from head office saying it will be done on 20 april, same day your guy called from [protected] saying it will done by evening, no body came on 20 april on 21 morning i called again he said tech will come today & do the reinstalation...yout tech name ranjit ([protected])called me and said he will reach the place & told me to guide...after wards during my meeting my mobile was silent so could not pick his call he had called 5 times, after ahour later i called him, we had a argument because he said i intentiolly didnt pick his call...he said if he free in the the evening he will try, again i called thrice in the evening he was engaged i have been complaining since 5 april no one has botherd so pls take back your dish & whatever recharge i had done kept it also, really red of this tata sky when ever i see the dish at home my bp rises...my customer id [protected] tell me really is this type of service we except cant even take out frustration

          My customer ID is [protected] I am continuously complaining for Relocation of Tata sky dish from Saturday 12th April’2015. One of your technician visited without any proper tools he just uninstalled the dish and brokedPlease reolve some of the part of it and he said he will come tomorrow to install it, next day some other guy visited and asked to get that broken part from service center he said he will visit again till we get the broken part he left giving his no which he do not bother to answer I was able to connect to customenrpa care toll free no.([protected]) but many timeso call center reprsentative do not answer the calls with also there are some stupid recorded messages which we need to hear for 10 to 15 mins to get connected with representative.The worst ever customer care service. I am very disappointed of this bad services...

            In Spite of Waiting for 20 days, no one visited my house till now. Not sure how long you expect us to stick to your service w/o signal? I am really frustrated. Even to Get Rid of your connection, there is no one to talk to. I am sure to walk out of Tata Sky once your problems are resolved . It would be Tit-for-Tat (a)

              Dear tatasky team, My connection id is [protected]. My connection is not working since 1st April. Even after multiple calls to your customer care no. they are not answering my calls. I have also done sms to your number. I have received message that the technical team will come. But till today they have not come. If my connection will not start by today, I'll make sure to approach the consumer court. Also make sure that my balance is again credited to my account for these days. I'll also submit worse reviews on Mouthshut and other social medias like facebook & twitter. Also whatsapp will be done to all my contacts. This has been a torture that even after paying for connection and after attempts to rectify has failed. Now from yesterday, I am receiving payment due message on the screen all day. Where have all my balance gone for these days??? I want the connection working by today and my balance credited for these days. Call me on [protected] immediately.

                I Pradeep Kumar with tata sky reference number [protected] have been facing horrible service staring from signal issues, technicians not turning up, call center not able to converse nor understand customer difficulties over the last 2 month but been charged by tata sky .

                In April alone, I've raised multiple complaints but without providing resolution the complaints are closed . When followed up again., New complaints gets logged and no technician visits the property . See below complaints numbers & dates raised along with supervisors dealt with:

                2nd April: NS[protected]
                11th April: NS[protected]
                17th April: NS[protected] (REF#: 1-[protected])

                Another issue, whenever I try calling the technicians - they ask for commission (Rs: 100) to visit the property. if not paid - they do not turn up despite of open complaints . (Can provide names if required)

                I am still waiting for someone to visit or call me for fixing the issue

                  I Prashant Gaware continuously
                  complaining ( called almost for 20-25 times in last 12 days) for Relocation of
                  my Tata sky dish from Saturday 11th April’2015 & call center representative
                  & their superiors ( 3 different superiors) just promising that the
                  technician will be visiting within 24 hours but till now no one visited to my
                  house. Worst part is, I was able to connect to customer care toll free no.([protected])
                  but many times call center representative disconnects the call.


                  I am very disappointed of this bad
                  services of Tata sky. Since I am not able to watch any program due to Dish was
                  already disconnected. & I have recharged annual package in my subscription
                  on 12th April’15 (wasted money for almost 12 days? don’t know for
                  how many more days this situation will be continued by Tata sky????).

                      I have been facing signal issues since first of april, I have tried calling the customer care number quite a few times but they dont answer the calls and if they do they promise a FREE TECHINICIAN VISIT the day after, but nobdy turns up.I have complained 4 times already.My costumer id is [protected].I am unable to get access to any english, sports or HD channels.Infact my recordings get deleted automatically.VERY POOR customer care service provided by tata sky.Please solve the issue as soon as possible

                        I am calling tatasky customer care from 4th April onwards because of no signal problem..they promise me every time they will send technician but no one even turns up or call us back. customer care will mute call sometimes and no senior manager is avaible to reply for our call subsciber id : [protected] my compliant numbers 1.MS[protected] 2. 1-[protected] 3. 1-[protected] 4. 1-[protected] Can some one from tatasky is reading complaints and following it. the image of Tatabrand is lost because of tatasky. i will never buy or recomend any of tata products. Really pathetic and irresponsible guys. I spent almost rs200 for calling customet care only ...

                          dear sir, I have my ID [protected], I inform you that a lots of time i had request to customer care for disconnection of secondary connection but till the date my secondary connection is not disconnected. i had request even 10-15 minutes per day and i am complaining from last two months but no action was taken till the time, they are charging extra Rs. 200/- for secondary connection reqularly. every time they said that our senior will call u within 24 hours but no call is received from their side. even disconnection of secondary connection they also disconected my HD facility on my tata sky id. please check my id you see that from May 2014 to Nov 2014 they charged HD tata sky services from my account and now they are saying no Hd set box is registered on your id. so once again i request you to please check and refund the all amount till the date or disconected my secondary connection. regards vishal bansal [protected]

                            My tata sky set top box(ID-[protected]) is dead since 19.04.2015 & it is not repaired/replaced till date despite of several calls to your auth service center, even they rarely take a call.Further i would like to say that i was assured best service at the time of connection but today i am shocked with such poor service which was not expected fron Tata Sky.I hope you take it seriously.I would not like to continue with your services in future.

                              My registered mobile number with tata sky is [protected]. In past 2-3 days i have gone through a lot because of tata sky already. I have taken up this new connection after speaking to the customer center and telling them in prior that i will be needing this account to merge the previous account i hold at my house. Despite that they didn't tell me that it needs to be taken in the same name, consequently i have to go through this torture again. This connection is in name of Luv Jain, i request you to please change it in name of Rajesh Jain. Rajesh jain is my father. Please do this asap, so i can proceed further and get my second connection.

                                Deletion of Vedic Maths Package in connection id no. [protected] in the name of Ravi Balwadkar offered to give the Vedic Maths package on trial for 3 months on free of cost basis for old customers like me but later sent the SMS charging Rs 183/- for the installation of package in my connection. It amounts to cheating the customer with wrong information and a fraud . I strongly condemn the conduct of the Customer care representative and advise you to refrain from such fraudulent acts of business practise.

                                  Respected Sir/Madam,

                                  My name is Surendra Sharma & my Tata Sky Subscriber ID is [protected] and my mobile number +91-[protected] is registered with this DTH account.

                                  Few days before my father said me that there is something going wrong with our Tata Sky DTH services. I asked him the reason, he told me that on 1st April 2015, he recharged our Tata Sky DTH account with Rs.240 (that’s our monthly subscription amount) and from last few days (10th or 11th April, 2015), on my T.V. screen, the pop-up message arrives, that your next recharge due date of the DTH account is 19th April 2015 and the recharge amount is Rs.430.59. Tata Sky deducted my whole amount for a month; in just a 19 days.

                                  Immediately, I made a call to Tata Sky Customer Care and asked them, what is the reason behind this message? The customer care executive said me that we had made a call to your registered mobile number +91-[protected] and explained about "Actve Vedic Maths Channel" offer and by your consent; we had subscribed this channel to your account. Neither the above mentioned mobile number belongs to any of my family members nor it’s my mobile number registered with DTH account.

                                  I requested to the customer care executive that, we didn’t receive any call regarding this and also we didn’t allow anybody to activate such channel because nobody in our family is going to watch this & it is worthless for us. It was done by your mistake, so please; just remove this unwanted subscription immediately from our Tata Sky DTH account.

                                  At this, the customer care executive told me that, he cannot do it because the "Actve Vedic Maths Channel" comes with a 91 days of locking period. It will automatically unsubscribe after 3 months period (i.e. on 19th June, 2015), as they have done by my consent and I have bear Rs.6 per day as unwanted forceful gift from Tata Sky.

                                  After a long irritating & unsatisfactory conversation with their executive, I just stopped the call and asked all of my family members, whether they received any call from Tata Sky regarding this channel subscription and the answer I got was ‘NO’. Nobody in my family had ever received any call from Tata Sky regarding this channel subscription.

                                  From 21st March, 2015, the above mentioned channel was activated on my Tata Sky DTH Account & I am forced to pay Rs.6 per day and Rs.430 per month instead of Rs.240 per month.

                                  I feel highly cheated and fraud. Please help me resolving this problem, so that no extra money charged to me or anybody else for unwanted forcefully activated channels from Tata Sky.

                                      i called up at tata sky customer care number which is [protected] on 20/04/2015 and lodge a complaint regarding signal issue that my tatasky set top box is not receiving any signal and iam unable to watch TV . they informed me that an engineer will come and visit the home resolve the issue and that will be free of cost. Now till 22nd of april nobody visited to resolve the issue. and in evening on 22nd of april when i call the customer care they told that they have the details saying that the problem has been resolved and complaint is being closed. which is incorrect. I think that these people are enjoying there customers money without giving any service. Tata sky is being time fraud i believe.

                                        my name is n. sudarsanan. i am using tatasky dishtv south india pack connection. my tatasky id no. [protected]. i have recharged Rs. 1, 080/- on 23.03.2015 south india pack for six months. after 3 days of recharging, nearly 14 days i could not get tatasky dishtv signal. i was getting "NO SIGNAL" only. in this regard, more than15 times, i have booked complaint through sms and making calls to customer care and sought help from tatasky customer support. but, they didnot attend the fault. they are sending computer generated sms that to send service engineers team to attend the fault within 24 hours. But nobody comes even after 2 weeks of time. finally after 14 days i called for another one private dishtv technician and request him to check the signal. the private dishtv technician identified the fault. by adjusting the tatasky dish position rectified the fault. i have paid rs. 250/- for his services. now i am getting signal after 14 days only. the customer care of tatasky simply ignored my fault booking complaint sofar. i have spent rs. 120/- for sms and mobile charges to contact tatasky customercare . but everything became vain. now the tatasky customercare services added HD services without my consent and minimised the package duration time less than 6 months. it is highly ridiculous. therefore, i kindly request to take needful action at the earliest.
